5121  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to know a good project? on: November 14, 2017, 04:25:19 PM
You can first look at ICO websites:
http://icorating.com/
https://tokenmarket.net/blockchain/all-assets
https://picoloresearch.com/upcoming

It will help you at first spets to understand what is going in ICO!

Thank you for this information. I found them very useful.

These websites write ICO rankings for money. The more you pay the better ranking you get. They even give a high rank to shitty scams like Paragon coin ICO.
Do your own research! If you are not ready to spend dozens of hours to investigate the project - you are going to gamble. If you want smart investment - be smart and research!
This is true which i dont really trust up some review or ranking sites because if you do have the money you can really manipulate the ranks and we do all know sites would really put you in the list as long the developer or owner do have the money to put on just to show to public that a certain project do have a good ranking which people do easily invest because they do see that it is on top but the truth is they are just being decieved. The solid thing you should see is the actual number of people in the community who do support such coin or project and not just being hyped up. Better to avoid those things.
5122  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: My MEW account had been HACK on: November 12, 2017, 06:00:27 PM
I dont know how it Happen.. but one thing I remember... I tried to study etherdelta trading.. and in etherdelta trading... you will enter your MEW and your private key...
This is the biggest mistake you have done. Why putting your private keys there when that's not even trusted site, there are too many issues and report about etherdelta as a shit exchange but you still... Giving private keys to any untrusted platform is likely giving your money to them and let them handle your funds.
Anyway, you cant take your funds back IMO. Thanks for posting here so people can know about this issue or if someone experienced this before.

It happened to me too, when I opened my email  I read there that my etherdelta account was logged in in different IP address, and it says there I should enable now the  2fa code, so I followed what is said on the email, I click the link and put the info of my wallet and the private key and click send, until to my surprise I was shocked OH know! what the H*ck! What have I done why I put my private key info... I quickly transfer some of my token ,, but not all because I dont have any fund for the gas fee,, the following day I checked my wallet again,, the hacker shopped happily all my potential tokens hhehehe

Is thier posible to trace and track that hacker??

And Make freeze there account???
First of all,sad to hear that you lost all of those coins which i do see some of them do  really have some good value if you do try to sell them on their current price and answering on the thing you are asking on here.Theres no way that you can track the hacker. Yes, you can track the movement of those coins and on where those been transfered on other wallet address but talking into its holder then it would be impossible and also MEW cant freeze an account as long we do have our private keys or any information about the wallet then theres nothing we can do but move on.
5123  Economy / Economics / Re: 99% of the people still think that fiat money are better than crypto on: November 09, 2017, 01:35:30 PM
I was talking with a friend of mine about cryptocurrencies and he said:
"Cryptocurrencies are anonymous?Nothing on the internet is anonymous.Having a bunch of dollars or euro in the pocket is the most anonymous way to store money. Grin"
Damn, now i think that he is right and fiat money are still way more convenient ,despite all the inflation, banks monopoly and control. From my personal experiense 99% of the people refuse to believe in bitcoin and refuse to adopt it in their daily life.Any opinions?
Not a surprising thing because most people do really think of this way which they do believe that fiat is always better on any other things that do exist which is normal for them to say even myself would really do say the same thing i i havent known about bitcoin. Just dont force them on what they do believe as long us bitcoin users do already know on making advantage when it comes on money handling and controling with your own hands without any 3rd party involve. If they would just knew it for sure they would changed their minds.
5124  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: New York Preschool Accepts Bitcoin on: November 08, 2017, 05:45:57 PM
Ease of payment, low fees, and speed of transactions are some of the reasons why a preschool in New York City has opted for tuition payments in Bitcoin.
Co-founded and chaired by Marco Ciocca, Montessori Schools is an early childhood education program built upon the classical methods of Maria Montessori. After following the growth cryptocurrency industry over the years, the school decided to start accepting Bitcoin and Ethereum in May, eschewing the traditional credit card payment system due to the ease of payment, low fees, and security that cryptocurrencies offer.
This is indeed a good news which do really shows that bitcoin can really be accepted into these sectors or divisions which would really make an ease on paying up tuition fees on our education. They did already see the usefulness and the benefits on using bitcoin. It does lessen up the workforce that being done usually on these traditional days,Hopefully other institution would really consider this thing to be adopted sooner or later and bitcoin users would really love to see such thing for it to be adopted but im sure it would still takes time.
5125  Economy / Speculation / Re: Monday correction TA - Head and Shoulders pointing to 6600 target on: November 06, 2017, 10:24:24 PM

For a few days the rally was losing limpet, correction is not surprising here.
Its already anticipated and a nice catch for that head and shoulder pattern which do really signifies later on a correction on the price which isnt really surprising yet the price is playing up on above 7k ranges which i do expect that it would really correct anytime soon. This is why we should sell out into this ranges specially when we are already on profits.Just buyback later when we do hit up lesser prices. This is why its too risky to buy bitcoin as of now because it is still on peak prices.Just wait a little bit more before we do get in.
5126  Economy / Economics / Re: Greater fool theory: The bitcoin bubble on: November 06, 2017, 09:32:31 PM
I dont buy bitcoins, i only earn them, and everytime that i have some bitcoins i always sell them.

