Was good to see you all in Clubhouse TV last night, even though I left early, frustrated by two consecutive games on high-intensity Napoli still managing to lose out to rather boring Milan. But all plaudits deserved, they made the most of their key players, and you can probably blame Ciucciarelli for being so naively exciting.

Up next has to be the game Sportsbet will be tuning into all day long. Both partners need the win, one to lift a title, another to avoid the drop.

Gotta admit haven't watched Saints lately but you can't count them out. A draw will be the worst outcome?

Well, got totally blown out of the water. Bets, picks, Napoli nonsense heh.

So yeah, I was in Naples camp, the way they play, man they deserve no less than a final. But you know what we mostly forgot about? Experience, history, whatever you want to call it. Which the Milan teams each have bundles over Napoli.

Even the Portuguese side fell short, so one really has to wonder now if Inter / Milan are going to take it all. It wasn't the final I wanted, but Italy vs Spain or England has every ingredient needed for magic.

Early congratulations to bullrun2020bro and KTChampions, I agree, hard to see things move too much. May is a long way away, but I hope everyone can prepare their wallet address for prize disbursements. I'd like to settle everything in a single batch payment!

I prepared this sheet, could you check your Superbru usernames are correct, add your preferred wallet address to send payments to, and also your Betnomi usernames? We'll do it in a much more organised way next season (if I'm still organising that is heh heh).

Right, so everyone got exactly 1 point from Haaland, and exactly only famososMuertos got 1 for picking Kimmich. 3/4, well deserved for going out of the preferred lanes! No regrets, he was on my list, but this was too dangerous to not pick all the likeliest scorers.

And arallmuus, Benfica really saved me, so glad they didn't give up even though they were out. Would have been 3-0 down to you if that late goal didn't happen. Igebotz, rooting for me? What? =D

@aylabadia05 nice little package, enjoy!

@1miau, lovely bets, good luck! That reminds me I haven't done Betbuilders since the World Cup (pretty interesting combinations to make with shots assists, even tackles, I missed some big hits just by a tackle or two really in games I knew that would be tight). Second legs are always more careful, regardless of the situation, even if teams are chasing huge gaps it leads to aggressive play.

Weird watching the games tonight, and not really having any stake. This already is way beyond gone:

No, I'm not trying to spam against City, but yes, I'm trying to spam against City haha.

It's a wasted bet but you never know Bayern, right? They don't deserve 3-0, and City could be a victim of tinkering so let's give it a go with a unique market. I couldn't find this market precisely elsewhere... so no odds advantage calculation but the regular odds is 15/1, I'm using a price boost.

100 units at Sportsbet on Bayern to qualify @16.40. Other odds: -

Running advantage after 52 bets: +4860 (-)
All-time cumulative: +87,940
Running units after 51 bets (8W|43L): +2328 (-100)

I started the week great and then was very unlucky yesterday, getting just three points from Saka and Fernandez was really unexpected. Saka with missed penalty and Fernadez with couple of great shots but no returns.

GW 32 is a free hit for me so I already know I will take Saka, Martineli, Jesus, Salah, Trent + 1 more Liverpool and then I have no idea. Probably some Newcastle, CP and West Ham.

Some consolation came in the form of Salah (unfortunately only vice as the captaincy was all Saka heh) and Jota, whom I'm gambling on leaving on, now that Diaz is actually back in play, I might switch him in once his match fitness returns.

Watkins the one I feel a bit cheated, been banking on him outside of FPL, and then he brings in the goods lately.

FPL is about choosing players you believe in and enjoy watching.

Didn't work out for me early season, but that worked for me many many years ago playing the BBC one. Or maybe my teammates (office colleagues back then) were just making me look good. And this was when Liverpool weren't great haha.

Robbo's the only guy in my team I enjoy watching and in my FPL. Salah's producing still just no longer at the same thrill rate I am used to.

@buwaytress : how did we both ended up placing 4 top seed on the tennis' question  Grin. I thought you would have placed atleast one other semifinalist there apart from the top seed

You picked well, my friend. Already ahead 1 point, and yes, I struggle daily with former loves like Tsitsi but in this round I just did my best to ignore my gut and go for favourites everywhere. Real was a lot more patient than I intended however, or Chelsea less adventurious, right now I'm conceding this round, just a bit disappointed Napoli didn't find a way through. When you also get a penalty and Kvara doesn't convert, then you know it's not meant to be...
1890  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⭐⚽⭐ Sportsbet's Bitcointalk Sports Fanatics League (BSFL) – 5000+$ rewards ⭐⚽⭐ on: April 18, 2023, 07:02:07 PM
Good luck everyone! This round, I went with what I felt was the extreme "favourites" in every question, although because of margin of errors, I decided to say only 1 NBA perfect score, and also the DOTA, I trust that the patch will inflict some balancing that means 1 favourite can't progress.

Tennis, I went for all the strongest seeds in the draw, despite my lost love on Tsitsi... even the scorers of Bayern/City I picked all the highest odds in goalscorer markets -- no surprise they are exactly as anyone would expect without checking odds.

