362  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Bitmainwarranty of Colorado is offering extended s-9 warranty options on: September 24, 2016, 05:35:45 PM

A suggestion to bitmainwarranty
post photos on the controller parts for the s9

as some buyers need will need both parts not one or the other.

I needed both pieces not just the 98 dollar part

https://bitmainwarranty.com/shop/products/us/s9-io-pcb-no-network-port/

https://bitmainwarranty.com/shop/products/us/s9-control-pcb-c5/

I need one S9 controller, The newer version with  the one-piece board, not the older version that are in your pictures .

Follow up:

here is a full working batch 1  controller photo it has two parts. next to it is what I ordered it is one of the two parts

366  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [WTB][EU] S9 + PSU / altcoin miner on: September 22, 2016, 07:38:37 AM
Hey there! i'm looking for buying an s9 or maybe even some altcoin miner, price would of course depend on s9's edition. Being that here in the EU due to kwh prices pretty much any asic becomes unafordable i'm thinking maybe someone bought it and now wants to sell it or something like that. If you have anything interesting to sell within the eu let me know. I won't be buying any bitcoin miner except for the s9 though.
About the shipping i'm in Venice, Italy. I'll be travelling a bit around IT and DE so let me know where you would be shipping from.

If the price is right, then I can sell you one S9  (650M, 600M or 550M model.)
Write here your price for each model.
Shipping from Estonia.

EDIT.
650M + free PSU =3,10 BTC +shipping

12 pc = 12 pieces AKA 12 S9 miners, in context.

Yes.

At the moment I have 22 x S9 + one S9 with one blade. 2x S9  hashblade is still in repair.
374  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Bitmain's Released Antminer S9, World's First 16nm Miner Ready to Order on: September 12, 2016, 09:23:47 PM
It appears Bitmain added Paypal to these new S9 batches now...

Interesting.

is not

Please note:
Bitmain is currently testing payments with Paypal. If you are using PayPal to pay for your order, please note the following before proceeding:
1.We only support Paypal to Paypal payments. You have to register with Paypal to be able to use this feature.
2.You can pay for only one order using PayPal. You can NOT pay for a second order using PayPal until Bitmain decides to expand the use of Paypal
3.The order can only contain 1 unit of the each product type. For example:
The order CAN have 3 items in total: 1 AntRouter R1, 1 Antminer S7 and 1 PSU.
The order can NOT have more than 1 AntRouter R1 or Antminer S7 or 1 PSU.

For payments made using PayPal, an additional 5 % transaction fee will be charged.

Antminer R4, 8.6TH/s,shipping out within 7 days after fully paid is not support paypal payment
ANTMINER S9-B15, 12.93TH/s,shipping out within 7 days after fully paid is not support paypal payment

Some people just refuse to get it through their head that this forum isn't a eBay listing advertisement service.

Find it here -

And what's more disturbing - ebay link or 5 same theme from one user ?
376  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Swedish ASIC miner company kncminer.com on: September 11, 2016, 11:56:57 PM
... I know the bridge has a common failure with the traces burning. I have never actually dealt with one before. I had a customer send me pics and asked If I could fix it, and I really could not answer. I know I can easily desolder the female connectors, but then can I run a new wire to connect them, or does the copper trace have to be connected to the board?? Because if the trace line must be connected, that could be a real problem, but I might have some solutions. Anyone know if I can run a new wire not connected to the board, just connecting the female connectors?

Here are his pics.

Vegas

Yes, you can.

Thanks for replying to my question tupsu.
Still u managed to neglect electricity cost ( no matter how small that might be where u at) but I get the bigger picture you're trying to paint here and let me tell u: it looks good :-)

However I have another technical question pertaining to ur setup and consequently to the given calculation above. Why not connect ur miners to a switch and through to 1 central PC ( or two ) instead of 11 PC ( if I understood u correctly )?

I believe there are certain mining softwares that enables u to monitor and supervise miners' work from a single station. Not just cheaper but more efficient and cost effective.

Thanks again for sharing this with us and wish u good luck with ur operation.

Let's be clear on it.
Today I have 22xS9 + 1/3 from one S9   and 10x Titan Controllers  -total 2200-2300 Mhz

Three months ago,  13.09.16    I had 11x S9  and 10x Titan Controllers  -total 2200-2300 Mhz , But that was before the BTC halving and less miners still earned me 0.3 BTC per day, and  the electricity went less.   More accurate , less about 11x S9 (1300W x11)  so about 1000 euro less per month.
My one kW/h is   0,1 euro and sometimes a little less.

I fwatching them all from one computer.

Lets wait for the ebay add better  Grin Grin Grin
so tomorrow evening  Wink

I think the seller is either very lazy or very rich.
Instead, in order to sell it for 3,75 BTC with this forum escrow he prefers to sell for 2,2 BTC

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1582029.msg15887610#msg15887610

Until I do not see the real pictures ,  I will not make any offer.

And I do not believe that it will come on  eBay.

As I have already said,  very lazy or very rich or something else.

Looking for two antminer S7 with PSU in Europe, Im from Spain.

PayPal payment only, reliable sellers with good reputation.

I value photos, date of purchase, batches, temps.

Thanks

Your ads are already the second time here, and you still do not understand - No one will sell you here with paypal. Reliable sellers need reliable buyers for selling with paypal.

And you're asking too much data about miner. This is annoying. Did we get this information when we buying S7 from Bitmain?

I value quick deal  Grin

Fortunately for me, my  buyers were quick.  I sold yesterday 2 last S7 miners with payment on Wednesday and with shipping on Thursday.  I sold total 40x S7 from 43 miners,  the remaining 2 is with burning blades and one left with only 2 working blades and S5 controller.

And I did not even know  date of purchase of the miners'  Only batches.

I know now my  S9 miners date of purchase , because I gave them different names.  But it is only in order to monitor the warranty time.  The first ten  warranty has already expired.
380  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Hacking KNC Neptune / Jupiter / Titan miners back to life. Why not? on: September 11, 2016, 10:04:40 AM
Weird,Titans are NOT Bitcoin mining hardware so why is this thread in this section still??

Shouldn't it be in the ALTCOIN section??

I enter them  the address  of mining pool,  they mine and I get every day, for that  the BTC to my BTC wallet.
Do you know what exactly they mine ?  I do not know.

If you want  to start to explain me, that  TITAN  is not to able mine BTC, then open a new topic.

You know where to do it-  in  ALTCOIN section   Grin
