81  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How your feels? on: March 01, 2024, 08:03:13 AM
I want to know how it feels among those of you who gamble using altcoins or bitcoins, basically the crypto you are using today has increased significantly, we know that in 2022-2023 coins that are small are not so valuable, and how does it feel today? Is there a little regret or do you not care because the money you lose in gambling is a necessity for you, so you don't care about the crypto you have lost in gambling for the past two years?
Well, the amount I spent in gambling is really meant for my leisure so I don't have regrets. Moreover, it's already expected that the price of Bitcoin (since that is what I often use when I gamble) will likely increase sooner or later thus i'm aware bullrun will occur. The money I lose is already in the past so there's no point looking back (this is for gamblers who truly use their money for entertainment). Besides, I also have Bitcoin and alts in my portfolio ready for bullrun. The reason why I am not bothered for the money that I spent in gambling.

Anyway, it's not a good behavior to use your money in gambling then will regret it just because you lose. It's your responsibility to know the consequences before deciding to use your money in gambling. Because if you have less expectation then it's easy to accept the outcome even it is the worse.
82  Economy / Gambling / Re: Rollbit.com | Crypto's Most Rewarding Casino 👑 on: February 29, 2024, 11:45:14 AM
Watch the chart and watch until $RLB reaches the highest price because Bitcoin has reached the price level of $60k now.
The price of $RLB is currently experiencing a decline of up to 7.3%. However, there is potential that $RLB will rise high. So, just in case, don't miss it.

Rollbit - Crypto Futures
I noticed (even before) the price of RLB is not influenced of Bitcoin everytime there's a significant growth. What happen is, when Bitcoin is down, that's the time RLB is moving upward. That's why i'm not surprise if there is no major changes on the price of RLB even Bitcoin is already soaring high currently.

Anyway, still holding my RLB and waiting for the right time to take profit. I had it from airdrop so I have nothing to lose.
83  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If I bet big I lose, but if I bet small I win on: February 29, 2024, 03:10:54 AM
I don't know if this applies to all games or not, but I feel like this often when playing table games. What do you think?
Well, I think it's just a coincidence. Because if so, and working in your case them why not bet small so you can win consistently, right? Just like in martingale strategy, if you increase your wager after loss, your mindset is recovering the losses quick by doing this strategy. But is it really working? No. Because there's no such consistent winning since losing is also inevitable.

Gambling is unpredictable, you can win or lose base on your luck. Therefore, regardless of how much you wager, if you're not lucky then you can't win.
84  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you think gambling every day is better? on: February 28, 2024, 01:06:12 PM
Gambling is designed in such a way that players don't have much control over their decisions. For a gambler to be stable and control himself over his lost money, he'd have to set up a self-deterministic strategy which he wouldn't fail at any point of his gambling habit. We all know that it's not easy to maintain those win big impulses, especially when our funds have gone halfway in the game. Even if the wins keep creeping in, provided that the gambler stakes money every day, he wouldn't have any left with him after a few days. Unless, he has a strong strategy which controls his impulses, and limits how long he wagers money every day.
Almost any business in existence tries to make us to spend more money than what we intended as in this way they can improve their profits, and casinos are not an exception to this, and if we are honest most people fall over and over again into those tactics, which is why they have no savings and they cannot invest in assets which could improve their life, so people need to develop a strategy to keep their money on their pockets not only when they gamble, they need to do it for every other single instance in which they may need to spend some of their money.
I agree. The business will live long if it is profitable. Casino is not different since it's also a business, therefore if many gamblers spend their money on their casino and lose that's how they can gain revenue. A player who gamble everyday, no self-control and discipline are not a good behaviour.

However, for the casino that's beneficial because the particular gambler will spend more money to their site. That being said, if you don't want to lose your money in gambling and you're aware of the house edge then much better to refrain from playing to avoid having losses.
85  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Support, do not criticize. on: February 28, 2024, 07:42:45 AM
If you know anybody trying to stop the addiction of gambling to become better for themselves and their family, try and show them support by not criticizing them.
Gamblers who are determine to overcome their addiction really needs an encouragement and not criticism from people who can't understand what they have been going through. Because it's not an easy process thus having someone who can understand the situation (family or friends) is a big help to motivate the gambler to continue walking away from gambling.

