Yes I've been made aware that you have cited that post multiple times as the reason that I and I alone could have prevented the 100+ alt coin attacks on Cryptopia last year and the multi million dollar hack of Cryptopia this year.

Perhaps you can show where I said, insinuated or implied  "that you and you alone could have prevented the 100+ alt coin attacks on Cryptopia[/b] last year and the multi million dollar hack of Cryptopia this year"

I hold you responsible for what happened with sexcoin. I think that is reasonable since you are a Dev of sexcoin.

I've never said or implied that you are responsible for anything else. This just demonstrates that you are spreading more lies.

I've also been made aware of the shall we say pressure to have me removed from the SexCoin community such as placing Lavajumper on your distrust list until such time as I am removed. I'm sure @theymos has brought out edits concerning that kind of behavior.

Again. Another lie. I have not spoken to anyone from the sexcoin community and lavajumper is another developer of sexcoin. I hold lavajumper equally responsible.
I require you to produce proof that I attempted to have you removed. You cannot because it is another lie you made up.

Note: This is not even a trust rating. It is just that you do not show on my trust list. I don't trust either of you for the reasons I provided. Unlike yourself I have not placed any trust rating on you.

You'd be on the "sad idiot list" if there was one.

Interesting narrative, but not true.  I merely asked you to take your discussion back to the main Cryptopia thread as the thread you had posted in was for online articles related to the hack on Cryptopia.  You also posted seven times in a row, then I asked you to stop posting off-topic.

You were attacking my character well before that post. Stop lying and take responsibility for the fact that you tried to taint my character while knowing that some of the things you were deliberately saying are a lie.

Perhaps you can have a look at the dates that you posted these. It makes you a proven liar. You try to imply several things without actually saying it.

How do you consolidate this ?

@xtraelv Muchly Wow!

As a non-employee you would lecture now about multiple 51% attacks you know nothing about?

Held to ransom is what Cryptopia did to the SexCoin community and to about another 100+ alts coins similarly affected. And as @einsteinium correctly points out, there were multiple attacks over many weeks over many, many alt coins.

You should read up on these posts before you click reply.

xtraely and lafu and anyone else claiming to be representatives of Cryptopia definitely aren't

Neither Lafu nor myself are employees of Cryptopia. Nor are we authorized to make any statements on their behalf.  There is no official representation of Cryptopia on Bitcointalk as they only consider discord and twitter as official media channels.

As a client of the exchange I probably have more $ at risk than most.

You are correct that their staff have instructed not to make any statements. Most are on leave as the offices are considered a crime scene.

A reminder that Lafu and xtraelv are not employees of Cryptopia http://archive.fo/bq7DY#selection-5393.0-5401.139 and as such please limit the number of enquiries you make to them as they cannot respond to individual requests for information.

Hey thanks for the information - I don't read this thread too often, I've already been "distrusted" by xtraelv and lafu, as well as had my post deleted - which is what usually happens when people have something to hide.

If you are like me you can counter xtraelv, lafu and their lapdog BenTheAnonMod by going to your own profile page https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile clicking on "trust" then click on "Trust settings"

In the box add

Code:
~xtraelv.
~Lafu.
~BenTheAnonMod.

for any or all of the three you don't trust.

The first two on the list are on what they call here the "Default Trust" which is why they act as though they are untouchable.

Similarly, if you like what some one is doing, all you have to do is add their name without the leeding squiggle

Code:
arandomnameofsomeone

then click "update"

 Kiss

I clearly stated that there was no official representation from Cryptopia on bitcointalk. I made it extremely clear that I was not authorised to say anything on behalf of them and that I was just helping out people in my personal capacity - I am not and have never been an employee there. Yet at times you tried to imply that it was otherwise and that Ben - a Cryptopia employee - was my "lapdog".

It makes you a pathetic liar. Like I said before I don't think you have the ability to recognize your own incompetence and misconduct.

You still have not replied to the questions asked about the sexcoin hacks in your reputation thread since February.

Actually, you have it around the wrong way - I called out Tomatocage's self escrowing (which most people here seem to have turned a blind eye to).  Here is a full archive [1], [2] of the thread concerned.  As you can see by the image xtraelv posts, I make not such claim so I call him out on that falsehood...

