1061  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [LYM] Lympo - Monetizing sports and health data via blockchain on: March 19, 2021, 08:32:30 AM
Lympo launches 72-hours LMT token offering on 19 March 2021:
https://www.animocabrands.com/lympo-launches-lmt-offering

Since you can only get LMT via acquiring LYM, I am expecting for LYM tokens to increase its price in the next few hours. Let us see how LYM will perform in the market in the next few days also? NFTs are trending these days, so they may attract crypto users that are looking for NFT-related blockchain projects and buy their LYM to get LMT to stake and mint.
1062  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [DEFI] Decentralised Staking Rewards - PRE-SALE IS LIVE UNICRYPT 📈🚀 on: March 18, 2021, 11:38:05 PM
It looks strange for me, token already created and the last token moving if we see at https://bscscan.com/token/0xE1099B05683dE18812DE0Fe8DEb36CC96c0Cf900 8 days ago, won't the number of token holders increase as the sale will hit the sofcatp?
I thought there would be a lot of numbers.

They need to explain this how the movement is not affected considering that they claim, they already reached 70% of their soft cap. How are we going to know if they indeed are collecting funds for their soft cap here? They need to be transparent in simple things like this. Otherwise, we will just be fooling ourselves with numbers here. Because they don't add up.
1063  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Strategies to trade new listing on top exchange on: March 18, 2021, 10:55:11 PM
What your intention to trade? I bet getting money right? So why you find another new coin which is not sure to give you a profit while there are already many coins that really give you a profit.

Just choose bitcoin and 10 top altcoin if you have no many time to make a prediction, it will give you a profit depend on your knowledge. Rather than, you find a new project that just being listed on the exchange and you wait where the dumped price that can be reached, it will you waste your time.

Trading with new alts is very risky as you can lose your money fast if you are not really familiar with the coin. Most of them as you said, are pump and dump, and you have no idea, if the dev team is already dumping to exit the game. If you want at least an assurance, you really need to consider bitcoin and other top alts like eth. At least, you know, there is no pump and dump on these coins, and they grow according to what is happening in the market and not manipulated by a single group whose main intentions is to pocket money.
1064  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][CSC]CasinoCoin ♠ A Digital Currency For The Regulated Online Gaming Sector on: March 18, 2021, 10:25:36 PM
WTS a sizeable amount of CSC, I don't want to swap again.

If interested, pls pm me.

If they will implement full KYC for this next swap, I don't think many of the holders will comply on this requirement. Instead of swapping it to the new coin, they will sell it to the exchanges before the swap happens. So why not sell it to the exchanges as looking for someone here is not safe? Unless, you know somebody here or will put an escrow to sell your CSC.

https://casinocoin.org/a-fresh-start-swap-restructure-and-rebrand-announcement/
"As part of the swap, KYC will be mandatory. The Bankroll Manager (BRM) will be re-released as the new CasinoCoin Wallet once the swap is concluded. Following that, CasinoCoin as a product will be heavily focused on Tier 1 & Tier 2 gambling markets."
1065  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] MULTI-BLOCKCHAIN AMM EXCHANGE Alium on: March 18, 2021, 10:55:21 AM
Alium token is not ERC-20?

There is no mention about alium token here yet. But they do have their DEX up already - https://exchange.alium.finance/#/swap. Maybe, they will develop their own token later on. But right now, there is no alium token if you look at etherscan or in their exchange.

Also, @OP, what is the main edge of your exchange over Uni or Pancakeswap (excluding of the fees involved)? There are so many DEXs already and getting your own market is quite a challenge.
1066  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN]PolkaCover - The First DeFi insurance marketplace for the global crypto eco on: March 17, 2021, 11:43:08 PM
I don't know if I believe all these users above that they are interested on this project, or just part of the minions of this project, as all of them are newbies. If this is a strong DeFi project, why it won't attract higher rank members? Also, make sure that your site is a secure one. This is the reason why a lot of DeFi projects are vulnerable to attacks because they can't even have security in place even on their websites.
1067  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading your strategy on DEMO is a waste of time on: March 17, 2021, 11:04:04 PM
I personally started trading with real cash, i value the real life experience it gave me because i paid for the lessons with my hard earned cash. It is not a must that everyone must start trading with a demo account, or start trading with real cash, whichever works best for you is fine.

