When it comes to ponzi schemes, poor countries or poor people are the most target market due to poor knowledge and by that, they are more prone of it believing they will get rich by doing that, sadly its the opposite. And a $1B money is just too much and its BS.

Elementary school is not a suitable place to teach financial literacy in my opinion. I don't know, but I think every country must have lessons about the economy, right? Doesn't that include the basis of financial literacy as well.
There are already countries doing that, you don't need to teach the whole kids just learn the basics, most first world countries do that like Denmark, Australia, Canada, Germany and US, and what its more its effective. And economy subjects is teach in secondary school or specifically college already

sana lang eh huwag ding pagintresan ng mga otoridad ito, dahil maaring malaking halaga ang mkuha sa mga wallets na iyan.
It's part of the seize, confiscated lahat ng pera in any form diyan. Gagamitin yan for other purposes/projects dito sa bansa, or selling it to ph based exchanged is the most possible ways. About the negative side, it's part of crypto, wala na tayong magagawa diyan, only those na walang knowledge ang mag iisip ng ganyan.

Ayon dito, para sa ibang expert ay pwedeng mag invest ang government using the MIF sa bitcoin. Well technically pwede naman sya kung walang magiging restrictions. Sa ngayon ay wala pang restrictions about bitcoin dito sa Pilipinas, pero hindi natin masasabi in the future.
Government sectors yung may control dyan, questioning about bitcoin restrictions dito sa bansa is out of the box. Mauuna silang malaman yan before yan mag announce sa public. About sa maharlika funds to bitcoin. Since this is investment, it's always a yes, it always be a good move. Pero it still depends on their decision making or if sino man ang head advisors para sa investment diyan

Nope. Don't think so.
Regulation is the last thing that would affect the current price of bitcoin.
As for the question of OP and with your supporting answer (not your Nope. Don't think so), it's a yes as it's one of the factors that affect bitcoin price. I don't need to explain more since the answer is obvious.

If I will do that it should be in the classroom which has more youths.
Students should be taught financial literacy first before jumping off to bitcoin knowledge. Financial literacy is like a taboo in grade schools, or even in high schools to some, i don't know why it's not taught there (at least in my country). It should be the very first thing people should be aware of. Because learning bitcoin (finance part, not on technology part) will be useless or confusing to those students who will hear it first, it will be like a magic to them.

This is very vague question you are trying to ask, and i don't think anyone will give a proper suggestion to it. But let you come up first what you are trying to build specifically then ask if what are the good things to do on that specific thing you're tying to do.

Depends on the place/location, but since there is no physical exchange in my area i can't give any experience regarding it but just a theory. Because asking how safe physical (crypto) exchanges are like asking if transacting in banks are safe as well regardless of the amount you transacted. Of course the always, is always yes. Those incidents are outside of the area, just be wary and when filling forms always dont put your complete details. This is the first time I'm hearing about a physical exchange of Bitcoin and I hope the OP or those who have tried these services can tell us what countries they live in and how it works.
Some exchanges offices allowed OTC transactions for a certain amount especially in US ot maybe here in PH as well.

Installing app for such purpose is overboard already for such purpose IMO. There are some telegram channels/account for this like this one [1] made by OmegaStarScream, since almost anyone who wants privacy and currently here in crypto space uses telegram. Otherwise, use websites that was mentioned above and just bookmarked them. [1] https://t.me/BitnewsNotifier

I don't think the barrier will break anytime soon unless some big good news happened or the other way around.
Well, we are experiencing it now due to some news including of SpaceX selling its bitcoin holdings that cause panic sells hearing the news and is the price is dumping from 28k.

Why hate to the business, it's a nature a business to buy and sell their investment assets. This is always what i'm saying regarding to Microstrategy, people are so hype when a business buys bitcoin yet become so negative when they sell as if they are not required to do that.
Well, i don't think its the main reason though as for OmegaStarScream pointed out, but i guess it's more on fud.

According to him, his fear is that if he sells it during the next bull run, he will be taxed, and he doesn't want that. A question arises: Would taxes still be applicable if a time comes when exchanging bitcoin for fiat is no longer necessary?
Tax is only required when you use a business-registered entity to buy things, service, etc. regardless what your payment is, either in bitcoin or fiat. But talking about a senior citizen, some country do exempt them to pay tax. I just don't know how it can be done when purchasing online, unless there is a form for senior citizen details

... use of a central Stablecoin and the application of KYC, AML restrictions.
Since paypal is kinda wallet, KYC is required but it's not as worst as other exchanges and wallets though, no selfie or video verification. Just basic info and linking cards and bank accounts.

After replying on one of that user's threads and checked its profile after seeing another thread made by him, i observed that he really is just trying to spam with general questions without even replying to the replies. But after OP shows him this thread he then replied to some of the threads he created. Lol

Avatar size images of the artwork URL of the same image files in large size: https://imgur.com/a/CjaQ52yBech32 address: bc1q3gjfthgyddgsmadlzp5e3vwmu3tzuhgr0ev5tw Any description that describe your concepts: 1st image was inspired by pirate flag from anime one piece jolly roger flags, not the previous posted entry, seriously. This is the first concept i've come up after seeing the new Sinbad website design. Both 1st and 2nd image were pixel arts due to new design of Sinbad website. 2nd image has Bitcoin icon on letter "B" on Sinbad logo knowing this is a bitcoin mixer. And an icon of anon on "Mix Now" button/layout. 3rd image is inspired to new modern banner designs and themed based on current signature colors of sinbad. I can provide .psd files if asked, if i win accidentally. Lmao.

This triggered me to dig further, and I am amazed by the number of sites that look like Okpays.com, some with domain names older than Okpays and legitimate partnerships with Best Change. I am not sure how these guys do it. Perhaps there's some common customizable script they are using. In my opinion, I would not be comfortable using such an exchanger. ...
Now with those the same templates, this really looks suspicious. Especially those legit bestchange partnered sites. I know buying exchange script will be cheaper than building it from scratch. But building a legit business with a ready-to-go exchange script? it's a no-no for me.

I see a Bestchange banner on your website where you claim they are one of your partners, but I don't see any official news about your partnership nor your exchanger appearing on the Best Change exchange monitor. Why are you doing this?
Right, there's no info about them on bestchange site except for OKpay.com not Okpays.com (OP), which probably listed way back before but now the site is not working anymore

Can someone explain how to send money from a debit card to a Bitcoin address without having to create a Bitcoin wallet? What is the easiest and quickest way to do this? There's no things about what you are looking for. When it comes to debit card to bitcoin wallet not bitcoin address. Make an exchange account that has service that accept debit card deposit to buy bitcoin, then send bitcoin to bitcoin wallet. Read more again about how sending or receiving bitcoin works, and how buying bitcoin works too.

They are the most recommended escrows outside bitcointalk but there are cases of shitty work and open scam accusations against them. So i still be very careful dealing transactions inside their platform.
