Sjetio sam se jednog slučaja gdje je netko zatražio theymosa da odblokira jedan account za frenda (ima tema negdje u meti, ne mogu je naći) pa možeš probati tako ako hoćeš. Ako mu je IP "označen" neka otvori account sa mobitela, ne bi trebao imati problema s tim. Znam samo da je kod nas generalno problem sa tim dinamičnim IPovima pa se događa da jedan dan sve radi normalno a drugi dobijete IP koji je na nekakvoj crnoj listi i neki sajtovi vam neće dozvoliti da ih koristite, kod mene je recimo bilo slučaja sa blocktrail-om.

O kojoj se cifri radi ako se smije znati? Možda da mu uplatiš ako je nešto sitno, ili mu napravi account ako ti IP nije "označen"?
