3421  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Which one is better? Forex or crypto currency trading? on: April 27, 2017, 09:17:14 PM
I dont really agree with the point of view which tells us that forex is better than altcoin trading, or reversed.
None of these things are better than each other, it is about totally different thing: the skills of the trader.

If someone knows the cryptocurrency markets very well, and can spot a coin which has potential/or not, then goinf into this market is a better idea than FX.

But if you have used to forex, then just stay with it and make profit the way you already know.
3422  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BTC is Gold 2.0 – What humanity has been waiting for centuries on: April 27, 2017, 09:08:14 PM
I dont think that bitcoin may be called as a "gold 2.0".
I dont see any really common things that bitcoin and gold have, except that some of the people are using it for investing purposes, and do speculation on both of the assets.

But bitcoin is not something that price is going up during the crisis, because gold usually behaves like that.

When there is a threat of some kind of war, the gold is becoming usually more expensive because the demand is higher than usual. It can rise up the price in particular country.
3423  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do you keep your bitcoins? on: April 27, 2017, 08:09:17 PM
I have always thought that there are many different ways in which I can pretty safely store my bitcoins, however i have chosen only few type of wallets for an everyday use.
I really like the idea of the paper wallets, and this is probably why do i have some of my BTC stored on it, and it is hidden in the safe place, but it was encrypted obviously.

I also use desktop wallet for transactions which im doing usually, like for investing purposes or payment needs.

You should always choose the type of wallet that fits you the best.
3424  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Cloud mining/Investing or trading on localbitcoins? on: April 27, 2017, 10:50:09 AM
Hi.

I'm thinking of start selling bitcoins on localbitcoins for paypal and stuff, but I need to know which best way to double bitcoins is it cloud mining? investing or trading?

comment below, and no spam and this will be self moderated to avoid spams from ads posters.

thanks  Smiley
I would recommend trading for you , cause investing is a risky thing and you dont have control of your money ,unlike trading where your money is safe and less risk.  And also trading gives you easy profit as long as you know what altcoin to buy.
I cannot agree with your point of view, it is all dependant on what you invest in, and what do you exactly want to trade with.
Risk varies from the asset type and also from many other factors and you cannot simply say that trading is safer than investing: it is all up to you, what strategy and techniques you are going to use, and if they are a correct tools to achieve your goals in some specific situation.

Altcoin trading is most difficult if you actually want to get into some new, cheap crypto. You can never have any kind of guaranteee that this alt is not going to get dumped really fast, that is the biggest issue about doing that.
3425  Economy / Economics / Re: How to teach kids about Bitcoin? on: April 27, 2017, 10:12:39 AM
If the child is already familiar with the internet then he will know how to play it
Live loving or how to play and how to get coin from bi
bitcoin is not a game that they know how to play it. LOL.
it is a huge technology and not only kids but lots of high educated people who use internet as their daily routine but still don't know anything about bitcoin.

That is how it exactly looks like, some adults who have heard already about bitcoins cannot grasp the idea and mechanics of this cryptocurrency, so ehy would anyone bother to explain that to kids?
It is common that people cannot understand how blockchain works because they do not have enough time and determination to get educated properly in such a subject.

If there are many grown people who cannot really understand the whole cryptocurrency mechanics, then imagine explaining all of that to some kid which is not really interested about it.

Leave bitcoins for adults, kids shouldnt use  money without their parents control.
3426  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Your Margin trading experience on: April 27, 2017, 08:25:06 AM
I tried to make some quick buck with margin trading on poloniex recently and lost around half of my bankroll with blink of an eye with Ethereum, i think i have made a bad decision of playing with alts when price of bitcoin was not so stable.

What are your good/bad experiences with altcoin margin trading?
Well, i think that margin trading may give you a really great opportunities at any market, especially for educated trader but that is a really difficult task to make a good trades on such a thing because the leverage makes doing every decision harder.

