1301  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Andrew Bitcoiner / BitJack21 on: February 13, 2013, 11:09:18 PM
geek-trader, you should make another thread of your own to highlight this issue.
This.  Geek-trader: Make a post quoting all of the victims.
1302  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Andrew Bitcoiner / BitJack21 on: February 13, 2013, 11:06:40 PM
I have also not gotten my withdrawal.  It's been several days, and he's not answering emails, either.

When I deposited, I sent him an email, because you get a .1 bonus for depositing 5 for more BTC.  He answered that one right away.

When I withdrew, the page said it may take 24 hours.

After 36 hours and no BTC, I sent him an email.  No response.  The next day I sent another email.  No response.  No BTC.

It's a shame.  His site is great, and I had no problems with him in the past.  But now he's taken my BTC and is not answering email.

I wish I had seen this thread earlier.
Ugh.  Yeah, this guy is a dirty scammer.  Can we get a scammer tag now that there is another victim?
1303  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Scammer tag - PPT-PR on: February 13, 2013, 10:53:14 PM
In the immortal words of the Virgin Micon, I'd give you a quarter to buy a clue, but then I'd be wasting a quarter.
Hah!  Good one!

On another note, if what BCB said is correct (which is doubtful, considering that he often spews "info" about topics that he knows nothing about. I never said this.), I think they have a right to be here.
1304  Economy / Lending / Re: [BTCJam Loan] 5 BTC on: February 13, 2013, 01:14:46 AM
Quote
This is a loan for gambling on SatoshiDice.  I will put the entire balance on the SatoshiDice 12%, on one bet.

There is NO GUARANTEE of getting paid back for this loan.  If I win the bet, you will get paid back 200% of the original investment within 24 hours after I win.

REPEAT:  THERE IS NO GUARANTEE OF GETTING PAID BACK.

Nice way of trying to scam by putting this on a pastebin and making people go there LMAO SCAM!!!!!!
It wasn't a scam.  I was going to try and see if anyone would fund it.

And I specifically laid out the terms.  That means that it's not a scam, but it's a stupid idea to fund it.

I deleted the loan, anyways.

If we get LIAR tags we need to get ASSHOLE and FAG tags too.

 Cheesy
Heh.  I feel like "liar" is a little bit less open to interpretation.

Anyone can call someone an asshole or a fag (although there's nothing wrong with being gay >.>).
1307  Other / Off-topic / Re: The Trolling Something Awful Competition on: February 11, 2013, 12:07:43 AM
Can you elaborate a bit on that idea of using stolen credit cards to register a bunch of accounts to shut down their processor, and what protections they may have against it?

There's nothing to elaborate outside of it being a particularly asinine thing to do.
I like that word.  "Asinine."  It rolls off my tongue really smoothly... I have to use that word more often.
1308  Other / Off-topic / Re: Cheap Investigative Service (danieldaniel vs sublime) on: February 10, 2013, 10:16:01 PM
tell me how to lock it daniel . Butterzone call me if you think i am a scammer, come by my house shake my hand look me in the eye and say I am a scammer. Fuck you all know who I am and where I live, Come on by, but if you come at night bring your bullet proof vest. Smiley
Ugh, I forgot how to.  Can someone else tell him?
1309  Other / Off-topic / Re: Re: Cheap Investigative Service (danieldaniel vs sublime) on: February 10, 2013, 10:10:38 PM
From my months of experience in #bitcoin-otc...

Scammer probability scale:
0%<--danieldaniel------------------------------sublime5447---->100%

I don't think that sublime5447 is a scammer. However he is extremely provocative and is repeating the same drivel over and over again.

Danieldaniel is pretty trustworthy and honors his deals.
Thanks.

And also, sublime: You should lock this thread if you want to drop it.  Then we can't rage at each other here.
1310  Other / Off-topic / Re: Cheap Investigative Service (danieldaniel vs sublime) on: February 10, 2013, 10:09:12 PM
There never was an agreement you never said you took the bet. I gave it to you because I am nice. No answer on where are the missing days. Sketch kid daniel, doesnt like being called a scammer. I think I might rate you as scammer on otc and let you see how it feels. how does it feel to be "wrongly" accused of scamming ? You admitted you were unfair to me on otc you said that I did have to pay you and I still did. The point is you dragged my name through the mud and tried to sabotage my business.  I think that is it from me. I have spent way to much time on this child and issue you got your 2 little nothing coins. If you had worked with me you might have gotten 100's of coins out of me. As far as I am concerned stay away from me and my business and we can drop it.
First of all, I said I didn't take the original bet.  Then, you said that it would be a one-way bet and I agreed.

