What lies are you referring to, or are you just here for the pictures and shillfest?
I asked him, How much do you already have paid your lawyer ?https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=521520.msg14791213#msg14791213dogie answered me Not yet, no. Lawyer is paid for up front so no changes.https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=521520.msg14791213#msg14791213But this is lie.
Explanations can be found here:RoadStress raised an interesting point. Adam Allcock (a.k.a. dogie) posted an invoice + receipt from his lawyer and claimed that it "Receipt for filing court fees and security of funds [like a deposit in the case of loss to help pay the defendant's fees]" Dogie removed the original image of the invoice + receipt and changed his previous post to remove this description. Now it's only "Receipt for filing court fees..." disclaimer: Adam is suing Spondoolies-Tech, so I can't engage him. I am posting the evidence of Adam's edit and wonder what Adam is trying to hide. One possible explanation: The invoice + receipt Dogie posted did indeed include his lawyer fees. The problem here is that the entire payment to the lawyer was titled 'expenses' and therefore he did not pay VAT (as he should have). Dogie can easily prove that this explanation is wrong by posting another invoice + receipt to his lawyer which is properly titled 'lawyer fees' and include VAT payment as required by the law. Instead of doing that, he chose to attack Roadstress and me (I removed the 2nd post in which he attacks me). Edit:Adam continue with the smoke screen tactics in the following post: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1471914.msg14843373#msg14843373Other possible explanation is that Adam's lawyer is working on success fee (percentage of the funds he will be able to win in this lawsuit). It is common practice in many such lawsuits. In that case, the $8,600 invoice + receipt was indeed for "Receipt for filing court fees and security of funds [like a deposit in the case of loss to help pay the defendant's fees]" as Adam originally claimed. If this is indeed the case, it explains why Dogie refuse to produce another receipt + invoice, simply because there isn't such an invoice + receipt, just a success fee agreement between Adam and his lawyer. However, this explanation clearly contradict Adam claim about paying his lawyer's fee in advance. So, there are three possible scenarios: (1) Adam's posted invoice + receipt includes his lawyer's fees. If this is true, VAT wasn't paid as it should have been. (2) There is an agreement between Adam and his lawyer and the lawyer is working on success fee. In this case, Adam lied when he claimed that his lawyer was paid in advance. (3) Adam is right and there is another receipt + invoice and payment from Adam to his lawyer covering his lawyer fees in advance. In order to prove that (3) is the right scenario as he claims, Adam needs to post such receipt + invoice. So far Adam refused to post such a receipt + invoice. Note:It's highly irregular (read: never heard of) to post security of funds deposit to one's lawyer as Adam claimed. This is why we asked the court to force Adam to deposit the security of funds directly to the court. The funds were indeed deposited before a liquidator was appointed and now the case is frozen. Adam's lawyer tried to prevent the security of funds deposit with all sort of arguments initially, but eventually agreed to make the deposit (30,000 ILS which is about $7,925).In any case Dogie's reply to Tupsu question "How much do you already have paid your lawyer ?" which was "Not yet, no. Lawyer is paid for up front so no changes." isn't true. He or his lawyer had to deposit $7,925 to the court.Guy https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=521520.14160

.... @Tupsu: Why do you think this tells us anything about the S9?
My crystal ball says , it is the ancestor of the S9. It will soon be seen. S9 will be two blades small miner, with the possibility of fixing the power supply unit or with cheap CPU on topBasic Dimensions: 301mm(L)*123mm(W)*155mm(H) without power supply holder

Hashnest did the same with S7 sales. They are sold S7 preorders. S7 shop was open and Sales started September 09, 2015 , but they won't start hashing for up to a month. At the same time, S7 was not yet available from Bitmain website. When Bitmain start S7 sales, were magically sold out all Hashnest S7 preorders with minute . And nobody said that it is wrong. BITMAIN will hit the market with S9 eventually but also with S10 and S11 etc. Should i start to collect money as a "preorder" for S10? (sarcasm)
You could do more to live your life and not worry about the others . Do not you believe every little nut in bitmaini machine. They do not have all the information. "2016-05-11 00:52:07 Hi ,
thank you for your message.
New miner will be S9, it will be launched in 10 days, please check our main webpage for updates.

The truth is somewhere in the middle. S9 is coming soon. Whether 10 or 20 days, does not matter.