To be honest, I wasnt doing margin trading a lot on altcoins because it seems really tough for me to accomplish, I have been doing the exactly same thing witb big leverages (even more than 200:1) at forex and that was a real madness, I do not recommend that for a newbie at all.
3427  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Internet Marketing on: April 26, 2017, 10:30:30 PM
The best thing I have spotted in Internet Marketing is that literally anyone can do this, without big amount of money needed to start it, even from scratch.
You dont have to be hired by a big company, but first you can do that on your own, and just look a job related to advertising and marketing as a freelancer.

You dont really need any preparation, but you need to know a lot about the product you want to sell, and you have to convince the customers that they want to get it.
There are many places and courses where you may teach persuading others, all is about money and determination.
3428  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Selling Digital Products With Bitcoin on: April 26, 2017, 04:05:59 PM
I am still wondering why I still have to see many digital marketers using and accepting Bitcoin. I hope that soon Clickbank, JVZoo and Warrior+ will soon be accepting Bitcoin as one of the many ways to pay for their digital goods. I think that the market for digital goods is very big and with Bitcoin the market can even be bigger.

More and more buyers can be generated if they start to accept Bitcoin and other digital currencies. As they are into digital products, digital currencies should have been at the top of their payment facilities.

What do you think can be the advantages and disadvantages if digital marketers will finally use Bitcoin on a massive scale?
The biggest disadvantage at the time is the confirmation times which can be very long but also another problem is that internet users are spoiled at this moment, when they buy things they get 30 days back guarantee and stuff like that and that could be difficult to implement in bitcoin.
I dont think that it is seen as a big problem for such a digital marketers, there are solutions that would not be affected by the confirmation time.
Im sure that also the fee is not such a big issue if we are talking about the costs of doing a trade. It is because even the big transactions are really ok with even 0.001 satoshi fee.

I always thought that it is not such a great commision to pay if we are talking about big sum of money, where fee does not exceeds 0.1%.
For example, you can pay for a website or a big part of code with 10,000$ in BTC, and sending that through will cost you 0.001BTC.

It is even less than 0.1%, so the transaction cost is not that high.
3429  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Day trading on: April 26, 2017, 08:26:16 AM
In altcoin trading,is day trading profitable or trading on a long term basis?
Trading in a long term basis is very  profitable things and those assets coins belongs to these of course was number 1 was Bitcoin of course and next are altcoin which is potentials like xem, maid, ltc, eth, bay, and others. While day trading is also profitable in a short term period of  time not in a long term basis trading.
To be honest, it is not so easy to reply to such an answer, there are so many mistakes in your posts that it is just overwhelming.
You should read you post twice or even three times, because other forum participants may have problems with understanding that.

I dont see a point in saying that alt-coin trading on a long term is more efficient than trading them in a different fashion, because it is still up to the person who is making decisions. But there is no doubt that making a thousand of good decisions is harder than making hundred of them.
3430  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How many ways are there to earn bitcoins? on: April 26, 2017, 08:15:35 AM
PoS coins and masternodes, by far the best option. DMD DIAMOND s my favorite coins, it has never disappointed me, I ve been making money with this coin for the 2.5 years.
For me to be honest, it is hard to not agree that buying into PoS coins might be a good idea, even for beginners.
For instance, they do not have to set up the whole mining rig, launch the software, optimize it etc. You just simply hold the coins, and manage them in a correct way.

You dont need such a big starting amount to even begin your journey with it, also lets be serious: there is no technical knowledge needed in such a places like PoSwallet.