I wrote this 24 July 2018 so your beef with me has nothing to do with it.

It appears that the Tomatocage account has been compromised since the dispute:

As to your list, you'll have to add your own name for lashing out at me in the various Cryptopia related threads and then turning around and giving me negative trust setting distrust.

Time to lock this thread.

Timelord2067 V  Timelord2067 talking to himself

1) You are on my trust list as untrusted - because I don't trust you. The reason I don't trust you is on your reputation thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5105851.msg49797331#msg49797331
In addition to the reasons stated in your reputation thread - You have personally attacked me on a number of occasions and encouraged others to put me on their distrust list. You appeared to defend the actions of a stolen account here. Or you are trolling me in the thread with at least three posts where I am trying to expose a hacker / account thief / stolen account buyer Either action I deem to be untrustworthy and probably deserves a red tag.
I seriously think you are a victim of the Dunning-Kruger Effect which is why I haven't tagged you yet. You have been trying to bully me into removing you from my distrust list which simply will never happen now. You are even being dishonest about the reason why you are on my distrust list.

2) The OP (Bitcointalk trolls) was written last year when your name was relatively unknown to me. Your name was put forward by others. I know now why. If any of this had been based on people that I have disputes with there would be a few names much higher and significant on the list than yours.

3) You try to bait me and I usually ignore you - so it is not really a flame war. The reality is that you usually make personal attacks that are rarely even remotely backed up by evidence and your claims are sometimes so bizarre that they are not worthy of a response.  You are an insignificant bully (that loves claiming to be the victim) and I cannot be bothered to engage most of the time.

"Never get in a shit fight with a pig. You both get covered in shit. The difference being - the pig loves it"

4) I won't lock the thread because it is a work in progress. However - I will report off topic posts.

Similar topic has been created multiple time. I don't think its necessary create new topic with old thread links agin and agin. Try to create something unique and useful for forum.

However since you have created already so move it Beginners & Help section.

These topics have been created before but often are abandoned and not maintained. If someone takes it as a serious project and keeps maintaining their thread and builds on the previous efforts - keeping it current then I believe it is a worthwhile project.

Byline and Date: Updated 27th May 2019 with first liquidators' report and insolvency documents

Creditor's Claim Form is contained in this document.

The report in your link is not the Cryptopia Liquidation report. That report refers to Cryptopia NZDT Ltd (7179273) NOT Cryptopia Ltd (5392901)

The report states:

Quote
Cryptopia NZDT Limited sole purpose was to produce a cryptocurrency that was tethered to the
New Zealand dollar. This was to allow better access for New Zealand customers who could use New Zealand
dollars to purchase Cryptocurrency. This company never traded its cryptocurrency publicly and as such never
traded.

Unfortunately it means that the NZDT traded on Cryptopia is part of the Cryptopia Ltd debts or funds owning.

I hope Cryptopia held the NZ$ exchanged for NZDT in a seperate trust account.

.

EDIT:

The Cryptopia LTD liquidators report is available here: https://www.grantthornton.co.nz/globalassets/1.-member-firms/new-zealand/pdfs/first-liquidators-report-31-05-2019.pdf

According to the liquidators report they classify the Creditors and Customers holdings seperately:

The liquidator should give some guidance as to whether a crypto customer is considered a stakeholder / customer or creditor.
This is something they should address with some urgency.
It is not clear whether customers need to file a creditor form. It is likely that this is still to be determined by the court.
At this stage no deadline has been set for claims.

If you hold BTC or NZDT on Cryptopia the following court order could potentially impact on your claim:

It appears that the order refers to Bitcoin owned by the company (from trading fees) rather than held on behold of customers. But there is the possibility that it has been intermingled with customer held crypto or incorrectly identified as company funds. I do not know whether NZDT raised funds are held separately from other bank balances.

This sentence in the court order does look promising. It means that the court believes that it is likely that the customer funds and company funds should be treated separately.

509  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Cryptopia Cryptocurrency Platform Services and Development on: May 28, 2019, 10:20:17 PM
from mid 2018 netcoin 51% attack maintenance shit and others numerous crypto projects rip, cryptsy style profits for exchange centralization. In general thinking, how liquidators will deal about dead blockchains?

