2781  Economy / Speculation / Re: Dont sell below 11400! 12k coming! on: January 25, 2018, 11:13:37 PM
at this moment its not smart to sell below 11400.
it can go lower, but if we get directly breakout to 11555, you wil mis the rise.

Why would anyone sell below $15k is the real question here.

Right now is the time to buy in because the price is moving sideways, and gradually stabilizing. When that happens it is usually an indication of the fact that bitcoin is going to rise through the roof soon.

We already hit $12k briefly but a correction again, brought us down to just above $11k.

History is repeating itself. This current drop in price corresponds perfectly to september's price drop. And the price was only a fraction of what it is right now, if you look at the graphs. If you sell at such a low price, you'll only regret it later on.
2782  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Liqui.io withdrawals not being processed on: January 25, 2018, 06:08:57 AM
Requested a withdrawal on January 8th. As of today, 17 days later it is still listed as processing. Reported the transaction after 2 hours like Liqui.io says to do. No response. After 8 hours I opened a ticket. No reply. 17 days and not a word from Liqui support.

If you look at their twitter, there are hundreds of tweets to them with the same issue and Liqui has not replied to anyone. Last tweet was January 4th.

I don't know if this is an exit scam, or just incompetence, but I am starting to assume that Liqui has stolen my .5 btc worth of tokens at this point.

Can you provide some screenshots? That's the first step to any scam accusation, to verify that this has indeed happened.

It's not a particularly new issue. Support hasn't really been answering anyone on liqui since late last year. I remember there was a time late last year that the entire exchanges forum was filled up to the top with liqui complaints.

I've used liqui before for their investments, but have long pulled out all of them since they started being problematic on the support side. I wonder if they are exit scamming right now since they haven't really fixed anything for the past 4 months. But it's too early to tell. Hope you get your money back man.
2783  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Just launched Coinbio.com, Crypto price tracking tool, lmk what you guys think! on: January 25, 2018, 05:45:33 AM
Thank you for the feedback!

I agree about the charts and that zoom needs to be implemented. We will add it as a feature this year hopefully.

We will try to work something out for updating in real time as our backend is not on node so we cant use websockets, but maybe I can set up an ajax heart beat and have it check for updates every second.

Thanks for the heads up. The main flaw coinmarketcap has is that their site is not mobile friendly. We are hoping to capitalize on that in the long ruin as 70% of our traffic comes via mobile. This makes it simple for traders to check stats from anywhere. In april we are also releasing mobile apps for iOS and Android!

Great, glad that you're taking in the opinions of users into account when developing your site.

For reference, I think that if you can achieve the level of real time as cryptocompare.com, then you should be good to go. The advantage that I see you have over cryptocompare is that they try to do everything at once, including reviews, forums, portfolios, etc. While you can just be a simple, coinmarketcap type, minimalistic browser for cryptocurrencies.

You're right, coinmarketcap isn't exactly the best on mobile, so if you can make an app that is easy to use and build your site so that it's mobile friendly, you have a bright future. Though, don't forget that there is a whole ton of apps in this field already as well, so you'd have to make yours extra special/responsive.
2784  Economy / Speculation / Re: UREGENT --> 12K + coming today! on: January 25, 2018, 05:32:17 AM

# dont sell in panic
# dont sell in lose
# dont invest all money what you have

BTC Comes always back!

Absolutely. No matter how many times history repeats itself by first people spreading FUD because of a new government regulation or ban, then bitcoin crashing, then stabilizing and going up again, poeple don't learn the lesson.

Don't close your position with such big of a loss. Either take a small loss and cash out, and buy back later when price is lower or cash out when the bull market's near its top position. Don't cash out when you're already taking a 50% loss. It makes zero sense.

Also as you said, it should be stated that you shouldn't put all of what you have into bitcoin, if you're here for the short term, unless you're prepared for short term crashes like this.

The price has been gradually increasing for the past day, and i think it will continue to coming into the next week.
2785  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin crash, when will it end? on: January 25, 2018, 05:19:23 AM
see topic, gimme some of your opinions

It has already ended. In my opinion the real crash was when Bitcoin went from $17000 to less than $10000. And these days of panic dumping are well over right now. Yes, we still are not in a full bull market, but we should be approaching there soon.

With the price recovering to $11.5k and a nearly 10% rise in price, it shouldn't take long before bitcoin reinstates to pre-crash levels of $17-20k.

The weak hands are probably regretting their decisions to sell right now. This is exactly why you should never follow FUD. Trading bitcoin doesn't work like that. You don't buy high and sell low, you do the opposite. No matter how bad people make the crash sound, it's really nothing. We've been there multiple times and recovered multiple times. It's nothing to worry about at all.
2786  Economy / Speculation / Re: something to smile about new predictions 2018 from some reputable folks on: January 25, 2018, 05:04:48 AM

Expert opinion is still opinion. An expert said something doesn't mean that it's going to happen. Bitcoin is unpredictable and it would be just a waste of time to predict what exactly will be the tops and bottoms of the day, let alone the year.