Thanks Cro2 for leaving Liverpool out of this. Not that they have anything left in this season worth putting in!
1891  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: LondonLink - Would you invest in it? on: April 18, 2023, 03:32:39 PM
Hey fellas, don't normally come in and comment but after seeing some people say it actually looks legit, I feel like I have to say something (and okay, I was sort of led her seeing posts of fellow livecasino guys haha).

a. A legitimate company registration or incorporation doesn't necessarily mean a legitimate or even legally-operated business. You can incorporate in London or Gibraltar pretty easily.

b. A broker of 10 years would have had a broker's licence for the same period of years, or at least revealed the parent licence.

c. Look up the current CEO (as per LinkedIn). Director of 5 companies. Curiously, "LondonLink Partners" was one of 3 dissolved. Resigned as director from LondonLink OTC in 2019 but reappointed not long after.

All these details are easily Googled, or linked from Seedr.

Never really understood companies who are soliciting funds but not willing to provide proof of actual business, nor provide a budget for what they're raising (okay, maybe more info available to registered users but I'd be putting my prospectus out anyway). Now I'm not saying they're outright scams, probably legitimate to some point, but definitely not to the numbers they're claiming, not to the years they're claiming.

The address looks like a shared office space address. Other business lists the same address such as this one[1]. At the very least the building does exist, but it is unknown whether they really operate from there or not. Not to mention there is very little information available for users who don't want to register on Seedrs, even the official website has little to no information. Not really a good idea to pitch your business imo.

They're called mailbox/letterbox companies =) It is almost for certain that they don't operate from there nor maintain any meaningful connection to the incorporated company, sharing the address with hundreds if not thousands of shell corporations or SPVs, little companies made for specific, usually tax purposes. The address registered at London is used by at least 500+ companies on public information. The same at Gibraltar, the same building hosts post office boxes for many companies.

Amen LFC_Bitcoin, I hope Everton too (sorry casper).

Did Liverpool exploded tonight or what?  Grin
They dont play well most of the season but when they win they win in a big style, six goals win against Leeds was amazing and hope for Europe in next season still remains.

It's really strange, yeah. We've had 2 historic wins already this season (our record-equalling biggest top league win vs Bournemouth, biggest win vs United in top league); last night was pretty special but not really significant, even the 6-0 vs Rangers was so-so if not for Salah's 6-min hattrick.

So that's 4 big wins in under 40 games, most teams would take 1 spectacular game every 10 but I'd take 0 in 40 if we could win 80%...

But my ire is reserved for Arsenal. Odds-wise, the easiest leg in this acca, and the one that was given up the most easily (how do you lead 2 nil, miss a penalty in a stadium that was quiet?). Be ruthless, boys.

1893  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🦊 Betnomi.com | Champions League Pool ⚽️ Discussion Thread on: April 18, 2023, 10:59:33 AM
I probably shouldn't be so annoyed at Napoli, they've been winning me just so many games this season, sort of the bright light in Serie A, that I can forgive them for losing a few time to Milan (can I, really, though?).

Their main worry now is that they're found out to be a 1 man or 2 men team... losing their main O and not winning most of their games, what happens next season when he and Kvaradona both leave (almost a certainty)?

But I guess we cross that bridge when we get there. Enjoy this team while it lasts, eh?
1894  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbet.io's English Premier League Football Pool Discussion Thread on: April 17, 2023, 07:41:23 PM
If you offered any Arsenal supporter at the beginning of the season to finish the league at the 2nd position they would have accepted it without thinking absolutely. However Arsenal supporters would be very disappointed if their team finish the league at the 2nd position at the end of the season.Even though there are many names who have had championships in the team before, it has been a little surprising for me that they can't handle the pressure.

When it comes to this evening I think Liverpool will win against Leeds away comfortably. (I made a 3-0 Liverpool win prediction in the pool.)

Salah makes it two! Hard to truly enjoy this game with our dire situation in the league table, but a win is a win and I need this 3-0 like you also predicted Wink

I think there's a lot to be said about finishing a gruelling season second, and maintain enough energy and motivation to go at it again another season. Liverpool did really well in early Klopp era to do just that. Failing at the final hurdle or on final day (either in the league to City, Real Madrid in Champions League, even Sevilla in Europa right at the beginning)... I was worried each time, but we found it in our tanks each time.

And then last season... literally losing it on final day and final match of season. I can't imagine that kind of disappointment, especially when most of the older players squeezing every bit of energy to do one final push, and fail.

For sure Arsenal would pay to take 2nd... but not in a fashion of sitting in #1 for 80% of the season and giving it up on the final lap.

Still want them to win, for sure. I also have free biweekly beers for an entire season from an Arsenal fan waiting for me...

^ I guess patch is like fixing some OP units like they do all the time in most games?

Toughest/trickiest question that's 50/50 is United/Juve once more. Can Maguire do it again? I say yes.

Nothing sucks as much as me losing to buywaytress and aralmuus, that should some sure 4 or 6 points for me man!, lol, just kidding.