On the other side, it's also normal to be judged by others for being an addicted gambler, because in their eyes it's a bad activity or a sin. But if the gambler is a family or a relative, would you let him to be criticize? If you truly care, a simple word of encouragement will do to show your support. Everyone deserves a chance to change what we used to.
86  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling games that gives you an exciting experience on: February 27, 2024, 03:13:26 AM
What is your favorite gambling game and what are the reasons that made you prefer it over the rest?
When it comes to entertainment, I like slots, exciting and enjoyable. However it requires a decent capital to not get busted early. But currently my favorite gambling game is Baccarat. It's because that is where I often win. Though it is a luck based game, I find myself lucky, the reason why I prefer Baccarat rather than the previous games that I used to play. I think if you experience winning on the particular game, it will become special as your top choice everytime you are in the mood to play.
87  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: stop the unnecessary blame on gambling whenever you get unlucky on: February 26, 2024, 08:26:32 AM
I believe that before one make a decision in life, they should've already weighed the consequences of making the right or wrong choice, then put their fate on luck coupled with their little knowledge concerning what they're about to decide on, so why complain and play the blame game when things go wrong? "Share your thought on how gambling has come through for you if you got any".
Indeed. Before we use our money in gambling, it's crucial to know what we are getting into especially the consequences if the outcome is not favor in you. Chances to lose in gambling are very high, therefore we should be prepared for that situation. Because it's a big problem if you play and didn't take time to research and worse you use the money that you can't live without. That's the usual mistake of gamblers who don't have self control. They just go with the flow, placing wager without even thinking then will blame gambling if it didn't go as planned. Hence, if you want to gamble, make sure that you are aware how gambling works. Learn to have discipline so you'll not go beyond your limit. Lastly, be responsible enough to face the consequences of your action because no one force you to use your money in gambling. It is your own decision thus don't blame gambling or others if you happen to be in such situation.
88  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you have a habit of tracking your gambling progress? on: February 26, 2024, 02:22:18 AM
Do you have a habit of tracking your gambling progress?
This is not applicable to me as I only gamble to kill time. Tracking the progress including the wins and losses will just give me a bad feeling of why I spend my money in gambling instead of buying something. Thus, much better to play and forget rather than dwelling on the past.

Anyway, for someone who only gamble to entertain themselves, I don't think this is necessary unless you're playing because you want to make money (so the progress is crucial). It might have an advantage for other gamblers but in my case, it's not a good idea as it can only lead to disappointment.
89  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: A lot of gambling sites are scams ! on: February 25, 2024, 11:48:00 AM
How can I choose the best betting site that provides me with a safe betting experience?
Does this site provide a high level of safety for its players?
I need help from those with experience in this field
Scam gambling sites are already existing even before. They continue operating because there are still gamblers who can be easily fool. Being blinded by the offers and promotions that they find attractive to play on the scam sites. To avoid ending up playing on these sites what you need to do is to exert an effort to conduct a research on the casinos where you want to gamble. Well, in fact, this forum is sufficient to find a suited casino sportsbook that might interest you. There are plenty of trustworthy sites where you can play with ease since they are already established and recommended by many gamblers. Thus, just DYOR.
90  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Outcomes of insighting gambling for a source of income. on: February 25, 2024, 08:49:15 AM
So I caught my friend up having gambling as a source of making incomes.
A situation that is not really unusual. The possibility of gaining money is the main reason on why new/old gamblers are tempted to use their money in gambling. Then, if the outcome is not what they expected it to be, that's the moment they realized their mistakes.

