581  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: The bull market is back? BTC is 57k on: May 01, 2021, 07:57:27 PM
Bull market didn't leave during that crash, it became more stronger but there's still a chance BTC may retest some zones down. Now, I'd first congratulate you that you've gained extremely huge returns in this bull run, keep it up. Secondly, even if I ask you to put something on that project, I'd recommend you to put in just a part of it and never go all in with that amount of money. Another thing, just like CZ says, not a financial advice, so DYOR.
582  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: is dogecoin suitable for kids? on: May 01, 2021, 07:40:18 PM
Why specifically dogecoin? Why not teach her about all types of coins and wallets? It'll make her more interested in crypto and as she's in her growth years, it'll be great for you if you can teach her about crypto from her current age. Make her understand the basics first like what is Blockchain, because without telling her about the network on which everything runs, you can't just start talking about crypto. It's like teaching about trains directly without even talking about tracks and electricity / diesel.
583  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is Scalping even viable in Cryptocurrencies? on: May 01, 2021, 07:30:16 PM
--snip--

I tried scalping before but concluded long term trading is better and convent in both profit levels and stress-free way of trading. Scalping requires lots of hours to sit in front of computers hence it may not be suitable for those day-job goers.

I'd give you an example of not too far ago.
Just a week back, BAKE (BakerySwap) tokens were on their dip with BTC falling, and they were being sold for $1 each. Today it went high as much as $7.45 a few hours ago which makes it to over 7.45x on a week hodl. Do you really think scalping can give you such huge returns? There are many more examples like this one but I don't want to make it an altcoin related post.

I'm neither endorsing any coin nor asking anybody to invest in it now, it's just an example I gave to compare it to how scalping works and how much profits can it give, because in scalping, a trader looks for zero losses with a bit of profits in least times (in like 5-10 minutes trade) and it won't give you any major profits because you try to make an ocean with drops of water and that's not possible.
584  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [POLL ADDED] Boxing: Saturday 1st May 2021 - Derek Chisora versus Joseph Parker on: May 01, 2021, 06:55:39 PM
let us see what will happen inside the ring if parker is really scared of him. maybe, it will turn out the other way around.

btw, the odds are out in crypto bookies - 2.55 vs 1.52, of course in favour of parker here.

https://www.bestodds.ai/odds/sport-boxing/matchups/derek-chisora-vs-joseph-parker

You really think Parker seems scared? It looks like Derek is more scared here because he's spitting out too much without even thinking what would happen if that guy Parker snatches the game from his hands. I believe people shouldn't be overconfident as overconfidence mostly leads to failure. I hope we won't see a one sided match here. Derek may also be having fear of losing this match because of his performance in the last few games, and instead of talking too much, he should focus on spending more time practicing.
585  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Tesla and market manipulation crime on: May 01, 2021, 06:43:39 PM
Selling their coins was their right TBH no matter what market manipulation we're talking about, because if someone bought something and released it publicly, doesn't mean he asked anyone to invest and people have their own brain each to DYOR and decide whether to get into Bitcoin or not. It's not a pump and dump, but yeah the impact of Elon's tweets moved BTC so gradually that the volume that we saw while the sellers were selling was good enough because it was weekend and we usually understand that liquidity is less in crypto during weekends, but the bull power! My Gosh? Even if it was a dump by Elon Musk's tweet or himself, the riders rode the dip hard and bought everything they could in FOMO that the move upwards was even better than it was during the crash.
586  Economy / Gambling / Re: Rollbit.com | Crypto's Most Rewarding Casino 👑 on: May 01, 2021, 06:14:41 PM
will definitely give this a shot with real money. Smiley
If you're completely new to slot games, then you should try to understand the basics of the slots game.
before you betting with real money please take your time to read some of the threads below:
Slots 101: Basics, Strategies, and Discussion (with poll)
Slots 103: More In-Depth about Return To Player (RTP) (With Poll)

Hey mate, thanks for your concern.
I've already read these threads before and have understood what's given there to carefully play and possibly win in slots.
I didn't play with real money because at first, I like to check any slots in fun mode which gives me a basic idea of what the game is, its payouts and how it all works inside because without getting inside and experiencing it, I won't be able to know it better, so no chance for me to play it with real money.
587  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will bitcoin go below $40,000 on: May 01, 2021, 05:51:43 PM
But on the other note, not even a week the OP posted this thread and we are really back at $57k+. Which can possibly go to 60k again. For those who bought at 47k, you are now gaining profits not even a week of holding. The support is really strong above 50k. Are we seeing that the adoption nowadays is really different from previous years?

