11821  Other / Off-topic / Re: What do you wish you could buy with btc ? on: November 16, 2015, 07:26:48 PM
A certainly good thing to buy with Bitcoin, would be mobile phone service. I can imagine paying in T-Mobile or maybe even AT&T with Bitcoins. It would be a dream come true.  Roll Eyes
11822  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][CSC] ♠ CasinoCoin v1.3 ♥ ♦ 2+ Years Old ♣ on: November 16, 2015, 07:18:09 PM
Time to get into the exchanges and grab in some CasinoCoins. I have the feeling that this price would definitely rise as soon as Prypto makes CSC cards and more casinos get into the game. I'm so lucky I mined this coin, when it was apparently abandoned for a while (with development) and nobody cared about it. It's a good thing that CSC is back and ready to hit the moon!  Cheesy
11823  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][XMG] Coin Magi | CPU mining | PoS-II | PoM | Unique BLK reward | [MagiPay] on: November 16, 2015, 06:26:02 PM
Magi is still alive and kicking with fresh new stuff including the Android app, Proof of Interest campaign and many more. It is nice to see such a crypto currency to grow up and rise to the moon. Do you think that maybe someday Magi would be worth at least $1? Only time will tell but in the meantime it is best to mine and buy XMG.  Cheesy
11824  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] HYPER ~ Game Currency ~ ON CNBC ~ Twitch.tv ~ ShapeShift.io ~RPG + More! on: November 16, 2015, 06:20:43 PM
Lets vote together as a community to vote for Hyper to be added to Poloniex and Cryptsy exchanges. Together we could make Hyper reach new heights! I'll be supporting it for the greater good.  Grin
11825  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: Is Btcoin becoming centralized? on: November 16, 2015, 06:13:51 PM
I think that Bitcoin mining is centralized due to the fact that mining farms have most control of the network's hashrate and thus, rendering an average Joe impossible to mine them using their own ASICs or PC. Just my opinion.  Smiley
11826  Other / Off-topic / Re: Will you quit your day job to go full time on bitcoin? on: November 16, 2015, 01:59:42 PM
I would go full time on Bitcoin as my only job, if I would own a mining farm and earn profit from my stash of miners. If would make my own, they would be all Antminers. That would be a dream to come true someday.  Roll Eyes
11827  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][CSC] ♠ CasinoCoin v1.3 ♥ ♦ 2+ Years Old ♣ on: November 16, 2015, 01:50:08 PM
Btw dev in almost done. We have. Few issues to deal with but it's coming to a close. If anyone wants a feature ask now or it will be a while. So throw some ideas out on what you might like to see.

I have some suggestions to help improve CasinoCoin. Those are the following:

1. Make a better CSC Android wallet (with current price in USD, difficulty information, integrated Block explorer, etc)

2. (Optional) Make CSC a hybrid PoW/PoS crypto currency

3. Make a physical CasinoCoin which could be used as a physical coin vault (where it holds your public and private keys) for cold storage.

Those are my suggestions until now, and I think this might help CasinoCoin to increase its popularity and awareness.  Smiley
11828  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] BitShares 2.0 on: November 16, 2015, 01:38:38 PM
The concept of Bitshares seemed pretty great and perhaps even better than Ethereum's smart contracts/smartchain. It is pretty strange that after the BTS 2.0 release, there hasn't been much talk about it in this forums. I'm going to check out their official forums. I hope that the price would increase real soon. If not, I will just continue to hold them until it is the perfect time to sell them.  Smiley
11829  Economy / Economics / Re: Do You Think Bitcoin Will Replace Dollar Soon? on: November 16, 2015, 01:30:14 PM
Right now, Bitcoin can only be seen as a commodity, instead of actually replacing fiat currencies such as the dollar. It is like Gold, Silver and other precious metals. I think that Bitcoin would best work with fiat altogether. Just my opinion.  Roll Eyes
11830  Other / Off-topic / Re: what you like best in Bitcoin ? on: November 16, 2015, 01:25:52 PM
Bitcoin has many great things among anonymity, no central control of authority, no taxes, and no middleman. Also, I can safely store my Bitcoins on a paper wallet with an encrypted private key, and no one ever (if I'm correct) would gain access to my funds except if they would knew the passphrase. I would always have complete control of my money.  Grin
11831  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Litecoin v. Bitcoin on: November 16, 2015, 01:22:19 PM
Litecoins and Bitcoins are pretty much head to head with their features (as Litecoin is a clone of Bitcoin), but I would say it would be best to use Litecoin only to trade them and hold them. I only have Litecoins, because they are only good for serving this purpose. Still, I believe that Litecoins needs more development.  Smiley
11832  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Ethereum: Welcome to the Beginning on: November 16, 2015, 01:02:50 PM
This is the perfect time to buy some more Ether. I have the feeling that in the next few years its price will be a lot higher than what it is right now and it would be a great opportunity to make some profit.  Cheesy
11833  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you believe we need more ways of advertising Bitcoin currency? on: November 14, 2015, 10:19:18 PM
Actually I believe we must somekinda reach children with bitcoins. Think how Disney sells products to kids (erm I mean their parents)
Toys for bitcoins earned from video game may be even enough. Just imagine it! Lil boys will farm mmos all the way.

