As we agreed with Pangolinminer, I will do a thorough review/guide for this miner, as soon as I receive the miner + psu.
The review should be some helpful support for setting up this miner.
They sent it to me already and I have the tracking number for DHL.
It should be about a week and it is delivered to me.

I don't think that the 10000 USD price reflects the situation in DASH and other x11 coins networks.
I sent Inno e-mail about my honest thoughts in this current situation.
Do they reply to your emails? Yes, they have replied to me previously. But I have not yet received a reply for this latest e-mail message.

Well, the power supply that was delivered with this miner and is included in this review, was a bad quality one. Today I woke up and smelled some burned plastic in my apartment. The worst wake up for a while. I noticed that one of the 6-pin pci-e power cables had burned first, and then it had spread among them all. The power supply goes straight to the recycling, I won't ever use it again. I now bought a proper good psu this time, I should not have trusted anything less than a proper server grade psu to do the job. I bought HP DPS-1200 FB A server power supply with breakout board and 16AWG 6-pin pci-e power cables. I also needed to disassemble the miner, remove the motherboard that has the power connectors, and then send it for lightfoot for repair since he's got the skills and equipment needed for the replacement job. Here are some pictures of the burnt components for those who are interested: https://i.imgur.com/EPlLLfj.jpg https://i.imgur.com/1hPFpNs.jpg https://i.imgur.com/KFqlMG0.jpg https://i.imgur.com/o8R18L5.jpg

If it only needs new 6-pin pci-e power headers, then yes.

Problem is that we would need a guy who is both very familiar with the chip BM1760, software programming and maybe Baikal miner hardware, so that there is some reference point to help the development (Baikals are multi-algo miners).
This has been discussed a few times here now. ASICs are not reprogrammable. M You don't have to say that like as I would not know that. I'm simply trying keep up some constructive discussion up here, instead of whining about low profitability. The idea that I tried to say, is that we would need to know how Baikal did the whole multi-algo thing and then see if it can even be done with the D3 at all.

Everything is working ok so far, when it comes to the hosting service.
Tony and Kenny are working hard getting things online.
The biggest issue in my hosting is, that Ebang doesn't know how to make reliable hardware.
There has been lots of quality issues with Ebang Ebit E9 Plus miners, some warranty repair is needed..
So this hosting is something I can recommend with pleasure, but I do not recommend Ebit hardware.

We should ask bitmain to upgrade firmware to add x11, x11gost, x13, x15 to D3
Adding mining algorithms can be hard, if the BM1760 chip is not as versatile as Baikal ASIC chip is, for example. Is it even possible for a firmware upgrade to ad x11gost, x13, x15 and maintain the x11 on the D3? I asked Bitmain via e-mail a while ago about adding algos with firmware upgrade, but their reply was this: Dear hagssfin,
Thanks for your consultation! We apologize for the inconvenience to you, we do not support customers to do so.. Please let us know if you have additional questions or concerns.
Best regards, Olivia Bitmain

There is no official EU area distributor. You just got to hold your horses and wait till Bitmain has more of them for sale at shop.bitmain.com

Yeah there is no universal answer when it comes to the profitability..

Adding mining algorithms can be hard, if the BM1760 chip is not as versatile as Baikal ASIC chip is, for example. If Bitmain is so money hungry, then i dont understand they develop a new cotrollerboard for other algo's. Bet they can sell those for over 500 dollars after this D3 market they created. Would be very ironic if they do so, but most D3 owners will consider. You completely misunderstood my post. I did not talk about any controller board at all.. It is all about the chip, BM1760.

It might be a loose connection between hash board and the psu.

Good lookin' setup.
I'm 99% sure those are Bitmain APW5 power supplies.

We sealed the deal today with Pangolinminer and one Whatsminer 11.5 Th/s miner with power supply is on the way.
Should take about a week for it to arrive here in Finland.

Has these been delivered to anybody yet?

Yes I bought one from them and I also bought the 12 miner kit with 2 included. Can't find anymore though. Large group of newbies suckered into buying the A6 not knowing they needed this hard to find part. Trying to help my farm and them if there is an alternative. I have reached out to some engineer friends and we are trying to reverse engineer the AUC2. If anyone has already done this it would save me time and $$$. I was also able to find the product page at Canaan Creative website by using Google https://canaan.io/product/auc2/
