1321  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [DEFI] UNICAP - Collateralized Swap Token UCAP Reliability, Transparency. on: October 04, 2020, 08:22:28 AM
One thing that I noticed about their assets here as published based on the addresses on their website, they have very little amount of assets here. Just take for example their btc or eth.

https://etherscan.io/address/0xa6ebf3c0ad1e8801faa5be107aaf07bc1045a352
balance is only 0.027928280176506731 Ether

https://www.blockchain.com/ru/btc/address/1ButwyocwTgfDfkQvHTQHHemmvVTzcfdpm
0.00100000 BTC

They have 0 LTC, 0 USDT

So how are they going to run this project with very very small liquidity? I believe they need to forget this project and move on to where they think they can make a difference. Just my opinion here.
they should have a lot of funds, in addition to encouraging confidence, a lot of funds will also be very useful for developing event-making, all of that requires a lot of funds if they can't fulfill it how can this project develop in the future

Though publishing all their assets addresses is saying that they are transparent here, but what this tells us is that they have very little funds to work with. And I don't think it is good for the image of their project. They need good liquidity to survive in this market. Else, they need to take a good look at what they are embarking here. They need to contemplate on things if this is the right venture they need to traverse.
1322  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🎰 COINSAGA.COM 👑 BITCOIN CASINO - START YOUR SAGA 🏆 CRYPTO ACCEPTED on: October 04, 2020, 07:35:47 AM
Nice update with more promotions but I can see that most of your promo is about deposit bonus. Starting from deposit to get free spin up to 100% deposit bonus. No offenses, but I do not think these kind of promo is attractive enough to get more players. I'm sure most gamblers prefer to play without any bonuses because they can play freely without focusing on wagering requirement. Why dont you try to offer something like contest/tournament? I think it is better promo compared to deposit bonus.

@Bitnity you’re right that these days most of the casinos are offering bonus on deposits with certain conditions, and in my opinion it seems to be working well for them, because I see many new users coming to play because of the bonus offered. Furthermore I feel that we gamblers should list down the type of contests that we would like to see at Coinsaga, and once they see that there’s lot of demand for a certain type of contest then they may just arrange it for us.

They actually have other promotions aside from the deposit bonus. You can check the list here -

https://www.coinsaga.com/promotions

What I like here is that coinsaga is offering some type of cashback. Though it is according to your Coin Quest Level and Saga but this feature I think is a good motivation for regular gamblers on their site.

Hi, i have all set. I tip to Ninjar. And nothing done. user: pfodo

I wasn't here for a really long time, my bad Smiley I suppose you've contacted support on site?
Ninjar is still disabled, but new update of it is expected soon.

Hi lupandina, I've seen that there is no added casino or gambling sites from the last time I visited your site. Is your team going to add other popular casinos now that you are back? I think this will make some gamblers' life easier when you have more supported casinos here.
1324  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Mark Magsayo vs Rigoberto Hermosillo on Oct 3 on: October 03, 2020, 10:48:31 PM
Is there a local channel in the Philippines that will give free telecast of this fight?

https://news.abs-cbn.com/sports/09/26/20/boxing-mark-magsayo-to-fight-mexican-heavy-puncher-on-oct-3

I'm seeing it's a fox channel but I don't know if we have this particular channel available in our local cable provider.
There’s no such advertisement about this fight so we might not see any channel to play this fight. Today is a big day for Magsayo and of course He’ll win on this fight but I expect a hard fight between this two great boxer. Magsayo have to stay focus or else Hermosillo will have the chance to win. I’ll look for some online site to see if there’s a live telecast, I miss watching boxing honestly.