I like to have some smaller coins as a diversification, it always works quite well for me.
3431  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is bitcoin transaction fees fair? on: April 26, 2017, 08:02:54 AM
Everyone wanted higher bitcoin price and we achieved this but another problem become transaction fees. When bitcoin's price was low, we had to pay also low fee and now when it rised, we have to pay high fee in bitcoins and plus that high fee is more higher with current price. Is this fair? The higher the price, the more money miners have with bitcoin exchange.
To my mind when price becomes high, we have to pay low fee and when it becomes low, than fee has to be high. To my mind it had to be done like this from the begining.
That might seem like it is a better solution for you, but in fact everything depends on the bitcoin price, and on the amount of users that are in the blockchain network.
In fact, the increase of the fee is because of that the bitcoin is way more expensive than in the past, but there is also very important factor we should always remember: the size of fee (in satoshi).

More than a year ago you could have sent 20k sat fee and the transaction would get confirmed in a normal time.
But we have so many people doing transfers, that 20k fee is simply not enough, unless you want to see your transaction being confirmed in next week.
3432  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin to be international currency on: April 23, 2017, 05:35:49 PM
I really think it is really becoming an international currency there are so many people all over the world that is using it,
And it doesn't matter where ever you are as long as you can access the internet you can send and receive bitcoin.
I think bitcoin has not become an international currency, although users have been covered in different countries but it has not made bitcoin in anywhere. You're not yet free to use bitcoin

Yes the Governments have not announced anything publicly yet but they have also not banned bitcoin yet and people who are earning and using bitcoins will continue to use bitcoins even if there is any interference from Government in future.
Indeed, we are during the times when every single cryptocurrency user is waiting for any annoucements from the goverments side.
We were waiting for ETF, but they rejected it, which is not a good sign. After all, if US goverment would like to adopt bitcoin, such a fund would have been started.

At least we dont see many countries that want to ban bitcoin, this is something but we still need to see more and more countries doing the same thing like Japan.
We should encourage the others about crypto's to achieve our common goal: to see bitcoin as a international currency, used in settlements between people in different parts of the world.
3433  Economy / Economics / Re: If you were in desperate need for money.... on: April 23, 2017, 05:27:58 PM

Try to work to make a lot of money. Try to find new opportunities for yourself. Looking for investment opportunities. Electronic money is also one of those opportunities.
Yes but this is not about the main topic of this thread.
We are talking about what can you do, if you are really desperate for money.

Luckily, such a situation should not happen to me, because I always try to stay as secure as possible when doing investments and different transactions or trades.
Even if such an incident would occur, where I would lose most of my wealth, Im still protected by different things, i have made precautions to not be desperate, and always have at least some money for a bad times.

Never put all eggs in one basket, and always save something for a rainy day.
3434  Economy / Speculation / Re: Take profits now! on: April 23, 2017, 05:10:09 PM
You are still guys talking about ETF issue even its already done and i think last month the result already. done
For now the bad news is bitfinex deposit and withdrawal are block.. that i think many people are thinking that the price can be crash soon due to bitfinex issue.. if this will not resolve expect the price can be crash soon..
So before its happen op is just letting us know before the price crash and get the profit..

I don't believed in will crash soon because of the bitfinex issue. Did you see how much total volume is bitfinex trading? Its around 7%-8% only. How can you say that it will impact the price of market price of bitcoin to suddenly crash? Already investors has withdraw funds in the bitfinex account and most probably move to kraken or poloniex which covers almost half of the daily trading volumes.
I was waiting for someone to say exactly the same thing, bitfinex basically did not have any influence on the BTC price.
Not only because it has only small volume, but also because incidents like that are occuring usually nowadays, we can see that goverments do not accept the bitcoin, so many exchanges have some issues with banks freezing their accounts with customers money.

It was kind of easy to predict that bitfinex wont change the price at all, bitcoin is already too strong to care so much about 7% of the volume!
There was only the panic on this exchange, but nobody has panicked outside the bitfinex I guess, cuz that was not even worth to worry about.
3435  Economy / Economics / Re: Smart Passive Income on: April 23, 2017, 03:35:36 PM
Faucets are a good model how to monetize traffic, but well if you have a good project you can turn it into an unlimited cash machine, with that said the best is to put a network banners to monetize each visit you get, adsense the best but their rules very restricted.
Yes, it might have been a good idea to monetize traffic.
But 2 years ago, lol.

