I had the same kind of problem yesterday. All my ISP-s DNS servers and the country one other big ISP-s all nameservers had no knowledge about ambercoin.info and amber-trade.com. The same time Google DNS, for example 8.8.8.8, had no problem with these domains. I wrongfully accused ambers and their ISP even for underqualification but the real problem can be something like global cables and/or routers reconfiguration or something like that, not concerning Amber servers and ISP nor our ISP. Or some domain registrats/nameservers holders/CA fight or their services reconfiguration process.
May be ambers are hosted in Lithuania or Ukraine, so all our everyday usable known domains are ok and only ambers down (explains why "everything we use every day works, only ambers down").
Let your computer/network use Google DNS and everything works. Something like that: "nameservers: [ISP server 1] [ISP server 2] 8.8.8.8"

Q4 dividends payouts will be on thursday, 4-th of February.

On wednesday e-mails will be sent to those shareholders who doesn't send their payment details.

Have you registered your AMBER wallet address to be counted as shareholder?
Before 31.12.2015, before Q4 end, to be counted in 2015Q4 dividends?
Wallet address must be the exact address where your 10 000+ AMBER siting (and staking). Don't forget the "coin control" issue.

I think never late to send your BTC address to info@amber-trade.com and ask for comments is everything ok.
