I also did try this challenge many years ago, and I'm fitness on and off in the last 2 years. But I was surprised to see this again. I guess some crypto influencer made this challenge to the public. Currently, I start another journey, going to the gym at my age this year as this is one of my goal for this year. True, and if we look at Bitcoin's past history, you can see that there is no right or wrong time to buy, sooner or later you will make profits. It's just base on our mentality and our toughness on how long can we hold before selling. That is the most important part in my opinion, saving is easy, HODLing on it is another thing. Overcoming the temptation to sell assets requires discipline, patience, and a long-term perspective specially in Bitcoin market. But if we master HODLing attitude and resist the urge to sell based on short-term fluctuations or emotional reactions, but it's going to be worth when you sell them at the bull run and get X amount of profits.
