I don't think the drop is owed to manipulation of one person as not one person can manipulate the bitcoin market. There's too much money involved if one person will influence the market. However, maybe you are referring to elon, about his influence in the recent drop. What if, we will go up again, are we going to say we are out of bear market again? So I believe, the bear or bull market, sometimes depends on your own perspective. Right now, we are still above 40k level, and if compare it last year, we can confidently say, we are in bull market.
