Someone tell me how to look back through the feed so I can show daniel is a liar. I am really starting to hate this kid. Gift doesnt mean ownership I said he would have to say it was his that he bought it. You scammed me and slandered me all over the internet. You suck kid.

Look it up here: http://bit.ly/NFg1Yy

You made the bet on 1/09/13 or 1/19/13, I forget which.

But in case you forgot, I already pasted everything you said.

Also, read http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gift.  A gift is something that someone gives to someone with no expectation of repayment.

Now, look at http://www.thefreedictionary.com/give.  To deliver.

Understand?  When someone gifts something to someone, the receiver now owns it.  I know 3rd grade logic is hard, but I think you're smart enough to wrap your head around it.

EDIT: And also, you did not say that in the original bet that we agreed to.  You might have said it a week later, but I never agreed to that, so arguing this is moot.

tldoctor: 1.5 BTC from me for the comprehensive and credit reports on Trendon Shavers from Mckinney, TX.
The 1.5 should cover your prices since you seem not to have updated your BTC prices on the OP.
It took this long for someone to ask?  Cheesy

I alway pay my debts I told you I would pay you if you got it reversed I did but the caveat that the test would need to be for someone who claimed it to be their MP. My point to you is to stop calling every new person a scammer. Wait to break the scammer tags out until someone has stolen. When new people come in who are honest business people you should work with them not turn them away. Bitcoin will never grow like that.
I actually pasted a log proving that you did NOT say that it needed to be claimed as BCB's MP (also, he claimed it was a gift.  Gift == ownership).

Also, my guess is that 50% or more of new users are scammers.  I have a right to be paranoid.

You are nuts arent you. You think if someone sells btc on the silkroad they are admitting to being a drug dealer
You think I scammed you? I employed you when I found out that you did your job I paid you even though the job wasn't done properly
If you say that I am bcb or that bcbis me then you are calling us both identity thefts
"I specifically said that I wouldn't do anything with it and that I will never show it to anyone." You said that after I gave you the 2 coins what would you have done if I refused to pay?
I told you all along you would get paid when BCB said you got it reversed I said I wanted the document or a screen shot to prove it. I gave you the 2 coins without documentation.
As for my statement it is true and can be found in the feed. I am sure someone can find it. Tell me how to look and I will find it.
#1: Fine, maybe he just sold BTC on Silk Road.  But SR is generally a shady thing to be on, so it leads me to believe there was something more than just BTC.
#2: Sock-puppet != identity theft.  Also, that was more said out of frustration than anything.  I more meant that he has some other interest for defending you.
#3: I actually said that I was letting it go either way, and that you could pay me if you want.  I will get the entire log in a sec.

Will edit with pastebin link soon.

Psst! Hey, buddy! Got a sec? For only five bucks, I can tell you what time it is.
Hah!  I just called my carrier and they gave me a code.  Or, you can jailbreak it.
1326  Other / Off-topic / Re: Cheap Investigative Service on: February 10, 2013, 06:51:59 PM
You can find it in the feed some where just find it.
I've already found it.  http://pastebin.com/raw.php?i=7jQg7XWj

And just remember that I was all for letting it go until you accused me of being a scammer.

Stop replying with new threads.
John moved them as we were off-topic.  He made them in 3 different threads, for some reason.

this is quite the attempt for sublime5447 to revise history

but frankly I'm not surprised.  he's been scammy since day 1 in #bitcoin-otc and 10 times as trolly as he is scammy.

Are you out of your mind?   Revise my history? what have I changed? My story has always been the same. It is in the feed somewhere just get the feed.
You are trying to lie about what you said, when it was in a public chat log.  So, yes, you are trying to revise history.
1329  Other / Off-topic / Re: Cheap Investigative Service on: February 10, 2013, 06:33:49 PM
I bet you do want to forget it you little shit. Going around the internet calling everyone a scammer, you are a slanderer there needs to be something that can be done about that. I dont know how to do it but you can go back in the feed you can see where I said I would do it if BCB said it was his. It wasnt a bet daniel. If you had taken me up on a bet then if I won you would have to give me 2 btc. You wouldnt take that bet, I would guess because you have no coins.
I had the coins and told everyone i was going to give them to you before you tried to extort me with my personal info. The reason I told you to fuck off is you and the other fags on otc where talking shit to my wife (I still have a big fuck you for that). I was banned from the channel and couldnt log in to verify with bcb that it was charged back that is the other reason. As soon as I heard from BCB that he was charged back I gave you the coins. If I had known he didnt say that it was his MP. I would have told you to go fuck yourself.
As for me being BCB... HA I wish that dude has coins and sells lots too.  BTW. Since I have been a member I have seen you call at least 3 people I know to be straight scammers. MPT, ME, BCB. You are a pest to the btc community. I might not be liked but I dont go around making false allegations. Like MPT is a drug dealer, or I am not chris north, or that BCB is Me