Wow. Have you ever added up how much gain you've given up on? What do you do to earn it? If it was via trading and sig campaigns and so on I don't really see why anyone would sell it unless they had a pressing need to. Mining is a different matter as there are immediate expenses to meet.

If you don't have any faith in BTC by now then when are you going to get some?

None of my business of course, just curious.
He can able to get some bitcoin anytime since he does have the funds to buy on came from on the profits or money he did earn either on campaigns or tradings or any methods he does which in able for him to make money.
Its none really of our business since its his bitcoin or money after all he does have the full control on the decision he would made. People have different perceptions on bitcoin some of them would say its a bubble but for those believers on bitcoin will definitely say the different thing.
5127  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Do you know about hashocean which is bitcoin Mining on: November 06, 2017, 08:46:08 PM
I invested money in bitcoin hashocean.com and used to get daily small amount but hashocean is deactivated and lost my capital amount.
I felt tears for Hashocean website, I heard its been from so many years and genuinely paying but at sudden they closed it.
When Iam new to bitcoin I resulted with benefit of loosing just because of investing in bitcoin hashocean mining website.
I believe many users may also face like me with hashocean.  Cry   Cry
Move on dude. Hashocean is dead for how many years now and same as yours i did able to put up some counts of BTC on there on those years which it did generate me some passive income on daily basis and suddnely it shut down before the halving as far as i remember. They do stop to make payouts and become scam before the first halving of bitcoin. They used to be the famous cloud mining site before ahead of genesis but now genesis and hashflare stood strong as of these days. Cloud mining sites most of them are just total crap scams.
5128  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Majority of altcoin = scam on: November 06, 2017, 08:01:42 PM
Not because of scam but because of lack of predictability, trust issues etc. Market can easily lose billions of dollars in hours so it is very normal dump and pump

If you careful in choosing the right ICO you will be able to make big fund with the few dollar investment. You may know about waves and how they improved in the market and value bumped in the market place supply.

If you are looking for price bump and dump means you cannot able to invest in any altcoins buddy. You have read the white paper and then only it is good to invest your money.
This is why researching skills would really be crucial on this matter which we should really able to ride with the waves if we do really like to make money on either bitcoin or altcoins in the market.Their prices are not anytime correlated to each other which means bitcoin my pump altcoin will pump and can possibly goes on the inverted way which means we dont really know on where would prices would go but with the use of our knowledge and experiences we can able to make money but we should really need to face the risk.
5129  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Transaction still pending in hitbtc on: November 06, 2017, 04:00:30 PM
---UPDATE---

