I found Share holder 12th voted again, he has already got all of his Q3 dividends in Amber. I think the vote of share holders who has got Q3 dividends should not be counted in, no matter what's the vote result, it has nothing to do with them.

It was his/her individual decision. Now it is a part of common decision. All shareholders who had a non-zero Q3 2015 ACTUAL SHARE can take part in this voting. The weight of everyone's vote will correspond to ACTUAL SHARE for Q3 2015.

After voting please make sure that your ID is in the Google Doc voting list. There are 4 votes that came from unregistered addresses.
This could happen if they comes from "CHANGE" Input of registered address. To avoid this use "Coin Control" feature.
If you are 1 of those 4 shareholders then you should re-send your vote from your registered address.
P.S. These 4 votes will not be taken into account because it is impossible to determine its owners.

I don't understand why some shareholders choose Ambercoin at price 0,05$ (about 20k satoshi), while if they chose BTC, they could buy it more than twice cheaper...

Maybe they just want to help the company to invest.

Because they can sell this Amber back to the company at the same price. You can't sell AMBER from c-cex to company.

First off you suck at math, 5 cents is like 13.5k satoshi at $370 per btc... There are only 3.2 btc worth of coins available at that price or lower. Anybody with $1200 in btc would buy out the entire cheap coins leaving all else paying more than 5 cent a share. That is the equivalent of 2.5% of people getting cheap shares, the other 97.5% (if reinvested) would pay more than 5¢ a share I'm genuinely gonna laugh my ass off when one of you can't get the cheap amber you think you deserve

You say there is little Amber available at cheaper price - you are right, but the reason is that people stake coins and don't want to have coins at the exchange. If anybody set 6-10k sat buy order wall, I'm sure it will be filled within a few hours...

Actually, I can't... I compiled the wallet myself with latest SSL and DB... the only way my blockchain would work is if you had the wallet I compiled

We have updated ambercoin.info recently. You can download fresh blockchain here: http://ambercoin.info/#menuLiFAQThere is also an installer in that RAR archive. All that it does - copies files into %appdata%\AmberCoin folder If you can do it by yourself you can do it manually. It is done for those who is not familar enough with crypto.

@AmbercoinDev - I sent (1) vote from my new address ATNyJLAMAzHjhW3FH9a3Wm2acv8kPFkkwN - for BTC as a precaution - I also sent (1) vote from my old address AJxXQbVXcdtGXfYC3RWCoWk4eupHhi7E8C - for BTC As you know my wallet was stolen and I have lost all of my coins. So please apply one of these votes to #63 on the list.
