1581  Economy / Reputation / Re: Chipmixer sponsor dangerous untrustworthy members and Racists and unfair treat? on: April 28, 2020, 04:11:41 PM
I expect English is not your first language. This is not a ctiticism.

I'm from India and yes, I proudly say that English isn't my first language, but we still respect it and write the capital 'E'.

Quote
No. You'll have to define the member you are referring to. That would be the only possible way for me to answer your question.
The " volunteer" aspect I hope we have cleared up now.

Marlboroza I was referring to. You've been behind his back since I was watching the latest of the thread.

Quote
Your premise seems to be that I have some financial motivation for this thread.
That has been debunked conclusively since I have volunteered to wear their signature and all of the earnings can be directly sent to good causes or even donated to the forum for as many years as I post.

I got your point now, that even if you're not their part but just show their advertisement, you expect your "unofficial" earnings to be sent to the forum or to some good cause. Maybe I'm right now.  Cheesy

Quote
The purpose is as stated to ensure chipmixer has access to information regarding the behaviors of those members they are sponsoring.

That's good, but why not state these things to DarkStar first and then go to Chipmixer while you know that DarkStar is your way to reach them?

Quote
You probably should take some time to read the thread rather than rushing in hoping to say whatever you think could garner you favour with chipmixer that could potentially lead to you being allowed back on the chipmixer campaign.

For your info, I never ever topped their max posts even once since I was in their campaign. Was just in it because I loved their *no minimum posts" rule. Trust me, I'm not like those dying to get a spot in it (I never gave up and never misbehaved when removed out of the one and only highest paid campaign) and I'm not in a hurry to get into it as well. Wink

Quote
You must realise that most long term members have no need to sig spam. Any member that has been here pre 2017 and certainly pre 2014 should not need to wear sig scavenging btc via sig payments.
Best not to judge others by your own failures.

Are you a teacher? Because I'm getting a feeling that this is a class going on. Cheesy And my failure? Uh yeah, I just earned BTC but always spent it because I'm a spender and not a saving personality. I love to spend it as money, that's my point of view that you won't understand. Good for you though.

Quote
There are only 2 possibilities for pre 2014 members wearing sig to earn btc.

1. Total losers that just fucked up 2 huge bulls and are not wealthy.
2.  Greed.

I'm not wealthy, seriously. I just spent everything as I said.
Greed?! Umm yeah, somewhat. Cheesy I hope this satisfied your ego after hearing this.

Quote
Also once you define the member you are referring to ( why scared?) We will see analyse them in public...
I wonder if you will keep avoiding telling me which member you are specifically referring  to?

Told you above. But scared?! Neh, I don't even fear God now, just think where your "uncomplicated fear" comes in my mind. Wooaahh! Scared!  Roll Eyes

Quote
Hurry up, I don't wish to waste much time on those afraid to answer questions.

If you are too scared to answer ? Why join in?

Look up a bit again, you've got your answer already about that "afraid" part. Smiley

Quote
The fact you were removed, and posters like thepharmacist remain, is .....well you work it out.

I'm not jealous enough yet to figure it out, once I believe my mind is in such state, I'll definitely try to work it out. Thanks for the suggestion.
1582  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: GAMBLING SITE INVESTMENT on: April 28, 2020, 03:13:54 PM
@Yatsan, what level of risk did you choose while investing there? Was it moderate or higher? I used to invest in gambling sites a few years back while following someone here who was just like you, he used to publicly reveal all his investment data as well as what was his earnings. I used to earn around 49% in just 4 months due to him but as you know, we all need quick returns instead of waiting longer so I stopped doing this and started gambling back then.
1583  Economy / Gambling / Re: COOL DINO - cooldino.io INSTANT PAYMENTS, INCOME FROM MINING 5%, REFERRAL SYSTEM on: April 28, 2020, 01:58:55 PM
Personally I found the project kinda confusing, but the design rocks!
Thank you for your feedback, when all work is completed everything will be much clear.

If you are not interested in replying to my previous questions, then please let me know how do you think that getting 5% rewards on our stakes in mining can be profitable for your CDN token in the long run? Any exchange plans from your end for the users to be able to sell CDN tokens or you'll implement an in-built marketplace for that as well?
1584  Economy / Gambling / Re: BETKING & DEAN NOLAN: Disastrous Reputation! Read This Reddit Post. on: April 28, 2020, 01:53:15 PM
And here's the problem with this forum, read a thread title from an idiot and believe it as fact.

