1761  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Bitconnect Coin - Decentralized Cryptocurrency [ICO Live] on: December 18, 2016, 06:54:17 AM
The dev should show us the public address so we'll know if these bitcoin deposits are real for transparency sake ,I'm sure the dev will and can show us these public address, and about Bittrex it will be taken care off, once the roadmap and the wallet are presented.

In as much as we all want this project to succeed, I believe more to achieve this is relying on transparency which should be proven beyond reasonable doubt for a project that would rely on public trust as this. So, I keep wondering why some questions remained unanswered by OP or any of the rep like the message quoted...

1763  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC at $1,000 by Christmas? on: December 17, 2016, 09:55:51 AM
Will we find this gift under our tree?

It will be good if I have a tree as at Christmas and that gift just show up all of a sudden. I will be more glad to see that happen because looking at the grand, its really moving in that direction and its something that will be close to that if we can't achieve that but the most important is not meeting that at Christmas but keeping it at that or even higher after that...
1764  Economy / Gambling / Re: Hack Into BitDice And Get 1BTC! on: December 16, 2016, 06:23:43 PM
The admin/owner speak already that he didn't put any second security features on which you could able to access the email right away once you know the password. There are people could possibly get the bounty if they are good enough to get the bitcoin not only that im sure that admin will give bonus on finding the flaw regarding on its security.

Let the individual hack the email successfully first then post it here after that we will know if the bounty will be provided by OP which they know its the best thing to do or else that is the beginning of casting doubt on what they claim to represent. So, instead of knowing what will happen to the bounty, I suggest you just get to work and hack the dam email  Wink...
1765  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Squall Coin NO IPO, Made for you! STILL ALIVE on: December 16, 2016, 06:15:20 PM

Maybe you can rename the thread to still alive and kicking since 2014, no ico, no ipo.
That would work better in my opinion.

Thank you so much for your concern and suggestions. We will definitely look into that and come out with the best way to go about this. Thank you once again and dont forget to visit www.squallcoin.com as well as follow @officialsqlrep to be kept up to date about squall and we will be right behind you to follow back...
1766  Economy / Economics / Re: You should never trust banks on: December 15, 2016, 07:28:33 PM
The only thing I will say to this is just that only keep the money you dont have any use for in banks and dont keep it there for long because its banks over here that I have seen stress you to keep your money with them, and even stress you more to withdraw it. And they can even stop you from getting access to your money, the one you freely went there to deposit. Its that pathetic...
1767  Economy / Economics / Re: What's the reason behind increasing or decreasing price of bitcoin daily? on: December 15, 2016, 07:17:21 PM
What everyone will say is that its the forces off demand and supply and that's what I settle with to console myself as per my understanding of basic economics but what I am really concerned about and I am sure you will want to understand is what factor is behind the demand and supply to change? The answer to that is what quite a number of people will not be able to answer all are just guesses. So I advise, its OK not to know all the answer... Just do your and leave the rest...
1768  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Will Kill The Income Tax on: December 15, 2016, 06:59:55 PM
Bitcoin and anonymous crypto will definitely cause taxes to dry up. It will become one of the biggest problems of our lifetime.

Why is this a problem? most governments steal 80% of taxes for themselves and gives 20% to public funds, on modern times, taxes are the same robbery as in ancient Rome.

In as much as I am not on the side of government as its corruption is not limited to one country we can't all say the money is used mainly to enrich themselves. Yet we clamour for good roads, hospitals, schools, bridges among other social amenities and we are not ready to pay for it. It is true our taxes that these things are done and until when we dont have government again, that's when Bitcoin will kill income tax...
1769  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Clif High says Bitcoin is the future on: December 15, 2016, 06:56:11 PM
One of Bitcoin's biggest supporters, Clif High, says Bitcoin is going to be the future of the financial world.

Have you guys ever heard of him?

He makes some very interesting points about Bitcoin on his YouTube channel.

https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCqXZf0F4GLSX1QXBUgPXhqg

What do you guys think?

You said it one of the biggest Bitcoin supporters I dont expect him to say something else. Something a politician will say concerning his party to be a savior of the masses. Even me myself who is not popular and did not even have access to the information he has access to before making that statement believes strongly that Bitcoin is the currency of the future and nothing else... But achieving that is where I have my reservations...
1770  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: What happened with Circle? on: December 15, 2016, 06:50:59 PM
Circle is out of the Bitcoin game?

 Huh

https://www.wired.com/2016/12/future-bitcoin-not-digital-currency/

Quote
Circle will no longer allow customers to buy and sell bitcoin.

