But what are the differences with Monero besides the fixed supply?
Monero is governed by a centralized team of devs, Iridium is built by the community and will adapt to whatever they wish it to be. OK not to be a dick (haha) but at this time the community wants dev to do everything from fixing wallet bugs and getting the coin on an exchange, get a web site running, all on a central single point of failure the dev. |

What's up with this coin... when you mine it it's minimum 2-5 xmr for exchange wallet. Windows wallet doesn't work - third day now... Daemon doesn't start... wallet crashes... this thing doesn't work... how the hell is everybody using this coin?
I've never had a single problem from the software that I can remember and I've been here since 2014. Curiously, I checked his recent posts and the guy seems to have all kinds of problems with wallets (sumokoin, signatum, now monero.) Me thinks it's his computer setup...? Just don't like how he bashes the software when no one else is having those same problems... especially with the latest Helium Hydra wallet! If you don't like me Bashing projects where wallets are not working then I bet you are going to like what's coming! lol Monero wallets is NOT working. FIX IT. Got it? Should I write in Chinese next time? lol What kind of crap software is it, you have to start GUI seperately, daemon seperately. And I can tell you now, the syncing stopped. We are talking about millions of dollars and the bloody windows wallet is a mess lol. Nothing wrong with my setup... it's a clean setup on both systems. Snowden coming out against Monero in favor of ZCash is, to me, just one more nudge towards his whole situation being a "controlled opposition psy-op" entirely from the get-go  It's a shame, really... philosophically/politically I'd prefer to believe that he's the real deal. It has stopped for me as well. I can access the page but when I click on "start mining" it does nothing. If you're using Windows then Microsoft added it to Windows Defender yesterday so that might be what is causing your problem. No wonder, coin-hive's javascript miner was found on hbo and cbs serves stealth mining, most likely placed by hackers. |