Anyways, I'm all for dropping this.  I dropped it already, then you jumped in the investigation thread and called me a scammer.

Also, I admitted I was unfair to you.  I never said that it was not justified.  I had every right to be paranoid, and you are proving me right again and again.
1311  Other / Off-topic / Re: Cheap Investigative Service (danieldaniel vs sublime) on: February 10, 2013, 09:52:17 PM

I know, right?  I was amused by it 20 minutes ago, but now he's trying to accuse me of being a scammer.  I don't take that lightly.
1312  Other / Meta / Re: Liar tag? on: February 10, 2013, 09:48:03 PM
Perhaps there should rahter be some kind of feedback wall for users ?

Then one could see how much positive vs. negative feedback a user gets. The feedback could be anonymous, and only mods/admin could see who gave it.

For example, one crook would have 91% negative feedback, then it would be worth going into that users feedback wall to check those messages.

Already exists: WoT.

No, it's not directly attached to this forum. So that's not correct.

What I mean is that if you see a user repeatedly brings false accusations, lies etc, you could simply post on his feedback wall anonymously that sad user is a liar, and link to some examples, or explain some more. If the user receiving the negative feedback disagreed, he would be free to complain to theymos or a mod, and they would make a decision as to whether it's hold some merit or not.
I see.
1313  Other / Off-topic / Re: Cheap Investigative Service (danieldaniel vs sublime) on: February 10, 2013, 09:47:37 PM
I hate this kid. Did you get your coin? I am not changing my name.

ublime5447   so anyone taking my bet? 2 coins if it gets charged back?
00:49   serp   i'm not sure i trust danieldaniel to successfully do it
00:49   danieldaniel   serp: I've done many chargebacks before
00:49   sublime5447   cant be done
00:49   danieldaniel   (unrelated to bitcoins)

So daniel has done many charge backs before. huh

danieldaniel   I also taught a scammer how to do it

Really tell us all about training a scammer on charging back

00:51   danieldaniel   The whole point is that I scam him
00:51   FonziScheme   the whole point is you probably already scammed him by selling him a stolen MP
00:51   danieldaniel   Right.

Really stacking up now.

00:51   danieldaniel   Yeah, I totally stole a moneypak

I would not want people seeing all this

danieldaniel   joecool: a5m0: http://www.playinperson.com/cardtrocity/0c6c92a6cd15baf49d0f6142e8adb3d0
01:08   montesquieu   "Betters are debtors."<-- Nice
01:08   danieldaniel   We each pay the winner .2 btc
01:08   sublime5447   power cables made to length? with what ever receptical
01:08   danieldaniel   no
01:08   danieldaniel   who just joined?
01:08   joecool   danieldaniel: can i play as guest
01:08   joecool   or do i need acct
01:08   danieldaniel   joecool: is that you?
01:08   danieldaniel   you can play as guest as long as we know it's you

And you gamble.  Where are the logs for the 20th 21st and 22nd? You never took the bet liar. Convenient the days I need to show the rest of the story are missing. I will find more though later. Especially when I say that the person will have to say it was theirs. i think it was a couple hours later on the 20th.

You are taking all of that out of context.

#1: I did take the bet.  Read the pastebin I pasted.
#2:
Code:
00:49	danieldaniel	serp: I've done many chargebacks before
00:49 sublime5447 cant be done
00:49 danieldaniel (unrelated to bitcoins)
I have made chargebacks for people who have scammed me.  Chargebacks are actually a great thing, for everything except for Bitcoin.  If someone scams you, you can charge them back!
#3:
Code:
00:51   danieldaniel   The whole point is that I scam him
00:51   FonziScheme   the whole point is you probably already scammed him by selling him a stolen MP
00:51   danieldaniel   Right.
Can you stop taking crap out of context?  I said that I was simulating a scam with BCB, if you would actually read the text.
#4:
Code:
danieldaniel	I also taught a scammer how to do it
I did not know they were a scammer when I taught them.  The person claimed that they got scammed, so I guided them through charging the funds back.  Many people in OTC know about this, so you can ask them to verify what I am saying.