I read the news some days ago and I must say they must have given it a lot of thought to conclude that is the nest course of action for them. That being said as well from what I read, what they concluded is giving up on Bitcoin and not the technology behind bitcoin and hopefully they will continue to develop that new found course for the benefit of everyone including those of us who understand nothing about digital currency other than Bitcoin...
1771  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can gambling be considered a "high risk investment"? on: December 15, 2016, 05:49:18 AM
Let me get this straight gambling is not a investment. Gambling is for fun and you shouldn't consider it as a investment. There are many better places to invest your money.

But from the definition of investment it means putting resources in a place which could be money and expecting a yield and the same can be said of gambling because anyone engaging in it including myself is expecting a multiplication of amount wagered so it could be said to be investment but with high risk of losing your money fast...
1772  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Will you bet on "Sports" games that you don't know? on: December 15, 2016, 05:45:56 AM
I was wondering if you make bets on sports that you have no experience in?

lets say you have never watched boxing, or soccer even, would you still consider betting on these matches?
how will you do it then? random or will you use a tipster service?

I was thinking about getting into sports betting but the games are countless and i don't know which one to choose and i don't know anything about majority of sports.

I have done it before because not all leagues I am aware of and even some teams I have never heard of them before but because the odds are good and I follow some tipster after reviewing former predictions of the individual and found that its correct, I go for it but times without number I have lost so I made a resolution to just settle with the teams I know about and not just some random suggested winnings most times those tipster are covered by emotions as a result of support for the teams...
1773  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Play with your profit or not? on: December 14, 2016, 08:30:54 PM
When you guys are gambling and already doubled your bankroll, do you still play with the whole money you got or you take away half of your bankroll and start playing with your profit or not?

As someone who is not totally disposed to taking riak, what I do first is withdraw my capital if I get to win more that that, then the profit can be wagered to the last. By that if I lose even if its everything I am sure I have not lost my resources even though it will be painful but the only thing I would have lost would be my time...

1774  Economy / Economics / Re: If you were in desperate need for money.... on: December 14, 2016, 07:49:58 PM
One of the most important concept that I have imbibed as a way of life is "never to get broke" and this I have done by managing my finances to the best of my knowledge not exceeding my expenses without a percentage increase in income. If I must increase my expenses the I increase my means... With this at the back of my mind everyday, I dont get to the point of getting to need Mooney desperately without having a small amount of cash as backup...
1775  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in - Win free Bitcoins every hour! on: December 14, 2016, 05:49:17 AM
That is basically what I did - I made the post to help answer someone's question, and left my referral link to this website/faucet, and a different website/faucet as well, making it clear in both instances that they were both referral links for new members who were interested in joining.

Thanks for the more specific information/guidelines though - always good to know, as I would never intentionally break any of the rules/guidelines!  Wink

Thats a way to learn, even the referral link that I joined some months back in a thread was taken down after some house clean up but the guy is still true to his words to share any referral earnings among referrals which I still get in my account in freebitco.in but what really surprises me is the algorithm of the which has make it impossible for me to even go beyond the 2000s mark satoshis? I am still wondering...

1777  Economy / Services / Re: Download this link and get paid 0.01 BTC [US,GB,AU,FR] on: December 14, 2016, 05:37:05 AM

I just received a private message from him with link to this thread. Nothing to say about that.. just report to moderators. Better now, before he will find someone who believe him..

That would be the best thing to do, but I will still find it hard to believe someone will actually download that because of some coins, no explanation whether its a game or music or even a video. With all malwares flying around, I wont even trust any link anyhow couple with a negative trust promoter of such link...

1778  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: why don't play in our game? on: December 13, 2016, 07:53:20 PM
I understand the pressure that comes when you build a site and expect the traffic to increase but its not but I tell you even the ones that have the traffic and population today have built it over a period of time and not just a day job. So I will just advice that you keep being consistent with the support and not compromise the standard for anything and with time, things will change. Just keep the flag flying...
1779  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What would you do with your winnings? on: December 13, 2016, 07:48:05 PM
If I win enough to change my status, I would definitely withdraw and convert to Fiat to meet my basic needs probably to get an apartment or even get a car if the amount won is enough to make that happen. On the other hand, if I just won quite an amount I would probably be moved to gamble it again in other to win more and finally lost it at the end of the day...
1780  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: How can bitcoin be legalize ? on: December 13, 2016, 05:50:33 PM
i am very confused about this question. In my country, people rarely use bitcoin because of the government restriction. Although people are not arrested for using bitcoin, most of them do not want to open a store or a business which accept bitcoin as payment.
So what should i do to develop bitcoin in my country ?

I would say since people are not arrested for using Bitcoin in your country then its not illegal but the issue of operating a store is something of concern because no one is ready to bell the cat just yet with time someone will take the bold step and others will start falling in line. On the part of developing Bitcoin permit me to say its not in your power to make that happen as people will blend with time, just let them blend at their own pace but that doesnt mean you should not do the little awareness your power can carry...