Just wait it in YT later if you can't watch it live. By the way, it is not worth betting on sportsbooks from the odds I saw in the above post. The bookies seem not interested on this match. If Magsayo will win this fight, maybe his next fight will create noise and sportsbooks will give importance this time around.
1325  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: YFBEAM.FINANCE - Presale Currently Going On on: October 03, 2020, 09:34:25 PM
Frankly speaking, I think this project is just riding the hype of Y-related DeFi project. If they are confident with their project, they can choose a lot of names and not based it on yearn.finance. So for those investors that will take a look on this, not only think twice but many times and do your due diligence first. A lot of these y-defi projects are just imitations and will die very soon.
1326  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Bonfi (BNF) - Innovating DeFi on: October 03, 2020, 08:45:58 AM
Since you published the names and photos of your Core Council Members, can you also add their profile links like their linkedin profile and other related links that you can tell they are real people? I know most of these DeFi projects are anonymous and very rare that you will encounter having their team members published. In case, you will be one of the few DeFi projects disclosing your team members and let's hope this project is real through and through.
1327  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] DexTrust | A decentralized exchange backed by Community (Trade on Uniswap) on: October 03, 2020, 05:42:25 AM
The Defi project has indeed become a lot of discussion for now including DexTrust is also a good future project for investment. Hopefully DexTrust can compete with other defi projects.

Maybe at the end of the year or early next year, we will know which of these DeFi projects are still standing. But I bet a lot of these will be gone or their value has decline significantly. I'm hesitant with community-backed platform as usually they can't sustain the appeal among its followers. Once they see a new project with better benefits, they will just move on. So right now, we don't know how DexTrust can entice users and how long they can survive in this business.
1328  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: 🔥🔥 [Presale][ANN] Lattice |DEX|Interoperability|Scalability|Defi 🔥🔥 on: October 03, 2020, 03:05:52 AM
I mean how big can a partnership get! Can it be any bigger than wat I just read above, the United state AirForce, that right there says it all, this project is one to look out for, this is one defi project that actually deserves the community's attention, lattice could be the answer to the suffering crypto enthusiasts have to go through in the hands of eth network, lattice will ensure "high scalability and low fees" this am looking forward to.

If the team really develops their product then Lattice will be very interested in the community besides wasting a lot of money on making transactions, they also say that Lattice Exchange: the best-in-class DeFi project built on Hypergraph Constellation
this will be very interested if everything can run perfectly

Now, I understand the reason why they are paying their participants with DAG because this project is created by the founders of the Constellations Hypergraph. With solid foundation like this, we are hoping that they can compete with the market. If they can deploy this platform and attract users, this may be one of the promising DeFi platforms out there. We do have a lot of crap DeFi projects already so we badly need a sincere project that will indeed realized their mission.
1329  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: My take on DeFi bounties on: October 02, 2020, 11:59:29 PM
~
99% of the DeFi projects are now scam because scammers move on from IEOs and started migrating to DeFi projects but still investors feeds these beasts that's why they never quit.
These thoughts you mentioned are practically what people should look out though. Regardless of the trend of the projects, there will always be those scums trying to scam.
I don't think all DeFi projects do that, if you want to try to get a lot of profit from the DeFi project then you have to be smart in choosing the platform and project that is developed so that you will avoid a scam project.

And sadly, a lot of them are scam. If you happen to join one of these DeFi bounties and got your share, I think the smart move is to sell it as fast as you can and never look back. As I have the feeling that more than 90% of these DeFis will not be here for the next 6 months. As everyone is trying to get their market share and riding while this hype is still hot, a lot of these buyers will be screwed.
1330  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: HMRC confirms U.K. customers data collection from Coinbase on: October 02, 2020, 11:43:42 PM
I guess this situation is not only inclusive for Coinbase. Some crypto exchanges are under the jurisdiction of their respective Local Central Bank, so if you are a user that submitted KYC, expect that your crypto transactions will be submitted to the Authorities. So I am not really surprised by this news. Just be ready for all possible scenarios if you are dealing with high amount of cryptocurrencies with your exchange.

1332  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔥 bestodds.ai | odds comparison site | we help you find the best odds on: October 02, 2020, 10:50:03 PM
Nice website now I don't have to check them on their site one by one to see who have the best odds I'll bookmarked your website. It's good thing that you removed or avoid the bookmakers with an open accusations it's best way to protect players by not advertising it to websites.