It's not 50k but 47k itself that holds a lot of volume which couldn't be broken, else you'd have seen BTC even under $43k but that didn't happen as bulls took over. Yes the type of adoption we are seeing through institutional investors is based on making financial gains and not to make use of it at all. They're just keeping their coins in different wallets as their wallets are their current bank accounts, and even such accounts are expected to deliver them huge gains.
588  Economy / Gambling / Re: Rollbit.com | Crypto's Most Rewarding Casino 👑 on: May 01, 2021, 05:28:31 PM
No it is not the cheapest one, there is a cheaper buy bonus than choco reels. The game is Gaelic Gold by Nolimit City, it costs you $2.5 only for a base bet of $0.05. This game has 9837x max multiplier from the base bet so basically with $2.5 buy, you can win up to $491.85 which is more than 190x of the cost of the buy bonus.

I tried the game in fun mode and it was really amazing. When I bought a buy feature for just €2.5, I got some coins to select and I was lucky to grab some extra multiplier as well as extra spins too added to it, which totalled to 5x multiplier and 12 total spins. It started the excitement and then I won €3 on the very first spin, then a few spins were a waste and on 6th spin, I won an extra spin making it 13 in total, then the next one was a €0.25 win and then the 12th spin was a €3.75 win. All in all, it was a great experience for me in fun play and once I'll have some bucks on my gambling account, will definitely give this a shot with real money. Smiley
Thanks for sharing it Bitinity.
589  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What are the best Hidden Gems you're holding? (low mkt cap, high potential) on: April 30, 2021, 09:40:52 PM
If with low, you mean really micro cap, then I think you need to think over and take out your money from those coins because they just pump once then dip. You should go for coins like Sovryn which is a really good project while still not listed on any exchanges. It has a very high potential to double and maybe even sextuple your investment once it lists at major exchanges. Investing in midcap and macrocap coins also save you from the fear that you may not get enough liquidity if the coin is a microcap.
590  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbet.io "Soccer Blackjack" @ 21.00 odds on: April 30, 2021, 09:26:58 PM
I heard there was a BJ few days ago? Congratulations to everyone who participated. I think I'll watch out and pay attention to the upcoming Soccer bet as I was mad about the sport and I'd definitely love to win through it with a combination of my favorite game BlackJack.

--snip--

Because I know both of the teams and their style, I think we will have around 9-10 corners , more than 3 yellow cards and at least 2 goals ( probably both from Soton ) so having a number near 15 could be a nice possibility for a Blackjack to hit.  Shocked

You just missed at cards prediction, else all your predictions were perfect mate. Soton couldn't make it even though trying their way harder against Leicester and the game ended draw.  Lips sealed

Talking about the cheapest bonus buy feature, the only slots game that comes to my mind is choco reels by wazdan.
For the cheapest buy, IIRC it only cost $5 USD.

Here is a brief review of the game - https://www.btcgosu.com/bitcoin-game-reviews/slots/wazdan/choco-reels-slot-review/

I checked it, thanks for bringing this slot to my attention. Do you also have any idea about how much can I "possibly" win if I go and buy their $5 feature? This question only applies to you if you've already gambled on this slot through buying their bonus feature, else if somebody else knows about this game's possible payouts from least to max with a $5 bonus buy, please let me know. Smiley
592  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is Scalping even viable in Cryptocurrencies? on: April 30, 2021, 08:48:43 PM
Hello Everyone. I currently trade on Foreign Exchange Market and my preferred style is always "Scalping" which involves fast execution, and gaining advantage from short price changes. Thus, I highly rely on technical analysis rather than fundamental. I just want to know if scalping is practical in the crypto world.

It's better if you check for the fees you'll be charged on both maker/taker side before starting with scalping crypto. One of my friends does that and he makes good amount of money but for him to be able to do that, he needs to look for sure trades which will give him both, his fees that will get deducted on both ends once he opens/closes trade in 5-10 minutes and the profit over it. Assuming that your profit margin is not too big, you can set targets where you want to close your position and then you can quickly close your position.
593  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Casinos: Internal notifications, message inbox vs Email. on: April 30, 2021, 08:32:26 PM
--snip--
but basing on observation where internal notification is already a standard one on most gambling sites and it would be good if you can switch up in between depending
into your own preference because some of gamblers are really keen on checking out their mails or being active and some do just directly depend on what
they do see on that notification icon.

