1182  Economy / Speculation / Re: December for moon on: November 30, 2020, 11:24:25 PM
Yes, the bull run will occur in December, of course, the alt seasson that many traders are waiting for I guess.  Buy it now and you can sell it in mid-December when the alt season starts.

Be careful with that decision because not all alts are worth buying. Only few of them can follow the btc trend. Look for actual progress of their developments. It is better to check if there are existing developments going on rather than hoping that someday that alt will rise for no reason. Not many alts have active development team so be careful with the alts that you will venture into.
1183  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Binance: $BNB The Future of Exchanges. on: November 30, 2020, 09:19:58 PM
I was not aware of this. Do you know what the reason they gave was? If they lock accounts of US based users then what happens to those funds if somebody is unable to access their email or receive notifications from Binance about the rule change?

Binanace has began to send emails to American users to get their money off of the exchange.
If they do not remove their money in 14 days then their accounts will be locked.

This is the email sent to those users. Simple reason, a US person using the binance.com website is against on their terms. So if you are a US person, you need to use their Binance.US platform.

1184  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [WARNING] Project x100 - Fake Investment Scam on: November 29, 2020, 11:37:36 PM
I wanted to report this site in google but couldn't find which category of scam is this? And this is not a phishing website. Google seems to be fast now in addressing issues related to crypto scams. They take down the site faster than before.

1185  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] CampusCash real blockchain applications for students on every campus !! on: November 29, 2020, 10:10:52 PM
So far, we have tested some wallets since the last progress report. Both have been "successful failures" in the way that they failed in a specific way that showed us as to what we need to adjust. For example, after the last progress report, we finished the fork for the second premine for CampusCash. We could release that and work on Tier 2 later down the road, but we decided it'd be more beneficial for everyone if we just had both the T2 and fork toggle in the next wallet release. That way, you guys don't get two mandatory releases in a row. We'll hopefully finish with the Tier 2 system refactoring within 96 hours or so. I'll be releasing a new wallet release tonight to make sure that the fork will work. As part of this test, we'll be dedicating two nodes to a test fork: we will then have the beta testers intentionally fork onto the two nodes they will mine 100-200 blocks; afterward, we'll know if we're ready to proceed to the next "phase" of testing, which would be the Tier 2 Masternode System; After that is validated, we'll make an official release for CCASH V1.0.13.1 (which will be a mandated release, all users who are not up to this version won't be able to connect to our nodes, and if they continue to mine on their nodes will fork themselves from the network). The next progress report will be at the time of the mandatory release Smiley , for any questions please contact anyone of us developers, we'll be more than happy to answer any questions you might have.

Also, for anyone who wants to become a beta-tester, please DM either FrankygoestoHollywood, MelonousHeadous, or me and we'll be more than happy to give you the role Smiley

If I may ask, do you have actual students on board here? I mean, students that know your mission here and starting to follow your progress, in order to use this coin in their academic life? What universities are already involved in this project, if there's any?
1186  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Twitter accounts of crypto gambling sites on: November 29, 2020, 09:21:13 PM
This is a big help for gamblers who are active in twitter I notice there are still 6 gambling sites on the list that do not have their twitter account added, if they happen to drop here they should create one and pm OP so he can update the thread and include their twitter link, it's a big help for them to maximize their marketing.
i know the 3 out of 6 sites and they are 777coin , towerbet and blackjack.fun  .

the 3 gambling site are making a name on this forum especially the 777coin which is more older than the two and im also currently an influencer of this casino and i felt sad that my company dont have a twitter page yet but they are verry active on promotions on this site more than the towerbet and blackjack.fun .

twitter is a good extension for doing an announcement and doing games and other stuffs .

Though 777coin has no twitter account, the owner, lightlord is pretty much active here in the forum. So in case you want to reach out, it will be easy for you. Though social media channel is a plus to post announcements, but if you can see updates and promos on their thread here, I think it's all good. But for outside players, of course, it is advantage if they do have social media updates.

