381  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Bitcoin Zero- The Privacy Standard on: October 11, 2021, 11:44:51 PM
Bitcoin Zero now available on:

MurkaPool.it

Website:
https://www.murkapool.it/

-

Curious here, why do you think it is still worth to mine this coin, whereas, it is even already delisted in coingecko as cryptomaxsun mentioned? Are you hoping that one day it will be worth something even if the dev is not active anymore? I'm just saying that maybe don't waste your resources if the future is blurred. But anyway, those are your resources.
382  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][EMC] Eloncoin - Mars, here we come!! 🚀 - POS Energy Efficient. on: October 11, 2021, 11:05:00 PM
Have You Seen Eloncoin_Dev Response on Discord?
I know that and if due to the admin absent everything gets stopped, how will the coin grow? I really can't see any progress within all these days since the beginning. We got the website live after lots of promises. And now there's nothing other than the website.
lightlord should have people in the team who can act accordingly.

He should do that to make things easier for him, he should also escrow the payout of his two campaigns in the gambling section Bitvest and 777Coin respectively, he has a good manager that manages the campaign effectively and he has good support on this project also he can appoint people to help him manage the project and reach its goal.

Now, it is like domino effect. We have no idea when he will get back to this forum and if he can resolve these issues smoothly. Definitely, the mark is already there. So in terms of the future of this coin, it seems, it is still heavily dependent on lightlord. Once he got online, maybe request him to assign dedicated dev that can truly develop this coin if they want to grow this. Otherwise, it may fall to all the other alts that are already abandoned.
383  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][CEX] Catena X (Catenax.org) | Bridging Blockchains! on: October 11, 2021, 08:24:28 PM
The usual challenge of a new entrant in the business of DEX is the liquidity of the exchange. Do you think you are ready to face this bottleneck? How are you going to increase your trading volume at the early stages of your platform's introduction to the public? Do you have private financial investors that can support this project at early stages?
384  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: ESP is a unique project designed to change the world for the better! on: October 11, 2021, 10:37:33 AM
@ESPCoin, within the past 3 months of your launching this project, what do you think is your major activity towards your goal of changing the world for the better? At least give us specific activity that is geared towards this mission?
385  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Bitvest is a scam on: October 10, 2021, 11:58:33 PM
Therefore the level of suspicion will be very dominant if he is one of the scammers with his new account. Precisely with the evidence attached, there will be very many questions asked. As Bitvest casino is quite reputable on this forum, so we just want proof for all those accusations.

Some users don't have account here, they do create only when they have problems or difficulties and that's what the op is going through right now.
I think the problem they always have is miss communication with support and when they don't have a voice, they head to Bitcointalk for some help.

I don't know much about Bitvest but they have been on the forum for long time to allow a little amount to spoiled their reputation.

The CM of bitvest and 777coin has already posted on their campaign thread. And as far as the news reached to him, lightlord is sick. The reason why he couldn't attend these things for the moment. So let us just wish lightlord to get well soon to address these issues. With his long running casinos in the forum, I don't think he will jeopardize his name because of this. I just hope he has other staffs that he can trust to run his business while he is not capable of doing so. In that way, his players will not lose trust on these sites.
386  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I need to learn techincal Analysis? on: October 10, 2021, 10:54:39 PM
I invested in cryptocurrency in March of this year for Experimental. What I understand is that you should not invest only by reading the post or by searching Google. I should learn market analysis. Or there is another way to understand the market?
Indeed right.
Reading and online searches aren't enough to learn but you need actual trading experience to know how really it works. We can make TA without these things but the question is how reliable it was? Of course, it never makes sense and our TA is just a waste of time.

We should have to invest more time in the market, collecting the data from the market is likely the basis of our TA. We can create a good Technical analysis if we want to but of course, you can't assure that it all gonna work perfectly coz it was just still a sort of market prediction and we know how volatile the market which makes things difficult to know where it goes.

