661  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [SCAM Alert] OmiseGO fake giveaway, they will steal your wallet's private key. on: August 30, 2020, 10:30:31 PM
What happened: OmiseGO fake giveaway. They will steal your wallet's private key.
Website:
Code:
https://omgnetwork.info/index.php

Nice catch! Lol, an airdrop/giveaway that requires private keys are so cliche and an old school scamming technique. Does anyone still fooled by this fraudulent websites and activities? I don't think so. But then, reporting this in here is indeed a great work. I've also reported this to the main Omisego Network so that they are the ones whom will handle the issue (I've contacted them through their website indicating the issue of course). I guess reporting them to the main Omisego Network is enough as it is their name being stolen and used to such fraudulent actions.
662  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: [Guide] Using Disposable Email Address to Prevent Spam on: August 30, 2020, 09:39:54 PM
I use Yahoo email because it has a very good disposable address system. I give a unique email address to every person. There is a limit of 500.

I think this is a better solution to the topic as this is a much secure and trusted way compared to those services that makes dump addresses only. Though I'm not fond of using dump addresses as it wasn't accepted in some online platforms that requires input of email addresses, but it's huge risk and disadvantage is that some people could also view the messages you received by simply putting the email in those platform.

This yahoo dump mails are I guess better, convenient, and pretty much safer.

Hello,

I am openning this thread to keep a journal of my bets. I will post picks mainly from football, but also Basketball, Tennis, etc.

I like your past bet, but I do suggest that you concatenate each and every replies of your bet to the main op so we can redirect the odds right away instead of searching through the replies of this thread. It may take a lot of work, but this thread would be much useful if you do so. If you don't know what am I talking, feel free to ask and I'll make you a template so that you can edit the main OP with your bet history.
664  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: VALORANT Betting on: August 30, 2020, 02:05:57 PM
..

Aren't all games especially those that require team strategies and tactics do often end up being supported in a lot of gambling platforms and even being gambled offline? That's the power of esports and its community. As it grows, the gamblers often tend to go with the hype as well. As the community of eSports grow larger, the betting prize do grow as well, especially with the billions of prize pool in DotA tournament alone.

Valorant soon will be defeating the prizepool of CSGO, with the fact that some CSGO are enjoying playing Valorant.
665  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are there any VR crypto casinos? on: August 30, 2020, 01:35:42 PM
I searched for it on the web and found this site https://slotsmillion.com it supports VR but I haven't really tried any yet since I have no VR gadgets.

You can play it simply with your PC (if it were powerful enough).

But then again, there are still no recorded online casinos that supports such technology. Not because they didn't want to, but simply because making a VR game takes a lot of time, money, and work to be successful. Adding the hardness of the job in making such game support the crypto and blockchain technology, it would take years to be done and implemented. But rhomelmabini's suggestion is the nearest answer to the VR gambling, yet it supports only fiat currencies.
666  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: COCK FIGHTING: COVID-19 health protocols violators, caught on: August 30, 2020, 01:04:39 PM
I don't know their true intent but for me, it's not even worth it to violate the rule and risk your money on cock fighting just to increase your financial needs. I've heard that the caught violators will going to pay PHP36,000 or around $600.

What's your thoughts about this? Is it worth to risk your health just to be able to win money by not abiding the law?

We cannot simply blame those people whom do such actions due to them having financial problems. I think the poverty driven them to gamble despite having a tough quarantine prohibitions. Well if I were to be honest, being on a troublesome life would also lead me to do the same. Besides, as long as they haven't been affected with the virus, then it should be fine. But the penalty and fine is just evil, they can simply stop the activity and letting the gamblers go back to their families.
667  Economy / Gambling / Re: ⭐ Bitseno ⭐ Bringing Crash to Real Life (online & in-house gambling) ⭐ on: August 30, 2020, 08:07:37 AM
Bitseno is an upcoming, uniquely designed modern Crash site. What differentiates it from the rest? In-house Crash gambling will be a near future reality! Currently Bitseno is en
Bitcoin, credit card (New Zealand only).

So basically, it is a much advantage to the people that resides on New Zealand right? We all know the volatility of cryptocurrency especially Bitcoin, and recently it's transaction fees is increasing as well. And supporting only one crypto would I guess have you less clients than what you are expecting. I do suggest XRP, ETH, LTC, and DOGE to be another crypto that supported by your platform. With those altcoins low transaction fees and fast system, you would likely to have a better set of clients/users especially gamblers that also prefer the use of those.
668  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Research and Experience, There’s No Other Way! on: August 28, 2020, 12:58:45 PM
I read a post the other day asking for tips on how to learn bitcoin without going through the technical stuff (so they can start making profit sooner) and another one looking for a quick way to teach old people how bitcoin works. Here’s what I learned after months of observation and heavy reading on cryptocurrency inside and outside this forum.

