I wouldn't do that, since he would have all the card information... and you also have to register it.

@Seal is it allowed to add an ad for my own p2pool or own projects?
I think you're allowed to.

Oh, giveaway is paused.

I'm going to avoid this one. I don't need BTC in my shower.

Much lulz in this thread - I can see the headline now: "Amateur scammer exposed, shot down in flames & publicly humiliated on forum!" Funny as fook It actually really isn't that funny. And remember: Laughter is a response to being scared at something ( http://goaskalice.columbia.edu/what-causes-laughter).

You want to use someone else's credit card? Is that even allowed? But uh, your tests sound interesting, hopefully you can tell us the results.
No, I want them to use their credit card, then I send them coins. I only have a debit card, and it has less that $20 on it. I promise I am not scamming, but if anyone is really worried about this, it's only like $40 with shipping. Not a big risk for most people, and I have the coins. I'll just have a friend do it when I get back to Denver if no one here will, I am just house sitting for someone right now. I don't understand, why you want to use people's credit card just for $40. Cant you pay directly or something? I DON'T HAVE $40. I only have it in coins. I can take a picture of my Wells Fargo app if you guys would like to see the contents of my checkings and savings (about $15 total) You don't have $40 but you are on your way to creating some type of utopian bitcoin town while you also earn the Nobel Prize for discovering a new type of antibiotic? I have now seen it all. Is this Dank?

About scams, i don't think it is possible to misuse these cards in any way, and i am totally fine that you unbox the cards and remove all the sensitive data and send me only the plastic card itself. If it is possible to scrap the name out of the card without damaging it, i am fine with that too.
It is very possible to misuse the card. If you go and buy drugs online (hypothetical), who's identity is going to be linked to the card? The person who sold it to you. It's not the fact that the name is ON the card, it's that it's attached to the card #.

Received my payout, but thoroughly not understanding the website.
I initiated a short position, the price went down (after Silk Road) and then I lost money... then I initiated a long position before the rebound and only slightly profited.
Going to stick with NASDAQ options because I understand them better.
Weird. I did a short, and I made money when it went down. Isn't that what's supposed to happen? XD Yep, that is definitely what is supposed to happen. Not sure why I lost money when it went down. It was a fun little experiment where .5btc basically evaporated in a day or so. I wrote it off to too many people shorting so someone had to lose out... lol maybe I wasn't quick enough to click the down arrow. Hehe, I don't think it works like that. I always lose money on my trades, though, so I might not be the most reliable source. Maybe you should not trade then. Or do you like losing money? No, I go into the trade thinking that I'm going to make money. It just never works out that way.

There's no fractional reserve for Inputs. Inputs user balances will never be used to pay off CL debt. The only threat is if I am untrustworthy and decide to steal all the coins, which doesn't align up as CL balances have been steadily going down, people are withdrawing in panic due to the higher BTC price, BF / Btct.co closure, etc, and what do you see? Security / hacks isn't a risk was Inputs uses cold wallets (duplicated & backed up). Security is always a risk. Everyone thinks their fine until their coins are stolen...

This. The whole "demo" thing won't mean shit in court... It's not about what you say you're doing, but what you ARE doing.
It would be true if he accepted "real" money, but all he is handling is bitcoin, i.e. "fictional" money. It is a demo because no real money comes into play. Just like SR, right? No real money.

Hmm... but they also scan at the PO's. Do they have letter scanning machines?

It's not a contract in cex, it's a share, you can trade it if you will. Also it's not stuck in there at BTC0.14, it's going down steadily as the network difficulty is increasing and another impending spike is coming. Just yesterday it was BTC0.18 and now it's BTC0.14, for sure tomorrow or the next few days it will reach as low as BTC0.05/Gh/s without having to wait delivery times and energy consumption.
It's a mining contract if you do't actually have the hardware.

No rule against mailing currency.
Just very very stupid to do. Yeah, since insurance doesn't cover money, I don't think.

Hah, you posted just as I woke up. Anyways, I've been using it for regular letters that I don't really want to pay for priority for. I had no idea SR vendors used these.

Thanks for your feedback, armchair lawyers.
The pot calling the kettle black... Interesting... PSA: OP is paving the way to steal all your coins. +1. It's clear as crystal, just read the "contract". Ooops it's not a contract, it's a demo. And remember he unilaterally changed it, without any warning. He's bulshitting you with this "fictional"+"demo" thing, which WON'T protect him from the State, but MIGHT protect him from his gullible users. If it was really a demo it would be on testnet instead on mainnet. This fact alone should be enough. This. The whole "demo" thing won't mean shit in court... It's not about what you say you're doing, but what you ARE doing. This is like Madoff saying "But I didn't SAY it was a Ponzi... That means that I'm not liable for the fraud, right?"
