Although you give this is free and everyone just using their own prize, how are you going to manage to get some payout? Are you saying that you are going to fund the draw with your own money? You need some bigger promotion at least to attract big player or at least many small players to boost your site wagered or even profit They do charge 5% of the total prize pool it seems, so that's probably enough to keep everything running. Don't mind that at all, I like the fact that the tickets are cheap and love to see bigger prize pools.

Well, Facebook advertising is now an option again, so I would definitely look into that. You can just run the campaigns yourself, it isn't that difficult.
AFAIK Goodle still doesn't allow cryptocurrency-related advertising, so don't think that's an option.

Just a quick question. Do you also get instant withdraws when you win (and cash out) like 500 ETH or more? If not, I still imagine it doesn't take too long to process, since there's usually always someone online to help.
The CG blog and FAQ doesn't mention anything about extremely high value withdraws, so could it be that they're also instant?
It's not applicable to myself, but was just thinking that it would be great advertising, most other casino's would probably keep the money for a couple of days or have to manually verify it.

altcoins have never been created to compete with bitcoin. they were created to help you earn more bitcoin! that is why they suck so hard even the biggest one ethereum is filled with problems which is why it is always going to be used as a pump and dump coin like the other 1600+ coins to earn more bitcoin profit.
There just so much wrong with this statement, first of all you're generalizing way too much in my opinion. Not all altcoins are the same, you do have altcoins which serve purposes that Bitcoin doesn't provide. Just one example is Steem, you can about it what you will, but it is pretty unique in what it does and it's used for more than just investment purposes. There are a lot more examples, even Ethereum, not a fan of it myself but it does have interesting features.

Not a bad idea, but maybe you could save the address of that wallet so you could add a bit more to it in the future. Would be great if you add some more on special occasions, you might not have too much disposable income at the moment, but that should change.

How would escrow work in this case? I assume you'd need the money upfront for production and design etc. The escrow should be released when people have received their product, so I don't see how you would do this.
Are you planning on funding this all by yourself?

It has been 2 years that I bought my First bitcoin. I have never been able to sell or trade it. Is it only me who is emotionally binded or does this happened with anyone else?
Also, is it a good thing to be emotionally attached so much to Bitcoins?
I think it's just you, because bitcoin was created in order to buy it cheaper and sell more, not just to hold without a case Bitcoin wasn't created for its use as an investment, it was created because it serves as a trustless monetary system. It serves to shift the power from banks over to the people. You don't have to rely on third parties anymore to take control of your money. If trading is the only use-case of Bitcoin that you can think of, I'd do some more research if I were you.

What do you think Lightning Network is going to be for? Once that becomes usable, you don't have to worry about transaction times anymore. Heck you'll even be able to exchange your Bitcoins for other supported altcoins pretty much instantly. Read up here: https://lightning.network/

I really hope that Croatia takes it, but I admit that France has a bigger chance of winning. Still curious to see who gets the third place, hoping for Belgium to take that at least.
Hopefully we will see a different game than that of France against Belgium, wasn't fun to watch at all.

I have an idea to create an Advent Calendar specially for cryptocurrencies enthusiasts. I suppose it should looks like usual calendar (box) that contains 24 gifts like coupons for miners, some special conditions to try new services, free tokens, discounts for icos etc.
If you are going to tie it to religion (Advent) I don't think you'll do too well.... interest in crypto and belief in sky fairies usually don't go together. The mass increase of religious people on this forum in the last year are tied to signature campaigns, and those people won't spend their money on anything crypto related. Also, how would you issue cryptocurrencies in the calendar without you knowing the private key? Could be an expensive set up cost, which would increase your min sell break even number. I don't really see an advent calendar as directly tied to religion as it used to be, non-religious people would probably buy them as well. It's just a fun gimmick to count the days till Christmas, which also has religious connotations. Most of the advent calendars here (Belgium) have pictures of snow-men and Christmas trees. You're right about including crypto without knowing the private key, I don't see how you could do that without knowing the private key yourself. Now that I think a bit more about it, it's probably going to be very difficult to get to a decent price point. You don't have too many cheap options for presents, especially if they all have to be crypto related. If you really think that the word 'advent' will cause people to ignore such a product, call it a Christmas Countdown Calendar. Might not want to abbreviate that to CCC, that has a whole other range of possible connotations Edit: I see that you're planning to sell them through pre-order, I would advise against that. That would definitely make me not want to buy it, just way too risky.

Could be a cool little gimmick just before Christmas time, if you find a decent place to sell it at. I wouldn't do coupons though, because I think they're not exactly fun little presents.
Would look more at adding something physical in there, like small coins and crypto memorabilia. Problem is that you need to keep it cheap enough too...
thank you for your reply and ideas. I also thought to put some material stuff in it like souvenir btc coin, stickers or even t-shirt. Im totally agree, that it should be cheap enough and also not too big. What price is acceptable for you? up to 50 in my mind. Yeah at 50 dollars, you will get some people that will buy it, but then it really needs to be a premium box, with some really good presents. If you could do it for between 30 and 40 dollars, that would be a better price point. Be sure that you make the design of the box really professional and also sell it on the forum.

Let's not get ahead of ourselves here, they've just ordered a study to be made here. You can't say that it's even likely that they are going to launch their own crypto.
This study can take years to fully finish and even then the chances of something being done are still very low.

I'm not sure if crypto advertising networks allow you to implement their ads in a game. You can have a look at https://coinzilla.io/. They at least support mobile ads. Now, I do think you're better off using traditional advertising networks, since I always hear everybody complaining about how little they earn through these crypto advertising networks.

It's been a while since I've checked those stats, didn't realize there were so many, last time I check there were only like 1500 or so. Would never use them myself though, the fees are way too high and it's a hassle as opposed to some of the local online exchanges we have here.

I would assume that bounty hunters aren't a big part of it, since most ICOs issue a very limited percentage of tokens for bounties. Usually it's not more than 5% which goes towards bounty rewards.
Investors who were able to buy cheap might sell immediately as they make a profit at launch.

Belgium had 60% possession and only 9 goal attempts while France had 40% possession and 19 goal attempts. I think Belgium's manager Roberto Martinez knew that his team might have problems in the back against the speedy French attackers like Mbappe and Griezmann and he tried to slow down the game with Belgium holding the ball more. I think he got his tactics wrong for the match though. Belgium should have let France be in their half of the field most of the time and then try to score on the counter attack.
Uh I knew it Belgium defense is really sucks and i'm not surprised that France won on that match. What I really mad is that france players wasting time so many times on 2nd half and the extra time. That mbappe last moment on extra time is hilarious though, wasting time and get yellow card. At that moment I was shouting at the TV, that time wasting was completely unneeded. That said, France picked a superior strategy, by having a solid defence and taking advantage of Belgium's weak midfield because of Dembélé. It wasn't even a fun match to watch, not much play going on there.

It's really strange that there isn't a single one in my hown town of Leuven, since it's a university town. If I had the funds, I'd definitely invest in putting one here, but that's currently a little bit too expensive for my budget (given that you'd need a location).
Hoping there will be one here soon though.