And on another note, maybe we can also see the list of telegram channel of these casinos.
1187  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🥊[Boxing] Mike Tyson vs Roy Jones Junior [PPV on Nov. 28] on: November 28, 2020, 10:55:18 PM
Tyson's power for me is incomparable, though he lost 6 fights during his career the 50 fight he fought have won with 44 knockouts and to be honest, I still watch his career highlights til now. I'm rooting for Tyson in this fight, though this is not really a fight for a belt. We might see an old beast getting back to its old job wrecking people in a single round lol

I just thought that he will do show his power and if ever he can knock out Roy Jones in this exhibition fight then this could be a prelude to a third fight with Evander Holyfield. Though no belt at stake but i'm sure many will be interested on that one as they want to see how their old versions will fare against each other.

Code:
http://crackstreams.com/boxing-streams/watch-triller-tyson-vs-rjj/

^^ this might help to those who want to watch the fight live.

Thanks for the link, what time the main event will start in Philippine time?

I'm looking at my bookies now and it seems the betting odds for this fight has already been taken down.

Try checking cloudbet or betbtc. It is still listed in bestodds - https://www.bestodds.ai/odds/sport-boxing/matchups/mike-tyson-vs-roy-jones-jr. Maybe, they are still accepting bets last minutes. Also, when I checked the link above, when you press the play button, there will be another link popping up, which is 1xbet. Seems that they sponsored that link.  Tongue
1188  Economy / Gambling / Re: ⭐️ BETLLER.IO | 🤜 🤛 P2P Betting | Contests | Bet on BTC/USDT price movement! on: November 28, 2020, 09:57:56 PM
Most of the bets that I am seeing are declined, so not many players can win this game. I guess the chance of winning here is really very low. If a lot of players are active in discord, are they going to learn first the future promos or rewards programs that you are planning to launch?
1189  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is live betting better than betting in advance? on: November 28, 2020, 05:27:46 PM
It depends on your mood, sometimes live betting could be fun too most specially if you have awaited the particular  match and its really more exciting than advance betting. But if you prefer a stress free betting, less excitement and don’t cost you time then definitely advance betting fits for you.

Yes, it depends on your preference for the particular match. There are games that are worth waiting for live betting and some are good to bet in advance. Sometimes the odds are good if you will bet in advance, because as the match is getting near, the odds change a lil bit. So if you feel that you can take advantage of the odds pre-betting, go for it. But if you want the excitement in live betting and you have the time, live betting is fun.
1190  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Facebook Libra finally launching? on: November 27, 2020, 09:35:02 PM
It makes sense for FB to choose Libra as a stable coin backed by USD because their am is to established a payment service.  At least Libra being a stable coin solved the problem of volatility.  I am sure investors won't be a problem since FB being so popular will have large companies behind them supporting the project.

I really don't think Zuck will really give up easily with his project regarding cryptocurrency. Aiming to be a payment service, you are right that stability is important to its customers especially those that are not really familiar how cryptocurrencies work. As a lot are complaining about volatility, stability is the answer to this. However, for investors that are thinking that Libra coin will be a good investment, now, they will be seeing that this is just another stable coin and will not rise the value just like bitcoin.
1191  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Stake or nitrogen my point of view on: November 27, 2020, 07:42:37 PM
This is a well known fact. Stake is developed in such cases a way to attract all levels of gamblers. Nitrogen is good for the sports betting where you get access to pay with cryptocurrencies and other means of payment. Stake provides good rakeback for the high rollers which is something very impressive. Stake is developed after the popular primedice, which means they've well known and understood the user requirements and developed stake.com