Yes, it depends on personal preferences. Some people want to jump on the train, whereas, others want to test it first. Because demo trading is helpful especially for those beginners who has no idea what trading is. In this manner, they will gain steps on how to execute a specific trade, without worrying that they will lose money. Definitely, actual trading will give you the real experience. But demo is beneficial to some new users, and I don't want to disregard its purpose to these people.
1068  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Curio Cards: Welcome to the future of collectibles on: March 17, 2021, 10:20:08 PM
Its time to rise.

Really cool to see attention moving towards this project.

The cards will soon list on OpenSea.

NFTs are rising these days. But it says on their website that all cards were already sold. So only those buyers can sell now their Curio cards in the market. And it seems, it will fetch a good price. Like for example, if they bought a card way back in 2017 worth only 0.0025 eth, interesting how much it will fetch in the current market like in OpenSea?
1069  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][XPRT] Persistence | Ecosystem of Next-Gen Financial Products on: March 17, 2021, 09:36:01 PM
While looking at this project site, I see that the token sale schedule will take place in March, while March has 2 weeks left, it looks like there will be a postponement. Also still there's no detail yet about that, even the contract token hasn't been audited either, hopefully it won't last longer than I thought.

Maybe the reason why they are not disclosing the contract yet is that they don't know which platform to use, either ETH or BSC. And ETH right now is still pretty expensive for fees, whereas, BSC is gaining interest from developers. Have seen several new projects already utilizing the BSC network. But they have good lineup of backers already. This means, this project is not alone to achieve their objectives. They have other companies that will assist them in attaining their goals.

Also, if the OP wants to show the images posted, he can purchase copper membership - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=credit;promote
1070  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][DeFi] Pollo - Earn Basic Income by DeFi protocol based token on: March 17, 2021, 12:40:58 PM
Seems that BSC is gaining interest now for DeFi projects. What do you think is your main edge over other old DeFi projects, aside from being built under BSC network, which has cheaper fees than ETH? Do you think you can get your target users to sustain this project long-term? A lot of DeFi projects have no working platform. Do you think you can get out of beta stage as soon as you can and deploy your mainnet?

edit : I saw that your exchange is already up.
1071  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] 🚀 MOGUL STARS PROMOTIONS 🚀 | THE FUTURE OF FILM INDUSTRY on: March 16, 2021, 11:27:29 PM
To reward our early users, 200k STARS tokens will be distributed through a 6-day campaign. 📆

The tokens will be distributed to 10,000 lucky users through a raffle system. 🥳 Each user that wins the raffle will be given 20 STARS. ✨
-

The requirements is easy thing to do, as it could be completed within 2-3 minutes, like perform a short action to join a giveaway. It's really not recommended that you miss this rare opportunity. The target audience is so many, I think it takes a huge amount of marketing to reach that much, but I will not doubt the team capabilities of Moguls. They will be able to reach it.

Those 10k lucky users is a good start to promote their STARS tokens. The steps are easy peasy but can they really attract that number of participants on their platform? They need massive marketing in order to attract as many users as they can. Because later on, only few of them will be active and more than likely, those that will receive their free STAR tokens. If this project will be successful, then a lot will benefit from this platform, especially those in the film industry that lost their jobs owed to pandemic.
1072  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Injective Protocol -- Fast, Secure, and Fully Decentralized Trading on: March 16, 2021, 10:44:17 PM
https://blog.injectiveprotocol.com/injective-partners-with-parsiq-to-enable-fully-automated-decentralized-trading/ - Injective Partners with PARSIQ to Enable Fully Automated Decentralized Trading. Now all users can set own rules that automatically execute trades and other functions based on predefined parameters.
This is a very important partnership that can attract many new users to Injective.

That's pretty interesting to see that but i doubt that can easily attract the new users to join in injective. The implementation will be so difficult and im seeing it as a bit complicated to be used by ordinary users. Im feeling curious about what kind of parameters will be used to determine the function.

https://twitter.com/InjectiveLabs/status/1369463864723730432  - Injective Protocol will give prize to the developers who build projects using decentralized derivatives trading on Injective.