#5:
Code:
00:51	danieldaniel	Yeah, I totally stole a moneypak
That's sarcasm.  Someone before asked if I stole a moneypak, so I said that sarcastically.  I'm not sure if you're stupid, or if you're just delusional.

#6:
Code:
danieldaniel	joecool: a5m0: http://www.playinperson.com/cardtrocity/0c6c92a6cd15baf49d0f6142e8adb3d0

01:08 danieldaniel who just joined?
01:08 joecool danieldaniel: can i play as guest
01:08 joecool or do i need acct
01:08 danieldaniel joecool: is that you?
01:08 danieldaniel you can play as guest as long as we know it's you
Why do you care if I gamble on a card game?  That's none of your business.

Also, you are dodging my point.  It wasn't in the original agreement, so it doesn't really matter if you said it.  I never agreed to a revision of the bet, and you don't have the right to modify a bet after it was made.

I think you really are just trying to slander me with out-of-context quotes.  Really testifies to your maturity.

tag Luke-Jr?
Not sure.  I haven't read many of his posts, heh.
1316  Other / Meta / Liar tag? on: February 10, 2013, 08:42:50 PM
I think there is a tag that should be on the forums, but isn't.

Some people on the forum are blatant liars, but didn't successfully scam anyone yet.  I think we should have a "Liar" tag, so we know not to trust them (even before they scam someone).

Before someone asks: Yes, I am asking because of the flame-war I've recently had with someone.
1317  Other / Off-topic / Re: I'll Quickly Cash You Out w/ Paypal on: February 10, 2013, 08:38:51 PM
So I guess the real issue is I dont know the unspoken rules of forums. I have never used them the only reason I got into this forum is because I had to to get coins.

These people are idiots, don't try to reason with them, you'll end up wanting to kill yourself.
Care to explain why you're here, then?
1318  Other / Off-topic / Re: Cheap Investigative Service (danieldaniel vs sublime) on: February 10, 2013, 08:31:36 PM
Oh, and I should mention.  I'm the only one in this thread that has given any evidence.  You are just making lies and false claims, that I have caught you on.

Why don't you go onto another nick and try and scam us again?  This nick is already ruined.
1319  Other / Off-topic / Re: Cheap Investigative Service (danieldaniel vs sublime) on: February 10, 2013, 08:30:21 PM
Nerd I dont know how to find the logs I am not a tech guy. I have told you that before, it is there. I will find it later.
I posted a link to find them.  http://bit.ly/NFg1Yy.  It's public #bitcoin-otc logs.

You are obviously the (attempted) scammer here.  I have no doubt at all that you would lie again to erase some other debt.

You won't find the logs, and instead resort to telling me to "suck my dick," saying "you suck kid," calling me a "retard," and many other immature comments.  And you say I'm the one slandering you?

I have to say, you are giving me a good laugh.
1320  Other / Off-topic / Re: Cheap Investigative Service (danieldaniel vs sublime) on: February 10, 2013, 08:22:24 PM
You are real pain in the ass kid. You didnt post eveything because you didnt post where I said he would have to say "bought by me". Saying it was a gift doesnt say shit. Retard, if it is a gift where did it come from? humm. You have a card that you didnt buy that is claimed stolen! You didnt do your job to my satisfaction I should have given you 1 btc. Stop saying we had a bet. In a bet both parties wager you never put anything up. If i say I bet 100 $ you cant make a shot and you dont agree that you will give me 100 if you miss Then it is not a bet!. Hey daniel I bet you can suck a dick how much you wanna bet? I am done with this. I wont do business with you and I will advise others not to deal with you.
http://www.thefreedictionary.com/bet.  It does not say that the bet has to be two ways.  > An amount or object risked in a wager; a stake. (2).

You are the one that wanted to keep on making the discussion.  I'm battling lies with logic.

And you did not ever say that.  If you did say that, find where you said it!  Paste a public log.  If you do that, then I'll believe you.

And you are the only one slandering me, here.

On another note, it doesn't matter if I did the job to 'your satisfaction'.  This wasn't a subjective bet.  It doesn't matter if you LIKE the outcome or not, you still had to pay me.

Can someone else step in here and explain that he's a liar?  He claims that he said something but won't get proof (a log)!