Just in, he is on medical attention after he slumped as a result of loosing a borrowed fund meant for a business re-startup after the gamble made him squandered his previous business.
At his regained to a normal state of health, he explained that he thought he would be lucky to win at the stake so as he could expand his intended business with a bigger capital.
There's nothing wrong if we try our luck in gambling. However, it is wrong to have a high expectation to win and worse if the funds you use are a borrowed money. A greedy gambler will likely end up like this. Sometimes you have to experience it yourself before learning a lesson. But of course much better to become aware of the worse case scenario before trying to use your money in gambling. Don't gamble hoping you can double your money in snap because that's not often the case.
91  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling mistake repeated by the gamblers on: February 23, 2024, 11:37:37 PM
Some of the mistake was repeated by the gamblers even after the loss in the gambling. The foremost one is the greedy, the gamblers mostly the new gambler get into the greedy after some decent profit in the gambling site.
The experience of being able to profit in gambling is what makes them think that it's easy to win by just wagering. The reason why many of us are attracted to keep playing because of the eagerness to hit a decent profit. If you have no self-control and just letting yourself be drown of your desire to win, then you're likely to fall as an addicted gambler due to lack of discipline. It's a human nature to be greedy sometimes, but in gambling, if you have this mindset, that's not a healthy way to play. Confidence and greed are indeed the few reasons on why this type of gamblers are falling in the category of being a compulsive gambler.
92  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling for fun and not a way of making money on: February 22, 2024, 09:43:00 PM
Well, that's how it should be. But let's admit the fact that  majority are seeing gambling as a way to make money. One of the reason why many of us are becoming addicted, it's because of the desire to gain and setting aside the play for fun reminder. If there's no money involved it won't be that exciting, the possibility to gain huge in snap and can make a gambler an instant rich is what attract them the most.

But I do agree that gambling is not a way to make money and should be treated solely to have fun,
(if you win that's an incentives). However, we can't coerce everyone to do as we say since we have our own way of thinking. It's their money anyway, so let them spend their money that way they wanted. Because in the end they'll be the one to face the consequences of their action.
93  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Risking 1% in Gambling on: February 22, 2024, 11:24:21 AM
It's quite reasonable that we will feel comfortable with losing 1% of our portfolio, this will apply if we have enough money, but if we have a little, it's not wrong to add no more than 5%. In my personal opinion, this is still relatively safe.
1% is indeed safe and certainly you won't notice the losses incase you are in bad streak. This is ideal for those who wants to try different games yet don't want to spend much or afraid to have huge losses.

But It depends for every gamblers since many of us probably don't want to waste our time (like those whale gamblers) using a small amount when playing especially if you're after profit. In my case, 5% of my day job salary is sufficient already to spend for leisure. IMO, regardless what percentage of your money is meant for gambling, as long as you'll be satisfied then that's what matter. Don't try to follow others who can spend more than what they can afford because often that's the start for someone to have a problem related to how they gamble.
94  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Wednesday had been my bad day to gamble. on: February 21, 2024, 11:35:07 AM
This had been bugging me for months now. Every Wednesday in my own timeline (GMT+8) I always lose money at every casino game that I go to.
We really have that bad day in gambling, in my case it is random. So if Wednesday is bad for you to play then just simply skip it.

Anyway, some will say it is just a superstitious belief but what if it keeps on happening?
How about you? Do you have that one day when you feel like you are not even winning whatever you do or whatever game you play?
There are times I feel i'm not really lucky in gambling to the point that I ask myself if it is wise to keep playing even I don't get a penny in return. But because I enjoy playing and my usual capital is not huge (just ideal to be entertained) I opted to continue since I used to have a bad outcome, so no expectation.
95  Economy / Gambling / Re: Does anyone find the spate of online casinos a bit uninspired? on: February 21, 2024, 04:43:04 AM
I've seen someone play a casino game on a particular casino for hours and won nothing, he then shifted to another casino and started playing same game, and under a hour, he won a jackpot.
Wow, that's something really amazing that I'm hearing today. A player can have better luck when he/she moves to another casino or that player might have won because other casino had low house edge as compare to the previous one where the players lost many bets.

I guess that day his luck went in his favor and that's why he won the jackpot at the other casino. He might have played 1 more hour on that same casino and might have won at the one also I guess. But, sometimes it's nice to move to other casinos to test out your luck.
I'd like to believe that low house edge where the gambler hit a jackpot for the particular casino is the reason why he win. But if it's the same game (and a luck-based) it's likely because of luck and not because he switched. I also do this, changing casino even the game that i'm going to play is still the same. IMO, the platform where you able to win is special fr a gambler to keep returning since that's where he/she experienced to become lucky.

