I see there's a 2.5k lifetime load limit for unverified clients, that means after I load 2500 USD/EUR the card becomes useless, right?

Can I order multiple cards than, e.g. after the card lifetime limit is over, order a new card and so on?

Yes you should be able to as far as I know but there is a limit of cards to order , Its impossible to order an unlimited amount of them. If its the same thing as before It should be 1 card from each currency USD,GBP,EUR otherwise It should be up to two cards per currency as I don't remember correctly.

I would think in the eyes of the card provider they should be the same.

also tried another small load and says successfull but never loads and BTC goes back into balance. When will loading be back up??

edit: now i tried to transfer some of my balance and got email saying it had failed but balance has now gone to 0!!!!

getting pretty concerned about lack of support and the current fucked up service!!! I wouldnt recomend anyone sending BTC's to e-coin until they sort their shit out!!!!

Just withdrew 243 GBP from pp to my card, tried to buy btc and got this error:

Error: Your account appears to be blocked by the bank, hence the card load transaction cannot be completed. We are checking with the bank and trying to unblock your account - will keep you posted

your account is not verified - as stated multiple times, paypal loads are now only allowed for verified accounts.
Support will be answering you shortly with further instructions

1- Am not trying to paypal load, am trying to unload my E-coin card to btc (yeah the withdraw is from Paypal to E-coin).
2- I have verified my account and am still getting the same error when unloading

Unfortunately these are just some of the standard issues with this service. If they just sorted out the technical side of it would be great.

Did you mean 'deposit'?

Well, I think you are already in the right place. Because you can do all of it with e-coin (Wirex) debit card, but as you can see from those above posts that the service is currently in a problem now.
I think you should wait for these problems to be fixed out and you can find another service, or you can just wait.

Don't think so but if you find one let us know. All the wavecrest cards now need id, which is most of those people are using.

I ordered a e-coin.io card via dhl on January 4th and still i havent received the tracking number or debit card, sent few emails to support and no reply also. please check, i have pm'ed my email id.

service hasnt been working for me for days now, cant load or transfer and balance disappears when i try. made a number of support tickets and nothing so far. !!!!!!!

I'm still using my Xapo debit card and I'm still satisfied with it. I know that many users are not happy with their ID verification requirements but I think for their legitimate business this is a must have. I can rate Xapo service as very good without issues, hope th will continue in the future.