I think this fits right in the Beginners and Help board as it contains mostly on what a beginner's mindset should be.

With regards to the topic, I think even anyone already know that the fundamentals of learning is simply by research and experience. So what's the point or purpose of making this thread afterall? There are a lot of threads that contain the same idea and there's no point making another one. Have you browsed the whole Beginners and Help board?

But then again, some people are already capable of learning not by research and experience, but rather reading on it alone. Yes, there are talented people that are born with great aptitude. And research doesn't mean to be a lot of activities done, a simple book or a simple article could even explain everything about Bitcoin.

'Di ko alam or should I say di gaanong popular yung tao and yung scheme na ginagawa niya (or di lang talaga ako pala nood ng TV?
670  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / DITO stocks - dapat ba mag invest na DITO? on: August 28, 2020, 06:09:08 AM
And yes, even the Fibr connections do still have a problem, lalo na't onti lang ang server na meron ang bansa.

Fun fact: All ISPs are just connecting to each other's servers. Try to check https://www.speedtest.net/ , it has an option na pede kang mamili ng server na itetest mong speed. And yes, even your Converge can connect to PLDT or Globe. Kaya di naman dapat laging sisihin yung company, sisishin niyo yung kawalan ng enough servers to fulfill the millions of users.  Cheesy

Alam naman natin na may bagong lalabas na telecommunication services na lalaban sa PLDT (or PLDC), Globe Telco, and even Converge. And recently (approx 4 days ago from this thread posted), the house approved the 25 year franchise of DITO[1] - being the third telco in the county (hindi po counted ang Converge as it was only an ISP). Now, alam naman natin na kapag may upcoming projects na promising to be successful, there comes the factor in which "should we invest or not"

Now, the price of DITO CME Holdings Corp. was only approx. Php 3.00 (OO TRES LANG!), per share.

I've posted this not only  to share something, but also to get your thoughts, should we really invest to this?

Kasi para sakin, I see DITO to be successful soon, especially for the long term investors. And currently, I've been planning to invest on it and just hold it for years. And even I myself would suggest to you guys na iconsider niyo ang pag iinvest sa DITO. Malay niyo, DITO kayo yayaman soon lol Grin

671  Other / Meta / Re: Question to theymos on: August 28, 2020, 03:22:55 AM
Removed. A service with this reputation should not have been allowed to advertise, but because the bidder was fairly established and had no negative trust, I didn't do enough research, and I missed the scam accusations and the other account. Apologies.

It's best to PM me high-priority things like this, since I notice PMs more quickly than Meta posts with vague titles.

I will donate the 0.08 BTC from this to some charity or charity-like-thing which accepts BTC. Any suggestions for a particular charity? (If there's no consensus in about a week, then I'm just going to donate it to The Water Project.)

How about in here?

Project Covid-19 : An approach to support the Bitcoin community

I see it fits right as many community members in here are inactive after the pandemic strikes across the world. I just hope that that project is still active. Better contact with its OP, @Royse777, for the donation process. I hope they are the ones that you would chose, as many countries even the forum members are still being affected by pandemic which also affected many jobs.

672  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Greatest Gambling Losers on: August 26, 2020, 01:40:59 AM
Many believes that winning always favor the houses, but there's still many who believes that in a certain point and chance, they could take the win. There's nothing wrong with that, what is wrong is when we have a losing streak but still continues to play anyway.

Have you ever wonder what happens if someone bets a huge amound of fund, the same way as those who betted all in in a casino game then loses? This topic could help us understand why we should be disciplined enough, and why we should learn how to stop at certain point in gambling.

I would still consider some casino players that sells their properties and valuable things just to have something to bet in casinos as the greatest losers of all time. There are numerous yet unpopular events that such people often tend to loan or sell things even their appliances just to have something to be bet on. Though it wasn't costs that much as what are indicated on the OP's list, but it was a much heavier value than having debts in loan alone.
673  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Poll: when will cryptocurrency go mainstream? on: August 25, 2020, 01:01:06 PM
This recent article spells out the case for why 2020 could be the year cryptocurrency goes 'mainstream'. I have included a quote that summarizes her position. However I am more interested to hear from this group what you think and why.

