Yes. It is the only official shop from which to buy the WhatsMiner M3. It is exactly the same source from which I bought this review unit.

No dude, you need the 220V mains voltage.
So if you are in the USA it basicly means two hot wires and earth wire.

Bitmain APW3++ 1600W or Ebit 1800W power supply, these two are good options for the Ebit E9 Plus miner.

Does anyone know where i can find the tool for this miner? I have searched on the pangolian miner official website and i didnt find anything. I have to say this is my first time setting up a miner and it is a little bit confusing for now Do you mean the IPFound tool? See this Twitter post by Pangolinminer. https://twitter.com/Pangolinminer/status/932910584550400001But you can also just check your network router web configuration page and see the miner IP address there.

Kano seems pretty popular here, may as well add my 27T/H to it.
Can I add L3+'s though?
Thanks
No. Don't you know that L3+ is not a Bitcoin miner, but a Scrypt-algorithm cryptocurrency (like Litecoin for example) ASIC miner ? It is important to know what you are doing when you are in the mining business.

Yeah, you need to read this to understand what the stratum means Stratum mining protocol https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Stratum_mining_protocolYou can mine by using your btc wallet address without the worker extension, but if you have few miners, it is pretty handy to name those with different worker names. Like for example yourwalletaddress.AntminerS9one

Hey this question is for anyone that ordered one of these miners in the US.
Im looking to pay using bank transfer/Moneygram/Western Union.
What information did you use to pay for the accounts ETC.
You can only use bank transfer for orders valued 5000 USD or more. You need to use Bitcoin for orders with lower amount than that. You'll get the payment information from Pangolinminer when you go through the order process with them. You can also use paypal No you can't use Paypal unfortunately. They had issues with Paypal and now only bank transfer, Bitcoin transaction or Bitcoin Cash transaction is accepted.

Yeah I woke up and noticed my two L3+ were down because Nicehash has issues at the moment.
I switched them to Prohashing for now.

Got my order tracking info for the GLS and it is working. Thank you!

Wondering what the power consumption would be with 240v? Trying to decide how many I can run right now in my temp location. Thanks for the review OP.
The power consumption would be about the same, higher mains voltage makes from little to no difference.

So when is your next batch?
Probably somewhere december. Depending on Canaan. I can not see if there is a tracking available for the shipment at the order page? When its picked up and scanned by GLS you should be notified. Packages get picked up today, so I hope it works fine. let us know. Ok, thanks. I'll let you know then.

On Bitmain website I cannot order Antminer S9 because it has a status "Sold Out". Does anybody know when we will be able to order it?
It has been said in this thread like million times: follow their Twitter to know when they will have a new batch for sale. Bitmain @Twitter: https://twitter.com/bitmaintech

I'm looking forward to it. I have not yet received new info about whether I can buy one demo unit or not. More than likely you won't be able to Can you elaborate, why?

whoa, 80celcius++ , from your opinion, is it a good temperature for long term survive?
New to ASIC-based miners I take it? For a couple years now as general rule they prefer to run hot. 80C is actually rather low compared to Avalons or Bitemain's miners. They are typ 85-100C. So you're saying the temps are OK? Yes we are both saying temps are ok, and at the low-end level where temps usually are with ASIC miners. I think that subject has been discussed plenty now. Please don't ask one more time if the temps are ok.

I got a reply from Halong Mining (the DragonMint 16Th/s miner). They said that they don't have many prototypes around yet, but they see what they can do, so that I could buy one for a thorough review at the forum. Stay tuned. I'm eagerly waiting their next reply as I guess many of you are waiting too. I have said it in here THRICE now... I will be getting one to review for the forum. I should have it next week. I'm looking forward to it. I have not yet received new info about whether I can buy one demo unit or not.

Do you have a multimeter and skills to measure the 12V voltage during the miner operation?
|
|
|
Yes, you guys in the US have it much easier than here in Europe, when it comes to the import taxes.
