301  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Know when to ride and stop! on: December 25, 2023, 06:08:26 AM
Fella should know when to ride when you are on a win streak. You can test the water first by betting slowly until you get the tempo of winning streak then slowly increase your bet while you are still winning. Stop immediately when you encounter a lose or two because there’s a high chance that you will be tilted and chase loss until you lose everything.
To do this, a gambler needs to have a self-control. But due to a high expectation that the winning streak will last long, that's when a gambler became greedy and might go all in. The outcome is still relying on luck therefore we need to have a discipline and set aside our emotion in order to think wisely to be able to stay in profit.

Don’t increase your bet when you are losing because it will just amplify your loss immediately once you are in bad streak. Always test the water before you increase your bet.
Martingale strategy can drain your funds quick if you're not lucky on the game that you're playing. Don't try to recover your losses, otherwise you might regret not stopping when you still have funds or profit to withdraw after the winning streak session.
302  Economy / Economics / Re: Learn to use DEBT in a proper way to create asset on: December 25, 2023, 03:23:05 AM
what I means you must know how to handle money. Must have skills, such as COMMUNICATION, LEADERSHIP, NEGOTIATION, SELLING and INTRAPERSONAL. Because if you borrow money and use it in your business, it doesn't mean that everything will be okay immediately and your business will grow automatically. It's just that not every time the weather agrees with what you want to happen in your life.
This is true. If you borrow money and use it to build a business, the outcome is still uncertain and one wrong move can trigger to failure.

Therefore, it's crucial that you know how to handle everything (in general) to maximize the possibility of having a successful business. The reason why it's not also easy to use a borrowed money to gain assets because there's always risk. But of course, this idea is much better rather than borrowing then spend it for wants.
303  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do not gamble with Loan Money~otherwise you will be in danger like me on: December 24, 2023, 01:20:21 PM
This is a big loss OP sorry to hear, but you are right that for those gamblers who have a plan to loan some amount of money in order to sustain their own wants which is to play in gambling, they must not go for it as we can see your experience how bad it is, and this is must be the mindset of gamblers that borrowing money to gamble is not a good one cause once it will loss then your regret got doubled cause you need to recover your lost and then you needing also to pay your loan which is pretty bad.
Indeed. Only gamble using your set budget and never try to borrow money just to sustain your gambling activity. That's a risky thing to do and can cause huge problem if you lose in gambling. Just like the story of op, you'll only realize the mistakes you did after experiencing it yourself. I know someone personally who had such problem. His family left him for being irresponsible and worse he put himself into a huge debt due to uncontrolled behavior towards gambling. That's how he realized his mistakes but it's already too late since he is in a total mess. This is a reminder for us to gamble responsibly and do your best not to become addicted. Thus, have self-control and always know your limit.
304  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can you make gambling a profession - a full time job on: December 24, 2023, 10:25:01 AM
Otherwise thought, if you expect to earn reliable income simply by wagering, you are probably going to end up burned sooner or later.
Majority of gamblers are losing than winning so it's not really possible to rely entirely in gambling as a source of income and not even possible to be treated as profession (this is for gambler who wager their money). Sometimes we can win, but how often? It can be treated as a side hustle if the games that you're going to play is a skill-based (so you can apply a strategy and skills) then you have other source of income. But relying only in gambling as a full time job? I don't think so.
305  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Ever heard about financing a gambler? on: December 24, 2023, 05:05:07 AM

We can't say that because many gamblers are easily tempted to accept the offer especially if they have no money just like the amount offered by the financer, But at least let's be aware the possible effect and outcome of this kind of negotiation. In the end, you will still be able to make the decision on your own even if the financier forces you, it is still on you whether you will accept it or not, but hopefully the suggestions that people give in the forum will help.