Right now, I dont see any point in doing faucet activities as a user, they bring such a low reward that 8 hours straight of doing faucet will bring you basically nowhere. You will have maybe few k satoshis, but it is still not enough to even be happy of your work. If you want to start a faucet site, then dont expect high returns, there are not many people who are willing to lose their time for such a thing.
Also, the advertisements do not give you so much income when you consider that you have to pay for every faucet claim!

3436  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Some trading videos you shouldn't miss! on: April 23, 2017, 03:05:26 PM
That is a good video, but I think that we should have some kind of a thread, where we can teach the beginners how to trade, and how to make correct technical analysis.
Im obviously not talking about some discussion, where we can only mess the mind of the newbie, but more like a thread containing the list of "how-to" and tutorials, to start your journey with trading, no matter on which market. If it is forex, altcoin trading or even stocks: that thread should be helpful for all types of trading activity.

I really like to see older users to help the newbies, without that we won't make bitcoin big enough to make it possible to compete with such a services like paypal etc.
3437  Economy / Economics / Re: Are Central Banks Losing Control? on: April 22, 2017, 06:34:42 PM

I think banking needs a reshuffle. They are controlling nearly everything through their manipulations which is annoying.
Indeed, I have to agree with you that we should make something with because the banks are constantly harvesting the whole world population, except the most wealthy units which actually control these banks.
Another important issue is that literally every god damn country is supporting the banks in making the society even more poor, by letting them continue their exploiting.

Why are they allowed to lend someone the money they dont really have?
If all of the bank customers would want to withdraw all their money at the one moment, the bank would go bankrupt. So tell me why are they allowed by goverments to do that?
I cannot lend someone the money I dont have, but banks can. Seems fair, huh?
3438  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Cloud Mining 4 Bitcoins per Month on: April 22, 2017, 06:27:30 PM
I cannot understand why all the people cannot grasp the phenomenon of cloudmining.
Every single website launch, sooner or later leads to a big storm of people who want to retrieve their money somehow, but they simply can't.

Genesis mining, hashflare, hashocean. Call it as you want, but all sites of that kind have something in common: they turn out as a big ponzis, which are really looking good for some time, but apparently the end is actually the same.

Im waiting for the times when people will stop investing in such a scams, but im sure that they will never come.
These who are run by greed, will still encourage the others to join them, and those naive will still invest in all these scam attempts.
3439  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: altcoin trading bots are profitable? on: April 22, 2017, 06:16:37 PM
I have been into trading (mostly on forex to be honest) for about 4 years right now, but I had many breaks plus im not trading currently, for many reasons.
I always thought that nobody should ever rely on some kind of bots or automated trading programmes, because nothing is better than a real human brain analysing the different formations that particular asset prints on the price chart.
Especially, in altcoin trading. It is because of that the new altcoins may actually stop exist, because of the pump & dump game, so how would you prevent bot from entering such an altcoins?

I think you cant. You need to get knowledge about specific altcoin to get a grasp if it is even worth it to put up any money in it, bot can only trade on some already known alts.
3440  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: did you place all your funds into bitcoin? on: April 22, 2017, 06:07:32 PM
I haven't placed all my funds into bitcoin back in 2011, which I obviously regret very hard (who doesn't, lol) but that is not the main topic.
Why I did not spend all my money, to buy-in bitcoin lately?
Take a look at yearly price chart, do you see anything interesting here? Yes, indeed. We are close to the all-time high on BTC price chart, and this is the most important reason!

To get my all funds placed into the most known cryptocurrency, I would need to see the price going far below 1000$ level, and still, that would not be a secure investment.
That is why I always choose to diversify my all investments! Never put all eggs into one basket, no matter what!