My withdrawal got through before the support could contact me. I'm not entirely sure what transpired there but my guess is there has been a congestion (is that even possible?) in a certain stage of my transaction. But what really baffles me is that I have traded and used their service before but this is the first time this has happened. Well as for using this exchange, I'll probably limit myself from using it from now on.
This thing happened to me on which when you do have 1st encounter on this kind of thing on any exchanges you would really be alarmed since we are transacting money on here.It did take hours for the transactions to be broadcasted on the network. You would really doubt since this thing doesnt been faced before on early times. Even on coinbase and c-cex once withdrawal have been confirmed on your email but the transaction didnt instantly appear which you expect then you will normally be alarmed. For now we are already aware on such situation but i can say Hitbtc is a good exchange.
5130  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Can bitcoin kill maximum alt coins? on: November 05, 2017, 09:24:50 PM
Now a days all alt coin markets has been dumping and dumping without any simple pump for the btc price increasing. So just i want to know that can bitcoin destroy the maximum type of alt coins market?
Have you seen how altcoin behave when bitcoins price do tend to increase. It did dump but not completely die and do able to recover later on when people are switching back again on altcoins. Most altcoin might dependent on bitcoin but some of them arent which they can able to stand on their own.Theres no really need to panic or stress yourself out if you do see on how many altcoins in the makret im sure you wont really ask for more.
5131  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Calm the F $%K Down People, Lets Help The NOOBs Out. on: November 05, 2017, 08:26:11 PM
HoDL.  Grin You nailed what's going on in my mind there mate. Every lines that you put out there, I think, is true and we'll just have to wait for it to happen. People in the financial world is very crazy about BTC now due to the news about its futures being offered in the coming months. They are buying crazy amounts of BTC and this pushes the price to where it's at now. I've seen many people sold their alts at a very cheap price to get some BTC. This is a very wrong move as you are practicing the BUY HIGH SELL LOW scheme which will give countless losses (in money and BTC) in the long run. Do yourself a favor and don't do that shameful act. Be steady and chill out.
We cant really changed the reality since there are people who do easily panic when they saw that they are losing money and together with a mix of greed they do already see that bitcoins price is rallying and suddenly they decide to sell out their folio and switch into bitcoin because of the free coin and they dont already mind if they sell on low prices as long their mind tell them that they can make money on bitcoin because of the fork event then they will definitely do such thing. For sure later on they would realize that they are wrong.
5132  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Bitcoin - Graduation thesis on: November 05, 2017, 07:30:46 PM
What subject are you studying? Depending on what it is I'd recommend taking more of a blockchain approach rather than just Bitcoin itself. That enables you to talk about further technologies and practical uses as well as mentioning ETH too.
But again, it really depends on your course title.
He can extent his thesis but would really be long for sure because he would already include other altcoin like ETH. It would extend and going already on smart-contract topic and that wont already be relevant to the topic title unless if he would decide change it but would really took much time because you are getting inside on bitcoin and ETH and this would be a long topic and its much better to focus on blockchain technology which would really turn out to be interesting for them to listen and read up your thesis.
5133  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: EtherDelta.com doesn't work on: November 05, 2017, 06:36:33 PM
Hello everybody. Could you please check etherdelta.com. I can see interface but there is nothing else.
Maybe you should try clearing your cache or check your network.
Etherdelta takes some little time to load and if you have a terrible network, you might be finding it hard to get it to load. Just don't have a choice with having to use this site to load some tokens and I really don't know why projects choose some of these guys, cause they pretty suck with their platform.

My network is fine and I'm facing the same situation as him and its so annoying to see this happening and I'm losing some eth due to uncertain depositing transactions, maybe devs of that site are need to update so that etherdelta will be fast and convenient for us to trade on. And its pissing me off whenever I browse some coins since the loading period is quite bit long and delayed.

I'm pissed off the first time I tried etherdelta but I was able to adjust after using t for 2 days. It really take some time for the buy and sell position to load so don't click it as many times because it just messing things up more.
It is just frustating at first but it works pretty fine for me in the long run.
Just like when i was still a newbie user on Etherdelta. It really pisses me off because the site loads too long even if you do have the fast connection thats what i observe but now its already being fixed or they just make an update at first i didnt even know that it is decentralized which you would directly import your keys and address but later on i did able to know such things. Etherdelta works fine for me now. If it doesnt work on your current browser then try another one maybe the browser doesnt support or cant load the site due to its gui.
5134  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: MyEtherWallet on: November 05, 2017, 05:13:41 PM
Not sure if you are serious or not.. a-f,0-9 means it's hexadecimal characters, therefore say you wanted to guess a pk which is only 5 characters long it would already be 16x16x16x16x16 combinations, which sums up to 1048576.
If you think that's a lot.. then do you know how many combinations are there for a 64 hexadecimal characters long private key?
1.1579208921×10⁷⁷ if my math is correct, or 115792089210000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000. That's probably more than the amount of grains of sand in this planet.
Imagine how long would it take to bruteforce that.
Also you are not talking about etherdelta specifically, those private keys can be used with any ethereum wallet. But trust me, if you ask that kind of question might be not a good idea for you to use etherdelta (no offense!).
Maybe hes already trying to make his own combinations as of now and hoping that he can able to access a wallet with have some decent balance on it.Basing on your calculations it is really accurate since if you do try to make combinations you would really took forever before you can find other wallet even changing a single character would already make a new wallet.Combinations would really be lots.Tell you frankly i have tried out that way wayback before which i do made some combinations but i did realize that its impossible.
5135  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Could Japan ban ICOs? on: November 05, 2017, 04:22:38 PM
Earlier,we saw china which was a dominant power in bitcoin trading banned all ICOs due to lots of scam projects.Following it,south korea took the same step and now vietnam.

Now every one's eye is on japan.Japan has been the powerhouse of crypto currencies having almost 63% of world's bitcoin trade.Already, many global companies have shifted towards japan and switzerland due to the crypto friendly environment.

Now,with increasing scam ICOs,could japan too take the same step?

And if it bans all ICOs,then what would be the immediate impact over the crypto world?

