Anyone tried monero mining with the ti? Any good miner to use?
Private miner cost 0.1btc! Not ready to park that kind of money there now
I tried xmr-stak-nvidia. Only 770h/s. Even my Rx480s do 700h/s. Not worth it. Any source for the private miner and hash rate detail? SP is selling it Unless maybe group buy which I think he is not happy lol But small rig is just not economical to pay 0.1btc Wonder why he's not just charging a flat fee like claymore, it's a fair deal IMHO. |

1080ti is pretty sweet for signatum.
I think it's best card for signatum. Signatum algo sponsored by Nvidia to boost 1080Ti sales?  Soon I will join the 1080Ti owners club! SIGT reward will be halved again in 2 days so it's not worth mining. Usually halving will make coin price to double current value. It should happened to SIGT on first halving but because of dev team issue, it did not achieve. We will see how the price of SIGT 2 days later. Doubt the price will go up x2 just because the reward got cut in half, may as well buy them instead of mining, much faster profit. |

AES is very heavy, takes serious cpu beating to verify all the blocks, probably why it's taking so long despite the fast connection.

Hey guys. Was poolmining a bit at https://monero.crypto-pool.fr/#I think I was getting skimmed. Was using "Claymore CryptoNote GPU Miner v9.7 Beta - POOL" Was looking at a lot of shares found but https://monero.crypto-pool.fr/# was telling me "Last Share Submitted" was like several min. ago. Also Reported hasrate was low. What is going on here, is my pc infected with some skimming virus, or is https://monero.crypto-pool.fr/# just reporting the wrong info? What do u guys think. Claymore has a 5% dev fee, it mines for the dev on a different pool, so your miner disconnects from monero.crypto-pool.fr and starts mining for the dev elsewhere 5% of the time. |

Well happy to see Monero finally hit $100. Been a long time coming. My miner has been running three years now. Some of the GPU fans are starting to not work, even with routine maintenance the GPU's are slowly dying. She's an old tug now.
All those early bounty donations have paid off. Monero keeps getting better and better. Hope everyone here has been well, long time since my last post.
