Can't load GBP virtual card. Just stays in 'wait' for ages then get 'service unavailable - try again later' with no refid?

Got a refund as Card was rejected by merchant, funds are still not added to my card after 2 weeks, it took them a week to reply to my ticket suggesting to wait...
I was using it for about a year, but with this and the negative posts in the last 2 pages of the thread, I'm very skeptical about continuing using it...

Wire transfer sent to German Sparkasse account in order to load my USD card, bank confirmed money arrived Friday 16 Dec .
Sent several emails, opened several tickets, no one from e-coin is answering.
Been already through this process with them, it took them 3 weeks!!! to fund my card, they said it won't happen again.
Please advice.

Cryptopay cards do not allow sends from online casinos? What about this e-coin card? Do they allow to receive btc funds from these type of sites? |

I tried to transfer my BTC by e-coin to another wallet.
The transfer has failed, but the BTC have disappeared without a trace.
This is a SCAM.
I wrote to customer support, but they do not respond to me.

Unfortunately, We only accept funds from Bitcoins. If your account is verified, you might also fund your card with Alternative Payment methods like PayPal, or Bank transfers from accounts you own. This effectively nullifies withdrawals from accounts other that those you own. |

Do you mean withdrawals back to cards or direct to Cryptopay? When did they make the change? |

It's always possible to use the card online If you can't use it physically and If you don't want to then you can use the funds on the card to buy bitcoins once again and withdraw them to your address. |

I try to transfer from my card to bitcoin but get a message saying card is blocked by the bank. Email support on Sunday but still no reply. The money on the card was from a betting site, what do I do?

I got money from paypal. When i try to buy Bitcoin i get this message:
Your account appears to be blocked by the bank, hence the card load transaction cannot be completed. We are checking with the bank and trying to unblock your account - will keep you posted
It's new way to hold users money? You have so many issues. horrible service!!!!

Nothing. The funds stay in the card to be used however the owner dictates. Most of the time I've had transactions rejected was because bitcoin cards do not support 3d secure, but for online transactions that's easily bypassed by getting the card in paypal. |