There are so many things that can make bitcoin either go up or go down in a year's time. Too many to keep track of.

Even though I am going to say that bitcoin's gonna still have quite a bullish year, i think some of the "expert predictions" are just absolutely crazy, like the $250k prediction. The reputable folks you talk about all have different says on the matter, and in bitcoin's case i think it's important to be prepared for anything that could happen. Don't put all your savings into BTC because John McAfee said that bitcoin will reach 1 million per coin by 2020.
2787  Economy / Speculation / Re: I am planning to buy 1 BTC. Do I need to wait few more days for a price fall? on: January 25, 2018, 04:22:40 AM
I am planning to buy 1 BTC. Do I need to wait few more days for a price fall?

No. You can never be able to time your entry exactly right. When the price is in a particular category you should just buy without question. Don't try to wait and get a better price to buy, when the price is already quite favourable.

Right now one bitcoin is hanging around $10k-11k. This is obviously lower than the figures we saw last year, by a big margin.

Even if bitcoin continues to go down, it won't crash under $10k. So your room for profit if you decided to wait before buynig is really just less than 10%. But right now, bitcoin is initiating a new recovery that could go to way greater heights. You decide for yourself but i'd rather start accumulating now instead of later to avoid missing out on the low pricing.
2788  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Fuloos Signature Campaign; A possible Scam! on: January 25, 2018, 03:46:56 AM
Today user Fuloos started a thread for Fuloos Signature Campaign (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2815250.0) which I highly believe is a scam and better to look into ASAP since the applied users passwords might be at risk. Some proof in regards to this:

1) Fullos has a twitter campaign and never paid the users
Ref: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2649217.0

2) The campaign asks you to download their wallet to receive the tokens and on running the windows .exe file on Virus total this is what I found
http://prntscr.com/i514ys

Since I am not a computer geek I cannot justify this. So if anyone could look into the source code I am pretty sure it would be easy to figure out. Also this needs to be addressed with priority as many signature bounty hungry people have already installed the wallet and their passwords, private keys might be at at stake.

3) Their whitepaper is nothing but definition of concepts and highly plagiarised (can be checked using a plagiarism tool online)

4) Jr member running the campaign without escrowed funds, Some shady exchange to trade the coin (probably created by them to look legit) all clearly points out to a be scam.

Great find. They are only promising fuloos payments which is fishy, and they refuse to even escrow these worthless fuloos. There are so many alarms going off in virustotal and it's not for a reason. The worst thing that could happne if you join their signature campaign isn't even you not getting paid, it's your entire computer getting infected by viruses if you're not careful.

These people are the worst types of scammers, imo.

When joining a signature campaign, make sure that funds are escrowed, and anything that they require you to download is verified to be legitimate. Otherwise, you're taking on a lot of risks.
2789  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC tested 10K Support. and got bounced . on: January 24, 2018, 08:39:58 AM
Market is Going through FUD of CME Contract Expiry, starting of wall street futures contracts, indian exchanges FUD and koreans rumours are in circulation, and trying
to shake the market but this is the time to not panic and to wait so market will stablize so need to be more careful.
We have seen huge developmensts in 2017 and now in 2018, more people are joining crypto space and price should start moving upward. The FUD is being spread to bring
down the price of BTC so that institutional investors/whales can buy cheap btcs from you so dont sell painic bottoms and wait for right time.
If the price goes down to 7500 to 8500 zone which not so likely to happen until big players want it to happen. Even if it does then it is expected to bounce hard!!! so watch out and always stay in profit!!!!

I agree. $11k looks good to me as an entry. It is not expected for bitcoin to crash down to $7500-8500 as you said, unless something really crazy happens. The maximum bitcoin has crashed for the past week was down to $9k+, which it swiftly bounced up from.

The $10k support isn't going to be broken easily.

I think that instead of selling all your coins because that's what the market seems to be doing, hold or even buy. Because usually when the markets sell too much that means that coins are cheap, and you'd have more upside than potential downside.
2790  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why this sharp drop in currencies ? on: January 24, 2018, 08:27:49 AM
Bad news??? The market is emerging??? New laws Huh Or what?

There are two things that have contributed to this price drop. One is that periodically bitcoin has pretty big corrections, usually 30-50% before bouncing back up and a new bull season emerges. This time is no different. But that's not the only reason, it is also because of new laws.

