My guess is they have current terms with their customers who already signed contracts with them. They apply the new Grayscale Mini Bitcoin Trust ETF for new customers or current customers who are ready to close current positions and switch to Mini one. Who will want to do this if they have to be charged tax? In the quote, they have idea and plans (still in discussion) for current investors too but nothing is finalized yet. Most notably, this new ETF would be designed to have a materially lower fee than GBTC and through the innovative mechanics of a GBTC “spin-off” — which means a certain amount of the Bitcoin backing GBTC shares (as of a to-be-determined record date in the future) would be utilized to ‘seed’ the new Grayscale Bitcoin Mini Trust, subject to appropriate regulatory approvals. If approved: - We believe this would be net-positive for existing GBTC investors, who would benefit from a lower blended fee with the same exposure to Bitcoin, spanning ownership of shares of both GBTC and BTC.
- This would be an exciting innovation for the ETF wrapper, because while ‘spin-offs’ are commonplace, the market has never experienced a spin-off of a commodity-based ETF.

Another on-chain data source, from CryptoQuant, we have some additional information about accumulation from Retail Cohorts. They are back but their on-chain activities still are not enough to identify that the bull run already hits its peak. Two used metrics are BTC Unrealized Profit Ratio for Retail Cohorts; and Realized Cap < 1 Month (%). With the first metric, he said Bitcoin probably already is half of its way to Euphoria area that I agree with because my target price would be somewhere around $120,000. All those who knew how powerful that company was already then had a clear sign that they should start buying BTC, and today we see that they were right.
I know Black Rock and Bitcoin Spot ETF success mean a lot for Bitcoin market but things are happening actually unpredictable too. It is too fast if we see after Gold Spot ETFs, it takes many months to start rising in price. Bitcoin is different, better than gold, and moves up faster than gold. Who could have known that a scammer named Do Kwon would appear almost at the same time as the incompetent Bankman and that together they would cause damage that was measured over $100 billion? Without those two, my personal opinion is that the price of BTC would have stayed at around $30 000.
I agree for sure. Two black swan events in 2022 caused the price fell down a lot like described above. Without these black swan events, Bitcoin would have not fallen below $20,000. Interesting thing to note that during the latest bear market the price went below the level of the ATH of the previous cycle when in dipped below $20k. This happened for the first time and it could be interpreted as a dangerous signal, but now we have reaching ATH level before the halvening, which also happened for the first time and is a positive signal.
In latest years, 2022 and 2024, we witness something never happened before in Bitcoin history. In a bear market in 2022, it drops to below a previous all time high and in 2024, even before the halving, it has a first time ever to make its new all time high. In history of Bitcoin, it only makes new all time high after its halving and even several months after a halving. We are witnessing something strange but interesting this year with Bitcoin fourth halving. The moral here is that Bitcoin is still quite unpredictable and its patterns are broken all the time.

They went hard with cryptocurrency advertisements but after all, I don't see they succeed to make their platform better in quality. Both teams are strong and similar in strength and quality so it's hard to predict this match. I know you are a Liverpool fan for years so you surely are in their support but I agree with you because with a home stadium support, it is good advantage for Liverpool to think of a win against Manchester City. Returns of some key players bring more belief that they will be able to beat Manchester City, one of two most dangerous competitors in this season for the title. I consider Manchester City are more dangerous for Liverpool than Arsenal and this match, if any team win it, will get a big booster to the finish line. I wonder will this match have many goals and exciting to see or it will be a very tight match so that it will be against our expectation and become a boring match? But one thing you left out, you yourself said that bitcoin triggered the bull run and many altcoins are still at -90%, which means the chances of them being dumped or falling more is very low. So, buying altcoins now will not be as risky as when we are in the 2022 bear season. Also, look at what's been going on in the past few days, shiba is up 3x since the bottom, pepe is up 7x since the bottom...and many other altcoins.
I pointed out that if you are altcoin enthusiast and joined this market in 2021, 2022 and did not sell your altcoins, it's very probably you are still in loss even many altcoins pumped hard recent weeks. This fact from the past will reappear in future, in next bear market like next two years. That is vital point I want to warn newbies who see so high potential in altcoins. A tip is altcoins are only potential at the start of bull run or at the end of bear market. In middle of a bull market or middle of a bear market, you will possibly be rekted by altcoins. |

Note:- I did not compare information in the chart with my calculation as I only made a first one for price change from $32 to $1242, it is 38x, not 32x, so probably there are some minor inaccuracies but let's skip them and see an overview picture.

This is an important match for Bologna but with Inter Milan, it is not or less important because they will have to reserve best things for a second match with Atletico Madrid in Champions League. In Serie A, Inter Milan already have very big difference against Juventus and they won't have to use best players for the match with Bologna. Bologna actually need to get points from this match if they don't want to see Roma and Atalanta move closer. Not sure if Inter Milan will lose to Bologna even though we know the home team has always performed well in recent matches but in terms of statistics, Inter Milan will remain superior.
Inter Milan less likely will lose to Bologna even they will not use their best squad for this match. Are you ready to bet on Inter Milan? As I believe Inter will win, I will bet with the stump bet odds @2.07 which is pretty good. Maybe it will be a parlay bet I think it will be better.