Kindly share your thoughts.
No one knows on what would be the decision of Japan regarding on regulating ICO if they saw that they would need to regulate it then for sure they would do that. I do somehow agree on regulating them to lessen the risk of scam projects which would lead up on losing money from its investors. If it is already being regulated then the risk of scam will be surely lessen. It wont really not totally affected majority  on its price. It can changed but would still able to recover up and when ico's are regulated then maybe thats the time i dont hesitate on investing.
5136  Economy / Services / Re: can anyone help get money back out of a scam casino? on: November 05, 2017, 05:39:18 AM
Hello all, bit of a longshot, but i'm looking for anyone who has any suggestions of how i could get my money back out of this scam casino cryptosdice.com I deposited bitcoins to them to be part of the bankrole, when i decided to withdraw i withdrew 2 transaction, sonly received one of them, they are still holding over 0.3 btc, almost a year later, no answers to support tickets, twitter messages, emails or bitcointalk messages on their thread. btc is prob lost, but if anyone has any ideas would be very grateful!
Year later? Thats already too long for a withdrawal.Talking on the site i didnt even see this dice site.As i have observed i was amazed that there are still players who do play on such site but possibly those are just admins or owner of the site itself just to lure up new players and also each bet do have corresponding hashes and seeds for more convincing regarding on its legitimacy.Have you already posted scam accusations on this one?
Sorry for your loss of bitcoin and 0.3 btc is quiet a serious amount already basing on the current price of bitcoin.
5137  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: In Bitconnect we trust! $2.8million in investment, 29000 USD daily.. on: November 05, 2017, 04:06:44 AM
Fuck off, you ain't earning shit. And even if you do, you only do so once you have withdrawn and others won't. The money comes from other people lured into the ponzi.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2356579.0

When Bath steps in and says to fuck off, literally back, the, fuck, off. Years of reading posts on BCT, Bath has always spoke the truth and said what's actually right, and calls out wankers like you. Hopefully you lose every fucking penny on Bitconnect and learn a valuable lesson.
This is already an expected thing to happen because a ponzi thing wont really able to sustain for how many years and on the given link i can justify that it did happen and you can see it on your own eyes on such decline of its cap.I dont know why people do keep on promoting this ponzi coin and thinking off that payouts would only depend on new investor thats why those who just recently invest will definitely tried their best to lure in new people and sadly theres still some noob people who do easily fall into this trap. Such a waste of money and its not really worth to put any interest on.
5138  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Online exchanges that don't require ID? on: November 04, 2017, 11:47:58 PM
What are some online exchanges that don't require any ID to trade cryptocurrency? (I am talking about trading in crypto not Fiat and being able to transfer coins to our own wallets whenever we want to.)
I havent see any exchanges that doesnt require any ID specially when you are already withdrawing or transacting up huge amounts of BTC. Most of them can be used without the need of verifying your account but would really have limitations or restriction on max amount that can be traded up totally which means you would really end up on verifying once that limit have been reached. If you dont like to send ID then you should brace yourself on those limitations and wont really able to make use the site properly because of such restriction.
5139  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: buy btc now or wait the fork ? on: November 04, 2017, 11:24:46 PM
Hello
I decided to invest around 2400$ for a long term investment in BTC but the price is currently high. Should I buy now or I wait for the fork when price probably go down ? (I will invest in etoro so no exta coins will be obtained after the fork)
Price is way too up high as of now which it is not really safe to put up money specially if you do long for short time profits but since you are talking for long term process then anytime its ideal to buy bitcoin because price would really go up no matter what on future years to come this is why any price would be consider a sweet spot but yet since you are just putting up some fraction of money then if you can handle to make short span trading then it will give you the chance to make money without the need on waiting for too long just wait after the fork which the price would definitely corrected.
5140  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Its good the China banned crypto because now the price doesn't need China. on: November 03, 2017, 07:08:09 PM
I have long forgotten China, 20% is not a problem for bitcoin.
even with that issue people are increasingly convinced that Bitcoin will continue to be popular.

Most of the cryptos lover now know the benefits in bitcoins and will never worry for any such news about china banning bitcoins. Instead even any such news now will boost up bitcoins. Bitcoins have reached our expectations and now is being on the way to huge success. Even some months before i too was imagining the future of bitcoins but now the future is clear and bright and each of the individuals who have invested in bitcoins will make a good profit in it by using good research.

China banning cryptos effected some bit to the price of bitcoins but suddenly bitcoins took a pump showing us that they won't stop for anyone. Country banning bitcoins dose'nt affect bitcoins instead the individual decisions do because it is completely in the hands of individual about using bitcoins.
The power is really on the hands of the community which if theres a strong support then no matter how a certain country like China would ban Bitcoin wont really matter at all because we do know that they cant really stop bitcoin usage. It may affect the price which we did actually witness back in the past but the price didnt stop there which means we can really stand alone even without their support.Even they are a powerful country bitcoin can still stand on its own feet as long its being backed by lots of users of it.We can already presume a bright future on here.