It sounds like an incentive to the new developers.  Cheesy

It should be trader friendly, otherwise, it may look as a complicated one and very few will dare how to use it. Or they can post tutorials and such, to familiarize what is expected upon using their platform. Also, they are still in testnet. Right now, you can test their site as they are giving 100k testnet USDT tokens. So using these tokens, you can already get the feel how to use their platform before their mainnet arrives. By the way, when are they going to deploy their mainnet?

YFDAI Team

I have seen their ANN here also. Availing your launchpad services, how do we know how much is needed to be paid on your platform? Or it depends on your negotiation with the team? And upon checking the application form, you are requiring KYC docs for the founder. How are you going to check the legitimacy of the docs? Do you have third party that can check the veracity of the docs submitted?
1074  Economy / Speculation / Re: For all of you scared of the current dip on: March 08, 2021, 11:15:53 PM
Btc holding $50k is a very big thing amid dollar gains happened yesterday that made btc erase all its gains, but what a comeback! I think the 'somewhat bearish' phase of btc was rolled out to spread FUD in markets but today's investors are very smart that they are not selling in this FUD. I was skeptical about btc reaching $40k and less but now as $50k level is broken back, we will see a rush in btc buying taking it over $65k.
This time Bitcoin gaining momentum and crossing $50k isn't a big thing, this is much expected and predicted move of experts. As said FUD is spread around, but the market hasn't reacted to it. This has been happening as a result of more and more corporate network getting into the cryptospace. This could've been a big thing if it has dropped low to $40k and made a recovery crossing $50k. This time the bull market is completely different and the bull trend is predicted to last for a much longer time in a much stabilized way.

Big companies are still buying bitcoin, so I really don't think we will experience a massive drop here. The support is quite strong above 40k level. The adoption is different this time, and I believe this pandemic brought a lot of positives for crypto. Now, they are realizing that crypto is very good alternative in the payment system. People want to avoid using fiat, and one option now is to use crypto. I hope to see more merchants include crypto in their payment system. PayPal already have done their part, and I think, that was a good call from their side. They just need to change their approach in crypto.
1075  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How much loose from ico 2021. I got rekt on: March 07, 2021, 11:52:34 PM
Well, I just wanna say that some ICOs just make investing in ICOs very risky and uninviting, but I must assure every one here that some ICOs still have good credibility, like for example, I invested In student coin ICO when the price was about 0.008 usd, though they were listed on exchanges while thier ICO was ongoing, now the token is trading on exchanges for about 0.013 usd which implies that if am to sell now, I will be making some good profit, but I believe the token still have a long way to go.
So this is just to say that not every ICO is  bad, and this goes a long way to confirm that in a community filled with good people, there must be one or two or even more bad people, bad eggs.

Be careful of what you are aiming here because sometimes, it is better to sell while you are still in profit. Don't wait too long, because that opportunity may go away without a warning. I have learned my lesson well in these ICO projects. Very few can withstand the market and grow their value. Most of the time, after short increase, they go down, and they never get back. So look for reasons why they can keep their value and grow overtime. If not, better sell it while you are in good position.
1076  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin after the pandemic on: March 07, 2021, 11:22:40 PM
In the time of pandemic so many people start trading with Bitcoin. So many people newly know about Bitcoin. After pandemic bitcoin price increase enormously. It was hit 50k. After pandemic New people start using Bitcoin. New people start investing on Bitcoin. For those reasons Bitcoin price still volatile and increasing.

Indeed, the pandemic brought a lot of positives in the crypto market. We thought that bitcoin will continue to go down last March of last year, when the lockdown first started. But fortunately, it is the other way around. As months passed, people were stuck at their homes, nothing to do but stayed more online. And that's when halving occurred. And good things happened one after another. Up until big platforms announced their bitcoin buying as well as integration of crypto in their system like PayPal. This pandemic really did give positive impact to crypto. And we are still enjoying this up until now.
1077  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: MicroStrategy Purchase on: March 07, 2021, 10:03:58 PM
It’s pretty crazy to think about where we are right now compared to the past.
One thing, we're better today than in the past.