Believe me, I used to think you were a good person unless you were actually in your shoes but, when you started blaming your investors for the ^failure^ of your tokens? Seriously? Where the fuck did the BTC go? Have you ever come up with the real truth behind your shady stories, huh?

Quote
I ran the most popular and most profitable dice site for 2 years straight and that's an easily verifiable fact.

True, but this is also true that it was "2 years ago" and BTC was not the same as it is now. And you took the advantage of looting your investors and didn't even buy back your tokens while just asking other new investors to go for your worthless tokens and trying to make your ICO investors a few more pennies. That's shit. If you didn't have any backup plans on what you were going to do, how you were going to return your investors if (what already happened) something unusual was going to happen?
1585  Economy / Gambling / Re: COOL DINO - cooldino.io INSTANT PAYMENTS, INCOME FROM MINING 5%, REFERRAL SYSTEM on: April 28, 2020, 01:20:16 PM
I don't know why but this smells like HYIP. If it is, no wonder you're going to get tagged for the same. I'm not understanding exactly what are you trying to do here? I mean, why a token sale has been combined within a "HYIP" website (yeah, your site literally doesn't look like a gambling one) and how are you going to generate your users 10% (based on 1% daily) in 10 days (which is the lowest plan)? Isn't this shady?

If you can prove you are superman, I will believe. Having a strong argumentation skills is enough to convince me about your claim, just FYI. Wink

Then trust me, you will surely get scammed every once in a while, that too very easily. Provably fair can't be something that can be proven unless there is every single thing provided except secret hash/key which will be available after 24 hours when it changes.

I wish you good luck on finding that provably fair thing, @xphantom.

@admin, please don't ignore questions from users here and answer them because if you prove that your provably fair system is actually genuine, I don't think your website will take any longer to get new registrations quickly.

--snip--

Sample article of 100 words

"President Trump will be sending $1200 to each american as part of an effort to provide american families some financial support as millions have lost their jobs due to the spread of covid-19. Those with annual income of over $99,000 will not be eligible for the $1200 stimulus check also known as the economic impact payment. Those on social security income will receive their $1200 stimulus check via direct deposit automatically through direct deposit information that the social security administration has for them already on file. The first wave of direct deposits started going out on Thursday April 9th and the final wave of direct deposits is expected to occur by April 20th 2020.

...

FTFY.
I'd definitely advertise for you and ask some of my colleagues (some friends who work in some reputed major multinational companies who spend 1000s of dollars behind advertisement material) to use your services, but for that to happen, you need to look for the basic, yet minor mistakes that you've committed in your sample. I hope you find my edits to be worth it as well as correct. If you have any issues or would like me to proofread your content, do let me know. Smiley
1588  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is Covid-19 a cause for BTC price drops? on: April 21, 2020, 11:43:32 PM
1. Unemployed people do not have income so they do not dare to invest in Cryptocurrency.

They are being given stimulus packages via airdrops and it is being said that some of them are in a hurry to invest into crypto.

Quote
2. The psychology of fear that if we die by Virus and die, investing in Cryptocurrency will not bring anything when we die

Who says that cryptocurrencies won't bring you anything if you die by virus? It may buy you some place where you intentionally want to get buried, it may also bring some peace and smiles on your family members' faces because you've invested some of your money into crypto and leave that crypto to someone close to you by letting them know about the same. As well, allowing them to sell it whenever they want to, so they can hodl and then sell it at better prices.

Quote
3. In a difficult economy, investors need to withdraw assets and sell cash to maintain businesses such as payroll, purchase and sale of goods instead of investing in cryptocurrencies.

I agree to this one, that they need money in order to pay for things but cash? I don't think so because cash is also paper money and everyone is being advised to use digital payments mostly, so to stop the spread of virus via cash. Don't you think this is an opportunity for digital cryptocurrencies too?

Quote
4. The disease has not yet been controlled, the economy has not shown signs of recovery, so investors are afraid of not participating in the Cryptocurrency market.

No, the total crypto marketcap is worth nothing compared to trillions of $$$ worth of markets you're speaking about. So, investors may not be taking a chance now due to halving but may prove us wrong that BTC will remain in sideways, by just liquidating all the shorts till a level that even these shorts won't have thought of.
1589  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: This guy gambles and wins a total amount of £400,000 and quits while ahead. on: April 21, 2020, 10:56:09 PM
It's not about his decisions alone now as he's now been into the eyes of some major gambling companies which will try to lure him to play there and will also offer him assured wins (which never exists  Cheesy).

