Luckily I've never really had this problem, my partner has supported me all the way through. I'm not into bounties though and I have a regular job aside from just investing in crypto, so there's no real reason for my partner to dislike crypto.
I can definitely understand that your girlfriend might have been a bit apprehensive about crypto, due to lack of understanding. It's up to you to show her the results, just like you did in the end.
Can you really make a living by doing bounties alone though?

EOS is a legit project that will be a huge one after the swap to an own chain. It is a project that I am shilling for a long time now and it was a good idea to shill it. I have nice profits now!
A scam coin wouldn't listed on top 5 marketcap , it's just shows how investors around the world get involved in the project , too bad if you missed this one indeed. As I am in too! The growth are amazing surprised everyone , they are backed by a lot of exchanges so why not to put a hope here? More than 100 pair and high volume trading everyday, isn't it enough to consider EOS as a legit one? Their position on coinmarketcap isn't a good indication whether it's a scam or not though. Sure it might not be likely that a top 5 coin is a scam, but it can always happen. Remember Bitconnect, BCC had a pretty huge marketcap just before they scammed everyone. I'm not saying that EOS is a scam, but just remember that they've put this in their FAQ: 5. What features, uses or attributes do EOS Tokens have? Can the EOS Tokens be used on a blockchain adopting the EOS.IO Software?
block.one is building the EOS.IO Software but it will not configure and/or launch any public blockchain platform adopting the open source EOS.IO Software (the “EOS Platform”). Any launch of an EOS Platform will occur by members of the community unrelated to block.one. Third parties launching the EOS Platform may delete, modify or supplement the EOS.IO Software prior to, during or after launching the EOS Platform.
The EOS Tokens do not have any rights, uses, purpose, attributes, functionalities or features, express or implied, including, without limitation, any uses, purpose, attributes, functionalities or features on the EOS Platform.

We are split on this one. One group still wants to have anonymity in their transactions while the other group knows that if we want Bitcoin to be accepted more we want to sacrifice that feature of these cryptocurrecies. Crytocurrency as a payment method needs to be tracked and the users be identified in order for it to be allowable in a larger scale of acceptance. I don't even know why some consumers still wants to be anonymous on something, as if they are buying on illegal drugs with it.
Even if you are not using Bitcoin for illegal activities, you still have very good reason to want to remain anonymous. KYC for small transactions is just ridiculous in my opinion, you're handing over copies of personal documents to a potentially insecure website. The government also doesn't have to know what I purchase on the internet, nor does anyone else for that matter. If I decide to donate some Bitcoins to Wikileaks or whatever other organization, I don't really want my government to know that. I really don't understand the argument 'If you have nothing to hide, why care about privacy'. There are plenty of reasons why you want to have a certain amount of privacy.

I am planning to start my own gambling site. Can anyone share their own ideas for ways to gamble? (against house)
One of the most popular betting game is poker so if you start this then you can get more players than other games or you can start dice games or slot games like, but it all depends on what you have and how much you are going to invest on it.And don't forget to do promotion of your site because that will get more players for you. I disagree with that, poker just isn't that popular anymore. Even existing poker sites, other than Pokerstars, are having enough trouble as it is to attract new players. They all have a casino on the side because that's far more profitable. Heck, that's why Pokerstars added those spin & go games in the first place, it's more like actual gambling and doesn't require a long attention-span.

I mean if this is a trend that we'll be seeing all throughout Europe, I think we're going to be very competitive to existing and future crypto companies. Especially compared to the US and some other countries that currently have a high tax-rate for cryptocurrency investors.
That said, I really do wonder if the US is going to keep up its current taxation of crypto earnings.

I don't play lottery that often anymore, but I'll definitely make an exception for these ones Great time for the contests to end too, just when prices are going up again!

I'd be more concerned that it was a scam, rather than stolen coins or something. I mean why would someone sell way under market value? On what platform have you received such a deal?

Payment received as usual! Appears that I'm the only one going through the trouble of confirming payment Will keep doing this, otherwise you're talking to yourself every week Also, congrats on paying 150(!!!) rounds of signature campaign earnings on time every week! BIG thanks to DogecoinMachine, Lutpin & all CG investors for making this possible! Here's where it all started for me: Couldn't thank you guys enough!