The OP is in crypto since last March, so by now, I am assuming he already learn bits of pieces in trading. Because if he bought and he didn't participate in any trading, would be hard for him to understand the crypto market. Though knowledge of TAs is good but when it comes to actual trading, sometimes it won't really help as it depends on the coin you are about to trade. Learn TAs but try to check also how you can apply it in your actual trading.
387  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][French Fries Token](XFF) - French Fries Token on: October 09, 2021, 11:30:23 PM
From what it seems, this will be another short-lived meme token. Please tell us what would be the reason why it can sustain its presence in the market longer than other meme tokens? Don't rely that someone will hype up this token and hoping that it will pump.
388  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin ATM stolen in a liquior store on: October 09, 2021, 10:39:01 PM
I'm curious because bitcoin ATMs seem so easy to steal but why don't they choose fiat ATMs that are easier to get money from than bitcoin ATMs? . because if you choose a bitcoin ATM, there will be a lot of problems such as processing errors or QR codes about passwords, key wallets are difficult to decipher. It seems that this is a rather reckless and daring idea... . Shocked Shocked
They don't know it and might these thieves think there is money inside. Once they arrive at their meeting place, there to find how stupid they are and being ignorant to Bitcoin ATM. Maybe they got lucky if someone put their private keys...lol
I think all the stores must have to secure their ATMs in order to avoid them from happening again. In this pandemic situation, a lot of people are getting obsessed to get money and we have to anticipate this thing before it happens.
I think they had other motives aside from stealing bitcoin, for sure before they did this they have planned this very well. Because no one will risk their lives because of getting nothing so I think there is someone who knows the private key or we will never know one of the thieves are relatives of the bitcoin owner. There is a possibility this stealing bitcoin machine was an inside job or possible they had detected that there is someone who bought a huge amount on that machine. Bitcoin ATM machine owners will always be careful.

Definitely, they are not dumb to do this crime without planning and thinking of what was at stake. We won't know their ulterior motives, unless, they will disclose it to the public or the police will catch them. I haven't used a bitcoin ATM yet, so I don't know what kind of vulnerability that a user will encounter in case the ATM he used is compromised. But more than likely these thieves already did their homework before pulling this act.
389  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Nonito Donaire vs Reymart Gaballo (WBC bantamweight) on: October 09, 2021, 03:43:55 PM
Regarding the betting odds, Donaire will obviously the favorites here.

Obviously yes.
Gaballo could be around +100. Though he (Gaballo) has more KO percentage, punching power, height, and age advantage than Donaire, but Donaire has more experience and more skilled fighter. So, that will decided the odds of this match.
However, Gaballo here could pull a huge upset If he can improve his fighting style as he is facing an elite and veteran figther.

I think that's a little bit low considering Donaire had an impressive win and he is the champion. +100 is only equivalent to 2.00 in decimal, so I don't see the odds that close, it could be +200 for Gaballo and -300 for Donaire. However, I believe the most interesting odds here is the KO market, we can check the odds from round 1 to round 6 KO and see if which are more attractive to bet.

When are they going to publish the schedule for this fight? In this fight, don't underestimate Gaballo as he is much younger and  with undefeated record. Though Donaire has the edge when it comes to experience. And with his recent win, more than likely sporstbooks will favor Donaire here. If Donaire will win, do you think his camp will ask for Inoue's fight again? And what are his chances?
390  Economy / Speculation / Re: How do you explain the October pump? on: October 09, 2021, 12:02:29 AM
Everyone was blaming September for the dip like it was a dip holiday and just waiting for October for the pump. And as soon as October came - and I mean literally, like the first day of October - prices started to go up and it started to pump. How??
No one knows! It all matters with the demand and if you do saw that Oct 1 does have some significant rise then it do varies with the demand itself because if we do look back there
were no events or big sentiments that did really happen in the market which makes this market is way too unpredictable. No one would could give out precise explanation on things
on how this market behaves in terms of price movement and thats what makes it hard to make profits but somehow it could really be handled out if you done
it well.
I think its more on the demand since no other significant events that happened that time. And since the market is so unpredictable, so its always expected for the market to crash and drop down the prices, or the market to pump and seeing the prices surging. And if you are investing with the potential coins then whatever the market's situation, they will surely bounce up and give you huge profits in return.

Demand that a lot of people are positively hoping about the bright future of bitcoin. We just came from a slight dump owed to China's news regarding their total banning of crypto. And yet, the market seemed unfazed with such news, instead, the market goes up. No one can explain the exact reasons why we are heading to a very good start this last quarter of the year. But just do your own thing to take advantage of this market.
391  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: My Challenge with small investment in bitcoin on: October 08, 2021, 11:49:28 PM
You just set up a good future investment plan and strategy through Bitcoin which is a favourable idea that will end up paying bountifully. Very soon you will see a mega result.
Any small-dollar investment in Bitcoin today might turn out big tomorrow. So be calm and patient while you hodl

Compare with the bitcoin price today to the price he bought his btc. He is already in positive profit here. And if in case, the price will still go up, the accumulation of small amount will be very rewarding in the future. He may not notice it, but in time, it will give him valuable amount. Who knows, with his continuous accumulation, it will come to a point that he can set-up a business because of this money and live from that point.
392  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Bitvest is a scam on: October 08, 2021, 11:25:29 PM
Make a proper thread on the scam accusation section. Make sure you provide enough proof to back your claims. I don't think "hot wallet" being empty counts as scamming people. As long as they are processing withdrawals, then it's fine. You can say that they are misleading their users by saying that they have "instant withdrawal" even though its not (according to you). Are you sure they do this quite often? Or are you just upset because you lost your profit/coins while waiting for them to fill their hot wallet?

