5441  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO is the best way to invest? on: July 29, 2017, 03:47:39 PM
Do you think ICO is the best way to invest in?
It would be the best investment ever if you would able to make money on it specially when you jumped in on a potential project which would give you to earn decent income from your investment but talking on todays ICO i would say it would really be hard already to search up the potential ones.Im really confused nowadays to search on which project would i jump in because there are lots of them already and my doubts are increasing  too which would really be a hindrance for me to hold my money than investing it to them.
5442  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Don't invest more than you can afford to lose on: July 29, 2017, 03:01:27 PM
In investments, you must be a risk taker. The title is indeed true, if you cant afford to lose a piece of your money or bitcoins, then do not invest. But consider that you wont have profit when you dont invest. If you are a risk taker, whatever the result may be, you are willing to accept and try again after the failure.
wow! You have good entry in bitcoin world but I think it is very difficult to trust something new and if we met with new people we take some time to develop our trust the same in the case of bitcoin happened with me my friend told me about her job at bitcoin but I did not trust and I said it can be a fake site and I rejected to accept the offer she offered but then she told me all about bitcoin and she guided me a lot then I searched about bitcoin on google sites then I found bitcoin very useful then I start using it.
If we look generally on whats the thing commonly happen on online world we would really lose up trust knowing that scams are everywhere which we would really be aware on our actions on something new that we do hear from other people.Yes we cant trust directly but there are such decisions which we would able to regret later thats why we should always test it out and prove it out if its legit or not.
5443  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin just dropped to under 900$ and it keeps going down on: July 29, 2017, 07:02:41 AM
Headline made my poor heart skip. About to log into my poloniex account for confirmation when I remember I missed post date. What a big relief

When Bitcoin is priced in the $15,000 range, even those days will still have continuous drop periods.....the drop cycles is when smart money comes in to accumulate more assets (be it real estate, gold, bitcoin, or stocks).

That is right. I also think the time now is good to accumulate the bitcoin. The price is low because of the fear of fork.
Why these speculation threads have been bumped? seeing its almost 6 months old as of now and they are talking different price point already since we are already on the new price range which we can see that the price have risen up already since January of this year. But well its not really bad after all to see those conversations while the price is still low. For now on our situation price of bitcoin is on 2700 as the time i speak which is really high.
5444  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think about those altcoins? on: July 29, 2017, 06:37:35 AM
Hello guys ! I want to invest in those altcoin:

AMP ( Good update coming the third )
XCP ( Strong support (I mean by support, a straight light on graphic which "can" block a dump ), so pump will come soon? )
VIA ( I heard its a good coin but i want some advice )
Monaco ( Card release in end august ).
SolarCoin ( For long term, energy is the future they said xd )

Do you think they got some potential?