I agree what they are saying about your website. A very good one indeed! Hopefully, you will not think of ads in the future as it may clutter your site. Or in case you will add that feature, just don't interfere those ads with your actual content. If people will be happy with this site, I guess referral commission will be more than enough to support the upkeep of your site. Hoping to see other popular sportsbooks in the list.
1333  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are there any truly safe bets in sports betting? on: October 02, 2020, 10:01:20 PM
Through my experience I've found out that small odds does not mean a safer event. Sometimes it is quite the opposite. You end up taking more risk for a measly reward. For example, on a $100 bet on a 1.15 odds event you would only get $15, but the real odd should have been around 1.50 (there are techniques out there to determine the fair odds). So you are actually betting on a high-risk event for a measly reward.
It depends into someone because there are people who wont consider on betting on 1.15 and just stick out on 1.5x onwards. It isnt really that worth to risk out for a
really very small amount of profit but since these odds been set out will surely most likely to win. Some say that it isnt worth but there are really people who do
dive into this kind of odds but i agree that it isnt really that worth from time to time.Winning 7 games of 1.15 odds would really be just sweep out with a single loss.
On my part im not really a fan into these numbers.I do set out 1.7 or higher and thats the time i do consider on betting on it.

Betting on small odds is sometimes really waste of effort and time. But there are gamblers who are sticking to lower odds if they believe that they have higher chance of winning. It really depends on the game they are playing. If they are confident that they can win betting on this very low odd and not only once but many times, maybe for them, it is worth their time. So this is actually depends on the player's preference in sports betting. Everyone has their own strategy to earn from this game. But yes, not all of them (betting on low odds) can be considered a safe bet.
1334  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Manny Pacquiao vs. Conor McGregor on: October 01, 2020, 11:24:20 PM
Yeah Manny has high chances if winning.

It is funny to read that Manny has chances to win. A guy that trained boxing for his entire life and is one of unique fighters has chances over a rookie in boxing and has only 1 boxing fight. A chance against a guy that did not do any fighting sport for half of his life. A chance against a guy that likes to drink and smoke (Tyson Fury is an exception).

I second the motion Hahahah Grin Cheesy chance are we talking about chance ?

Oh well, I think if the fight will not be rigged then the chance of losing for Manny is slim, though he's fighting for charity works, most probably he will aim to win and bag much bigger money to help those people who are in need due to this pandemic virus.

Chance for Conor to win is very slim, but there's always a chance since Manny is also human despite looks god in boxing. You know, what if Manny got injured in the fight and Conor would dominate him due to that injury, so that makes Conor as a winner, but then, there's only a slim chance of happening but wouldn't bet anyway of Manny's odds, unless there's an odds available to know Conor as that's likely to happen.

I believe Conor is fighting Pac for money and additional fame. Though we know, the bottomline of this fight is all about the money. Yet, it is still interesting to see these 2 fighters inside the ring. Maybe for entertainment purposes because we all know who's gonna have the edge inside. Are we really going to see a toe-to-toe fight here?

If this will indeed happen, sportsbooks will easily pick up this match. Another upcoming money-maker for bookies.
1335  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][FLDX][ICO] FullDex Decentralized Exchange. Exchange With Many Blockchains. on: October 01, 2020, 10:24:48 PM
I don't think without your own website, it will be in your advantage. Usually, users are checking the site first because it is like the face of the project. Aiming to be a decentralized exchange is a big feat as there are several platforms already. So if you don't have even your own domain, people will think that this is just a fly-by-night DEX. That's my opinion on this matter.

You can prove me wrong on this regard. But it will take time if you can really attract traders on your platform. Can you compete with existing DEX? And what is your edge over them?
1336  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling License on: October 01, 2020, 09:20:07 AM

Questions:

2. Is it enough that they offer provably fair games?

3. If it's an "old" casino, you can check their reputation and reviews from players but what if it's new?

My approach for new casinos is that I usually only play with small fund (less than $50) and see if everything is alright. When there are issues withdrawing my initial funds again I know something is wrong with casino and I am glad for not depositing more money.