Dead blockchains are not an issue for the liquidator.. Coin networks are run by the coin communities and their developers. If a coin is dead the coin users or the community need to revive the blockchain prior to the distributio n by the liquidators to receive their coins otherwise they will be lost forever.

I believe the liquidator will seek legal clarification to distribute the crypto.
This is to prevent a legal challenge later by other creditors claiming it was done wrong.

The only fair way that I can see is if the users get their actual coins back which according to the Terms and Conditions are held in trust.

Now this part I agree with. With all these hacks going on and risks of 51% attacks is it worth holding coins on exchanges because of the high risks? I would say do not take risks.

As long as it takes syncing blockchains and as much space as it occupies on your hard drive it might be better to keep your most valuable coins away from exchanges, for now at least.

The only reason to have funds on an exchange is to trade. If you finish trading - remove the funds.

Also check the withdrawal fees before depositing. Some exchanges have horrendous withdrawal fees.

Sometimes it is even worthwhile to exchange your BTC or coins to something like Doge to avoid paying excessive withdrawal fees. I often used Doge for sending between exchanges. The exchange rate is reasonably stable and the withdrawal fee usually quite low.  Most exchanges have a Doge market.

Where did the money go ? Over 1.1 million pounds "gone" and that is just one company currently in liquidation....

There is not a lot of $ in assets left after using the company as a personal lender and "missing investments".

Despite being in "administration" it still appears to be accepting payments via its website.

https://www.learnearnown.com/leo/Shop/Products/969/LEO%20Starter%20Pack

Dan also is claiming that he doesn't have to pay the loans back.

Most of them file "micro accounts".

Also according to the documents it "owes" a substantial amount of funds to two companies owned by Dan that have filed no accounts and were previously dormant.

The liquidator also doesn't appear to believe it...

https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/07978520/filing-history/MzIzNDEyNTcwNGFkaXF6a2N4/document?format=pdf&download=0

Leocoin foundation is a "not for profit" organisation.

I see its advertisements, websites, board members etc.

What I don't understand is that when I look it up on the companies office website it is listed as "dormant" and "excempt from filing accounts because it is not trading".

https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/09928733

It owes nothing, it owns nothing, it earns nothing and it spends nothing.

Can someone please explain this ?

Running Defense for 2 fraudulent exchanges for free at the same time?
"Voluntary" Public Comm Officer  Wink

I have used trade satoshi twice and spoke with one of their mods once.

I don't use them myself so why would I recommend them to others ? I don't recommend them.

What I have said is something I have said on many exchange threads.

Read the terms. Be familiar with the terms.

Registering under a false name is contract fraud. Do you think it is OK to register under a false name ? If so - please say so.

At the moment I'd be reluctant to have funds on any exchange. In this bear market, with numerous 51% attacks, data breaches and wallets hacked -  exchanges are high risk.

Shitcoin alt exchanges are even more high risk than mainstream ones.
519  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Cryptopia Cryptocurrency Platform Services and Development on: May 26, 2019, 05:40:55 AM

Who are the Cryptopia Mods that handle PR aka CommOfficers?
1.  Free Volunteers  Wink

Why would Cryptopia need PR now ? The exchange is fucked. It will not re-open for trading.

It is likely that the liquidators will re-open it for withdrawals at some stage so it can close permanently.

There are people that are hurting because they have lost access to their Crypto. Bullshit from trolls doesn't help them.

Keeping them informed with information and facts helps them.

Usually the people who scream the loudest have the least at stake. I bet I have lost far more than you have in this.

@xtraelv
Why are you still running cover for yet another crytopia related scam.

Huh ?

I publish their details from company office records so people know who runs the business and correct incorrect information and suddenly I am part of the operation ?
I think I have traded once or twice on Tradesatoshi a few years back and have spoken to their chat moderator once.

I've made no secret of the fact that I was a volunteer chat moderator on Cryptopias trollbox and discord. I got that role for busting a bunch of scammers and writing articles warning people about phishing attacks. The main purpose was so I had easier access to their Admin staff and could warn them about different potential issues.

The reality is that I have never been paid by them for work and probably lost more $ to the fact that they have gone into liquidation than almost anyone on this forum.

Want to harass me for losing $ ? GFY
