481  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Bitmain's Released Antminer S9, World's First 16nm Miner Ready to Order on: August 22, 2016, 11:42:15 AM

Brits installed it 67 years ago or maybe even before 80 years

it's been more than 69 years after we got independence and have our own democracy and gov

now its dc

its not a new fact it has been the system for years' apparently you don't try to get to know facts about other countries cause you don't need it as a necessity.

Mostly people here would be from the us , uk and  the europe

And fuck I have a dead hash board on my new batch 10.

So for third time in two years I will need to do an rma.

FIRST  two times were really not good experiences.

It hashed for about two or three hours  and then a row of x's

I know all the tricks , lower freq no go.  different pcie cables no go. Different psu's no go.

So I will document the process on this thread. Lets see how well it works out.

Welcome to the club.
My counts is:
1x D.O.A. non center board
4x dead center board

Total 5 dead S9 boards from 63 boards
and the last miners have not yet arrived.

I was newer seen before this new controller.  Get my new miners until Tuesday.
But I have a emty S9 body and  "old" controller and S7 long cables. So I can immediately tested new miner with "old" controller.

Well do that, I'm a ITT tech grad in NSA network security administration, and I would never give u 2000$ in coins and hope u pay me....we can do my option. U buy one coin at a time. So u know u get each one. By one. But no money no coin....I have and will never give coins to anyone without payment.

Who said that you need to send them all at once?

I can pay with paypal after 6 confirmation.

But first, do in your wallet a new address, send the  total amount 4.3281BTC into this adress , and post this address here.

Before that I do not believe, that  you own any BTC at all.
485  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Uses for old S3+ chassis? on: August 19, 2016, 07:52:47 PM
You can buy from me 2x S5 blades with screws and springs and controller with all cables.

0.2 BTC shipped in most of the EU  countries .  So you can build S5
486  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Bitmain's Released Antminer S9, World's First 16nm Miner Ready to Order on: August 19, 2016, 07:41:12 PM
Very interesting.... Got my 2 batch 11's and took a look at them re: the mirco-SD slot. What do I see?

Bitmain has dropped using a Beagle Board. What on older batches was the IO board that the BB plugged into now has the ARM controller as part of it. In others words, no BB. Just the single combined ARM cpu and IO board. Also despite still having a slot in the case for a SD card, no socket for an SD card either.

Hmm.

Controller is is exactly the same as from S9 B1
487  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Antminer S7 is working perfect on BeagleBone Rev. C on: August 19, 2016, 03:35:56 PM
All Antminers S7 working perfect with any B.B.B. from S5 antminer.

And S5 miners can buy  a lot cheaper than your toy.

We need controller for S9 , S7  is history.
488  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Antminer s4 Firmware Upgrade Question on: August 19, 2016, 12:41:49 PM

489  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [WTB] Antminer S7 : Broken hashboards and good controllers on: August 19, 2016, 10:24:53 AM

And about the faulty hashboards I am open for offers bcs everything depends on their condition/quantity/ delivery price.

I have 5 or 6  boards. I use them in S9 miners, to fill the empty place , when the S9 hashboard is removed for repair.

some have fallen radiators,  some are  visually completely OK.

I also have a controller with 9 data cable socket.  Without a metal housing.
490  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Mixing controllers from different batches S7 on: August 19, 2016, 04:06:20 AM
I know this is an old topic. I'm sorry if I should not resurrect it.

How would one go about powering more than one miner from the same control board? I mean there are only 3 IO attachments on the board. Would you have to solder more connector attachments to the IO board?

Thanks for any replies.

..........

With S7 controller like this one:

From Batch1 - 7  miners

also is the 2170 including shipping as well? i believe shipping is $60 all around per miner which is separate from the import taxes of course.

Yes. And 20% VAT should also be included to shipping costs.

example
ANTMINER S9-B2 with 12.93T × 1
1985 USD + shipping 65.91  USD = 2050.91 USD + 20% VAT = 2461 USD

Why you do not  buy from Bitmain ?

How many you pay for the non-working S7 hashboard ?