We don't know yet what is the reason why lightlord is not responding here. Maybe he has personal reasons to attend to. Because as far as I know, he always resolves this kind of issue. Now, it seems, it is taking longer why some people are not happy about it. Which I think is also not very good for long running casino. If players can wait, just wait bit longer once lightlord is online. I don't think he will end up this casino in this manner.
393  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] GuestCrew Coin – Socially Minable Coin that powers the GuestCrew Influence on: October 07, 2021, 11:46:30 PM
this platform can really help to build a social media and guest blogging campaign, and it can help people much because in our days social media is so popular

With countless number of social media platforms, what they need to do is at least get their own niche where they can be of real use to its users. And they need to find a way, maybe a specific feature that will sustain the interest of their users. Because if not, people just go from one network to another. We will know in the next months to come if indeed they can attract social media users here.
394  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are there any real stablecoins? on: October 06, 2021, 11:52:35 PM
Its volatility is very low and that's why it moves sometimes with lesser centavos than $1. But if you're going to use Tether.

I would second the suggestion that it's better for you to use the other decentralized stable coins like DAI.

Sometimes it is hard to trust stablecoins because we don't know the ultimate truth about their assets. Just like USDT, are we 100% sure that they are backed by USD assets up until now? If anyone remembers here, way back in 2019, Tether admitted that they were not fully backed. And now, do you think they are telling the truth here? So what I am saying is, it is good to venture in stablecoin if they do have actual backing. That is for you to learn more about their assets.
395  Economy / Economics / Re: Pandemic: good for the bitcoin market or bad? on: October 06, 2021, 11:25:08 PM
When many people are stressed because of the pandemic and their finances drop, the last hope is to try to invest bitcoin, when they get a profit they will invest with an increasing value, this is what makes bitcoin continue to improve so that it becomes the best investment choice during a pandemic.
I think in a difficult situation like today most people will choose to use money to survive rather than invest in any form. after this pandemic is over and the economy starts to recover that is the right time to invest because difficult situations like this could happen again in the future.

I can agree that most people around the world wouldn't think of investing in crypto when we are still in these challenging times. But I believe a lot of us here find being involve in crypto to be a blessing in disguise during this pandemic. This forum alone helped a lot in supplementing some of the needs of forum users via different activities like the sig campaigns, bounty programs, services and many others. And as we have see, owed to the pandemic, the adoption in crypto grow stronger. A lot of people become interested on checking out crypto as people were stuck at their homes during the height of pandemic period. So they were looking for alternative options on how to earn additional income.
396  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] ✅ Vaccine Coin is Token to Fight Pandemic Viruses Like Corona ✅ on: October 06, 2021, 10:44:51 PM
This is not related to vaccine production. It is for maintaining the vaccine records for different vaccines. It has nothing to do with Govt vaccine production.  The persons who are getting vaccinated or clinics doing vaccination needs to provide us the data

This will never happen. Medical institution will never pass vaccinated data to a third party. To be able to gather such data, you must operate on a government level. You need to have connection to governments and ministry of health of all countries. Can you even imagine what kind of security you must have, to prevent data leak? Or what consequences you will face if you got hacked. You 5 page whitepaper dont have a single sentence of your security level.

Or your idea is that a vaccinated person must visit your webpage and make a registration, that he is vaccinated? You will spend million on promotion program just to show to every person in the world that such webpage exist.

Why your vaccine coin is a token? Wasnt it right to call it vaccine token?

You have a very valid point on this. I don't think medical institutions will just hand over their sensitive data to a third party platform. And looking at their site, it is not even professionally done. So I don't know if they can even attract these institutions to trust their data. Unless, they are connected to international body allowing them to collect those vital info. But looking at this project, I don't think they can even implement what they want. This will just end up as another abandoned project. They can prove us wrong anyway.
397  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Fake bets on: October 06, 2021, 09:44:50 PM

I guess not only do they make money from referrals but they also make money from the direct advertisements of the site. .

they can earn money thru referalls if they are good at acting it or good at promoting it because more viewers will sign up under them but if they are poor on executing the task , they cant make much money thru referalls .
I think this is the main intention of the streamers so they can make money from people who sign up under their referral.
If we noticed, they will post a referral link below the video and they will tell us to click on the link.