Daniel= the boy who cried scammer
MPT admitted to being a drug dealer, first of all.  Second of all, I didn't call BCB a scammer (another lie).  And yes, I called you a scammer because you scammed me.

Second of all: I did not extort you with my information.  I specifically said that I wouldn't do anything with it and that I will never show it to anyone.  I said that I would sue you in small claims court, however.

And it was a contract that you agreed to.  It was a one-way bet, but it was still a bet.

I didn't tell anyone to "talk shit" to your wife.  I'm pretty sure you told her to come on.

Also, you agreed to send it if it was charged back.  You NEVER said what BCB had to say.  So you just admitted that you would have scammed me.  Great.
1330  Other / Off-topic / Re: Cheap Investigative Service on: February 10, 2013, 05:38:12 PM
Thanks BCB, we will do more deals when the price levels out.
So all that shit with daniel (a F!@#$ing kid) and he was the one scamming me. I told him that I would give him two coins if he got a MP charged back that the owner said was theirs. I am guessing you didn't know that BCB, but it is in the feed some where. I told him that you had to say it was yours. Money pak trader already told me that if you said it was someone else's they would charge back. It is not accurate to say I bet daniel he never took the bet. I told him I would give 2 btc if he could get it charged back just for my knowledge. So I was paying him for information that was never provided.

Me to BCB:  "did you tell greendot it was your moneypak?"
BCB:  "No.  I could have pushed harder, but didn't want to get danieldaniel in trouble."

Shit so the truth comes out god damn truth it just will not stay hidden. So I was the one scammed. BCB didnt tell him it was his money pak. When the bet was made I said I would honor it if BCB said it was his. You asshole draging my name thought the mud and you are the one scamming daniel!

sublime5447 is not a scammer.

He may have very strong opinions that many people disagree with but to my knowledge he has never defrauded anyone.  And yes ssublime5447 and I have traded significant amounts of btc and ppusd.

Unfortunately in bitcoin with so many real scammers there is a palpable fear and paranoia and any one who is even the least bit suspect of being "sketchy" is guilty until proven innocent.

tldoctor, I find your services obviously very good and necessary, but did you know your client that requested sublime5447's info was not scammed by him and is actually a 14 year old junior high school student.   (sublime5447 did owe him a 2 btc bet which he eventually paid - but that was the extent of his "scamming")

I'm not sure what the legality of minors requesting this kind of information, and you releasing this information to a minor.  I guess if requesting personally identifying information from an investigater to recover a 40.00 bet is legal then you are clear.

just my 2c.

Goddamnit people.  I wanted to let this go, but fine:
Sublime told me to "fuck off" many times when I asked him about the debt on facebook.  He blocked me until eventually, when he came on IRC, I let him know that I had his info and that I was going to sue him in small claims court (with my parents).

He attempted to scam me until he realized that it was too hard.  That there would be real-world consequences.

I will edit this post with the exact IRC log in 30 seconds, once I look through them and find them.  Sublime and BCB are making crap up, and I really wouldn't be surprised if BCB was sublime.

EDIT: I couldn't find the relevant logs from my logs, as they're way too long to search through.  FonziScheme (fbastage) gave me this, however:
2013-01-19 12:38:10] <sublime5447_> ya yes i will get if reversed prove and I got two coins for you

Source: http://pastebin.com/raw.php?i=7jQg7XWj

After this, I asked him if he was serious (he said yes) and ;;ident'd him (to make sure it was really him).  Nowhere in that bet did it specify what BCB had to say.

And, also, the chargeback was confirmed by both BCB and I.  So the information that it was charged back WAS provided.  I don't get what BCB's motive is to protect sublime, but IMO there's something else going on.

TL;DR:
Sublime didn't pay until weeks after, and only under the condition that I have everyone remove their negative ratings (AND I RATE HIM POSITIVELY).  This was also only offered because I had all of his info and intended to sue him in small claims.