As I said before, there is a possibility that they will accept the offer or be easily tempted because they need money and hope that later they can earn an income here. Of course, if you are going to make a decision, you have to have good thinking and awareness so that later you don't lose out and regret the decision you made. because a good opportunity doesn't come a second time.😊
We all want to earn an extra income. But not through financing a gambler (regardless how good or knowledgeable the gambler to a certain game). Because the profits are not guaranteed since it's still based on the player's luck. Therefore if you want to make money, why not look for a side hustle to earn? Because if you can be easily convince and will bite the offer of financing a gambler due to the promised profit if they win. It's a problem if they lose since you already expected something in return. But keep in mind that there's no assurance and if it's really profitable why they have to look for a financer and not use their own money, right?
306  Economy / Gambling / Re: What do you want to see in casino reviews? on: December 24, 2023, 03:02:36 AM
Nowadays there are many fake reviews existing. The reason why I don't really rely solely on review sites since i'm not certain if it's real and not just made to create false information for the specific casino. Anyway, what I like to read is a review based on the real experience of a gambler.

The following are what I think is important points to review; Accepted crypto for deposit and withdrawals, wagering requirement, kyc procedures, the customer support (on how responsive they are) and overall user experience if it's a recommended one or the one to avoid.
307  Economy / Gambling / Re: Rollbit.com | Crypto's Most Rewarding Casino 👑 on: December 24, 2023, 01:54:26 AM
This token rose a lot even when Bitcoin and cryptocurrency market did not start its rally and the correction of Rollbit token happened when generally the market is going up a lot. I understand if anyone holds the token recent weeks will feel disappointed if they only look for short term profit.
I noticed that too. Even the price of Bitcoin is already rising, it doesn't influence RLB to soar high too. But when the market is down, that's the time RLB is recovering back. Investors are disappointed because we used to seeing alts are following the movement of Bitcoin. Hence they are expecting to have an increase probably to take profit for those who only buy to hold for short term. But I think it's better to look for long term (if you're able to wait and willing to take risk the amount you have invested). RLB is a utility token of Rollbit and has uses on the casino. It's not just an investment but if you're a gambler on the platform you'll know the perks of holding it. That being said, I believe there's more to look forward because the price can rise further. The current value is actually reasonable to buy more.
308  Economy / Economics / Re: Setting up financial structures before going into the family way on: December 22, 2023, 06:20:46 AM
Don't be blended by love as a young person, their are times that love won't be enough to run a home and that's when factors like your financial strength can come through for you.
Nowadays it's not unusual to see young couple getting married even they're not financially stable yet, having just love. But the problem starts when they had kid and unable to provide for their overall needs. Money is also one of the reason why some couple ended up dealing with separation. On the other side, it doesn't necessarily mean getting married young and not ready for responsibility (financially) can cause problem. Because it depends on how they handle their situation and solve whatever problem arise. Because if you are already married, you'll learn to strive hard to provide for your family's needs. But this is, if you are a responsible person and aware of your obligation.
309  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: You will burn on: December 22, 2023, 03:54:25 AM
Bitcoin is indeed the best crypto to invest in. Less risky, reliable and proven as worthy to hold for long period, no doubt. But not all altcoins are shitcoins since some of them are also established, next to Bitcoin as a good investment because they have real use case.

However, it's true that many alts are just existing because of hype without utility. These coins are the high risk investment, wherein you can earn huge in a short period if you're lucky to timing its peak price to sell. The reason why investors (especially newbies) are tempted to risk their money in these coins due to the possible high return and because of the short period timeframe to profit. Anyway, we can't force everyone to do as we say since it's their own money therefore the decision is up to them if they will follow or not.
310  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Coins.ph Official Thread on: December 22, 2023, 01:35:59 AM

nag deposit ako ngayon bigla nalang frozen ang account hindi makapag trade tapos sinubukan ko mag cash-out after 86932 hrs pa.  Cry Cry
311  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Craze for Meme coins never ends? on: December 21, 2023, 08:06:25 AM
I have experience of investing in meme as well but never had the chance to gain a decent amount. So I only use my spare money because it's quite risky compared to investing in coins with real use case. The guy in op's story is lucky for choosing the right meme coin that will skyrocket in short period. But not everyone is fortunate like him because we can't determine what meme coin will go to the moon and likely give us a huge return.

