no its not true...
normal hash in 1070 with sp mod - 19,5-20 mh....

21.5 mh - pl - 100-110> max core and max memory. and more watts per card

Sp-mod #4 is peaking at 22.2 MHASH on the gigabyte g1 gaming with 100% tdp and oc. (micron memory)
Don't forget to mention your 2% fee on top of your "donation"

Is freebitco.in down for maintenance?
It's down, but i don't think it's maintenance, probably just went down because of an accident.
I redeem 1000% bonus free btc and 100 bonus reward points everyday, so when this stuff happens i lose a lot. And it's happening often nowadays. It would be nice if the people who redeemed bonuses got a compensation bonus for losing their ability to take advantage of them. My ID is in my signature.
I've noticed on several occasions that the bonus timers get increased after a downtime, I too redeem 1000% bonus and 100 RP points everyday.

And how can you run a 1000% bonus combined with 100 rewards Everyday? That means even when you make 23 rolls a day, you need 2100 reward points extra per day... .
You get 1RP for each 500 sats wagered too. More on weekends.

So after exploring the BTX chain. There seems to be only 5.4 mil coins left for distribution, when a month ago it was 15 million coins. What happened?
We ate them all
424  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Bitcoin Cash - Fork 1:1 of Bitcoin - Pro on-chain scaling - Cheaper fees on: November 16, 2017, 03:27:12 PM
It's obvious there is a lot of fear surrounding bitcoin cash. Everyone saw what happened during that huge pump and small blockers are scared that is why they come onto a bitcoin cash thread (a thread dedicated to bch) and try to bring it down. you guys think its over but its far from it

Correct value of BCH is $300 to $500 not more at current time ,more than it is just bubble .. don't expect much

Blockbuster was once a Giant. High fees... well we know why Netflix started.

MySpace

Kodak

Nokia

all missed the boat

and I'm sure, they all had a very good, but very central dev team Wink
BCH is like pets.com
425  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [XMR] Monero - A secure, private, untraceable cryptocurrency on: November 16, 2017, 03:13:17 PM
hi,
i am just installing my monero wallet and would like to ask if there is any chance to change the daemon log path? it is automatically saved on my smaller hard drive which has not enough space left. I was able to change the wallet log path but am uncertain about the daemon log path. i couldnt find anything helpful so far.

Try this:

https://monero.stackexchange.com/questions/3086/how-to-change-location-of-the-blockchain-with-monero-gui

ive tried this. the chain is now safed at the directory i ve chosen but the space on the other hard drive is still decreasing. dont know what it is. is there any alternative wallet availabe (maybe web based) you do recommend?
You're better off trusting a remote node than a web wallet IMHO https://getmonero.org/resources/user-guides/remote_node_gui.html

Price  falling. Any news from dev team ?
That's the problem, there is no dev team, only charlatans. Not a single cypherpunk on board with BCH.

428  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bitcoin Gold Electrum support on: November 16, 2017, 01:46:26 PM
But now for real. Is it possible to get my btg on an electrum wallet? or not yet?
Fuck no, your safest bet is to download the full blockchain data. Here's a torrent that should speed things up

They say Bitcoin Gold mining gives much more income and benefits that mining of Bitcoin.  Bitcoin Gold community says that now, after the events of November, 12, mining will be at block height 499407.
Who the hell mines Bitcoin with GPU?
430  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: 1080Ti Specific - Best mining option on: November 16, 2017, 01:30:34 PM
Thanks for the suggestion on DTSM's Equihash miner, so far achieving great results! 2-3% better than EWBF.

I have about 100 rigs, just tested it on one, side by side comparison with EWBF below.

6x GTX1080 Ti's (Mining BTG on SuprNova for this Test)

DTSM Miner = 4,342 Sols/s (Avg Per Card = 723 Sol/s)
EWBF Miner = 4,266 Sol/S (Avg Per Card = 711 Sol/s)

You can tip me some BTG here Gd21GmKbnNwMH3MarWm9VqcXErFwgVUx39 Grin

How big is it if I want to download full node by the way?
It need about 180GB of space and take about 5 hours. see also https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2412870
There's a torrent that should speed things up, doubt it will take 5 hours to sync, more like 5 days, the seed nodes are overloaded
Code:
magnet:?xt=urn:btih:47BFB9826B588354917CB6BDC0CAF00D47A1D4D4
And for the love of GOD, DO NOT ENTER YOUR SEED PHRASE ON A FUCKING WEBSITE NO MATTER WHAT IT CLAIMS.

I heard that there was a fork of BCH happening days ago.
I haven't claimed my BCH yet. Is it possible for to claim both BCH and the fork?
I don't think the unintentional BCH fork has reply protection for the current BCH chain so you'd be playing with fire.

it's not showing in the pool at all. i don't think it's right.
Because it hasn't submitted a single share because the stratum diff is too high. A GTX 1060 can do 10MB/s you're doing 93Kh/s
435  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN]Bitcore- BTX - SEGWIT - BLOOM - ONLINE - new virtual fork 1:0.5 of Bitcoin on: November 16, 2017, 12:54:23 PM
ok, using the bat file i posted earlier and using the corretc miner it's sitting there like this.

doesn't seem to be doing anything?Huh

You need to mine the right algo. Mine bitcore not timetravel10.
Quote
Specs
- BitCore BTX
- 21 Million Coin
- 10 min Blocktime later 2,5 min
- DefaultPort = 8555 - RPC 40332
- Halving from BTC Block 462987 = BTX Block 1
- Segwit and Bloom online
...https://bitcoin.org/en/version-history
...https://bitcoin.org/en/release/v0.14.1
- Core 0.14
- 20 MB Blocksize (10 MB + 10 MB Segwit)
- Algo Timetravel10
- Diff Retarget: Bitcore 64_15
- halving interval like BTC 1:1 BTX start with 12.5 BTC per block
I think you're shit out of luck with amd cards on this algo. It's mining as far as I can see, just very slowly.

having a nightmare trying to mine this. sgminer 5.5.5 just stops working at launch. bat file is this

setx GPU_FORCE_64BIT_PTR 1
setx GPU_MAX_HEAP_SIZE 100
setx GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1
setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100
setx GPU_SINGLE_ALLOC_PERCENT 100

sgminer --kernel timetravel10 -o stratum+tcp://btx.suprnova.cc:3629 -u vectisitch.vectis -p x

cgminer 4.10.0  says --kernel unrecognised option , bat file is

setx GPU_FORCE_64BIT_PTR 1
setx GPU_MAX_HEAP_SIZE 100
setx GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1
setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100
setx GPU_SINGLE_ALLOC_PERCENT 100

cgminer --kernel timetravel10 -o stratum+tcp://btx.suprnova.cc:3629 -u vectisitch.vectis -p x
pause

any suggestions please?

439  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Iridium - People are Power - PoW - No Premine - Community Built on: November 16, 2017, 12:02:49 PM
I noticed that none of the pools is charging an additional fee to support the development team. Since this coin had a completely fair launch and distribution with no premine, I am wondering if it wouldn't be good to do that in order to provide an additional incentive for the people who work on the code. Pools are charging just 0.5% or less, which is kind of cheap. Another 0.5% could be charged easily for devs, like it is done in other fairly launched coins.

I also couldn't find an IRD donation address for the dev team. Is there any?

There isn't any because you can't fund anything with IRD