I remember primedice, it was the first crypto dice site that I played with. And really impressive that they sustain their presence in the crypto market, where most of its contemporaries exited when btc took a downward tun. So with their long experience in the gambling industry, they really do know how to keep their players happy and they applied it to stake as well. Not a high roller, so didn't experience most of what the OP described. But it is a good insight coming from a high roller's perspectives.
1192  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Why Ethereum dropped 15% in only 1 hour on: November 26, 2020, 10:22:38 PM
Ethereum got hit by a massive flash crash today, dropping almost 15% in an hour. We caught the dump during the live stream and analyze the reasons leading to the dump.
Don't keep your eyes off Bitcoin, the first impression we can get from Bitcoin. We don't need to think about this Ethereum dumped. The coinmarketcap has already been dumped. Top altcoins have already been dumped, especially Litecoin, Ripple and XLM. BECAUSE those coin pumps were huge. There is no main reason to dump the Ethereum price.

Eth is not the only one here that suffered the dump. Bitcoin itself is down right now, however, just as expected after the huge pump in the past week. Anyway, the possibility of going up again is high. Because this time, the adoption is real. Companies are really integrating crypto in their system and some financial institutions are continuously buying btc for their stash. So don't panic, this is not the end of crypto market. We will see more of this in the coming years, up and down movement.
1193  Economy / Reputation / Re: 1xBit.com Coming back to Bitcointalk, Solving all the issues. on: November 26, 2020, 09:32:13 PM
1xbit is not here to fix things. They are just here to continue the scam line. The issue resolved with the last user concerns an amount of around 40 mbtc. The big fish keep them and they don't pay them. Then you will receive an email that the company has decided to end all partnerships and that you will only get your deposit back. Should people be happy with that? Deposit 1 BTC, then you win 2 BTC with a final balance of 3 BTC. 1xbit does not like that, so you will only get your deposit back. But, if you lose your money, 1xbit is very happy to do business with you. Everyone is disgusted by this crook gang. There are many unresolved cases, in which 1xbit dismisses the violation of terms and conditions. Just give an explanation. You have a negative trust of -13, but it should actually be -500. And that would still be too little. 1xbit is scam and will continue to be scam for life.

In this forum, we know their bad reputation. However, outside the forum, I believe they have huge number of players. So I'm thinking, this is the reason why they are not diligently resolving issues coming from the forum. Because they can always deceive players outside. But hopefully, there will be smart players that will search first their reputation. Their loss, if at the end they will be duped by this site. I just really hope that they will indeed resolve issues and not add more.
1194  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🎲BetFury.io|⚡️Free BTC|⚡️$3mln Divs paid|⚡️$200K Jackpots|⚡️$1mln Cashback on: November 25, 2020, 11:27:48 PM

There are indeed 2 subtokens. When playing with BTC, you will receive BFG (BTC), when playing with TRX you get BFG (TRX). With this subtokens you will earn a dividend each day in 4 coins (BTC, TRX, BTT and USDT). For each bet that you place (win or loose), you will receive tokens.

They are planning to bring their BFG tokens to some major exchanges, but this will take some time.

Do you know if you can earn dividends if you just bought BFG tokens and just let it sit in your account? Or do you really need to play in order to receive these tokens?
1195  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Golovkin vs. Szeremeta IBF Middleweight Title on: November 25, 2020, 10:09:13 PM
Just trying out to compare the numbers then i dont see any holes for GGG to be defeated by Szeremeta. Just like what others been saying that im not that much familiar with this boxer.

Trying to see the stats that this one had 20 fights with no loss but if we do compared with GGG's 40 fights with 1 loss then having KO 83.33% thing compared to 23.18% then

its evidently that theres soo much huge gap when it comes to power and with the age of 37 or 38 then i dont see that he had just stepped down when it comes to his boxing style and caliber.

But we should also remember that GGG last fight's performance was not that impressive as well and he is not getting younger so I think Szeremeta have a chance to upset GGG if bookies would put him as the favorite of this bout.