Already have the date set in my agenda, in case I buy more coins before the launch. I wouldn't trust any exchange to exchange those tokens for me though. I'd rather register my own ETH address on eos.io myself.
Really looking forward to the launch and I wonder what kind of dapps we will see pop up afterwards!

I have no idea whether a lawsuit could be won against him, but I would certainly welcome it How does he have the audacity to call that trash Bitcoin fork the real Bitcoin. Imagine that newbies send their freshly bought Bitcoins to a BCH address by mistake. Could definitely see some of those mistakes happen due to newbies getting confused by false statements like that.

I don't think that any of those characteristics apply to me, so I can probably safely say that I'm not addicted? And it actually kind of is a chemical dependency, since some of the same chemicals are released in the brain that are also released by drugs. From a brain-chemistry point of view, addiction has pretty much the same characteristics wether it's drug addiction, sex addiction, gambling addiction, etc.

Both reasons that he's given seem pretty valid in my opinion. A supposedly 'reputable' news website should really not engage in giveaway scams and certainly not publish fake news.
Coindesk has always been a little bit too over-sensational for me. There are better crypto news websites.

From the article: Bounty clickers are not a scarce resource and will always be around. What you really want focus on are qualitative users who seek a meaningful interaction with your company and have the potential to form a loyal user base. A loyal user base that is really engaged with your product is probably the most precious thing, especially for an emerging crypto project.
This statement really hold a lot of truth and it'sz also something that's often forgotten by so many new projects. Sometimes it seems as if all of the focus is pointed towards getting the attention of bounty hunters, while forgetting to actually spend time building a sustainable community around their project. I'd much rather see projects that have active chat channels and regular communication with the developers (through update blogs etc.), than projects that just blindly give out rewards to spam the ICO. Pretty interesting article, nice find

I was looking for such add-ons for different online shops. As far as I understand, there are no ready-made solutions and standard modules. I can recommend to integrate Bitpay solutions https://bitpay.com/tourYou're completely wrong here, there are a bunch of ready made solutions. Even Shopify supports Bitcoin payments, I don't know if this was the case when this topic was started. Anyway, have a look here: https://www.shopify.com/bitcoinThat's probably the best ready-made solution you could find, much easier than using Wordpress + plugins.

If I'm understanding this correctly, you are proposing that dice websites add extra servers to handle more bets per second than they are able to handle now? Not sure what you mean by screen sharing? I mean you'd just be connected to a different server, not sure where screen sharing comes in?
The thing is that this would be way too expensive, there's a reason why dice sites cap the amount of rolls per second per player. There's a point where you'd become unprofitable due to the added costs.
Or are you suggesting that the bets are done client-side, thus allowing for faster bets/second?

Another update to the OP: I've added Vialcoin to the list, I'm not sure if this project is still active, but have added it anyway. Also changed the colour of BIG and Solidar, to show that their UBI distribution has already started. Had forgotten about that the last time it seems. Still looking for suggestions or just general feedback

I do take other people's advice into consideration, but usually all advice you get is based on technical analysis, something which I don't believe in. Personally, I look more at the fundamental aspects of a particular project, than base my investment decisions on any form of TA.
My portfolio isn't even that big, in total I hold just about 5 coins.

I'm not sure if this is the best alternative, but I've personally always used the MetaMask plugin to manage my tokens. It's a browser plugin that's available for both Chrome and Firefox. That said, I never keep large amounts in my MetaMask wallet and I've also set a very strong password. Maybe you need something more secure? I've found an article which lists your best alternatives. https://themerkle.com/here-are-the-top-5-ethereum-wallets-supporting-erc20-tokens/

Very good that it's finally been fixed, a day's worth of trading lost isn't some minor issue IMO. Makes you wonder how many other bugs are still undiscovered, if one as severe as this one could still slip through.
I definitely wouldn't mind if ETH got some serious competition in the future, in this case competition is definitely a good thing, as it keeps innovation and security a top priority.

This is indeed old news, but I've found another article that mentions another casino accepting Bitcoin, The D. https://www.gamblingsites.com/blog/vegas-casinos-accept-bitcoin-64554/Though, you can pay with Bitcoin directly at the tables, the have a Bitcoin ATM in their halls. Doesn't appear that you can directly buy chips with Bitcoin, but I could be misreading it.
