who the fuck cares?

no. seriously.

why is this even remotely important?

They ( Satoshi = ArtForz = BitcoinExpress = lolcust = SAC = MtGox ) care so much about him because they hate competition.

Considering how many illegal things they have done so far, I would be pretty cautious if I was CH / RS right now, especially since they got his address.

I'm telling you these scammers will go all the way from Japan to Australia to eliminate the competition ( SolidCoin 2 ). They publicly admitted to killing Fairbrix and Namecoin. They can do it again. Who knows what their limits are and what they are going to do next. It seems they ( the 6 mentioned above ) have so much hate for SC / CH / RS that they might even go to extremes like that if SC2 becomes too much of a threat to Bitcoin / Tenebrix scam chains. They are probably ones who dumped 20k Bitcoins last week and same people hacking and robbing wallets like there is no tomorrow.
2622  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [Announce] Fairbrix relaunched! on: October 09, 2011, 12:34:11 AM
It is very similar to Tenebrix no doubt, but I don't think how it is going to be a scam.

It has not got an exchange so I cannot pump and dump it !!!

Sounds like you have not been successfull with 51% attack?

Haven't tried the 51% attack yet and furthermore it will be a re-org attack. I want determine how CH remotely has control over the clients first. The agreed upon time frame was him releasing the client before OCT 10 and me killing it before OCT 17.  Unfortunately for you SC 2.0 guys I have an almost infinite depth of EC2 available to me during non business hours and this client runs well in EC2 so far. Just want to be sure CH can't reach out and kill them when I bring 200 or more these online.

Smarter people than me and that isn't hard to do when it comes down to coding are working on an external miner. That will the be key in killing this chain. Rest assured I'm on it and I would be willing to bet my last BTC that ArtForz is too  Grin Grin Grin

I bet lolcust and SAC ( along with ArtForz and BitcoinExpress trolls and "Satoshi" ) are on it too huh !? Good luck idiots.

You already proved me that you are all one and the same person. All from Japan. All watching manga crap and making references to cthulu ( who de fk is this lol !? ) so for me it really is absolutely clear that :

Satoshi ( Japanese too huh !? ) = lolcust ( talking about cthulu shit ) = artforz ( attacking SC2 / Fairbrix ) = bitcoinexpress ( all attacking Fairbrix / SC2 ) = mark karpeles from japan exchange mtgox shit = kano guy from japan too talking about kthulu = who else all from japan, all talking about cthulu ( normal people never heard of this manga crap only geeks from japan like you know about it ) and all attacking competing bitcoin chains like namecoin / fairbrix and solidcoin and killing i0coin and ixcoin and others etc. just not geistgeld or tenebrix crap that is also made by you folks.

Enjoy this while it lasts fools.
I'm not getting involved in this but a lot of kids I know do know about manga(or comics from Japan) and read it for free online lol (black, mexican all kinds of kids). If your over 40 you might not know about it though.

Yes so we all got screwed by a couple of Japanese kids  Angry . Great news LOL !

At least CoinHunter is not a kid and he is from Australia so no connection to Satoshi = artforz = bitcoinexpress hacked account = lolcust ( belarus my arse nobody can afford computer there ) = SAC = mtgox owner !

Don't bash him until his SC2 fails. It is working just fine now. That is unless you idiots decide to attack it as you hate something called COMPETITION ( BCX attacked namecoin because competing with his bitcoin creation thing and also attacked fairbrix as competing with tenebrix creation ) !!!

I'm not just blowing hot air here, look it up for god's sake !!! The guy ( bitcoinexpress ) publicly admitted to attacking Namecoin and Fairbrix and also never attacked Tenebrix ( supposedly he holds 1.25 million TBX and lolcust owns 7.7 million tenebrix - yeah SC2 sounds like heaven right now idiots ). Why Huh They hate competing chains and all manga watching kids from Japan.

I'll be here to point out your lies and BS every time you spout it along with your POS thief CH/RS ones he tells as well.

See, the same old people bashing RealSolid all the time. The same characters all hating on him personally and hating SC2 with lots of passion. Same old idiots like SAC, ArtForz, BitcoinExpress, lolcust etc. all threatening to attack him, his chain and the other exchanges. WTF is your problem idiots !? Leave SolidCoin be. If it fails / succeeds why do you care !?

They care because it can crash their plans like Bitcoin, Tenebrix etc. so they eliminate competition. They also extorting people like Namecoin guys to pay up not to get hacked etc. The people will rise up and realise you are just a bunch of Japanese scammers.

It is not bashing when you are telling the truth which is your master tried to involve me in a pump and dump fraud on the bitparking exchange with the original SC. And we have not failed to note it is the same bunch of trolls here trying to spread lies and mis-information on behalf of the SC2 as was done with the first SC before your master turned tail and ran with the mere threat of attack...