Dependency also truly depends on the gambler who frequently checks his emails if not visiting the gambling site too often. But if he doesn't even check his emails regularly, then it's the gambler who needs to be blamed at. I believe that sites must do like how Sportsbet does, Sportsbet just makes the notifications pop out whenever you visit their website which is quite good and attractive as well because it pulls the gambler to take interested into the notifications that what are they about, once he gets a glimpse of it already.

@Rollbit Razer, which is the cheapest buy feature in slot games and which game is it in? I'd like to give it a shot after seeing bitinity's "featuristic" purchases that made him 50x in just 4 games. If I win huge with small money, I'd definitely contribute some to charities in India who are helping patients for whom emergency need of oxygen cylinders has risen.
595  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: This happened many months ago but still wanted to share. on: April 30, 2021, 07:54:26 PM
Yep it's true that really important to read all the terms of conditions in all things. Before I always check the "I accept" button when I'm downloading something in my phone or when opening website. Then my cellphone got viruses and runs slowly. After that incident I realized that we should read carefully and thoroughly all the terms and conditions in all aspect from the small things to most important things like business and other important documents. We all made mistakes and it's normal. The most important is we learn from it. I'm sure you never skip reading of any terms and conditions.

TBH, nobody has the time to read such T&C of any website they register at (and I'm not talking specifically about gambling sites). That's because time is money and you already know a gambler's mind, he just wants to crash the casino by winning everything there, and for that, he needs to start gambling quickly that he doesn't even give a damn about what he will face once he actually wins huge at that casino, for eg.;
He is told that "We are closing your account due to:
- Multiple accounts found
- You come from a country which is not supported
- You come from a country where gambling is illegal
- You were not allowed to gamble above a cap of $... but you still tried to break the rules by gambling more than that
- and blah blah blah...
596  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will bitcoin go below $40,000 on: April 30, 2021, 07:42:12 PM
$40k still looks a possibility if an institution like Elon's Tesla comes up with a statement like they simply sold off their BTC assets just to show us there's ^liquidity^ in the markets. I believe BTC is still in its bullish phase but bears leave no chance at putting it down whenever they see least liquidity available downwards to throw and move BTC downwards which also liquidates many longs in futures and makes handsome profits to bears. This is a cycle where BTC can't just go up alone, so the higher it goes, the higher are its chances of getting down.
597  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How many scammers have you funded by putting your money in? on: April 30, 2021, 04:37:11 PM
I got scammed not for my money but my time because I worked for a project for as long as I could as I was their ANN, website and whitepaper translator and later, they scammed everyone by putting everything offline. I lost around $1000 which could have been worth a lot more if the project worked out as expected, and a lot of time that I dedicated behind their thread.
598  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Casinos: Internal notifications, message inbox vs Email. on: April 30, 2021, 04:01:38 PM
Every single casino in which I have played has those features, after all it does not makes any kind of sense to invest in all the features casinos invest in only to forget to add an effective notification system that lets the players know whats new with the casino, they will be wasting their time and money if they did not do something like this, after all even if we like gambling it is not as if we are going to watch what the casino does 24/7 and know everything that is happening with it because we are playing at the casino all the time.

That's what I look for whenever I join a casino whether they have a different area specifically for notifications or not because if they don't have, chances are they won't even allow sending messages to my email about the promotions and I'll need to look out for such things on my own and I'm not that active on all these gambling sites always, so I believe that I shouldn't miss some major events especially free bets which I love the most!
599  Economy / Gambling / Re: Rollbit.com | Crypto's Most Rewarding Casino 👑 on: April 30, 2021, 02:24:08 PM

Finally after playing for few days, I can get a nice hit while playing in rollbit. Nice amount to start my weekend and spend my winnings for something IRL this weekend  Wink. This is the 2nd time I hit the max multiplier on slot game by pragmatic. First one was on Gates of Olympus but I got it in other site and now I hit it on Fruit Party in rollbit.

Was the wager limited to the 4 bets as shown here with $20 or were there any more bets? I would like to understand how people win big in slots as well as is the equilibrium curve being met or do they win not too much if all the previous losses are deducted from that profit? And is it true that even big wins don't cover the overall losses of that session sometimes?
600  Economy / Speculation / Re: New Bitcoin support! Fall or rise? on: April 29, 2021, 08:02:24 PM
No doubt there was a lot of liquidity at $47k, $45k and $42k but sellers were unable to break the $47k barrier to break BTC even more down. I believe that if it was an impact of sellers like Tesla owner who recently claimed that he sold some millions worth of BTC just to show the markets that there's ^enough liquidity^ in the markets, then it seems institutional investors will definitely bring out their BTC to start taking some profits out of BTC as their self-interest of earning profits on their investments has been met already.