Recently, Indonesia has basically said that it does not support bitcoin, and China has increasingly shown hostility towards bitcoin users, especially miners. These have all influenced the price movements a lot, meaning that people are dumping the coin like crazy right now.

But the good news is, the floor is $10k and it's rock solid. We've tested it 3 times already, and every time it reached $10k it has bounced back up.
2791  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Exchange with lowest fiat to crypto fee on: January 24, 2018, 08:17:42 AM
I have an amount of money that I want to deposit and trade cryptos with. I’m looking for an exchange to deposit this into without the huge Coinbase fees.

I already use binance, and I think it’s a great platform, but Only if I already have different crypots already. I want a good place to buy crypts with fiat for a low fee.

Can anyone recommend one? I’ll use your ref link, but please don’t just spam your ref link without any explanation.

Depends on what your needs are. If you want an anonymous trade then the best rates that you are going to get is probably either cash in mail or cash deposit on localbitcoins. If you are able to provide verification, then use GDax. Kraken and Gemini are also pretty good options.

Bestchange.com is used for hyip payment processors like payeer/perfectmoney/advcash which are all irreversible. I doubt that you have those. These are mainly irrelevant so i wouldn't recommend that.

OP try all different exchanger here because it's different types of knowledge and also different ways of earnings so you need to study all about exchanger even it's high or low fees,Mercatox and Binance this two exchanger that i always used but i also study poloniex, bittrex, bitgrail, and now here in forum that they run campaigns Legolas because it's new.

What are you on about? Poloniex, bittrex, binance are all altcoin exchanges. OP specifically said that he wants to deal with fiat.

Wtf
2792  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Just launched Coinbio.com, Crypto price tracking tool, lmk what you guys think! on: January 24, 2018, 03:26:53 AM
Hey guys,

Just launched https://coinbio.com. A really easy to use and mobile friendly way to track over 1900+ cryptocurrencies.

Let me know what you guys think and any feedback if possible, thanks Smiley

I honestly like the charts there a lot more than the coinmarketcap charts, they are so much more aesthetically pleasing. I would like to see free zoom by dragging to a time period though just like coinmarketcap, because that can be useful for analysing parts of a year. Right now you are limited to a few zoom options, which can be limiting for some.

Also, I would like to see data be updated in real time instead of having to refresh for new figures. The logo seems to be done in MS paint which isn't exactly attractive by any means. Plus it looks a bit too similar to coinbase's logo which also is a blue c.

Just a heads up, you'll have lots of people that have already grown accustomed to checking coinmarketcap, so don't expect too much. But if you have some extra analysis that coinmarketcap doesn't have, then people will definitely appreciate your service.
2793  Economy / Reputation / Re: Hang on, my rep was lowered unfairly on: January 24, 2018, 03:04:43 AM
I cannot post in the thread giving me negative trust.  It is totally unfair and how do I "challenge" the person giving me negative trust?  Yes I advertised a service and then I provided it to some people.  You had no prof AT ALL as to how I accelerated the transactions.  I had multiple happy people with what I helped them with.  I did not post anywhere else or use other "FREE" services to accelerate.  This is completely unfair.  I did not SPAM the free service either like so many people were doing.

Then prove that you aren't using a free transaction accelerator? How are you otherwise able to accelerate these transactions? Do you own an army of miners or is the owner of one of the most prominent mining pools? If not, then you must be using a free accelerator.

Nobody would give you negative trust if you weren't provoding this service. Period.

Look at how many people are already offering a free(tips) transaction acceleration service already. Do you really think that it helps to have another one to flood the entire services section with free acceleration threads?

If you want this neg trust removed, talk to lauda.
2794  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Price | Healthy pullback on: January 24, 2018, 02:08:48 AM
It is going to be a healthy pullback after this. For now, there is still doubt and fear in the market that bitcoin's final support at $10k is going to wear off and just crash to the ground. Therefore i think we could still be at this low level for some days/weeks to come before making an adjustment upwards in terms of price. Though i don't think that scenario is going to be sticking around for long.

A lot of people are already buying back in and with price as you said, losing around 50% of its value within like 2 months, it's a steal of a price. Bitcoin could continue to go upwards, but first, a steady recovery back to a respectable price is needed.

I think that once the pullback initiates, we could well see $15k within a few weeks before prices that are $20k+.
2795  Economy / Speculation / Re: The target of bitcoin lays between 40k and 100k USD on: January 24, 2018, 01:59:21 AM
https://www.tradingview.com/chart/BTCUSD/YRZvdurN-The-target-of-current-bubble-lays-between-40k-and-110k/

Any thoughts / opinions on this TA? Sounds plausible.
I assume none of us have seen a real bubble til now: trillions of dollars.

