21  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [SCAMMER] Oregon Mines on: June 05, 2015, 02:59:23 PM
I'd prefer if the Mods do their job notice there is only 1 person causing issues? Yet again and again and again there is a pattern. I do wonder what sort of connection Dogie might have to these criminals given how close he was to Marto74 and Loshia spamming my own Hardware Rating thread last year in an effort to help deflect away from the clear evidence of FRAUD from Technobit.eu. Which is also tied closely to Black Arrow / Minersource and AMT all linked in.

DZ was part and parcel of the same people who are part of Oregon Mines. The link is Matthew Carson to all these different scams. Have a long look at Gleb's / Phinneas's threads on Matthew Carson. Very eye opening if you get pasted all the over the top stuff. My own dealings with Matthew and Terrence really beg the question is what sort of long term scamming in other businesses have these guys been pulling for years? Oregon Mines is just the latest in peak in that mountain chain.

DZ
Minersource
Oregon Mines

And the list of people mentioned here are really responsible for all the stolen bitcoin/cash so far. There are a few people tracking Matthew Carson carefully and I do not doubt he will be snared by local law enforcement at some point.

@ bick

I have a suggestion, lock this post and set up a moderated post.

Then you won't have to fight with off posts.

You can also set a thread with all the  deletions in it.

Fact is Dz coop fucked a lot of people.  They were able to do this by being very good in the beginning.

Round 17 they did a lot of refunds. But a lot of people lost money on that round.

I did quite a bit of business with them.  Including buying 3000 worth of U1 Sticks from them. But the Black Arrow round 17 was a true killer. They have never been the same since that round.
22  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: BFL fucked us over again (redux) on: June 05, 2015, 03:36:42 AM
Anyone got refunds as of lately?

No one posted they have. That doesn't mean BFL have or haven't but it is  more likely a haven't given the scam is over and they are no longer taking money in... so none will voluntarily go out. Meaning jail time for Sonny V. Again.
23  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Did Quickseller or marcotheminer frame ndnhc? If not, who did? on: June 05, 2015, 03:23:45 AM
okay, so if the rep have been removed, op just close the thread since everythings resolved?

It's not resolved because we still don't know who perpetrated this nonsense.  In my opinion, it's unlikely we will ever know, but just to be clear, the issues in the OP are not resolved.

There certainly are a number of "accounts" looking to bury this thread before anyone does answer those questions. Who benefits when those questions stop being asked?
24  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: June 05, 2015, 03:17:57 AM
BTW, HF's "power hungry, obsolete, uncompetitive product" is still powering Icedrill's mines, which are in turn still paying me dividends.   Cool

And of course you are loyally declaring these capital gains in your tax return, right? I would really not like to see you being narked out like CypherDoc about the BTC 3k he forgot to declare....

Any evidence he is avoiding tax? I'm sure the IRS would be happy to have that evidence.
25  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: June 05, 2015, 03:13:41 AM
Smiley why would he care about the truth. Spinning up lies is his default setting.

FAILED-product!

"HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s"

Did the HashFash ASIC meet the 400GH/s spec?

Yes.  Some could even be overclocked.  Icedrill's are still mining.

what you are not correctly reporting is that from the first batches of machines, most of the chips underperformed. The yield was horrible and the lack of a good firmware to deal with all the errors meant most systems ran crippled.

Further more, most assembled units have failed by now and need new coolers.

Quote
The bankruptcy is proceeding and nobody ran off to Thailand, unlike a certain popular scam you were defending until it was too late.

None of the Baby Jet orders and Sierra orders were fulfilled: we got a few units but never the MPP we paid for (and yes, in the case of the Sierras one paid extra, it doubled the price)

None of the upgrade kits for the Baby Jets ever shipped

That was long long before there was even talk of bankruptcy proceedings.

iCEBREAKER, stop spreading partial untruths in the hope you can re-write history, it's well documented what happened and in what order. You are a liar and actively participated in this fiasco, that is a truth everybody can spot from a mile away.

less than words. (added to my ignore list)

We all can edit out what we don't like.

Use ignore and get it over with.

You cry for months. Get what you want and you still cry. And when others have the same exact issues with people in these forums you turn a blind eye.

Hypocrite.

27  Other / Meta / Re: better feedback on report accuracy on: June 04, 2015, 07:20:28 AM
Or is it just forced perspective. Seems to be a lot of that bias creeping into the forum at the moderation level.