Anybody willing to sell some Sfards SF-100 miners? I like the combo option mining SHA and Scrypt together, I still see potential. Would like to run 3, but every offer is welcome...
better to buy 1 x used S7 with 4860 GHs / 1210W + half of KNC Titan. ( Mini TITAN with 2 cubes = 3x SF-100 ) It will be cheaper and uses less power for BTC mining and the same power for scrypt mining. SF-100 efficacy is the same as S5 antminer and Hashnest closed last week the S5 cloud mining, because the costs were higher as profit.

What batch is it? Batch one was 300+ Mh/s and 1100 Watts while batch 2 was 400+Mh/s and 1400 Watts... Here's a profitability calculation for batch 2. a properly functioning Titan Cube use 350 W and more. 3.5 LTC is not a particularly large amount of money, a little more than 10 euro, depending on the exchange rate. My Titans earn me today 0.2 BTC/day and my 120 THs Antminer S7 earn 0.3 BTC/day and spend a lot more power as Titans.

How much does this worth nowadays?
Prices on eBay are 2000 euro - 4500 euro One miner digs 3.5 BTC LTC per day

Hmm. I'm hoping this is just trolling. Perhaps I contributed with terrible phrasing, let me clarify.
I just picked up 162 chip S7s (mix of batch 2 and 3) with PSUs from a private sale for .85 BTC per unit. You can order 135 chip S7s from Bitmain's website for 1.1 BTC including shipping and fees.
I honestly didn't think anyone on this forum would be so out of touch with these miners that they wouldn't understand what I was communicating without me spelling out every detail.
In the event that it wasn't my phrasing you were challenging, but that 162 chip S7s exist...
Batch 1 - 162 BM1385 (600M) - 4.86 TH/s Batch 2 - 162 BM1385 (575M) - 4.66 TH/s Batch 3 - 162 BM1385 (600M) - 4.86 TH/s Batch 4 - 162 BM1385 (575M) - 4.66 TH/s Batch 5 - 162 BM1385 (600M) - 4.86 TH/s Batch 6 - 162 BM1385 (600M) - 4.05 TH/s Batch 7 - 162 BM1385 (626M) - 5.06 TH/s
Batch 8 through Current - 135 BM1385 (700M) - 4.73 TH/s
You wrote .... You can get them new with warranty in 5 days for ~1.1 BTC shipped off bitmain's website.
Bitmain not sell anymore Batch 1-Batch 7 For sale is only Batch 17 with 135 chip. So you can not buy from bitmain website Antminer S7 with 162 chip.

Location ?
• Local pickup in Sweden is preferred
In this case, as far away from Stockholm ?I bought one perfectly working Titan today from US. 5.65 BTC shipped (US shipping) This is, however, far away from perfectly working Titan. ...

I'm not here to trash you're post, I'm actually interested in filling in a few gaps with another S7 or 2. That said, I just grabbed 5 162 chip S7s with PSU for 0.85 BTC a pop. You can get them new with warranty in 5 days for ~1.1 BTC shipped off bitmain's website.
B.S. Chip quantity per unit is : 135x BM1385

They received $2.25M from BTCS, that's a significant amount.
But there is nothing for you dogie, of this amount. How much do you already have paid your lawyer ?

How to get out from Antminer S7 controller B.B.B. software ?
File System Version - Tue Sep 15 16:50:19 CST 2015
It still works great with the 6 x S7 blades.
This version has never been downloadable from Bitmain page.

Thank you Tupsu. Tupsu I know you did a lot with running multiple blades with one controller and if I remember correctly you mentioned the October firmware is the most recent you can run more than three with. Is that correct?
Yes. They working with 6 blades until 22 April. Now, only 15 september firmware works with 6 blades.I have left only 5 x 6 blades Antminer S7 The other is all with own controller and aprilll 2016 firmware.

Tupsu I do not see that for a batch 1 which uses 600 Frequency I see it for several others, if not all freqs.
Wait, you are telling me that the firmware named 2fan is for every 2fan miner. Right? Even though it has 700M in the description and batch1 is 600? It works with all my S7 miners. Batch1, batch3 , batch 5 and batch7. It also works with my batch 8 miners and batch 6 miners. So I think that it is universal for all batches.