As far as I know, (based also on what I've observed in the past couple of months) Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies in general are already hit the mainstream level, making it be adapted by many companies, used by many applications, and even made crypto a normal and accepted mode of payments among various businesses. But in fact, some countries were still on the process of adapting and progressing with the system of crypto, whilst some are taking it in legal actions and sees it as illegal. Hence, it was mainstream in many or rather most countries, but not totally in all.
674  Economy / Digital goods / Re: BitcoinSV.casino is for sale on: August 25, 2020, 08:25:41 AM
This domains are for Sale!

1- BitcoinSV.casino
2- BitcoinSV.bid

Even BSV (BitcoinSV) isn't a recommendable crypto by many users especially if to be used as a crypto for gambling purposes and of course as a main supported crypto in casinos as well. There are a lot of better crypto, hence my opinion is that there would be less clients that would buy the domain, in which in most cases, many would rather buy their own exclusive domains than use those you've been selling. No offense, just being realistic.
675  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Casinos that accept ERC20s on: August 25, 2020, 07:44:53 AM
I mine an ERC20 token that is accepted on OreCoinGames casino. Are there any other reputable casinos (besides EarnBET) that list ERC20 tokens? Most of the casinos I see listed here only accept Bitcoin and Ethereum. There are 5,000 or so ERC20 token projects that would like to be integrated with online casinos, surely there has to be options.

Most ERC20 tokens aren't successful as many have used it as their front to scam. How? They use the system to make "tokens" for a project (some have good ideas, some were ridiculous), and just keeps fooling the people that it would be a promising one. Hence, I don't see any legitimate ERC20 token as even those makers of gambling platforms wouldn't take the risk supporting tokens that could be scam and was worthless in the first place.
676  Economy / Gambling / Re: bet4freedom - NEW Free Prediction Thread on: August 25, 2020, 03:23:06 AM
https://vimeo.com/451212706 << Videoproof

Here we will start giving free betting advice!
We have also decided to change the bookmaker to a more trustworthy bookmaker like
sportsbet.io what do you think of that?

Better include other personalities that predicts as well, depending on what sports they are onto. But there are already a lot of betting odds platforms that only focuses on showing great odds which even includes sportsbet.io such as https://www.sportsbookreview.com/betting-odds/.

If you could manage to make your website that could conglomerate all odds from bookmakers and find it's mean value then it would be your unique feature to have. Most sites only tells you odds from various platforms but doesn't have their own computation. Remember to consider adding odds and predictions of personalities!
677  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Good news on: August 23, 2020, 04:21:54 PM
2020 is definitely going to be the best year for bitcoin. Lately, the price of bitcoin has started to improve compared to 2019 which experienced a gloomy period for bitcoin. on social media, many have said that the price of bitcoin will reach its highest peak this year

It's not good to rely on speculation of other self proclaim experts on social media. Why not rely on yourself by making yourself more familiar on how to read charts, bars, etc. that way, you'll be more confident on your investments because you knew what is happening and you can make much better predictions because you don't lack knowledge.

LMAO
I WAS ABOUT TO GIVE IN SA XNC BUT THEN HE BLOCKED ME ON HIS PERSONAL ACCOUNT SA FB AND DOON NAPAGTANTO KONG SOMETHING IS REALLY FISHY SINCE I COMMENTED TO ONE OF HIS FOLLOWERS, SAYING NA "MAGING MATALINO SA PAGPASOK SA GANITO, TAKE THE RISK. DO SOME RESEARCH" AND IDK ANONG MALI SA SINABI KO Huh AYUN MATIC BLINOCK AKO NI PAMBANSANG SCAMMER.

680  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Oscar De La Hoya vs Amir Khan? on: August 23, 2020, 10:01:22 AM
Oscar De La Hoya is following Myke Tyson and he announced possible return to boxing at his 47 year.
His potential opponent is Amir Khan who called him out before to come back.

De La Hoya won 11 world titles with 39 wins and 6 loses
Amir Khan is much younger, 33 years old, with 34 wins and 5 loses.

I think it is crazy to fight at his age with 14 years younger active boxer.
Let's see if he can prove himself one more time at his age. Just how many years does Oscar De La Hoya since the last professional fight of him? Well, I hope they show us a very good fight.

Quote
Interesting was comment from UFC Dana White who said  quoting: 'Cocaine isn't cheap'  Grin
LOL. That's rude Grin Returning on boxing just to afford buying cocaine? Are Dana White and Oscar close friends?