His will power will be tested by many people who will just ask him to go to the same site and play more and who knows if some day, he gets bored again, goes back to that same website, gambles and instead of winning, loses almost 50% or even 100% of his fortune! I hope he sticks to his words and never gambles again as well as use his winnings very wisely during this time.
1590  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is Betting Double After Losing is Really a Good Decision? on: April 21, 2020, 10:47:41 PM
The loss sequence can go forever while the possibility of this event is under 0.0000001%. An unlimited bankroll is needed for covering the next bet after each loss, the dusted balance is inevitable, in this case. Btw, there is a table limit and VIP French roulette has the $50000 bet limit, IIRC.

And the worst of all, you will only win the "first bet" amount no matter how many times you double your bets (except in cases where your odds are over 2.5x or more per bet). But people mostly use martingale with a 2x as they have got fear of losing their bankroll completely if they go for higher odds and if their luck doesn't favor them. Even if you have what it takes, i.e.; the bankroll we are talking about, still if that highest amount per bet cap is reached, then you'll start losing more than the possibility of gaining (though that happens very, very rarely).
1591  Economy / Economics / Re: Stimulus package drop in coinbase on: April 21, 2020, 10:28:26 PM
So you mean to say that a 96 billion USD stimulus package got injected, dropped via coinbase and people started to buy BTC instead of thinking about the upcoming circumstances that will worsen both - their economy as well as affect the current as well as future conditions of a common man and his family? That way, others might have gambled those funds too, no? I guess that this will still not be a positive sign but can become a reason for a panic dump just when they will realize the seriousness of what's actually happening and how they are about to deal with something never experienced before. We, in India, have never ever seen our railways to have stopped in our entire history since it began to run, but this pandemic has written a new page.
1592  Economy / Reputation / Re: Chipmixer sponsor dangerous untrustworthy members and Racists and unfair treat? on: April 21, 2020, 10:08:11 PM
Exactly true, there was a time when nobody took Chipmixer campaign so seriously as the days when it started, BTC was not even $1k (if I'm not wrong) and the payment was BTC0.0375 max which still is, the only difference is the price that has caught the eyes of all these members who are willing to be a part of their campaign.

Believe me, when the price of bitcoin increases by a factor of 8 or around that (and it will happen eventually), you're also going to start seeing a lot of threads complaining about what's now "small money" like Bitvest and 777coin sponsoring bigots/boogeymen/<insert derogatory word here>.

People tend to complain because of their inability to prove themselves (handicapped brains or minds whatever you call them) and such people love mudding over the names of popular projects just to catch some part of their fame while only trying to degrade / defame them. No wonder if BTC shows a major move, you said it right that what's being seen as very low numbers in BTC will also be addressed as defamatory campaigns providing money to their campaign members to scam / spam / <use your own term here>. Grin
1593  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What does success mean? on: April 21, 2020, 09:58:38 PM
All your arguments are taken as the correct points here, but during my long journey with crypto, I've figured out that people are interested in figures more than these projects itself, so if something pops up and it will be launching as an IEO over Binance and you get to buy some hefty amount of their tokens during presale and lottery, and when it opens up, boom. You just sell it 5-10 and even 20 times the price you bought them for. Many people will call this success, both for the project as well as themselves. This is the reason why most projects fail because the fact is, everything had since been a pump-dump scheme and people want this only - quick money.

The projects don't tend to survive nor they show any signs of prolonged developments because investors are not interested in - what has the project to do with Blockchain, technology and blah blah but all they look for is money because they are just pretty simple investors who just take these projects as a Pandora's box.
1594  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin twitter account today asks "If you met satoshi what would you say?" on: April 21, 2020, 09:49:04 PM
I'd ask him about his identity and convince him that I'll keep it top secret and won't tell anyone that he / she / they is / are Satoshi. /jk
I'm not interested in knowing about the identity of Satoshi, but exactly as big_daddy said, I'd just thank Satoshi for all the great work he did for the community (and maybe he's still doing it behind the scenes).
1595  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Is 51% attack a crime? on: April 21, 2020, 09:36:59 PM
I've been seeing so many debates about a 51% attack as well as its costs and everything else. Now, I'd like to ask this whether it should be considered a crime that is done to potentially harm / kill the network as well as destroy BTC? Can somebody, after attacking BTC, mine all the BTC in an hour or so? Can everyone become helpless to just stop their mining operations completely whenever such a situation arise? What if the attacker decides to pull out USDT against BTC and sends his coins to an exchange? Will the exchange accept the coins? Can he even make nay money by conducting such a highly expensive operation? Will somebody be even interested in making money from this or the sole intention would just be the destruction of BTC as well as the network, and to gain Monopoly and establish the rules of centralization in crypto world?
1596  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is Bitcoin creating panic again? on: April 21, 2020, 09:26:28 PM