28  Other / Meta / Re: VOD should be removed from default trust for systematic abuse of his position on: June 04, 2015, 07:11:40 AM
Leaving a negative trust for someone isn't defamation.  You can sue anyone for any reason, but good luck getting a court to hear you.
Actually Vod has more of a case to sue people for defamation who were calling him a pedo etc.

No, but making up stories about people based on zero evidence is. I should add he resides in Canada, which follows similar defamation and libel laws to the UK, which are extremely broadly enforced. When you start attacking nonprofits trying to become tax deductible charities, you start to attract lawyers working probono looking to make a name for themselves in the public eye.

Quickseller / Dogie do that all the time. Seem like there are plenty of people to pick on Techshare that are still doing it.

Vod will be back Smiley
I don't doubt it. He has little self control.

Says the man flogging a dead horse.
At least I am only beating one dead horse. You have an entire stable of them.

You are beating a dead horse.

Vod was at least removed from Badbear's default list as a direct result of your (Techshare's) valid complaint. One is not happy with that? You should be rejoicing.

Vod has left the building for an extended vacation.

I would give my right arm for Adam Allcock to get a vacation in a UK jail for 3 months. Time will tell as UK tax and mail fraud will take time to investigate.

Your horse is rotting. My horse still libels me and other people somewhere on some level still. You would have me give up. Sad.

30  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Bitfury - Mining Lighbulb on: June 04, 2015, 12:31:59 AM
I can see it now ... Hey guys! check out my new mining rig!

https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0237/3773/files/coca_cola_bulb_signs.jpg
I can see it now ... hey why has the electricity bill doubled from $2k to $4k ?
Oh, that's coz we made $1 bitcoin mining ...
(and spent $1k on new light bulbs ...)

So nothing would change from light bulbs that mine to deicated machines. Unless you have millions to spend everything is a "hobby".
31  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Did Quickseller or marcotheminer frame ndnhc? If not, who did? on: June 03, 2015, 08:17:10 PM
Wow, when did this forum start doing conspiracy theories?

Op, what made you start all this in the first place, boredom? it makes no sense to attack someone based no facts..

It seems to be fair game for Quickseller to run people's good name into the ground plenty of 'tinfoil' to go around. Fail.
32  Other / Meta / Re: Who is the little bitch who added that POS Quickseller to default trust again? on: June 02, 2015, 10:06:22 AM
Hey Techshare you watching this or are you still hung up on Vod?

Your attempt to draw me into your personal battles has failed. I have already said everything I needed to say about QS.

Yup thought as much. Pfft.

Your money has been stolen, you will never get it back. Time to move on unfortunately.

Move on? No time to report this to the cops.

Particularly Matthew Carson, Terrence Thurber, Thomas Thurber and others are who you are going after. Check with Oregon Mines if they still even exist.
34  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [GUIDE] B's A More Ethical & Trustworthy Miner Sellers Trustworthiness Guide on: June 01, 2015, 10:46:03 AM
I was wondering has anyone noticed a pattern with all the dogie threads in hardware?

Can someone review them and let me know what you think and post your thoughts here?

I hope I am not the only one seeing this.
35  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [SCAMMER] Oregon Mines on: June 01, 2015, 10:28:33 AM
Off Topic:

Again I would ask that the moderators delete off topic posts or move them.

It is clear Dogie is now going to spam this thread as he has done to other threads I post in and nothing was done even when it was reported. This is bordering on stalking isn't it now?

It would be helpful that this time he is adequately dealt with and given a proper BAN for this abusive type of posting.

Off Topic posts can be moved to the following thread: Dogie trust abuse, spam, bullying, conspiracy posts & insults to forum members.

CanaryInTheMine 1872: -0 / +193

Why not have Canary top tier?

Seems to fit Theymos criteria more than

Dogie or Quickseller or Diamond that is for certain.
37  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [SCAMMER] Oregon Mines on: June 01, 2015, 10:17:29 AM
Off topic:

Here is hoping that the moderators do not let yet another scam thread get polluted.

I have addressed Adam Allcock's 'claim' in the appropriate place definitely not this thread. I would ask that the moderators help keep this thread free of anyone attempting to derail it. Particularly those with a direct connection to the scammers. Please either delete off topic posts or move them.

Off Topic posts can be moved to the following thread: Dogie trust abuse, spam, bullying, conspiracy posts & insults to forum members.
38  Other / Meta / Re: No more scam busting! on: June 01, 2015, 08:00:44 AM
I have unlocked the thread for any comments you have, although I probably won't read them for at least three months.

Sad. But I guess it is time to go bye bye.
