BITMINE,
where is my CoinCraft Desk 1 TH/s? I paid 56BTC for CoinCraft Desk 1 TH/s. Bring back my 56BTC. How the question shipping to Russia and on the territory of Russia? WTF???   Embarrassed Embarrassed Embarrassed Embarrassed Embarrassed Embarrassed Embarrassed Embarrassed Embarrassed Embarrassed Embarrassed Embarrassed Embarrassed Embarrassed Embarrassed  Undecided Undecided Undecided Undecided Undecided Undecided Undecided Undecided Undecided Undecided Undecided Undecided

All I propose!!! In all forums in all languages BITMINE declare a SCAM. There is a suspicion that they're in cahoots with 50BTC. They are silent and does not answer questions. While not return the money or equipment(+100% minimum) to consider them SCAM.

We are waiting for an official answer to every user!

WTF???

and please stop spamming, my eyes hurts when I see you re-posting the same thing over and over and all over again....

Bitcoin is a Bear Trap Killer.
There is much resilience fighting this bad news. Big drops are rarer now, the bear in me is near capitulation..
Too much money on the sidelines i predict over 900 on Bearstamp next week if nothing happens in china past 31st.

yes I totally forgot about that, hahahah so how many people still believe that the price is going down that day and are waiting aside for a drop.... it will be so much fun the next couple of days  Cheesy

FWIW: as already posted in this thread before, I have the very first chip order in queue that I am using to supply DIY folks, and I was informed just today that the first wave of chips got out of China right before New Year and is on its way to Europe (see related post).

With that and before the speculation and conspiracy takes over again: assume for a moment that chips were not yet delivered. It is as easy as that.

I bought my chips for delivery in November and obviously don't like the delay either, but I fail to see how it helps our case splattering the thread with the always same questions and speculations.

Obviously I am biased by the additional information I get through my consulting work with Bitmine, but if it helps your confidence I assure you that there are no bad intentions with this one. The people are working their butts off to get this thing started, and with the chips finally on their way stay tuned for an official announcement these days.

cool zefir, now that you work with them, I know that you also have some part on the design end, how is the new revision of the board doing ? do you think that once the chips are on hand they will go right into full production ? and from your experience with them how long you estimate it will take to deliver the hardware (first Btch) to customers ? a week ? two ?  ....

Here we go again another recovery to $820 BS and then all the trains and moons come out. Surely this one will be it.

Hi, I have a question, how fast must I pedal on my stationary bicycle, to make it work?
Thank you.

depends when, if you do it at night it wont be the same as when you do it when it is cold but mostly Obama doesn't care...

mmmmm...looks like we wont see the usual 150-250K/24 hours volume again, all the FUD going around triggered only 30K on bitstamp, this makes me so bullish about the medium-long term future of bitcoin Wink
2191  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: CoinTerra announces its first ASIC - Hash-Rate greater than 500 GH/s on: January 28, 2014, 07:15:19 AM
When 1.6GH of ANTMINERS take 3.2KW and 1.6GH of Cointerra takes 2.1KW you begin the realize the whole 28nm vs 55nm debate is next to pointless.  The cost of the box and its useful life makes worrying about the relative power draw the least of the problems.  To be fair the cost for ANTMiners was quite a bit higher in the beginning, but the last couple weeks it was only 15.2BTC (~$12K) for 1.6GH of ANTS which could already be mining TODAY.
For larger miners that 1000 watts still adds up though, big time farms for 2014 really will have to be built on 28nm hardware to be competitive.  If you want 20Thash of Antminers you're going to be spending a TON more money on electricity, it's not insignificant for larger farms.

At $.15/kwh that's $1314 per year. 1.6 TH/s generates that in under 5 days.

But if you're worried about power draw, you're better off using Bitfury chips until someone comes along with a more efficient chip. No one has shown a 28nm chip with better power drawn that Bitfury's 55nm chip.

which leaves a big question, how can we be sure that the designs out there really meets the specifications? in other words, what if the chips are 55-65nm instead of 28nm, if bitfury 55nm proved to be so efficient it makes me wonder about the other chips.....

not that I am an expert or know allot, but a normal person would ask the same question like me.

Hello Bitmine
I ordered 17 TH / s of delivery 12/21/2013
On 21.12.2013, the difficulty was with 1180923195
If I had my equipment on time then now would be 260 BTC in my wallet.
This means a loss of around 156,000 euros at an exchange rate of 600 euros.
According to his own statement you want to give customers something never before another manufacturer has commanded.
give all our customers for their loss in BTC again Cry

so you ordered 17 TH/s ?  you sir sure have balls, I feel for you  Undecided

I understand that they really tried so hard with their Avalon clones run,  it wasn't their fault that Yifu screw up everyone, we all lost a great opportunity of making some profits, people even lost allot of money because of that, but I was so confident and sure about this run (their own chips), I really didn't think that things would turn this way....

Yifu?

Yifu Guo?

This guy here? http://motherboard.vice.com/blog/engineering-the-bitcoin-gold-rush-an-interview-with-yifu-guo-creator-of-the-first-asic-based-miner

Why do you say that he screwed up everyone? Why do you make it his fault?

yes exactly that guy there, what are you a new member? I don't blame you but you can do some research about the Avalon run, you wont hear much of positive feedback Wink

I will look into it. I know that no ASIC producer has yet kept his promises. But still I don't blame bitmines problems on someone else (yifu guo or whoever) but ONLY on bitmine itself.

their first run was really screwed up by Yifu, he didnt deliver the chips at the promised time, people waited 3-4 months and then hardly got refunded, but the biggest problem was that they bought all parts needed for production so the damage was already done....

and not only this, even people who bought miners from Avalon directly (batch2,3) waited so long for their miners and got them already used, you could easily see the huge amount of dust inside the miner and on fans on supposedly "new miners".

I could give them some credits on the first run, but I cant think of any other excuse for this run.

I am not a direct customer, but I have some shares in a group buy, and I am really worried about how things will turn out, will this be the worst investment I did if Bitmine wont honor their promises ? I dont know why but I still have a bit of faith that they will make things right, lets hope for the best.....

So did they start production ?  will they start shipping this week ?
2197  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Official BITMINE CoinCraft series 28nm ASIC miners thread on: January 27, 2014, 11:02:12 AM
The last update on their website was a month ago, I know that they posted an update here about the test of a new board revision, but this silence worries me..... today is the start of the week and I am really curious if they made any progress and when they will start the production/shipping of Batch 1

Anyone updated the excel spreadsheet with the calculations?
I've done my local copy, but still, values are looking too good to be true.

how is it too good to be true, if this operation wont go online soon, there is allot to reconsider, people are already selling shares for less than they paid for...

it is good that the Bitmine is in Europe for a simple reason, if things turns bad suing them is easier than you can imagine, the European law regarding consumer protection are so strict and I think they know that, so lets see how they will do next week.

Swiss is not in Eu union.

no one said EU , I said Europe, and BTW in Swiss they have even stricter consumer law.