That is a nice approach and way to know a genuine gambling site. I don't depend on review a lot or the extent that they have existed. I depend on my own experience with them to build my own trust level. I will not start with huge amount until I can now get some trust based on how my withdrawal is with them, because withdrawal is the ultimate in it all.

But feedback from users is also important to see how they treat all levels of players. Are they resolving issues whether it is just a small one? So reading their thread here, if there's any, will give you insights on how they are managing their business. But it is also true, to get the real experience, start small and see how it goes from there. Actual experience is necessary to gauge how you feel playing on a particular casino. If it satisfies your playing experience or not. And from there, you can also check the provable fairness of the game, where casinos usually have their own section to check the fairness of the game.

There are threads here in the forum having in-depth discussion on this topic and tutorials for some casinos :

1337  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][STAKING][PRESALE] UDON STAKING - new fork Sushi, Kimchi. But UDON - better on: September 30, 2020, 11:33:59 PM
Maybe for now UDON has a price, but I doubt it will long live since his developer got negative reputation as the post before said. In the end reputation will be needed to become more bigger, people will not put his money in to the risk that more risky than gambling.

We have seen a lot of projects riding the current popularity and we know at a glance if they are just here for quick profit or not. And in my impression, this is just a short-lived project banking from naive buyers. As you said, the negative reputation of the OP has impact on how this project can really attract investors. Do we really think that this project will be better than Sushi or Kimchi? Sushi already had some flaws but luckily, it was rectified fast. But this Udon project, how solid is the team managing this? Or if there is really a team behind this? Seems a solo project to me.
1338  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Mark Magsayo vs Rigoberto Hermosillo on Oct 3 on: September 30, 2020, 10:48:12 PM
I love to support our fellow here but I can't seem to find the betting odds so I can put my bet while watching it?

Anyone knows? as I've seen looking around in crypto sportsbook but can't find one.

Looking for that match also in some sportsbooks here but to no avail. The fight date is fast approaching so I think fiat-based bookies are picking this up not crypto bookies yet. Is this match not really popular to gain some traffic on their site? Let's find out tomorrow...
1339  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Great News: Nigeria Launches Digital Portal and Mobile App on: September 29, 2020, 11:54:02 PM
Good for them. But I'm not sure why we necessarily need to connect everything about Information Technology and Computer Science to "cryptocurrency investments". Especially noting that most "cryptocurrency investments" in general are a bad idea especially for the inexperienced trader/investor.

This is why they need to focus primarily on financial and crypto education.

Just like most countries, the covid-19 opened up a reason for even online education and Nigeria wasn't left out of it. As for the crypto education, the Nigerian youth is fast increasing in number of crypto enthusiasts and investment.

This pandemic indeed brought a lot of positive impact towards the usage of cryptocurrencies. A lot have researched about it during the lockdown period and understand more about its true nature. Because so much negative perceptions have been written towards crypto, now I think, a lot of these people have changed their minds. Because education is the key to change someone else's mindset. If you are ignorant with something, you tend to speculate negatively. But the more your learn about a certain topic, like in this case crypto or blockchain technology, the more you will be hooked into this and the more you understand about its benefits.
1340  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Manny Pacquiao vs. Conor McGregor on: September 29, 2020, 10:29:49 PM
I've read somewhere on the internet that Manny Pacquiao was tipped to KO,  McGregor on the very first round of their match. Is it true?

I think it is just rumour, don't believe on those tips. It is too early to have that speculation. I don't think Pacquiao will want his fight rigged and fixed. I believe he is a boxer that wants clean fight as much as possible. I don't know him well but that is my impression ever since I saw him fight inside the ring. He always wants to fight toe to toe with his opponent. So I don't think he will change his stance with McGregor, just because of the money.
