Naturally you won't be able to get what they self mined (40 days without shipping anything? please...), but that and the IP would be a start. We could get them out of the company and start accepting preorders again under a new management composed of existing creditors. That would be a real news for Bitcoin.

Just FYI, 3 creditors totalling at least $15k can bring HF to forced bankruptcy and one of the advantages would be that HASHFAST EMPLOYEES WOULD BE LIABLE FOR WHAT THEY RECEIVED FROM THE COMPANY DURING THE PREVIOUS 12 MONTHS.

You not only insist that people should not sign the release, but at the same time claim everyone that has done so is an idiot. Yet you admit it`s been months since you`ve even read it. Do you even know if it`s the same release? The top portion of the latest release states you will receive the refund within 30 days of signing this release. If the "top portion" of the release didn't promised something no one would sign the whole document, including the clauses that will part you and your refund.  Don't sign shit and sue them. The number of puppet accounts created recently with thousands of useless posts is incredibile. They are either spamming the latest mining/exchange scam, or adding useless contributions to the conversation to increase their postcount.
I find the "activity" of a user to be a good indicator of the quality of his posts. That, along with the number of "likes" a member received on his messages over his postcount should be used to grant access to privileged areas of the forum, imho. You could also create filters to catch groups of people spamming the "likes" system.
Basically a bitcoin forum is needed, we can't live out of reddit, but there also needs to be limitations, areas with restricted writing privileges, etc.

With Hashfast's large clients they are expected to deliver tens of thousands of chips. Does anyone have suspicion to believe Hashfast cannot do this?
Silicon is cheap at this stage, yet incredibly valuable for a limited amount of time. HF has this advantage and should use it, this is (one of the reasons?) why they are buying time in every way possible. Whatever or not they are self mining to their pockets in the meanwhile, we will probably never know. |

hope I'm sorry, but there is no hope for customers that signed that contract. I don't want to sound rude imposing my opinion, but there really isn't anything one can do. You would have, to begin with (it has been months since when i read it), to: 1) Pay their legal fees, you will never get those fees back, but only the refund amount in your best case scenario 2) Go in arbitration, next to their home. You signed away your rights to litigation 3) Etc |