What exactly does he have to back up his claims? This isn't technical analysis. It's just a wild guess out of nowhere in my opinion. It's just him, conveying what his opinion is of the market's direction. Nothing is guaranteed in this world, especially cryptos.

I personally hate TA because it never takes in the environment around the investment. Like what the regulators are saying about it, what the media is covering about bitcoin. All it takes into account is trends and patterns which can often be wrong.

I think that $40k-100k for the peak of this bubble could happen but more likely $30-50k is going to be the peak. I just can't see 6 figures until at least 2020 as well.
2796  Economy / Speculation / Re: When will the market pick up again?? on: January 23, 2018, 10:55:00 PM
The market so far has been down for the year. When do you feel the market will recover? Too much FUD going around with negative news floating around. Will Bitcoin go down further to USD 8-9k??

We're seeing bitcoin rise again to $11k+ today. So the people who said that bitcoin was going to go sub-5 figures was dead wrong this time. It is clear to me that this sideways movement should be a signal for accumulation, as there is pretty much not going to be a chance that bitcoin will go down under $10000 for a prolonged period of time, at least.

This makes investing in bitcoin now a great option for anyone to consider, and anyone who already has bitcoin should hold onto their coins instead of dumping it in my opinion.

Just consider this - the max you'll lose at least for now is around 10% of your total investment(price shouldn't go under $10k), but there is infinite upside. Bitcoin could achieve another ATH this year, it's not impossible.
2797  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: BEWARE OF CEX.IO!!! on: January 23, 2018, 10:38:02 PM
Dang, at least you're getting a response from cex.io but this isn't acceptable. Cex.io could easily claim that they are having difficulties with their payment processor, and inform their customers about the ongoing delays. Or even after they claim they sent the funds, they can say that there is something wrong with the payments that they're trying to figure out. But instead, they say the transaction is sent and doesn't follow up with anything until a complaint is filed.

We do not intend to hold customers' money for purpose as we understand that it has a negative impact on our reputation.
Unfortunately, we have currently got in the situation when the payments are processed longer than acceptable and longer than we want them to be.
We are currently looking for the better payment options. As for now, we kindly ask you to stay patient.

If this is the case, why not let the customers cancel their withdrawal requests and credit them back with their USD balances? That way they can either choose to wait for the withdrawals to be processed, or sell for bitcoin which they can cash out instantly. That is a much better solution imo.
2798  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SCAM alert - BiBox is a SCAM exchange on: January 23, 2018, 09:59:23 PM
Hello,

I sent about 34 ETC to my BiBox ETC wallet about 5 hours ago but my ETC balance is still zero - 0 -
I have sent some message to support but there is no response from Bibox team.

Proof:
My deposit history in BiBox:
http://gastracker.io/addr/0xcb078602732b9cec62dc19eac8b6c427bb0463e5

My wallet in BiBox now:

Be careful and DO NOT send your assets/coins in BiBox exchange, They are SCAM.

They seem like a clone of binance in my opinion. The front page seems eerily similar.

I suggest waiting a bit more before calling this a definite scam. Deposits on all exchanges can take a while, and this random chinese exchange shouldn't be an exception. 5 hours isn't enough time for the support to respond, especially considering that in the chinese time zone, it was close to 10pm as you sent the message, i doubt anyone is still at work at that time.

If they don't sort out your issue, then bad luck. If you are not in China then i doubt you can do anything to help save your funds. Exchanges can be risky to use, so always deposit a small amount to see if it really works before depositing the rest.
2799  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: cryptobust.in scam accusation on: January 23, 2018, 09:59:55 AM
Dexon wouldn't lie about your site. If you were operating a fair site then he would have no problems about it. Your accusation of him bribing you is just way too ridiculous and based on dexon's reputation both on bitcointalk and on bustabit, I would definitely side with dexon.

Any attempt to rig dice rolls/roulette spins/crash scores/gambling events in general is unethical. You give a fair chance for the gamblers to win. State your house edge clearly to gamblers so that they are making an informed gamble. You don't cheat them behind their backs.

Also if you are so sure that dexon has tried to blackmail you, why not post some proofs? Just like dexon has proof to back up his end of the case.
2800  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Is Paxful planning an exit scam ? on: January 23, 2018, 09:31:27 AM
Just absolutely crazy administrating and moderating. Though this isn't proof yet that they are exit scamming. It just proves that they are indeed something that should not be trusted and they lack significant amounts of experience to operate their business.

Anyone who has used localbitcoins for even 2 trades will know that if you don't follow the seller's instructions, you will be penalised by the site and if you complain the site will not side with you. But apparently this is not the case in paxful.

The worst thing is that you got banned because of someone not following your rules... Crazy. They must not understand how much risk there is in PP and AGC trades.

Though i would like to see some screenshots as proof that this all happened, still.