Well in the next round, both of us meet, so whatever happens, you should be pleased Wink

@buwaytress : I badly need points to stay away from relegation, please spare me mate  Roll Eyes

Nah don't worry, slaman seems to be intent on keeping his spot, and you can beat the guy after this round. I need to get better at this and breathe down Slissy's neck or something, and also punish casper for sharing the spoils with me heh.

I actually have no idea how you bet or pick, so you have some advantage..?

Here's my generous tip/trick tip: don't bet on Tsitsi making it thru SF Wink
1896  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🦊 Betnomi.com | FPL Football Pool ⚽ Discussion Thread on: April 17, 2023, 02:59:21 PM
Saka. Sadness. Grief. Regret. I'm ok he missed a pen. Not okay he looked lost at sea. But it's Brighton, so it's ok, right? (Would never have imagined myself saying this). I'm also thinking to reintroduce Trent. I already have Robertson and he's pretty damned solid in play, just we've been conceding from centre and he's not getting the xG or xA he should be getting... so I don't know if switching for Trent is making it worse.

Anyway, I made 10 points for neglecting my team (shock) and I've just cleared out some bois for 12 penalty points, so I actually end the week worse than last. Why do I put myself through this?
1897  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🦊 Betnomi.com | Champions League Pool ⚽️ Discussion Thread on: April 17, 2023, 11:09:33 AM
^

I think it's just you heh. We got a nice big banner on OP and on Superbru even, in case you didn't notice. Pay attention man Wink

I know I can't speak for everyone, but I feel the history of the various pools, who's run them, who's sponsored them, aren't perhaps as important to remember as to recognise that they are a collective benefit for the forum and for crypto (utility, adoption, awareness, no?). Sportsbet obviously has had a huge part in recent seasons, hilarious by organising them, but I think the diversity in pool organisation and sponsorship proves it's a healthy market and I like to think brings improvement to forum quality as a side effect.

But yes, Betnomi throwing in their hat (they also sponsor FPL) is a good thing. Competition, diversity, big crypto prize pools, haha. They can only be good for us, the users, and for the crypto industry as a whole.

You've opened an account of course, as freebets go there? Wink
1898  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Sportsbet.io ⚽ Spanish La Liga ⚽ Football Pool Discussion Thread 2022/2023 on: April 16, 2023, 04:36:54 PM
Why Barcelona? I think Barcelona will dominate the segunda  Grin
In fact, with all the random results, La Liga is one of the most stable - look at what's going on in Serie A or the Bundesliga. That's where random and chaos that takes your money.
As for Sevilla, I see no reason to bet on them - the odds are too small for such a big risk, plus it all depends on United - if everything goes well for them, then no Sevilla (even if they play well) will be a hindrance.

What's this, Barca? 2 draws in a row, both no goals? I do agree, sort of the most stable league in a sense, Barca/Real up there, okay we had that weird Atletico season but it still sees the same top 4.

Can't really make any assessment though, haven't watched enough, and probably even watching less and less these days. I still feel like Real and Barca both lose enough games to make betting on them interesting though.
1899  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbet.io's English Premier League Football Pool Discussion Thread on: April 16, 2023, 02:56:26 PM
So I should learn from this, don't trust Chelsea or Tottenham!

That definitely seems to be a recurring theme of this season. Such a crazy obliteration and waste of big money by Chelsea, I’ve never seen anything like it before. Usually teams who outspend everybody else do really well. It’s nothing new for Spurs to be crap and let everybody down though, it’s what they do.

On to todays games, West Ham vs Arsenal where the Gunners can’t really afford to drop any more points because Man City are coming. Nottingham Forest vs Man Utd you expect Man Utd to win but injuries to Varane and Martines might make it more difficult for them.

Yeah, I did imagine something of the sort happening at Newcastle, and with all the sanctions against Chelski since even before the Abramovich exit, I thought they'd at least be forced to not spend the way they did. Absolutely proven wrong in both cases, though the Blues acceleration moneywise is beyond belief.

Spurs is Totteringham Day stalwarts as usual... but I do wish Arsenal didn't come up with their own London special today =(
1900  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🚀-Sportsbet.io-🚀 - Main sponsor of Southampton FC 👋👋 on: April 16, 2023, 12:51:00 PM
Everyone settling in for the Gunners? This and the next game hosting Saints are must-wins as they have to ensure the gap remains when they visit City in ten days. Outrights already paid out anyway, so I'm sure a lot of people can rest easy, but there's still plenty of points to fight for and I'd really, even as a neutral, prefer to see Arteta and co take this title.

Hi all, can you please tell me how things stand with betting in this office? Is it safe to make a deposit here? Do they not cancel bets?

Hope you get clarification from the team already, but I can share my personal experience using crypto books since 2016 -- it really doesn't get better than Sportsbet.io -- and yeah, this is with the utmost respect to all the other books I use.

Never had a bet unfairly cancelled -- if anything, they've even paid out or refunded on markets other bookies cancelled.

Verification was straightforward (though I should say I also met them in person winning past contest meetups so they know I'm real). This is really the only book on this forum where we've also had a chance to verify the book's office are real people Wink