This is the hardest thing on believing such coins regarding on the plans that they project while they are on still on ICO state. We wont really know if they would succesfully implement or create those words that they have said connecting to their project. Checking on the list half of them will surely fail (correct me if im wrong but since this just my own view) most coins do really fall off on failing into their projected plans.
5445  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What do you think about August 1st? alt coin price will be up or down? on: July 29, 2017, 05:57:47 AM
Somewhere i am seeing that in 1st august who will have btc in his wallet or bittrex exchange he get BCC coin on the basis of amount of btc. So i think after heard that news everybody try to convert alt coin to btc by panic sell for earning BCC coin. For this situation i think until 1st august alt coin will dumping persistantly and after passing 1st august people will buy alt coin panicly. What do you think about 1st august?
No one knows and would really depend on how people would react into this matter because we dont know what would be the price of bitcoin on upcoming event but the pressure and panic is really on the atmosphere and i can really sense that which some people are holding back or just preparing on how majority of people would do their actions. Altcoin prices would be affected depending on how bitcoins price behaves.
5446  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ICO bubble on: July 29, 2017, 05:24:59 AM
I don't think so, mate. As much as we want bubble to pop, it's not happening anytime soon. ICO has been going on forever and they'll continue as long as there is money to be made.
True, its cant really be stopped since those developers or people would really launch and ICO since they do know that they can able to make money on that things which we can able to see now that ICO are popping out anywhere on the market which any coin do have this kind of projected plans and yes most of them do really fail and i can only count on my fingers on those successful projects.
5447  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: want to hold my minex coin suggest me plz on: July 29, 2017, 04:55:15 AM
minex coin already release there coin and August 1/2 they add a special  tab for bounty participate.I want to hold my minex coin. I think minex coin price will be increased.. But I need some experience people who give me some positive  tip about this coin..thanks
Its your own choice if you do decide to hold up the coin or not because no one do really knows on a certain potential of a coin which we can able to say that the price would increase later on. If you do believe on minexcoin potential then you should do it but always think of the risk that things would not go supposed on the things that we thought. This would really came to a thing either we do make profits or not.
5448  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Selling Bitcoin Over Market Price? on: July 28, 2017, 01:02:15 PM
Not that easy as you are writing the topic here. People need a lot of trust before you can trade over localbitcoins. The one thing you said, "why not look for buyers" who accepts higher prices? Well no, it doesn't work like that. People are very smart and if you want to sell at high then at the same time those people want to buy at lowest possible price. Remember one thing that you me and the rest world is same and everybody wants to earn profit forever. So it's little off the possible scenario to grab any kind of margin as you are wishing.

You've got one thing wrong there, people are generally not that smart. Or else people selling Bitcoins over at Ebay wouldn't be making a living doing so.
In some countries local sellers are selling Bitcoins with almost 100% profit, forgot whoch specific country it was though.

Sure, you're not going to get profit like that on established platforms, but it is possible.
Not saying it's very ethical either.
Reading back on the past about 10-15% more on the price but talking about 100%? What the hell did they do sell on that price point and only dumb persons would able to buy such expensive coin. Back to topic, this is just an arbitrage trading if you do just do this on exchanges but on other people it would be somehow tough since if you are just starting people wont really trust you for the first time which means trust would be the issue here. This kind of buy and sell would really be profitable if you do really know on what you are doing.
5449  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: BTC up, followed with alts on: July 28, 2017, 12:28:57 PM
The rise of bitcoin is a trap only ;  It will drop very heavily
Do not be surprised . From 2800 to 1800 ,We have seen this several times in the last few days

Its not actually a trap but just really a result on people do sell out their bitcoin because of the august 1 fud which really makes the price dips again on 1800 price point but if you do try to see the price of bitcoin now it reaches almost 2800 (2700+) as of writing now. Bitcoin would really  rise up its price later on which is normal how much more on upcoming august 1. Its already few days as of now.
5450  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Alt Coin Crash This Weekend? on: July 28, 2017, 11:20:44 AM
I'm I wrong to expect most Alt Coin to crash this weekend?

Why wouldn't traders move out of most Alt coins and move into Bitcoin? Especially on exchanges like bittrex that will give you 1:1 Bitcoin Cash.

Won't most traders try and pick up these free coins? currently futures of Bitcoin Cash(BCC) are @ $200?
https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/bitcoin-cash/

The only reason I can think of is the uncertainty. If  Bitcoin Cash(BCC) can get close to 50% of the hashrate it would create uncertain to which coin would be the official Bitcoin. But this uncertainty should produce a Bitcoin to dip and I have never seen a big bitcoin dip without taking the majority of alt coins down with it. . and If this battle for bitcoin happens don't you want to be holding both coins to hedge your bets.

Is there any real threat that both coins(BTC and BCC) are worthless after fork?

So either you think bitcoin and alt coin will crash(because of the uncertainty) and therefore you should be in fiat before August 1st

or

You want as much Bitcoin Cash as possible.