I don't trust banks.

Why?  They make you pay the money back?   Roll Eyes

LOL.
Not sure if you're actually expecting to get this, but I'll assume you are.

Nobody here is going to spend over 300k to someone who has 90 posts, little-to-no reputation, and nothing to show for it.

The person that posted about why you don't trust the banks was right: You don't intend to pay this loan back, so why would you go to a bank?

If you're serious about this loan, go to a bank.  Otherwise, go away.

What can I offer as an online thing?
I can give licenses for software or a domain name or something?
I don't get the part of that.

I can't offer a car or something.
I can give scans of my id etc if that's what you mean.
He means something that you physically own.  You send it to the lender until you pay it back.

Are you sure you're not a scumbag from Nigeria?

Anyways, escrow is more-or-less pointless.  You can chargeback up to 180 days after the transaction takes place.

Sorry to dig up an old thread, but was the anti money laundering investigation into the 40000 USD LR transaction by Zhou ever completed?

If so, what was the outcome and where did the funds go?
The funds are safely in Zhou's bank/Bitcoin account/wallet.
1336  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: FOIPA Request to the FBI Processing on: February 09, 2013, 03:42:43 PM
QED (that's what this means, right?  Case in point?).

Sure, get your point.

However, on a general note, if the incentive not to act in according to a regulation or law is big enough for an official, there can be corruption, and evading of the truth.

Also on a general note, no system is stronger than the people involved in it. For instance, it can be hospital policy that patient information is under no circumstances to be given over the phone to anybody.

Then you simply call in, and present you with your name, and ask for your patient records. Promptly you have it read to you there and then. It could've been a new assistant, unaware of the rules, or just trying to be helpful, and thus breaking the rules.

Same way, a judge can throw out a case pointing to a certain law, when he in fact knows that a sharp lawyer would've buried him.

So it's all down to the action of single people, and a system is no better than what checks are made and in place. And as an outsider, we can only chose to trust or not to trust a company or a government branch to do what they promise to do.

I'm not saying bitcoins are a matter of national security at this point, but you get my point.
Yup, I get your point as well.  There is no way for me to really verify that the gov. wasn't lying, but I trust that they won't.
1337  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: FOIPA Request to the FBI Processing on: February 09, 2013, 03:33:30 PM
Good point.  Let me revise that to the simple fact that I trust the government to tell the truth.

When the US invaded Iraq, they said it was because Sadam had weapons of mass destruction. Numerous officials said so, in UN hearings.

We all know it was a lie. So let's trust them for all small things still ?
Do you really think Bitcoin is a matter of national security?

No
QED (that's what this means, right?  Case in point?).

And, I mean, if you don't trust the US government enough to not 100% lie to you about a formal request, then you shouldn't live in the US.

What makes you think I do ?
Good point.  Let me revise that to the simple fact that I trust the government to tell the truth.
1340  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: FOIPA Request to the FBI Processing on: February 09, 2013, 03:14:08 PM
Freedom of Information and Privacy Act (FOIPA) sounds great. However, is it really as great as it sounds ? How many persons are responsible for finding the information that somebody requests ? And how can we trust that all information is handed over ? It seems like it's very easy for an official not to hand over some specific information because of [randomexcuse/law], and the person who initiated the FOIPA would be non the wiser. I guess there are laws governing this, but they're not worth more than the people actually processing the requests, and who's overseeing them, and do the overseers just accept any report they receive, or do they do any investigation on their own?

I feel it's a bit like the white house petitions. We care blablabla.. But in reality the most powerful party twist anything to their advantage anyway.

It's not like we're going to get the FBI papers about how they're working in regards to ongoing cases, or future cases.

Apparently there's a leaked memo from the FBI regarding bitcoin:
http://cryptome.org/2012/05/fbi-bitcoin.pdf

And as we can see from all the wikileaks cables, the Us Govt. are big liars, and they do fear the truth, how can we at all trust such a government - with anything at all ? How can we trust that they process our requests in a fair way ? Sorry, I don't trust them at all. And when you receive a response, and they say: This is what we've got, and they given you some token information, you have no way of knowing that this information is all they've got.

if you don't trust the US government enough to not 100% lie to you about a formal request, then you shouldn't live in the US.

I wonder if you would mind qualifying this statement?
My point was that if you can't trust the US, then I don't see why he lives there.