I guess bitcoin may not keep breaking supports below $6760 levels but may turn bullish from the current levels but all are purely depending on how countries deal with covid19 outbreak. If people start feeling safer against the pandemic then we can have another wonderful April within remaining 9 days.

The 9 days remaining is going to bring us to the halving season. I'm thinking that the bull might come along this season instead of the bear prediction going on lately. Bitcoin has not performed short since the health challenge of the world.

The Golden Cross indicates a very different story that a bottom is nearing soon and may take place "after" the halving and not before, so even if it pumps up, you may be trapped before a lot of fluctuations take place in the markets as bears will open up their shorting guns and shoot hard so to liquidate the longs (who will take place near halving and even post halving thinking that this will only increase in the price).
1597  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to earn money for Newbie on Bitcointalk? on: April 21, 2020, 08:59:05 PM
It's been ridiculous for us to see people continuously asking the very same question again and again that how they can earn money here. This turns the forum's image too bad amongst all the newbies coming here because they'll only think of the "easy money" they are looking for, but I've not seen many newbies asking a single meaningful question in theory to get to understand about the Bitcoin and crypto ecosystem. This is seriously not what we all want, we'd love to make you guys learn and then grow yourself and earn. Trying to get to know shortcuts and use them will only lead to disrespect in the community that even after reaching a certain rank, if you don't know some very simple topic which even a lowest rank member can tell about, it'll lead to getting fingers pointed towards your knowledge. It's better to learn before going higher, a step-by-step success is better than getting it by using shortcuts as you won't be able to handle it because success is very expensive and so, you need to gain extensive experiences before being able to handle it.
1598  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is Betting Double After Losing is Really a Good Decision? on: April 21, 2020, 08:48:01 PM
Martingale had never been a good strategy for those who don't even know that they're walking on a burnt coal by using this strategy in their dice gambling. This needs to be very safely done and with only small amounts that you can afford to lose because big values from the beginning may cause you huge losses. The fact that I'm saying this is because, there's no guarantee that you'll even win if a losing streak takes place (maybe the website is rigged or not provably fair or something is programmed in such a manner that once you reach n amount of profits, it'll start ripping you off badly), the streak may cause you to lose for around 15-20 times in a row and it may even eat your entire deposit without you even see it being stumbled already as you just get addicted to that "Roll" button.
1599  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty alone is not enough on: April 21, 2020, 08:32:36 PM
What is the problem with most of the projects is that they don't know they will need to work very hard in the first couple of years, and in that time to not take any profit! Bounty alone is just a beginning, but every project needs upgrades, constant monitoring, developing on all fields, money they get to invest in equipment. Most of the teams take first profit and they abandon projects and investors stay with worthless tokens.

Man, you caught the nerves exactly why an investor fears from investing into such projects:

- Tokens don't get listed on an exchange due to team's laziness or running away with money

- Tokens get listed in a low-quality exchange where no big volume is available, so there's no liquidity in the markets there and the token becomes useless

- Even if there is enough liquidity, people tend not to trade it as it is highly risky because investors are themselves watching for other people to add some volume and pump the token from where these investors start taking out their profits by dumping their coins on these buyers

- Investors fear the possibility of the team dumping all their premined tokens on the markets which will make the tokens go worthless
1600  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does good side of gambling overcomes its negative side? on: April 21, 2020, 08:26:09 PM
I believe you shouldn't compare positive things as well as positive thinking to gambling because if you're doing that, then you are discriminating a gambler as a negative personality.

It's not necessary that if gambling irks a few people in your society, means you are a non-reputable person. I believe that it's the way how you look at your situation while gambling which matters and not the others, because people is here with many mouths and each month will spit out a different story about you. I believe that if you do it for fun, there needs no reason for you to be shy or feel depressed, but getting addicted to it may get you into trouble when you start asking people for money to gamble with it.
