Think so. It was discussed in the thread I was in earlier. John K. only escrows alts if one side is BTC. He doesn't have a cold wallet system setup for alts so he can only hold the BTC part of the escrow here. Ah, and he charges a 1.5% fee in total for escrows > 1BTC, and generally does escrow for free below 1BTC. PM him for anything!  |

Well, the first character looks like a bad rendition of 流 ( Liú), or flow/stream.
The second character is 柔 (Róu), or mild/soft/gentle.
The characters does not make much sense together, but I'm wagering a guess that it's part of the name of a Japanese martial art.