No sportsbooks yet listing this match. Once their odds are up, we will know which fighter is the favourite here. Sometimes it is also in the preparation that will have impact in the performance inside the ring. If one has rigid training before the fight while the other is having a laid back training, then we know for sure who will win this fight. But right now, we don't have that info yet.
1196  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: These 2 Altcoins are beating every major cryptocurrency in week on: November 25, 2020, 11:13:21 AM
For Ripple, this maybe the reason for the current surge:

[1] Blockchain Startup Ripple Registers Trademark For New PayString Offering.
[2] XRP Utility Fork Launching in December – Here’s How Crypto Investors Can Receive Spark Tokens.

For ADA:

[1] Here Comes ‘Shelley’: ADA Price Excels With Cardano Upgrade Inbound.

So there's a lot of things going on behind and this is the reason why the price of these two are really reaching an uptick in price.

If I may add regarding XRP's rise in price, the XRP team recently had buyback as well, about $46M - https://cryptoglobe.com/latest/2020/11/ripple-initiates-46-million-xrp-buyback-in-q3/. So this is a good boost for the XRP holders. And with these 2, their developments is both active and looking for more partnerships. This is the reason why they are promising to watch out for and hold, if you can afford.
1197  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [DAG + Smart Contracts] Constellation | Horizontally Scalable Hylochain on: November 24, 2020, 11:50:14 PM
- Air Force (Forbes Article)

I am guessing that this partnership exists because US airforce is exploring different alternatives for blockchain tech that they could use. Or is this this exclusive partnership and is there any more info about this that i could take a look?

To my knowledge, the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) program of the USAF consists of three phases.
Last year the Phase 1 Contract was confirmed in a press release. At the moment there are no news about a possible Phase II contract.
I will share any updates on the SBIR phases here when the team announces them.

There are also some videos in which Benjamin Diggles, one of the co-founders, talks about USAF resp. Phase I.

For example:
Air Force SBIR Phase I - Constellation Network - MDC2

That partnership is really promising if they will continue collaborating with this government entity. Their endorsement will be helpful also in getting credibility from crypto investors. I am also looking forward about the lattice exchange that comes with this project. Don't know how they will compete with other crypto-exchanges...
1198  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: $WAVES to hit $10 price soon? on: November 24, 2020, 11:01:58 PM
About the price:

Waves was at $2 in October but at the time of this post, it is at $7.6. The recent high was at $8.7.

What are your opinions on $WAVES in the short, mid and long term?

Not an investor of it but with all of the increase that is made in a short period of time. There is no doubt that it's also taking a positive effect on bitcoin's rally. If your goal is to see it at $10, there is a big possibility that it will. The price during January was under $1 and hit a decimal price while it's the same in March.

What I am worried about waves is that it seems they can't attract much users in their platform waves.exchange. $10 is very possible to happen, however, I don't know if they can attract traders on their exchange. They already migrated to a new one and yet, it seems they are not making any noise in the community. They do need to have active marketing. Seems that they are lacking on that aspect.
1199  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Avalanche can be the Ethereum Killer? on: November 24, 2020, 09:22:02 PM
Some people say that Avalanche has good potential and it offers something Unique. What do you say about it? its new features like Avalanche Ethereum Bridge can really attract new projects In its influence? Do you even think that in the market ethereum network has any real competition right now?
I have heard this statement before for many projects and all those projects are still tiny as compared to ethereum so even if eth network has its issues and problems still it is the top and the preferred network by the market which make it the best.

I have the same sentiments here on this matter. Because they need to prove something first before thinking that they can compete with the popular platform used by many developers. Too early to speculate on this subject. Though Avalanche team seems to be solid, still their potential is yet to be uncovered.
1200  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [Scam]: Phishing Ripple website then redirecting to fake giveaway on: November 23, 2020, 11:48:55 PM
That's fast. When I checked the site it says now -

Also, that kind of giveaway I believe is an old scheme. I've seen that with btc and eth. And now, with XRP. Because XRP is really doing great in the market, we will see more of these phishing sites. I hope users will validate the legitimacy of the site before making any action from their end.