There are casinos with similar UI but it's not really a problem as long as the platform is trustworthy wherein you can gamble without worries. It's normal nowadays to find such that will make you question if it's just a copy or they have their own brand. One of the reason why researching is necessary.
96  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Buying and Selling of Casino Accounts (Discussion thread) on: February 21, 2024, 01:41:23 AM
Now, my question is..
- is it right to sell ones casino account, most especially when the account is KYCed?
- Do casinos have any policy against account sells?
- If you have the opportunity of buying a casino account, would you buy or build yours from afresh?
- Would you sell your casino account if you decide to leave gambling completely, most especially, your KYCed account? If yes, how do you trust the buyer?
- Over all, is casino account trading legitimate? If yes, should I create a thread where gamblers can easily post their casino account sell ads?
- Of course not. It's risky especially for the part of seller. Will you allow anyone to use your account verified with your own documents? It is not worthy regardless of the account's price.
- I'm not certain but probably this is against the rules.
- I will create a casino account (since it's free) and begin with low level rather than spending my money just because I want to take advantage the VIP rewards. Be active and wager more to reach the level that you desire.
- No. I will just keep it inactive free from worrying on how the buyer use my account after I sell it.
- For sure it is not. And no casino operator will encourage such activity.
97  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling Wins: Your Money Was Returned to You. on: February 20, 2024, 11:11:35 PM
I'm a gambler for years already and aware of the fact that I had so many losses more than a winning moments. That being said, i'm not in profit but still chose to continue playing (though not often). My point is, yes it might be true that your few wins are just part of your many losses but what did you get in return? Because satisfaction everytime you play is crucial since this can minimize the bad effect of losing your money. As long as you are entertained and satisfied then I think you should not regret even you lose. Moreover, it is your decision to play even gambling is a game of luck and risky.

Anyway, casino is a business so they can't continue to operate if they are not in profit. Thus, it's not surprising if majority of gamblers are losing their money instead of gaining. This is a fact that every gamblers should know. If you can't bear losing your money since that's very likely, then refrain from playing and spend your money in something else that you won't regret.
98  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: A famous influencer lost more than $4000 in just 2 minutes. (2) on: February 20, 2024, 08:48:43 PM
Even with a rich guy gambling, still has this regret he just made, so how much more for an average guy to take the risk of spending his hard earned money just to gamble?
Regardless of your life status, losing money is not a good thing. Who wants it, right? Because that's your hard-earned money and in this case it's a huge amount already in his local currency. Well, the difference is, even this guy lose, he can still make money by posting the video on social media to attract viewers and of course to gain revenue. Thus, easy to get back what he lost.

Have you experienced this kind of situation wherein you spend huge amount of money and then regret after the loss? Is your reaction the same with that guy on the video?
Yes before. But now, I only spend the amount that I can live without. So everytime I gamble, i'm prepared for the outcome. I think having a mindset that losing is inevitable (so you should have fun instead) can lessen the expectation to gain money in gambling. However, many gamblers have this desire of earning through it then became uncontrollable. It's not unusual though.

100  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Pay off DEBT by do Gambling? think again before you loss more on: February 19, 2024, 01:54:29 AM
By gambling to pay off debt, gamblers are just going to increase their overall debt along the time, as they will be adding debt from gambling to their current debt they are trying to pay off through hypothetical gambling income. Profit which may never come, or that will eventually stop coming at some point the more they gamble, once they hit a long loss streak. For the debtor, gambling is just going to mess with his life even more, as the purpose of this activity isn't to proportionate people money to pay their debt.
It's funny that some gamblers are resorting to gambling to pay their debt. It would be good if you're lucky and able to earn a decent amount, but what if worse case happened? Gaining should not be the mindset when you gamble your money, once you wager, be prepared to lose since that is very possible. Therefore, forget about paying your debts or gaining huge in gambling, just enjoy the game. Because if you can't do (since your goal is to gain) chances are you'll only lose more for having such mindset.