No massive adoption from companies like this on the bull run of 2017. And in this bull run, we hear good news from very popular companies investing in bitcoin.

Microstrategy, Tesla, Grayscale and others.

Don't forget the inclusion of crypto in the payment system of PayPal. Though the method of PayPal is different, still with their announcement to include crypto is a big boost in the crypto community. They have millions of users, so one way or another, some of them will be converted to true crypto users outside of PayPal. Indeed, the adoption this year is very different as compared to 3 or 4 years ago. And it seems, companies are not stopping now. I believe some of them are buying their bitcoin stash without informing the public because that's none of our business.
1078  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What to avoid as a beginner in trading Bitcoin? on: March 07, 2021, 03:02:48 PM
What must be avoided, as a beginner's cryto, is, don't trust too much websites that are fake and illegal, in my opinion ,,,, 😊😊
If you are aware that the existence of that website is fake and illegal, you won't really be dwelling on it.

And if you do not know how to determine them, DYOR is what you need to do.

Before you send any penny to any site, of course, you need to check first its legitimacy. Like for example, there are too many fake MEW or uniswap sites. So before using any of them, double-check or triple-check if it is the official website you are into. Also, if you are a beginner, don't believe anything that is offered to you especially in social media channels, where strangers keep on popping up sending you unsolicited pms. I have had experiences with that in the telegram channel, posing as official reps of the exchange and offering their help.
1079  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is it bearish season yet? on: March 06, 2021, 11:09:31 PM
Hello guys, the cryptocurrency world have witnessed an rise in fortune in the last one month or so, turning a market cap of 2 trillion USD. Now suddenly we are witnessing red candles. What's going on? Is it a massive correction or are the dreaded bears coming upon us?
Just because of red candles, you are thinking that it's already a bearish season. I think you don't need to look at the day to day candles and charts.
If you look for the months charts, you'll see that it's not yet bearish season. The corrections are normal to the market and just because it has come, you don't think that it's already bearish.

And look at the price right now, still almost 49k, and get the chart for even one year, and tell me if we are in the bearish market. Not because we are below the ATH, it means we are now in the bearish season. Just normal correction of the market. And if you see the 1-year chart. I don't think you will say that we are in bear season.

1080  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Polkadot (DOT) Coin Price Prediction ।। Grow Up DOT Price Very Soon..... on: March 06, 2021, 10:26:35 PM
I hope this coins(Polkadot) price will be $100+ within next 6 month...
I like Polkadot for one thing, its marketcap is somehow resembling its price but though different, the price now at $32 with the marketcap of $30.20. if Polkadot will reach $100, that means its marketcap will be around $100 billion to $110 billion. In that case, there will be a strong bull run that can take its price further to such extent, I believe it will happen one day, but it can be more than six month if bitcoin is not really getting attention from institutions and ranging its price around $45000 to $60000. As the cryptocurrencies do follow bitcoin price, even bitcoin getting to $100000 may not still result to Polkadot getting to $100, and of which it is not certain bitcoin will increase that much until long time. This is just my opinion but the market can be different.
I like your opinion with your discription on this post. I really trust & hopefully polkadot concept. I hope DOT coin will be grow up soon. I really appreciate for your opinion. Thanks for your opinion & advice

It has grown tremendously, yes DOT's concept is really unique and has the potential to really change the perspective here. $100 is just what? 3x of the current price? It's doable but it needs to stay in the loop and continue with their trend setting, challenge Ethereum (specially in scalability), provide investors some appetite, like new roadmaps and new innovation in the pipeline to grow to $100. So let's see how it goes. No need to shill though if the project is just that good.

Sooner or later investors and speculators will find it out.

Very true. If the platform is good and can compete with existing popular platform, it will show in their performance. Because shilling will not do any good in the long term existence of the coin. What they can do is take advantage of the situation, like for example, up until now, gas fees in eth network is still unreasonable. So why not promote their platform to have very low fees and will be a very good alternative to developers and traders? Because they need to be ahead of the game while they still can.