Seems to me the Alt Coins will lose out either way this weekend + monday.
True, people are now hunting BCC by selling some even the entire altcoin they have. Thus causing most of the altcoin prices to fall.
About bitcoin: I think bitcoin will have a nice future
About BCC: after money laundering case with $ 2 billion. I did not know that BCC would be valuable or a waste in the future.
How can you able to say such thing? BCC isnt still there yet and we cant still see the actions of people regarding on buying BCC and sacrificing all of their alts but this thing is really possible though since there are people would really believe on the potential of BCC which they would definitely think that it would really increase its price later on but i dont really like to see bitcoin is splitted.
5451  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Long/middle/short term altcoins on: July 28, 2017, 10:11:43 AM
Hello. I want to make double my money in short term. because i need money.I know no one can can be sure about what will happen after 1 august but you may have guess about  it. So can you guys share your ideas about long short and middle term altcoins and pls explain why did you choose? thank you..
This would depend on what kind of trader you are because in doing short trades you would really need to stay in front of computer in longer hours which is normally happening when you do always check movement of prices actively on a certain coin which you can hedge buy and sell which would really give profits if you do know what you are doing.Doubling money is possible but you should not always think of this thing because trading isnt easy as it sounds.
5452  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Coinsquare - Have holdings but says 0 funds available to withdraw on: July 28, 2017, 09:29:46 AM
Coinsquare is second largest exchange in Canada. Has good reviews. Not sure what's going on.

I emailed their support and sent them SNS messages too. Still no reply.

That withdraw section is where you can normally send to a third party wallet.
Oh, they are 2nd largest exchange in canada which is really good to hear at In this case they do definitely have problems as of now and just keep on sending them support ticket regarding on your issue. Give them some time to answer you. They are the only ones they can able to answer and resolve this matter.
5453  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Coinsquare - Have holdings but says 0 funds available to withdraw on: July 28, 2017, 03:45:54 AM
I started using Coinsquare yesterday and am not impressed.

I bought some ETH and BTC and cannot transfer to an external wallet because it says I have zero or almost zero available funds.

I waited a day to see if the ETH account would correct itself.  Maybe I need more ETH?

The available ETH was jumping from 0.000346436 to 0.004298 etc and never displayed the full 1.8232 ETC or whatever it was at the time.

Anyway, I switched to BTC to try to withdraw but same thing.

I need to get my funds out of Coinsquare. Don't feel comfortable with them.

Quiet suspicious since you do have the balance to transfer from other wallet. I did see on the screenshout that you dont have balance reflected on your account which seems a visual bug or someting. The best thing as of now is to contact their support regarding on this matter and i havent heard about coinsquare on the past which is do really have some doubts on using unknown services.
5454  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What percentage of Altcoins are worthless? on: July 28, 2017, 03:17:45 AM
By that i mean its trash and junk.  On coinmarketcap, theres over 800 different altcoins.  Im sure there are at least 1000 minimum altcoins.

What percentage of altcoins would you say are useless?

And if so, at what number would you say okay this it he cutoff where these altcoins can possibly be something.  For example, the top 20 coins on coinmarketcap, everyone knows about it and its not junk since many are worth something since there is a huge market cap.  However after the top 20 coins on coinmarketcap, there are still lot of coins where the price isn't exactly trash but close to it.  I mean there are so many coins where if you read the name of these coins, it sounds like someone just made up a name for a coin etc.  I mean earthcoin... faircoin... really?

What im curious about is where was ETH, litecoin and many of these other top 20 coins in the list when they first came out?  Does anyone know?  For example where was litecoin and ETH on this list a while back when they started?  What about dash, monero and these other coins when they first started?  I mean i know every coin has to start from somewhere but does anyone know where were these coins when they first started out etc?  Were they in like number 100 or 200 etc?  Or did they all start out at least say number 50 and then moved up etc?

Its like when you read these coins on the list... you have to wonder did people just say hey look i like chains.  Lets just call a coin chaincoin.  Yes there is a coin like that.

Im thinking it seems like its completely useless buying any coin that is off the top 25... do you all agree/disagree?

