Hi everyone,
First time user with e-coin, verified account, tried to fund my card via bank transfer, 2 weeks after, no money , no refund, no answer from e-coin support after the "5-7 working days" minimum wait time. Tried to contact gosha, no answer as well.
What are my options, please advice.

Your First option is to stop screaming "SCAAAAM!" here and there. That won't help you at all. Yes, there are issues, like with any service growing fast and offering new features all the time, but none of the issues of any user is left unresolved. Please, look at facts, not emotions ok? Your Second option is, As I supposed you already wrote to support, to please give me your support ticket number and your wirex registered email address, and I will check with the support team to see if we can speed things up a bit. Are you not scam? OK! so, unlock my card or converts all card's funds on btc! There are 1140 euro on my card and I want to withdraw it! it's a week that i'm on this situation, no reply from support! Please REPLY ME! |

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

I am just trying to do some figuring out on the site seeing about my own situation being in Canada, i see that the card IS offered here, but since its only offered in the 3 currencies currently (USD, GBR, EURO), would my situation mean it would still WORK, but i would just be subject to the 3% "Foreign Transaction Fee" per purchase? if so thats not bad, for smaller purchases here and there anyways ;p
Any option to work on a CDN version in the future? i think it would be HUGE! ;p

hello, yes, your understanding is correct. It's the standard 3% charged by Visa/MasterCard and issuing bank. If you buy online from US based stores in USD though, there won't be any FX conversion fee. We are thinking about adding Canadian dollar. It won't be tomorrow, but it hopefully will come. Once we've seen the demand sufficient to justify the investment, it will be added |

nice! sounds good , i will! this is mainly something for the wife, i personally have no prob using Coinbase and waiting 8-24 hours, but the wife wont believe BTC really is viable till she can "buy a loaf of bread or pay a bill directly" with it ;p this may be the solution heehee

Probably just something that happens everyday to everyone already that uses Wirex, but here I am again, 2 transactions stuck trying to get money out of wirex wallet  Gosha hasn't been online for days already so probably complaining to noone here, but if anyone from wirex could check the ticket id 55813 would be cool. |

Once again some proof for people of e-coin/wirex who still claim there are no fees when loading the card and that the exchange rate is just a coincidence. Google rate: https://i.imgur.com/iKONyd1.jpg 23.27 EUR Preev rate: https://i.imgur.com/QjdENLV.jpg 23.44 EUR xe.com rate: https://i.imgur.com/FgToLJk.jpg 23.29 EUR Amount I get on my card 22.23 EUR. If we take the lowest exchange rate which is the google rate here. 22.23/23.27=0.955 so your fee is around 4.5%. So I will still stand by my claim that your fees are 3-5% when loading the card and you can still say that is not the fact but the facts are here and the math does not lie. |

The last period i become very frustrated about the service of Wirex/Ecoin.
When i start using the card in the beginning it was really making my life easier. But at the moment its very very very frustrating!
Few weeks back i lost my card. I paid for express and 2 weeks later still no card.. I provided a alternative delivery adress and it was still shipped to my cardholders adress. After 2 weeks finally got my card.. Had still funds left on the old card, send a support ticket to migrate the funds from the old to the new one.. after 1 week still no response.
I tried to load my card, 200 euro dissapeared.. Again a new support ticket.. No response.
Today i loaded 50 euro and 2250 euro. The 50 euro came and guess what? The 2250 euro totally disappeared!
At the moment 2250+1000+200 "gone".
Its very frustrating because the reason im using bitcoin and a debitcard is to get my hands faster as a regular banktransfer, but now it take much longer. Im really consider to jump to another debitcard. Maybe its a idea to start with phonesupport? Normally im a loyal customer, but the service is really really bad! For the fees we all pay you guys can do better!

Their terrible support and bugs that they fail to fix for years is the reason I switched my main use card to other bitcoin card provider(not here to advertise, you have plenty of alternatives, check them out). it's 50/50 if your money won't be stuck in "Pending" for a week only because they can't fix their bugs and support takes a week to answer  |

I want to buy something online through the Virtual bitcoin debit card which in total the order is around $2k
My question is how much fee will be applied and how many bitcoin would be needed for $2k.