Bitcoin would make it so easy for Kids to be able to send and receive money without the need for a bank account. With Bitcoin, you don't need to provide your personal information, such as ID, your legal age, etc So this is an advantage, which makes Bitcoin accessible for anyone in the world. I think that movie companies like Pixar should make movies that would encourage the use of Bitcoins to kids. Would you imagine Woody or Buzz Lightyear (from Toy Story) using Bitcoins?  Roll Eyes
11834  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Use cases. What do you actually use Bitcoin for? on: November 14, 2015, 10:15:31 PM
I use Bitcoin to hold them and invest some of it on alt coins for trading and earning profits. I have a physical vault with a variety of paper wallets (plus digital backups of them encrypted in the cloud) from alt coins and Bitcoin itself. These I would hold on to them for the future when the price would be higher.  Cheesy
11835  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [AMBER] X13 POW/POS| 10k AMBER=0,01% SHARES | BUY, HOLD & GET DIVIDENDS in BTC/$ on: November 14, 2015, 10:11:28 PM
Thanks to a request from bitcointalk user auden, Amber is now available on the StakeBox. Check it out at StakeBox.com.

That is really great news. Isn't the StakeBox like a Raspberry Pi 2? I'm just asking since I have a Raspberry Pi 2 which has a black case very similar to the StakeBox. Also, it has the same ports location as the RPi 2, but still StakeBox has a very interesting concept. I like the idea.  Grin
11836  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How many altcoins do you hold? on: November 14, 2015, 08:35:28 PM
I am holding a very huge amount of alt coins, for a chance to make some profit someday, but from the ones that I'm currently holding, I think Ethereum, Maidsafecoin and Bitshares would be the most successful ones in the future.
11837  Economy / Economics / Re: Let's Be Honest. We Are Waiting for $100/BTC to buy on: November 14, 2015, 08:32:06 PM
If Bitcoin ever gets low to $100, it would certainly be a massive opportunity to make some huge profit as price will likely go up back again and this would only be temporary. I myself, am eagerly waiting for this to occur.  Grin
11838  Other / Off-topic / Re: what you like best in Bitcoin ? on: November 14, 2015, 08:08:19 PM
Another great thing that I like in Bitcoin is the ability to store huge amounts of money (no maximum like Banks) on a paper wallet, in which is under my control where I could deposit and withdraw my BTC anytime, anywhere. That is something that makes Bitcoin awesome.  Grin
11839  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How greedy you are ? on: November 14, 2015, 08:01:47 PM
I was very greedy myself when playing at gambling sites, however I did manage to control it due to the fact that I have lost many Bitcoins in the process. Until now, I just invest a very minimum amount of BTC into dice sites just to be safe.  Smiley
11840  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is there a way to earn at least $1 in BTC per hour? on: November 14, 2015, 07:59:23 PM
If you are into trading, you could make $1 easily by taking advantage of Bitcoin's price volatility. When price is low, invest some of your money into Bitcoin and then sell it when price goes a bit higher to make $1 or more of profits. This usually works more with alt coins, as I have seen some of them which are very volatile.  Smiley
