If you had followed rules nothing would happens.

Well, to be fair, he apparently only forgot to include the btc address; he didn't edit his original post, and glancing at his posts, they don't seem to be spam.

That is a pity. What do you do in your spare time nowadays? You don't have any? You are too tired? It is better to play good game that watch tv or something like that. Games evolved and some of them are really incredible... You should try again...

You might want to quote the person you are talking about, so that people understand who it was meant to. Tongue

Did not receive my payment for the month jan - feb 17

Sent a PM on the 17th, and no payment. I will be discontinuing this service all together, and removing prime dice sig as of now.

AFAIK there isn't one paying higher than PD. If they paid 0.0001 BTC higher, it would be worth it in the eyes of most (assuming you were sure they would pay).

Well, I guess it depends on how many posts you usually make. Personally, I don't post enough to take full advantage of this promotion (and certainly nowhere near 8000 posts/month), so my current sig deal does pay me more than PD, for the time I spend in here.

yeah same here coinbet payed my upfront for a 1000 posts so its worth it for me to go to him. but i might switch to primedice after that but is 8000 posts in  a month even possible. ? whats the most someone has gotten?
I'm curious, how much were you paid?

i got paid .2 bitcoin so .0002 per post. obviously not as good as what primedice is offering now. but at time it was best and also upfront

wait a minute, if you got 0.2 bitcoin payment, and you were paid .0002 per post, you would have had to make 1000 posts.  You have far less than 1000 posts... did you get paid a bonus upfront too or something?

As he said, CoinBet pays upfront, so he made a deal for 1000 posts at 0.0002 btc each.

3268  Economy / Services / Re: Help us design a killer referral / signature program... on: February 18, 2014, 02:19:37 AM
Much of what has been previously mentioned regarding a signature program:

A clear, small, non obtrusive signature line.

The ability to change the code would also be appreciated.

Mostly font size and color I guess.

Pay it upfront automatically.

Probably for trusted members only; for the rest, at least use escrow.

I would also add: weekly payments; perhaps more than one payment program, one based on post count for the members that would like to earn more and another based on activity for those that don't post very often.

I haven't read the entire thread, but my thoughts on this is that whoever this person is they are trying to bring crypto's to the forefront of folks that might not think of this as real money and using this as a way to change their minds.

Whoever this is, I applaud them in a creative effort in trying to "spread the word" of crypto-currency.  Smiley

By creating transactions that will never confirm and cause confusion than amongst newer users? I'm sure there must be better ways.  Tongue

3272  Economy / Gambling / Re: Win free Bitcoins every hour! on: February 15, 2014, 08:12:55 PM
I had a couple of ideas to retain users for longer and would like to know what you guys think :

1) For 1 hour each day, there will be a happy hour of sorts when the prize for free play would be doubled. This could be at a pre-determined hour everyday or a random one.

2) Users get a bonus (say equal to 5 times the minimum prize) for every 50 free spins they play. Of course this won't be retroactive but for free spins made in the future.

Let me know which of these you would prefer and also if you have any other ideas, i would love to hear them.

What about number 1, but instead of a random hour or a set hour, the happy hour would be the first time you played that day? I suppose this would decrease the incentive to play a second time that day, but more people would return each day as they would be certain to obtain the bonus, without the need to stick around for too long.

Don't worry about it... they bump up the thread for wetsuit.  Roll Eyes
It's one of the few lasting good faucet's that do pay better than any other on the market, plus a referral up to 50% all that not good enough?
and people wanting to get more from a good service is bad?
he may pay or not but that wont change that it's a fine service right now.

Sure, it's a great service; no one is saying the contrary. But it would take maybe 1 minute for people to realize the giveaway is over, since that is stated in every single page of this thread. Well, from the point it actually ended at least...  Tongue
3274  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Three simple questions on: February 14, 2014, 10:03:32 PM
1) What exactly is 'activity' on the board. I thought it was number of posts but mine has been stuck now at 98 for a few days.. hasn't moved at all although I've been posting a lot.

2) How do I turn off my email as a contact method. I chose 'hide email' in preferences but it still shows up under my avatar between 'view profile' and 'PM.'

3) How do I get to upload a picture for my avatar? Is this based on 'activity' or is it donation-based?

Maybe the 98 activity needs to be reclassified into the newbie group?

Don't say that please Cheesy

Ooops, sorry, I didn't notice yours lol  Grin

Well, you're also at about the same activity... and so am I.  Tongue

3276  Economy / Services / Re: WILL PAY MORE THAN ANYONE ELSE FOR RENTING SIG SPACE on: February 14, 2014, 01:32:14 AM
I think you have a great offer, given that payment is weekly there is no need for escrow or upfront payment.   If you screw anyone all they need do is make that comment to this particular threat or start a new one with that accusation and your credibility is shot.

Spyro is still a Jr. Member, at least in this forum, so there isn't much of a credibility to shoot at the moment... Tongue  And there are other deals with weekly payments that pay upfront, so at least using escrow seems fair.

EDIT:

Hi

why are you dont pay in BTC?

he said multiple times that he dosn't have any BTC or other CC at the moment (ATM)

he also indicated that he prefers to use paypal because he would have to pay a premium just to get the BTC

if you read between the lines he is cash heavy in paypal, and uncomfortable with btc's performance

He may be uncomfortable with btc's performance, but we're uncomfortable with paypal's charge backs and lack of anonymity.

They never get confirmed so it's pointless.

Precisely. Most miners won't ever include those transactions since they are below the 5430 satoshi limit.
3280  Economy / Economics / Re: When do you think Bitcoin will go back to $1,000? And some worries on: February 12, 2014, 08:03:06 PM
Most likely in month or two.  When people realize that Bitcoin is not "dead" as some press seem to post everytime we have a crash at all in price and that this supposed "bug" is not as big of an issue as it was made out to be, then renewed confidence will return and with a new bottom price being around $650 or so it is a very bullish sign.  With all the bad press we had that is the lowest we went to?  The demand is gaining and I have great confidence we will reach an ATH within a couple months and very likely $10,000 by the end of the year.

I agree with the part about $1,000 in a few months, but $10,000 by the end of the year? For what it's worth, I hope you're right. Grin
