have any of the AM board members spoken out?

I was wondering the same. Does anyone have a list of current board members?

I know of a list of 'assumed owners' only:

Highly interesting that people like rockxie actually *increased* their holdings in AM even late last year! That at least makes me feel not so stupid anymore - I mean they'd know if something was severely going down the drain there...

FWIW:
It seems a shame to let the BE300 go un-produced.
hello, BE300 project is still on going with the rest of AM team as I know. however ,since AM lost FC, a lot of decisions are probabaly hard to make.

Also FWIW:
have any of the AM board members spoken out?
please wait the upcoming statement from the board of AM.

Yeah all nice and well, but how is it supposed to be funded with FC (probably) having (the only!?) access to large amounts of AM's funds. Ask-side on Havelock doesn't seem to be going down... I guess we'll see dumps below the 0.01s... Might just take the chance and double my (presumably worthless) holdings ;(

Alright... People start speculating that FC may be in for the death penalty if he indeed transferred AM assets (or alike) to RM or AMHASH in order to 'bleed the company out': https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=833704.msg10723045#msg10723045

Oh geez, what a mess. Usually the price rebounds at least to some degree after going down... I don't know... 200%??? But this is just insane. Yeah, ask side seems to be frozen atm... So either Havelock is malfunctioning or we can only push even further down from here. I suspect the latter -.-

Huh
Ppl 'speculating' there don't even know, or are not on clear yet, what ASICMiner is: 'bleeding AM out' by giving 10% commission on selling 3.4PH as cloud mining?

Apparently, AMHASH had stopped performing and no one thought to tell the public. Not just that, but FriedCat, being the only person in control of ASICMINER’s and AMHASH’s private keys, has disappeared off the face of the earth as well, not having been seen or heard from since January. His last posts on BitcoinTalk were on January 25, 2015. Some speculate that he has been kidnapped, but many more simply think that he and his business partners let temptation get the better of themselves.

This is the one piece of info that really shocked me in the Bitcoin Reporter article, the rest was already known from here. I don't know about the author's sources, but just the idea of AM completely ignoring the bus factor, given its size, is just plain... flabbergasting Shocked

Yeah, and I'm quite certain that also AM1 just needs a small nudge and it'll continue yesterday's dive towards 0.01... Ask side not moving at all. People are desperate.

It's a shame that there's no option for shorting or leveraged trading on Havelock Tongue Someone should suggest that to the people running Havelock!

We can't trade AMHash???  They stopped the trading?  Why would they DO THAT??!!

Because of the unclear situation. I don't know what you know about the current situation, but AMHASH can't pay no dividends because friedcat (the boss of AM) disappeared without a trace. Havelock and/or AMHASH decided it's better to suspend the trading of AMHASH... Maybe to protect investors, don't know...

That sounds like a logical reason to initiate a trade halt
Havelock controls it's shares of AM and can do what it wants with those but since AMHASH is operator controlled and they don't know the status of Friedcat and their dividends a temporary freeze until more information is available makes sense.

Yeah I think it's very likely that AMHASH did indeed even ask for the halt to be put in place. With AM, well... since FC seems to be MIA, there's no way for AM to tell Havelock to stop the trading, plus - you said it - it's more of a passthrogh asset.

So you mean any issuer on Havelock could tell them to stop trading because boss ran away?  And we're just left there holding our dicks bags shares?
I can't even unload this crap on someone willing to gamble on the slim odds of friedcat coming back?  How's that fair?

We're in an unregulated market - what's fair to begin with? Everyone can set the rules as they wish and if Havelock works that way, and we decide to invest there, it's how things work. Hey, why's everyone screaming for regulation now? Cheesy