That's why it is not recommended to invest in meme and you should be prepared for the worse case since it's likely to happen. Therefore if you're going to take risk, only invest what you can afford to lose because there's no assurance at all.
312  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Unstable prices of cryptocurrency on: December 21, 2023, 02:45:04 AM
As a beginner, I bought Bitcoins few days ago when the price was $43,943 with the hope that since the price has been increasing rapidly, that it will continue to increase but now that the price is dipping I now found out that the Bitcoins in my wallet is also going down.

So my question is that can't it be possible for someone to buy bitcoins and hodl it at a specific price such that even if the price dips it won't affect the Bitcoins you have hodl in your wallet?
The price of Bitcoin is unstable and that answer your question if you can hold at specific price. This is one of the reason why people are engaging themselves in Bitcoin, due to high volatility and a chance to gain huge if you're patient to wait.

Keep in mind that your Bitcoin is still intact and only its price is changing. That's why long term hodlers doesn't concern themselves even the price is plunging since they plan to hold for long time. It is actually the suitable strategy if you want to maximize your profit. Nevertheless, take time to learn to become aware of what an investor should know before investing.
313  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which one is fun, watching with bet or without a bet? on: December 20, 2023, 08:33:51 AM
Personally, a a bettor, I find it very stressful when watching the game you are betting especially if it will end up a losing bet.
Stressful if you lose. But it's more fun and exciting if you have a bet on the specific game that you're watching. Without bet then there's no emotion attached and you're fine regardless of the result since you didn't risk anything.

If we have the same experience, how do you cope up with that problem, after all, gambling should be fun but why we have this kind of feeling that we feel disappointed when our bet loses?
It's quite normal to be disappointed if your expectation didn't happened. But what matter is you know how to accept that fact. The reason why in every game I play, I don't have high hopes and just enjoying it. Acceptance is important, if you can't do this when you face losses, then this will be a problem when you gamble.
314  Economy / Gambling / Re: Does anyone find the spate of online casinos a bit uninspired? on: December 20, 2023, 02:34:26 AM
A lot of them seem to be hastily assembled clone sites with very little effort put in and gimmicky marketing. Do you guys have any thoughts on this... plague?
I don't trust sites with a copy interface to a well-known platform. It's a must to exert an effort to create a unique one and for sure there's a team responsible for this work. But they opted to copy other sites for their own convenience. It's less hassle for them but it's not a good start if they're building their reputation.

Thus, it's better to just ignore this kind of sites and always choose a platform with many users because they're trustworthy and established.
315  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Bakit ganito ang BInance ngayon? on: December 20, 2023, 01:04:00 AM
Okay rin saken dito kabayan. Baka sa internet connection mo yan humina dahil na rin siguro sa bagyo. Kinabahan tuloy ako at baka nagsimula nang ipatanggal ng ating kurakot na gobyerno ang site ng Binance.

Meanwhile, still looking for ideas and information kung saan na ba tayo pwede magtrade or mag transact na as smooth, fast and cheap as Binance.

316  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gamblers should not believe in first game win trap on: December 19, 2023, 08:05:33 AM
First time winning is indeed a trap. Once a friend introduced me to a gambling site that pays. At first I was reluctant to try it out but after some time I decided to give it a trial. During the first round of the game, I won   Grin, what a motivation to put in more effort! I tried my luck again the second time, I lost. The loss didn't stop me from playing further,  infact I became even more serious and I lost them all. I believed if I could win during the first round,  then it is possible for me to win again but a second, third and even fourth winning never seemed to show up again, instead I kept losing money, I was trapped! It got to a point I had to call myself to order for I have lost more than enough.

A win is a big driving force, especially when it occurs during your first time of gambling or during the first round. It will trigger you to do more , more and more until you have nothing to gamble with anymore. No matter the outcome of your gamble, always stick to your budget or decision (If you had one before setting out to gamble), it will save you money and stress.
If you win once, you will be encouraged to play more for more luck, and you are lucky to have won the first time. The first time, a friend of mine selected the games and I was happy and expecting money to come because I was in school and had already calculated for that money, but there was no win so I just decided to leave it alone until I started seeing a lot of wins on Twitter, and I was encouraged to try my luck as well, but not recklessly and with serious caution. And there are people who, when they first start playing, they always win, and then they start losing, and by then they are used to winning, so it's a continuous automatic play for them, and before you know it, they are already drawn in, and gambling sometimes goes beyond what we expect. Playing the first time is what will sometimes determine how the gambling future of some people will be.

