1841  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Are you profitable? on: March 30, 2023, 01:41:50 PM
They do not profit from trading, but rather from selling the illusion to others or from currency developers or platforms that pay them to indirectly promote the currency or platform by claiming that it can help you earn a lot for free and in a short time.

Most of the YouTube or Telegram channels that give you tips to become rich are the same ones who benefit from the views, otherwise if you can transfer the money quickly, why waste time creating more videos on YouTube.
1842  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Paxful Rip off? on: March 30, 2023, 01:11:52 PM
If anything similar happens, report it to the support team, if there is a problem on their part, they will tell you, otherwise the other party is trying to scam you, then they will block it.
There are a lot of scammers who try to take advantage of people's lack of knowledge, so reading the terms of use, the terms of the other party and not releasing escrow unless you are satisfied will avoid scammers.
1843  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Exchanging BTC with this community will serve the purpose of mixing? on: March 30, 2023, 12:59:22 PM
In general, for an ordinary user who does not want to hide anything, moving your currencies between your addresses several times is enough to avoid any problems for centralized platforms because they will not apply an in-depth search for all accounts, but if a company or government decides to follow you, you will need more than that.
If you want to hide your coins from taxes or law enforcement, you must trust Mixer to break your track and delete your logs. OR using privacy coins like Monero.
1844  Other / Meta / Re: Spammers and Burst Posters only on: March 30, 2023, 12:44:42 PM
It is rare for an old account to be banned due to spam, you will get a temporary ban and your continuation will usually cause you to be banned permanently.

Additional question: For you what is the acceptable time gap during/while posting in this forum?
Some campaign managers consider this post bursting and may cause you to be kicked out of the campaign even if your posts are of high quality.
For me, On average 4 responses per hour is considered a maximum, and 15 per day I find to be too much.
1845  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Yet another saga looming to hit bitcoin. on: March 30, 2023, 01:12:06 AM
Does Commodities and Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) have the right to investigate all activities of Binance or Binance.us? As the platform stopped all activities in the United States.
Is the news appointed by any scope of them because I believe that Binance is a completely separate entity.
Let's see how the investigations will go, which I think will end with a fine.
1846  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Can Bitcoin wallet be traced by IP address? on: March 30, 2023, 12:59:40 AM
It also depends on the amount of information that your government can collect, so a small mistake when logging in with your real address for a platform, e -mail, Facebook, PayPal, or even this forum may cost you to reveal your identity.
It is also difficult and rare to find a trusted VPN service. So if you are doing something wrong, or Bitcoin is banned in your country, it is better to move to another country.

Yes, the IP address can be tracked either from block Explorers, or when you coincide with your wallet (the knot that connects you will be able to see all your addresses.
1847  Economy / Speculation / Re: Crypto traders beaten by girls on: March 30, 2023, 12:32:28 AM
I think that such statistics aim to obtain observations and press investigations are more than an analytical study on the reality of what is happening.
The selected eye is not random, as it is in one country, and it is wrong to generalize it to all countries.
So, what happened is that the percentage that was chosen for the reconnaissance found that the percentage of women among them is large and this result may be biased or inaccurate.

The dawn of mankind is officially here. A recent poll from Singapore revealed that women managed to outperform men in the manliest games of all - crypto trading:
Why do you describe trading in this description, there are many women in the stock market.
1848  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Participating in Mixer Signature Campaign on: March 30, 2023, 12:11:49 AM
If there was a ban, @theymos could have kindly asked the campaign managers to stop advertising for any mixing service.
The only one who will give you answers is @theymos, but as long as the service is legal, I do not see any objection to continuing to advertise.

The weird thing is why now it's not the first mixing service to be sized and has signature campaign.

Bitblender closed his services (Bitcointalk Topic: Bitblender shutting down?) after some of his addresses were placed on the US sanctions list after it was revealed that the North Korean hacker group Lazarus used the service to launder the proceeds of cybercrime.
you can read it here https://www.coindesk.com/policy/2022/05/06/us-treasury-department-sanctions-crypto-mixing-service/

1849  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Want to see what it takes for your favorite crypto to hit it's ATH? on: March 29, 2023, 03:14:13 PM
What method do you use to predict the future of that currency, and can you guarantee that your prediction is at least based on some logical analysis, or is it just a random prediction?

I did not find a disclaimer that the advice contained in this site is not considered investment advice, which means that it may incur some legal problems in the future.
1850  Economy / Reputation / Re: Wake up from long inactive period and open hiring thread. Careful with scam on: March 29, 2023, 02:25:21 PM
@ryzaadit preceded you by creating this topic  [SCAM] Hiring Discord Moderator from @Saru and giving more detailed information, which caused @saruc to get 2 negative trust ratings.

You can follow the rest of the discussion with that topic, as this topic should be moved to Scam Accusations board, but due to the existence of a previous topic on the same case, it will be locked.
1851  Local / العربية (Arabic) / Re: شراء محافظ قديمة اثيريم on: March 26, 2023, 02:22:10 PM

1852  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The 'Greed' index of Bitcoin users is sharply increasing. on: March 26, 2023, 12:49:27 PM
The increase in greed came from the rapid rise between $21,000 to $28,000, which is a price that we have been watching for almost a year. Therefore, everyone began to be optimistic that the bottom might be, and the worst has happened, and therefore the turn of collecting profits will come.

