Your question is not very clear, but if you are referring to staking rewards of some bsc projects I believe some of them already made the analysis on the reward system and how it can be sustained long term, besides, I don't know of any project that reward stakers with bnb, busd or usdt, probably you meant liquidity pool farmers,

In any kind of investment (crypto or none crypto) some will make money and others will lose, the story is not always the same for everyone, however, those who have had the opportunity to make something out of their investment will want to loud it, I mean out of the millions of people invested in crypto, I strongly believe the number of happy investors are way higher than the unhappy ones, (my personal observation)  otherwise, we won't see more people coming in and the OG's would have jump ship long ago, but that's hasn't been the case,

I didn't do much with my assets at the end of 2021 as I still have all on holding (but in different staking platforms) I didn't feel the need to cash out so I just hold a big part in stablecoins (currently staking for 19.5% apy) and also doing the same to my alts, so far I found it profitable to stake and earn passive income rather than just hold and wait while market recover,  I intend to continue with the same path in 2022, i don't
have the time to engage in trading hence staking is a much better option for me atm, are some good alts with good apy out there that people can take advantage of, in q2,q3 the market may have recover and your accumulated assets would have appreciated even more.

i believe some metervase projects where already in the market before facebook made their announcement,   the point is, there is always a beginning, it is true not all of this different trend will succeed but it is possible some of them will make it and be around as long as people uses this services.

As long as whales keep holding their position in the 'whale kingdom' they will always have the power to control the market, from the look of things, btc whale will continue to have this power of the market since not very many people can afford to buy big amount of btc because of the high price, the early adopters already have a big advantage because they have the chance to buy btc at a very low rate compare to now that the price is so high. This is how it will be.

Bought pyr at $1+ and it has been one of my best investment in 2021, there is no doubt this is one of the best metaverse project in the market, the team work is amazing, they have already achieved so much in just a short time, things were going really well before this unfortunate incidents, but is just a minor setback, volcan forge pyr is a coin to hold long term, between soon they will launch Elysium ( their own blockchain) which will take the project to another level.

Altcoinstalk does have an nft section but I don't know how active the section is, I have not visited that place for quite some time now but I doubt you will find what you are looking for in there, if your thought is to find an nft forum as active as bitcointalk.org you won't find any,
Your best bet is to follow the social media channels of the nft project you find interesting on Telegram,  discord for an active discussion of the project.