First time win/lose can't determine if the gambler will become addicted if he opted to continue to play. The question is, why he is still playing? Is it to have fun or to make money? Because if the latter is the reason and his main desire when playing, it can really lead to serious problem when he is blinded with his goal. Aside from recovering the losses, lack of discipline and self-control, the desperation to profit is often the cause why a gambler is becoming addicted. Hence, it's not about the first time experience but your mindset towards gambling to continue this activity.
317  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which one you are good at? on: December 19, 2023, 05:39:20 AM
So, the question is... Which are you better at: selecting the right bet or managing your bankroll?
Well, I think both. Because even I have a small budget for gambling, I can managed to play longer sometimes for selecting the right bet. When i'm in losing streak, I still follow the set wager and not using a martingale strategy just to recover what I lost.

And, how has it been going so far? Are you profitable or not, and why?
I'm not in profit because it's not easy to win. That's why when I gamble I have less expectation and just enjoying the game.
318  Economy / Speculation / Re: Btc dump to 39600 on: December 19, 2023, 03:22:21 AM
Btc broke 42200 support
Now the target is 39600
Is this something to be worried about? If your strategy to accumulate is through DCAing, I don't think the price matter. Anyway, the value bounce back now at over $43k hence before this year end, it's possible that we can see another price increase. So before it happened, take this opportunity to fill your bags.

There are many predictions that the price might surpass its ATH in the coming months (possible after halving). Thus, don't miss the chance and be prepared regardless of your strategy to hold either for short or long period.
319  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Trend or long term projects? on: December 19, 2023, 01:33:08 AM
We need to keep our eyes on trend because that is where we can get high profits from the market.
There are so many cryptocurrency projects in the market and we can't invest in all so all we need from do is to look for reliable and strong projects that can give us profits before moving to the next one. That is how to make money from the market without stress.
I would say that there are always two parallel types of crypto assets in trend: BTC with altcoins in general and shitcoins with NFTs. Yes, in my opinion, long-term projects can be trendy because they are often the basis for new projects. At the same time, shieldcoins have forever found their niche in this big game.
It is advisable not to put your eggs in one basket. Therefore, diversifying our investment is a wise decision if that's the way to maximize our profit. Investing in long term projects are always good as long as this particular coin is already established and not the type to turn as scam after few months.

Bitcoin and established alts are what we recommend to include in our portfolio. Then if you like to join the ride of the new trend that's your choice. Just keep in mind that it is quite risky so only invest what you can afford to lose. The profit is not guaranteed and chances to lose your capital is likely to happen unlike if you invest in established coins.
320  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can somebody make a successful career in gambling on: December 18, 2023, 12:16:41 PM
It's pretty exciting, making a successful career in gambling. If what you mean is to make gambling a basic job to meet the needs of a day-to-day life and hope to live a successful life and have a lot of treasure, I think it's very difficult.
However, if you expect big gains in gambling, like you win the lottery or get other big wins, it's still quite possible. If you have a lot of money, maybe you can make a gambling site. As a gambling site owner, maybe this can be a promising profession.
Taking up gambling as a profession leads to a precarious life as a career in this profession does not bring regular income. If there is no regular income, it will not be possible to support the family, moreover, it is not the regular profit that will come from gambling, but if one day profit will be lost for two days, then there may not be enough money to support the family. So no matter how many chances there are in gambling it will never be possible to build a career in gambling.
A successful career means your income is consistent and there's a financial stability. Obviously, we can't consider gambling or being a gambler a kind of career to be treated as a main source of income. There are professional gamblers out there who are fortunate to profit but it doesn't mean everyone have the same fate. Many gamblers are losing their money and struggling to earn through gambling.

On the other side, casino is a business, so if we're pertaining to the casino owner as a career chances to succeed are high depending on how they operate their platform to attract many gamblers. But it's not going to be easy especially one should have a huge amount as capital to begin with.