495  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: how much power consumed by each hash board on S7 & S9 on: August 17, 2016, 10:52:18 PM

ANTMINER S9 Batch 5   11,85 THs   + 1600W Bitmain PSU , 230V

496  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: how much power consumed by each hash board on S7 & S9 on: August 17, 2016, 10:08:24 PM
S9 11.85 consume 1172W for all 3 hash boards and I/O
so i think I/O controller consume at minimum 150W
that mean each board consume about 360W in maximum not 460W

the reality with 230V is 1235W, not 1172W  with Bitmain 1600W PSU
497  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Bitmain's Released Antminer S9, World's First 16nm Miner Ready to Order on: August 17, 2016, 07:20:27 PM
Are you all CRAZY or what 99 months ROI and ppls still buy , buy bitcoin instead, is USELESS stop encouraging them , look 1400 S9+ 150 PSU+ 100 shippment + Difficulty raises 5% average you will never get ROI are you all crazy??

https://bitcoinwisdom.com/bitcoin/difficulty

Look for yourself 11T next 15 days will maybe bring if miner doesn't stop EVER which is impossible 216 $ per month reduce next difficulty for next 15 days at about 5% so will bring about 201$ one mont about 205$ next month if MINER NEVER stops 185$ now calculate electricity fees at about 120$ per month are you all CRAZY.

This shit is only making you all lose money .... stop beeing dreamers BTC price now is low simply buy BTC is way safer how can you calculate ROI of 1 year is madness

My  electricity fees is  about 85 euro for 11,5 THs . It is not "CRAZY."

"CRAZY." stupid is your calculation.

I earn more real many with mining, not with buying BTC and holding.

The right time to buy was if 1 BTC=250 euro , not if 1 BTC=500 euro.

I sell only, if BTC is back 1 BTC = 650 euro.  So far, I mine.

Malaysia, we have farms ready, with fans, air flow, but now empty only with about 40 S7 left, pm if you are interested

NEVER.
Read your own posts. You act like CRAZY.

As you yourself confess

you are all ignorant you should try protect ppls from getting fucked instead of encouraging them you A.H

and I do not believe in the existence of your farm.

500  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Bitmain's Released Antminer S9, World's First 16nm Miner Ready to Order on: August 16, 2016, 06:07:13 PM

im confused about your numbers....at the top you total dont include import taxes for the miner it seems. at the bottom you show prices that seem to include import taxes....sorta like your making your nurs look better then they really are. also the price ofbtc hasnt been 670 euros since june 19th which is fell sharply soon after that....like next day soon lol. that means you only mined at these numbers for a couple of days at most before the fall but thats if the miners arrived on time which im sure you did get a few solid days of mining. another thing i didnt see were costs for repairs...was it you that had issues with boards not working? if so the speed and or cost of sending the board/boards back should also be factored into your above numbers.

yes the first batch is a little fast but many of the people running them underclocked them because they were highly unstable at those speeds and if you got yours to run at full speed great but u would be one of the only people to actually pull that off so im not sure i see that being likely but more power to you. i also didnt factor in the cost of your power....how much do u pay per kwh??

anyone that paid before the halving got screwed. unless you have free power....free rent....free internet....live in ur moms basement....free import taxes (no one has this)....and any number of other highly unlikely things (but not imposible but i doubt everything applies to you) with ur setup the roi dates didnt make it worth it not to mention the price of btc went DOWN making the roi dates even further down the line then they were before. i think if ur gonna post numbers they should be the same one accross the board not ones missing key info at the top and ones that include key info at the bottom. key info being import taxes. keep all prices in one currency too. dont start with usd at the top and finish with euros at the bottom to fudge the numbers a bit. if you want to do the prices in euros do it in euros and same goes for usd just dont mix in a little of both.

I did not calculating with VAT, but it is easy to add -VAT = 20%
This was because the same 20% amount must be added to the current purchase.

I did not include the return of the 5 hasboards from total  63 blades or shipping costs to warranty- 70 x 5 =350 euro,.

You can also today purchase miner with D.O.A. hasboard.  I'm even pretty sure that batch10 and batch11 miners need warranty repair, especially center blades.

That missing key was not mine blade and problem. I always  make  photos before shipping to china.  So they can  not lie to me.

EUR USD exchange rate is variable , But it was a good rate for paing Batch1 miners with USD exchanging from euro.

I do not have a rent in ovn  house and I have the internet anyway for television.  My electricity price is 0.095 euro to 0.098 euro for kW/h