Well I was not around until SC got closed by BitcoinExpress threats. I did not mine or have any SC1 coins. I have heard before about you and him pumping and dumping before. It can be true, I do not say it is not true but if you think about it, this is much less guilty than what you guys are doing. AFAIK everybody is trying to pump and dump OR get rich off new alt chains so that is pretty much everyone doing it. Just take a look at the BTC-E.com tenebrix exchange. All they are doing is pumping then dumping all day long ( even at work lol ! ) so that is a moot point.

Also notice the timing of their posts. You rarely see all of the 4 in the same thread talking to each other one by one etc. AND they all post around the same times ( Japan time ) rather than posting 24 hours spread like you would expect. They seem to all go to bed at the same time, these Japanese kids. I'm not dumb. Your scams cannot cheat me. Maybe others but not me. I exposed you. And just FYI, I am not related or supporting or a SC drone at all. I am just realising your scams and attacks against other chains because you hate competition.

Solidcoin Optimization Tip 1
If you are running a multi-core proc edit the conf and increase the number of threads to match the cores.
Make sure to "Read Only" the conf. Seems SC20 rewrites the conf the way it sees fit.

Hopefully by tomorrow I will have an external miner running it.

~BCX~

Why on earth would you change the .conf file to read only? Paranoid much?

You can use the dropdown combobox in the gui to change the number of cores you want to mine on and it updates the number of cores in the .conf file. You do kind of need to leave write access enabled to the file for that to work however...  Wink

Of course the client updates the config file, that's how it... saves your config?

Looking forward to your external miner lol.

Confirmed this !!!

2630  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is anyone planning a push for Namecoin acceptance? on: October 08, 2011, 11:39:42 PM
Well technically, namecoin should have no value at all anyway.
It costs nothing to mine it if you do merged mining - i.e. it is free.

The negative side is (what I've said many times) it puts extra data in the bitcoin block-chain that has nothing to do with bitcoin
(and the web site is wrong about that on the main Merged mining page saying that it doesn't do that http://dot-bit.org/Merged_Mining
I've asked more than a week ago for someone to fix that - but I guess they don't like people knowing it)

Wrong.

If I don't mine, the only way I can get Namecoin is by buying it. Thus, it has value.
It does't "cost nothing nothing to mine". You can say that it costs electricy to mine BTC + NMC. The fact that NMC now can be merged-mined simply means that a rational miner will switch from mining BTC to BTC+NMC, not that NMC has no value.

Why do you think it's wrong to put extra data in the blockchain? If a miner solves a BTC block, he can put pictures of Cthulu there for all I care. He solved the block, he's entitled to manipulate it as he will (within what's allowed by the protocol).
LOL so you waste money on something you can get for free?
OK I'm wrong - wrong to not do something stupid? Cheesy

The current BTC block-chain, index, address file and sundry db files is already 975Mb
The size of a single block is steadily growing with the number of transactions on average increasing over time.
Add extra data to the block-chain represents extra storage space on every HDD that is running bitcoin.
Meh trying to educate the ignorant Sad

I don't think Cthulu would fit in there unless you got a smaller pic of her:

Yet more proof that Satoshi / all the other IDs came from Japan ( who the fuck is Cthulu Huh ) and we all got screwed by manga watching noodle eating geeks.

2636  Other / CPU/GPU Bitcoin mining hardware / Re: Best mobo, graphic card, power supply, etc..using 6990s on: October 08, 2011, 08:08:50 PM
WOW if you are considering starting mining at this point in time then you might as well donate the money to charity mate. You are only going to fail. Mining has had its time. All my rigs are off and I am still losing money as the hardware depreciates. DON'T buy mining rigs right now. You have been warned !

Why?  3x5970 rig would run $1800 ish (if OP can find a $400 5970 deal it would be ~$1500).  With free electricity 3x5970 throw off ~$180 per month at current difficulty & price.

Now the "boom miners" would say WTF that is nearly 10 months to break even.  Of course anyone in the real world knows the "boom" wasn't sustainable.  $180 per month on $1800 hardware is a 10% monthly return.

If the OP goal is to simply use mining to buy bitcoins then in 1 year his rig would produce 478BTC (at current difficulty) or an amortized cost of $3.78 per BTC.  Of course it isn't like his rig exploded at the end of the year so lifetime cost could be much lower.  Now if OP doesn't have free power then that raises his cost but it COULD still be cheaper than buying them on the market.

Since OP intends to speculate in BTC then the volatility of BTC is a non-issue (it affects him equally if he mines or buys).  The largest risk is inability to predict future difficulty.  If difficulty shot up significantly it would make his ammortized coin cost higher however difficulty has been declining recently and likely will for some time.

There are risks but to say he should donate it to charity (predicting a 100% loss) is just stupid.

Yes no risks at all. What if BTC value drops to <$1 Huh Never took that into account, did you.
