For the guys that have been around for a while, Why is this coin so underrated compared to BCH, BTG? For what I can tell the devs have done fantastic work at reducing the size of the chain, ensuring stability, scaling transaction volumes, and speeding up transaction speeds. Everything segwit2x failed to due atm. The coin just seemed to be completely ignored for a better part of the year.
It doesn't have nearly the number of shills BCH has.

Can we see another pump now segwit2x is going to continue?

Probably not, the fork is already done....
It was done at block number 494,784

https://thenextweb.com/hardfork/2017/11/17/exchange-bitcoin-segwit2x-hard-fork/

So people should be able to sell their BTC now Wink

Appears not there seems to be some bug in the code from what ive seen that is preventing the btc1 software from getting to the forked block so all BTC1 nodes have just stalled and unable to fork
No B2x fork, people who bought futures are brain dead idiots and pretty much fucked now.

What time is it supposed to hitBTC? and under what name it will come out, since some coins change the name in some exchanges
It was supposed to get listed 27 minutes ago...
Still nothing on their site.... no news either

--ypsi
For the record hitbtc never posted anything about listing BTX only a twit from the BTX devs https://twitter.com/Bitcore_BTX/status/929466266741628929

Was it here or the speculation thread where it was mentioned that CTs won't really work for Bitcoin/Litecoin since not all transactions are confidential?

Ya when ever Coin Base gets off their Butt and allows us access to our BCH from Aug, the dump is on.
They'll probably dump it themselves.

What would you do when you're talking to someone but then he suddenly talks about his hatred on Bitcoin, what would you react to it?

I've never actually experienced anything like this before, I just want to be prepared when it happened to me.
I've never also experienced like that in my life but if there will be someone who dont like what im saying about bitcoin and keep saying that im just a trash, i will show him all of my earnings. Showing your earnings in bitcoin is a very strong evidence you can show to your friends and families for them to believe you and the idea of bitcoin. If they still dont believe you, its their problem not yours.
It's also an excellent way to get mugged.

I bought some moneros with my free BTG, seemed like a logical trade at these prices

Bitcoin Cash _is_ Bitcoin. It's history extends unbroken back the the genesis block. It is the longest chain built using SHA256 atop the Satoshi genesis block.

Oh but it's not, in every conceivable, measurable and plain obvious way, it really is not. And you probably earned your red tag.

How to fix devfee - connection lost, retry in 20 sec? Also having just connection lost, retry in 20 sec. ALL THE TIME! This is slowing down mining, right? How to fix this crap? Mining at nicehash using v9.7.

what's the clashic block of forking?

Its not a fork it's a continuation of the Bitcoin Cash that BitcoinCashDAA forked from Clashic is the real Bitcoin Cash

A new official pool has been set up http://pool.bclashic.network:5964/static/

Is this forked off new BCH or BTC legacy chain?

Neither its a continuation of the old EDA chain before the new DAA fork basically just running ABC 0.15.x instead of the new DAA version 0.16.x

they fucked up their own coin bchs are sad :\ i feel sorry for ver and wu now in a way the experiment is over been co-opted?..lol

It's brutal no wonder all the cashaholics are so quiet BTC breaking new ATH of $8000 and BCH dropping under $1000 and going down fast you should feel sorry for them bit its hard to when they don't listen

What you thought that BCH will beat the king BTC?Never this will happen.seems like many people lost much money on BCH.
Can't say they were not warned.

hi,
i am just installing my monero wallet and would like to ask if there is any chance to change the daemon log path? it is automatically saved on my smaller hard drive which has not enough space left. I was able to change the wallet log path but am uncertain about the daemon log path. i couldnt find anything helpful so far.

Try this:

https://monero.stackexchange.com/questions/3086/how-to-change-location-of-the-blockchain-with-monero-gui

ive tried this. the chain is now safed at the directory i ve chosen but the space on the other hard drive is still decreasing. dont know what it is. is there any alternative wallet availabe (maybe web based) you do recommend?
You're better off trusting a remote node than a web wallet IMHO https://getmonero.org/resources/user-guides/remote_node_gui.html

He's using the official GUI, not a web wallet. If he were though, I'd have agreed with you.

ETA for BTX to hitbtc?

About 20Hours  Smiley I am watching the war in the troll box BTG vs BCH war. Wait till BTX in the mix hahaha
i don't need to watch . won't sell under $70  Cheesy

Hell no 70 is way too low. Maybe 700 Grin
this is the estimate price for late 2018
No way 70 is way too low, 700 still low..BTX $1000 up.
419  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Bitcoin Cash - Fork 1:1 of Bitcoin - Pro on-chain scaling - Cheaper fees on: November 16, 2017, 06:24:09 PM

At this moment, fees for Bitcoin are 2636 times the fees for Bitcoin Cash.
(cashvscore.com)
And Dogecoin fees are basically non existent, your point is?
420  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Claymore's CryptoNote AMD GPU Miner v10.2 on: November 16, 2017, 04:47:55 PM
How do you guys getting 750 or even 800 h/s with RX580 for XMR?
Tried CryptoNote AMD GPU Miner v10.2 with 17.11.1 drivers can't get over 350
The best results I can squeeze from it is 606 h/s on Claymore CryptoNote GPU Miner v9.5 Beta

Thanks.
Gotta flush that BIOS if you want to touch 700-800