Maybe i would go for 1-30 ranking then below it are complete trash but still we cant be sure since there are coins which is undervalued which do really have the potential to grow up but just still sleeping as of these days but well no one knows which coins do have this properties thats why when i do make trades i do always seek up based on rankings and no other things should be considered.
5455  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stop all the ICOS now! SEC is coming! on: July 27, 2017, 02:29:23 PM
Well this News would really worry American citizens who do participate on ICOs which they would really have already restrictions when it comes into these crowdfundings but for joes outside US then this news doesnt really affect at all since its just being implemented on a certain area. We can still experience ICO except those americans out there but im quiet confused why they didnt totally ban it? Theres something behind on it.
5456  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Can i trust EtherDelta with my Private Keys ? on: July 27, 2017, 01:30:40 PM
I have never tried EtherDelta, but if you want to do so maybe you should create a new wallet, but a small amount of ETH (or other tokens you want to trade) and try it yourself. If you find out that it is not safe after all, at least you won't lose everything at once. Keep your private keys of your main wallet to yourself until you get confidence. And always double-check URLs (myetherwallet, etherdelta, and all the other where you need to paste your private key).
As a newbie you are already knowledgeable when it comes on securing important stuffs and you are complete right we should really be aware anytime on where we would paste our private keys and never ever make it on public or else say goodbye to your coins. Ive been trading on EtherDelta and i would say that Private keys does really works fine for me and there no such problems when i do try to access it.
5457  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Advice please on what to do with my coin on: July 27, 2017, 12:35:55 PM
Hi, new to bitcoin, I invested some money into bitcoin mid June after seeing all the hype online, since investing it's dropped like 20% really not sure what to do now if I should sell up now take a 20% loss or hang onto it and hopefully it will go up again? But after reading the news looks like it's not going to go back up?

Sorry for sounding stupid just jumped into something I didn't no anything about.

Thanks
If you did still hold as of now then im sure you are on breakeven on those last days when price do hits up 2800 again or even on profits. Hopefully you did sell on those pricepoints when you do see you are on profits which is common thing to do when we are already seeing some gains. If you did sell and cut loss then its sad since price will always rebounds back when theres a dip which is normal on bitcoins price.
5458  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: BITCOIN is the KING on: July 27, 2017, 09:13:27 AM
3 years from now before you see John McAfee do this
https://twitter.com/officialmcafee/status/887024683379544065
In my opinion, bitcoin is a good investment, please hold your big bag for the next 3 years or see someone eat it Smiley
That would be a challenge for him and i would really not forget such deal that he said. The numbers he did mention seems really too unreachable which means possibility of eating his own d*ck would be higher. Ahahaha and take note it would be done on national television which is really an exciting event to happen on next next years that he said.
5459  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: BITCOIN is the KING on: July 26, 2017, 11:59:37 AM
Nah, king is little to old for crypto world... Every day he is slower and slower, makeup cant make difference.
Soon will be time for new king, like eth or ripple
Anything is possible on cryptoworld and nothing on this world would always remain on top and bitcoin isnt exception on that which it can really be replaced by new altcoin but we wont know on when that thing to happen. Yes it is the king since its the first crypto currnecy which we can able to say that it is strong and cant becreplaced.
5460  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you think billionaires invest in BTC? on: July 25, 2017, 10:26:25 AM
I just always wonder if those billionaires still invest in btc. Do they even know btc exist?
Off course they did knowing that most billionaires are wise when it comes on generating more money inspite of their status. They will really jump in when they know that they would able to make more money and Jumping in Bitcoin isnt an exception and they know that it does exist and some of them did already decide to engage with it but yet we wont know of whome do joined.

Many millionaires became millionaires thanks to the crypto currency. It's a great way to make your wealth even bigger. I think that young investors are especially interested in investing in the crypto currency. Their views on investing are not as conservative
Yes they do make more money because of cryptocurrency knowing that this thing would really extent the possibilities on extending the money you do have. They are aware on the risk but they still decide to jump in because they know that this is an opportunity for them to earn even more money. Part always of a human being on thinking off on how to earn more money since its been always valuable to us here on physical world.