For me, as a viewer, if I see the video as interesting and helpful on my part, then I would not hesitate to sign up on the streamer's referral link as a way to reward his/her effort.

I will agree to that, if you find something good with how the streamers demonstrate the game, signing to the site using his referral is one way of saying thanks, and you do appreciate what he's doing. It's not a secret about paid service to promote the gambling site. Most of the time streamers collect a decent check from the owner, aside from referrals streamers also discuss things from the site owners in terms of possible price of his service.

Though not all are really direct with the site owners, some are already contented with referrals, especially those streamers who are also gambler itself.

But again, if it's something too good to be true, don't bother yourself. It's simply part of either the site ads or streamers ways to earn.

You can also get insights about their reputation if you try to read the comments section. You will have an idea if the followers are satisfied with the streamer or not, or is he receiving negative feedback? But of course, don't treat all comments as valid. You will know if the post is legit or not by checking also the facts. You can test the site by yourself using small amount of money, but don't get too confident that you will achieve the same results of the streamer.
398  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Terence Crawford vs Shawn Porter - Nov. 20 on: October 06, 2021, 08:47:57 PM
This fight will risk the WBO Welterweight title belongs to crawford, I think in that fight Crawford clearly has a lot of advantages over porters, apart from an unbeaten boxer, Crawford will also of course try hard to defend his WBO title so that then he has a chance to fight spencer later, while Porter will certainly use the fight as an opportunity to show his quality and experience so far, although both boxers have their respective advantages in fighting, I personally predict that Crawford will be able to knock out Porter in that fight and also defend his title.
We do have different opinions, but for me, I just wanted to see an entertaining fight. Like all the fans wanted to see, knowing what type of fighter Porter is, Crawford needs to come up with the same intensity. Hopefully, it won't be like more on defense, but with good tactics, both can fight aggressively.
You mentioned it, Porter needs this exposure again. He's been given a chance to showcase again his skills and by that for sure the whole camp is preparing some interesting strategy that will enhance their chance to win against Crawford.

I guess I am kind of neutral in this fight. Both the fighters look pretty good to me and all I hope is that they can provide a show for the fans out there.  I personally am not supporting anyone in this match, all I'm waiting for is a good aggressive and attacking game from both the fighters. I hope the fighters don't get defensive and ruin the game for the fans like Lima and Santos match previously.

If Porter will be smart and fully prepared on this fight, he will give a very good toe-to-toe fight with Crawford, who is the heavy favorite on this match. So Crawford should really be prepared as well as not to lose that 0 record. For sure, Porter would not come inside the ring without a plan and just let Crawford dominate the fight. He is the challenger so let us see if he will be the aggressive one on this bout.
399  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 12 years today since the first known price was set for BTC on: October 06, 2021, 07:56:47 PM
Time flies so very fast and it's more than a decade already but a lot has happened to bitcoin. From good stories to bad stories including the FUD. If it's not for those contributors who really did well in the past, where could bitcoin be? It took a long time before PayPal did adopt bitcoin when in fact the first payment transaction did was with their payment processor. We're already on the middle stage IMHO but it's still not too late for everyone to buy bitcoin.

That situation is really ironic here. It took more than a decade for PayPal to finally include crypto in their system, and yes, looking back, it was their platform that made it possible for the first payment. They should be very proud as they were already part in the early history of bitcoin. Who knows bitcoin will achieve this level of popularity and price level? A lot have their regrets why they haven't gotten early. But it is not too late to get involved if you truly believe btc will have a brighter future.
400  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Canelo Alvarez vs Caleb Plant on: October 05, 2021, 11:54:09 PM
There is good news for both of them Canelo vs Caleb, they are both ready to fight boxing in the ring next November 6th, I can't wait to see them both, negotiations are over, their final is ready.

Canelo Alvarez-Caleb Plant undisputed super middleweight title fight set for Nov. 6

I'm not as confident as you with going for an under here, Plant might be making sure that he himself won't be knocked himself so I won't risk doing that, I'll just bet on Canelo normally.
yes, same thought, I agree to bet my right hand holds Canelo, honestly I don't like Caleb's style too cocky, usually boxers like that don't last long.

Hopefully, no last minute cancellation here because a lot are expecting to see this fight inside the ring. Being Canelo as the heavy favorite, this will be a good challenge for Caleb. Can he pull an upset just like Usyk? Seems not likely. But the fight will speak for itself. So let's see...