However, it cannot be relied upon as an indicator for measuring the price direction during the coming weeks.

Let's see what happens in the coming days.
1853  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Swapping BTC lightning for LTC on: March 26, 2023, 12:19:21 PM
Thank you both.
Which one of those has the lowest fees? (sometimes it is hard to find since they have a "hidden" fee with a crappy exchange rate)
use this site to know withdrawal fees https://withdrawalfees.com/coins/litecoin , most of CEXs dont ask for deposit fees There are rarely any hidden fees.

There are a few sites that can help you swap BTC Lightning for LTC

1. Robotsats - http://robosats6tkf3eva7x2voqso3a5wcorsnw34jveyxfqi2fu7oyheasid.onion/
2. Sideshift - https://sideshift.ai (But they could ask for KYC at any time, though not always)
3. Coinswap - https://coinswap.click/
4. Boltz exchange - https://boltz.exchange/ (Only possible to exchange BTC LN and BTC)
If OKX is option then it is the best, they ask for $0.09 (0.001 LTC) fees with $0.93 (0.01 LTC) min withdrawal amount.

What makes you hodl BTC lightning or not try to convert it into Bitcoin? There are also better options instead of Litecoin.

if you need Swapping then use DEXs
1854  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What is exactly going on in price chart. on: March 26, 2023, 12:01:18 PM
Market trends can be determined using technical analysis, whether the trend is in the long term (from 4 years to 6 years) or the medium term or even for daily trading, and the accuracy of trend determination increases by using more technical analysis indicators in addition to increasing the time period.

As for knowing what is happening during the last hour, projects are just an illustrative means and are not used for prediction, but rather for determining the direction.
It is impossible to know exactly what is going on with the charts, even the analyzes are speculation.
1855  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Blockchain.info/com questions on: March 26, 2023, 11:48:58 AM
1. When did they merge? I know it was possible to use blockchain.info for logging in sometime earlier but not anymore

2. Was it possible to use Bitcoin address as an ID? If so, what was the principle behind it? Was it possible to use
just any address i.e. 1BitcoinEater..... as your log in info or was it only possible to use an address that was provided to you by the BC wallet?
There is no relationship between blockchain technology and that site, they use the distinguished name to promote their service, but it is a wallet that you register with your email and you are given a Wallet ID with a password and access to your wallet.
12 words wallet seed is another option to recover your wallet.

If you have an old account in that wallet (until 2013) then log in normally, and if it does not work, you will need to click on this link https://login.blockchain.com/wallet/import-wallet
1856  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Do you love and enjoy taking risk? on: March 26, 2023, 11:37:32 AM
The problem of investing in altcoins is that it is not considered a diversification of investment because its price movements are linked to the price of Bitcoin, and therefore it is similar to the movement of Bitcoin if it rises or falls, then its role in investing is in speculation, as you will try to trade quickly in order to withdraw your money from Bitcoin to alternative currencies, So it's not a buy-and-hold medium-term or long-term model.

if you are a good trader you can speculation with price difference in short term.
1857  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Tips To Make Quality Posts In This Forum As A Beginner on: March 25, 2023, 04:20:10 PM

3. Try To Catch Scammers and Bounty Cheaters: If you make yourself expert about catching scammers and bounty Cheaters you may get attention from the higher rankers and may grow up yourself in this forum too fast. This is a very tricky way and also very contributive.

I agree with you that scammers and their activities are hated but trying to catch up with them to get merits *attention from the higher rankers* seems wrong (at least morally).
If the post is worth merits, you will not do it, which leads to killing the fun in creating good posts.
Take it easy and post what you like without thinking that you will get a return.
1858  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are Crypto Privacy Coins and Mixers Illegal ? on: March 25, 2023, 03:04:17 PM
I think they start illegally connecting it when it helps illegal services such as sending money to banned countries or hacking money and these mixers do not cooperate with the authorities then they have enough reason to close these services.
As for the service itself, what is the difference between it and the Tor or VPN service, both of which make tracking the average user very difficult, but some of these services share data with the government, and therefore they do not mind making these services continue.
1859  Bitcoin / Hardware wallets / Re: A virus infected laptop, how safe? on: March 25, 2023, 02:47:24 PM
Do not rely on antiviruses to make your security decisions, and it is better to reinstall the operating system or install a new separate open source OS dedicated only to cryptocurrency transactions.

Some of the notifications that antiviruses give you can be misleading or incorrect, and not giving you a notification may not mean that you are safe.

What is the difference between using this *wallet* and creating an account on a centralized platform? Or at least, will you guarantee customer funds if there is any hack or security bugs?
Can the user access the private key to recover his coins, or is the only way through email?

If the user creates an account via email ID or phone number, this service cannot be called creating a wallet.
